ASSEMBLABLE/DISASSEMBLABLE GOLF CLUB CONFIGURED TO PREVENT SHAFT FROM RATTLING

An assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the shaft thereof from rattling is characterized by comprising: a first fastening member, which is integrally inserted/fastened to the shaft, which has markings configured on the outer side thereof, which has a through-hole formed thereon such that a bolt can be inserted therein, and which has a toothed gear formed on a coupling part thereof; and a second fastening member, which is integrally inserted/fastened to a head shaft, which has a thread formed at the center thereof so as to be fastened to a thread of the bolt, and which has a toothed gear formed on a coupling part thereof, on which the same engages with the first fastening member.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft. Golf is a sport where players may obtain high scores when they stay calm. In the case where players putt with an assemblable/disassemblable putter, even a slight movement may cause anxiety to the players. Accordingly, the present invention is directed to providing an assemblable/disassemblable putter capable of blocking the slight movement of a putter shaft at the time of joining, with the aim of helping players putt in the state where they stay calm.

RELATED ART

The related arts to which the present invention pertains are disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1437547 (Sep. 11, 2014). FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a traditional assemblable/disassemblable golf club. The Traditional assemblable/disassemblable golf club, illustrated in FIG. 1, includes a shaft 100 having a grip 101 on its one side, a head portion 200 joined to the shaft 100, and a disassembling/adjusting tool 250 for adjusting the angles of the shaft and the head portion and for disassembling/joining the shaft and the head portion. The disassembling/adjusting tool 250 is laterally provided on the end of one side of the shaft, and is configured to have a bolt portion 110 which has a plurality of through-holes 215 ranging from 2 to 5, a hole 220 which is formed on the end of a supporter 210 of the head portion 200, into which the bolt portion 110 is inserted and which has a plurality of through-holes 215-1 ranging from 2 to 5 on its outer surface, a adjusting pin 400 which is inserted into the through-hole 215 formed in the bolt portion and the through-hole 215-1 formed in the hole, and a nut portion 240 which is coupled with the bolt portion 110 inserted into the hole 220. Furthermore, a reinforcing portion 300 consisting of wood etc. is glued on the surface, out of the head portion 200, where a golf ball is hit such that repulsive force may be eased at the time of hitting a golf ball and that the golf ball may travel exactly to a wanted location. The wood of the reinforcing portion 300 described above should be the one that is not deformed such as a jujube tree at the time of hitting a golf. Furthermore, the reinforcing portion 300 is characterized by having a transverse line-shape embossed portion. Furthermore, the adjusting pin 400 is inserted into and joined to one of the through-hole 215 formed in the bolt portion 110 and one of the through-hole 215-1 formed on the outer surface of the hole 220 such that the angles of the head portion 200 and the shaft 100 may be adjusted constantly. As a result, the head portion and the shaft are blocked from moving and they are fixed in a stable way.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical Problems

The traditional disassembable golf clubs described above are assemblable/disassemblable such that the head of such golf clubs are replaceable. Those golf clubs have a problem in that there is still a slight movement even in the state where a golf head or a shaft is joined. Accordingly, the present invention is directed to providing a disassemblable golf club capable of blocking a movement of its shaft or its head portion at the time of joining. In addition, the present invention aims to reduce the size of a joining part of its assemblable/disassemblable part such that the whole weigh of the golf club may be reduced for easy use.

Technical Solution

As a means to achieve the purposes described above, an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft is characterized by comprising a first joining member which is integrally inserted into/joined to a shaft, which has graduations formed on its outer surface, which has a through-hole into which a bolt may be inserted, and which has a saw-toothed gear formed on its coupling part, and a second joining member which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft, which has a screw thread formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt, and which has a saw-toothed gear formed on its coupling part engaging the first joining member.

Advantageous Effects

An assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft with the configuration described above is effective in that saw-toothed gears are engaged to be joined such that there is no space between the head portion and the shaft and that there is no slight movement of the shaft and the head portion. Furthermore, its assemblable/disassemblable part is simple such that the size of the coupling part is reduced and that the weight of the golf club may be reduced. Furthermore, the present invention is effective in that the appearance of the coupling part is improved.

EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

As a means to achieve the purposes described above, an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft, according to the present invention, will be explained as follows on the basis of FIGS. 2 to 6.

FIG. 2 illustrates the first embodiment of an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft according to the present invention. Illustrated in FIG. 2, the first embodiment of an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a shaft 10 having a handle, a cylindrical shape first joining member 20 having an upper cylinder 29 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a through-hole at the end of the shaft, a through-hole 23 which has graduations 21 formed on its outer surface and into which a bolt may be inserted, and a saw-toothed gear 25 which is formed on its coupling part, a second joining member 30 having a lower cylinder 39 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft 31, a screw thread 33 which is formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt 50, a saw-toothed gear 35 formed on its coupling part engaging the coupling part of the first joining member at the time of joining, and an arrow 37 which is formed on its outer surface, and a head portion 40 joined to the head shaft. The marking described above is characterized in that they are formed to match the joining locations of the head portion and the shaft. Usually, when a big graduation and the arrow on the other side are matched to combine, the joining of the head portion and the shaft is completed. Configured as described above, the saw-toothed gear 25 of the first joining member and the saw-toothed gear 35 of the second joining member are configured to join the concave parts between their respective saw tooth so as to block a slight movement caused by being spaced.

FIG. 3 illustrates the second embodiment of an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft according to the present invention. Illustrated in FIG. 3, the second embodiment of an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a shaft 10-1 having a handle, a first joining member 20-1 having an upper cylinder 29-1 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a through-hole at the end of the shaft, a through-hole which has graduations 21-1 formed on its outer surface and into which a bolt 50-1 may be inserted, a screw thread 22-1 which is formed in the through-hole for joining a screw thread of the bolt, and a saw-toothed gear 25-1 which is formed on its coupling part, a second joining member 30-1 having a lower cylinder 39-1 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft 31-1, a screw thread 33-1 which is formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt 50-1, a saw-toothed gear 35-1 which is formed on its coupling part engaging the coupling part of the first joining member 20-1 at the time of joining, and an arrow 37-1 which is formed on its outer surface, and a head portion joined to the head shaft 31-1.

FIG. 4 illustrates the third embodiment of an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft according to the present invention. Illustrated in FIG. 4, the third embodiment of an assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a shaft 10-2 having a handle, a first joining member 20-2 having an upper cylinder 29-2 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a through-hole at the end of the shaft, a through-hole which has graduations 21-2 formed its outer surface and into which a bolt 50-2 may be inserted, and a saw-toothed gear 25-2 which is formed on its coupling part, a second joining member 30-2 having a lower cylinder 39-2 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft 31-2, a screw thread 33-2 which is formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt 50-2, a saw-toothed gear 35-2 which is formed on its coupling part engaging the coupling part of the first joining member 20-2 at the time of joining, and an arrow 37-2 which is formed on its outer surface, a pad 60-2 consisting of clothes or urethane and inserted between the first joining member and the second joining member, and a head portion joined to the head shaft 31-2. Furthermore, as in the second embodiment, the through-hole of the first joining member described above has a screw thread in its through-hole such that the bolt passes through the screw thread of the through-hole of the first joining member so as to join the screw thread of the through-hole of the second joining member. As a result, they may be completely joined.

FIG. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a head portion provided with a jujube tree reinforcing portion applied to the present invention. In FIG. 5, the angle formed by the head portion and the shaft may vary depending on the changes in the locations of the arrows and graduations of the joining members. Furthermore, the invention may be configured to further comprise a reinforcing portion 45, consisting of a jujube tree, provided on the part, out of the head portion 40, where a golf ball is hit. The jujube tree reinforcing portion 45 is effective in that when hitting the jujube tree reinforcing force the golf ball may travel exactly to a wanted location. This effect is based on the strength of the jujube tree and experience.

FIG. 6 is a view illustrating a state where a first joining member and a second joining member, applied to the present invention, are joined. In FIG. 6, the first joining member 20 and the second joining member 30, applied to the present invention, are configured to be joined so as to match a big graduation 21 among the graduations formed on the first joining member with the arrow 37 of the second joining member, and to combine by means of the bolt 50.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

According to the present invention described above, a shaft and a head portion may be assembled and disassembled, and various kinds of putter heads may be joined to one shaft, such that various putters may be used at a low cost. In addition, in consideration of a growing number of people playing golf, there will be a growing demand for the present invention, and this leads to industrial development.

Claims

1. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft or a head portion is characterized by comprising:

a shaft 10 having a handle;
a first joining member 20 having an upper cylinder 29 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a through-hole at the end of the shaft, a through-hole 23 into which a bolt may be inserted, and a saw-toothed gear 25 which is formed on its coupling part;
a second joining member 30 having a lower cylinder 39 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft 31, a screw thread 33 which is formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt, and a saw-toothed gear 35 which is formed on its coupling part engaging the saw-toothed gear 25 of the first joining member at the time of joining; and
a head portion 40 integrally joining the head shaft 31.

2. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 1, wherein the first joining member 20 has graduations formed on its outer surface, and wherein the second joining member 30 has an arrow marked on its outer surface.

3. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 1, wherein the first joining member 20 and the second joining member 30 are configured to have a cylindrical shape.

4. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft or a head portion is characterized by comprising:

a shaft 10-1 having a handle;
a first joining member 20-1 having an upper cylinder 29-1 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a through-hole at the end of the shaft, a through-hole into which a bolt may be inserted, a screw thread 22-1 which is formed in the through-hole for joining a screw thread of the bolt, and a saw-toothed gear 25-1 which is formed on its coupling part;
a second joining member 30-1 having a lower cylinder 39-1 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft 31-1, a screw thread 33-1 which is formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt, and a saw-toothed gear 35-1 which is formed on its coupling part engaging the saw-toothed gear 25-1 of the first joining member 20-1 at the time of joining, and
a head portion 40-1 integrally joined to the head shaft 31-1.

5. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 1, wherein first joining member 20-1 has graduations 21-1 formed on its outer surface, and wherein the second joining member 30-1 has an arrow 37-1 marked on its outer surface.

6. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 1, wherein the first joining member 20-1 and the second joining member 30-1 are configured to have a cylindrical shape.

7. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club configured to prevent the slight movement of a shaft or a head portion is characterized by comprising:

a shaft 10-2 having a handle;
a first joining member 20-2 having an upper cylinder 29-2 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a through-hole at the end of the shaft, a through-hole into which a bolt may be inserted, and a saw-toothed gear 25-2 which is formed on its coupling part;
a second joining member 30-2 having a lower cylinder 39-2 which is integrally inserted into/joined to a head shaft 31-2, a screw thread 33-2 which is formed at its center for joining a screw thread of the bolt, a saw-toothed gear 35-2 which is formed on its coupling part engaging the saw-toothed gear 25-2 of the first joining member 20-2 at the time of joining;
a pad 60-2 inserted between the first joining member and the second joining member; and
a head portion joined to the head shaft 31-2.

8. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 7, wherein the first joining member 20-2 has graduations 21-1 formed on its outer surface, and wherein the second joining member 30-2 has an arrow 37-2 marked on its outer surface.

9. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 7, wherein the first joining member 20-2 has a screw thread formed in the through-hole.

10. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 1, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

11. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 2, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

12. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 3, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

13. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 4, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

14. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 5, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

15. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 6, wherein the head portion further comprises jujube tree reinforcing portion.

16. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 7, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

17. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 8, wherein the head portion further comprises a jujube tree reinforcing portion.

18. An assemblable/disassemblable golf club according to claim 9, wherein the head portion further comprises jujube tree reinforcing portion.
