Inner Sealable, Elastic, Contracting, Collapsing Membrane Made From Flexible Plastic Base, And/Or/With Rubber Base, And/Or/With Nylon Based, And/Or/With Metal Base Material And/Or Combination Material/s Installed Inside Plastic, Glass, Metals Bottles, Containers, Dispensers, Caps, Refillables, And/ Closures For Liquids, Attached to Metal or Plastic Tubing Enclosed With Ball Bearing For Manual and/or Automatic Suction Action For Pumps, Sprayers, Triggers, And Droppers

-

This invention addresses waste of liquids in all sorts of bottles/containers made from plastic, glass, metals bottles, containers, dispensers, caps which use pumping action to expel all sorts of liquids. Inside the bottles will be installed a refillables enclosed bags for liquids made from plastic/silicon based membrane inserted in plastic and glass bottles (containers) filling the volume within the bottles/containers, expelling the liquids using various type of pumps to improve suction of leftover (excess) of liquid as oil base, water base, soap base as shampoo, and any liquid in the bottom of the containers. The inner sealable, elastic, contracting, collapsing membrane made from flexible silicon base, and/or/with, plastic base, and/or/with rubber base, and/or/with nylon base, and/or/with, metal base material and/or from a combination of the material/s.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to an apparatus installed inside all sorts/types of a spray bottles/containers which use spray action with tubing inside. The bag installed inside of the bottles/container will prevent waste of excess liquids still remaining in the bottles/containers.

2. Description of the Related Art

Traditional plastic, metal and glass bottles and containers of all sorts which use spray action and expelling all sorts of liquids through tubing inside.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

People will often continue to buy the products they are used to use, even when cost of improvements in an upgraded product/s will make them considerably easy to use with a slightly higher price, consumers will continue to use the same products and buy them again and again. For many people buying shampoos and soap products at stores and hair salons is a natural way of doing things.

This can be used in a variety of products, with the consumer and industrial applications. But what manufactories of soap and shampoo don't realize is the waste that consumers face when struggling to use their products, and how to move away from waste into conservation, to help the environment. When customers can learn from new products, and how efficient is the products containers and bottles containing liquids as soap, shampoo or any other liquids. Consumers often get frustrated when nearly ⅙ of their soap, shampoo and conditioners still remain at the bottom of any traditional bottles or containers. Other consumers often open the bottles, and stir it, add water and just spill it into their hands. The process is often most frustrated to consumers and they often discarded the traditional bottles or containers, still containing ample liquids as soap, shampoo and conditioner they can use.

The liquids do not dispense all the soap and liquid in the traditional bottles or containers, because the tubing is often short or that the liquid is set on one side of the traditional bottles or containers and the consumer then have to shake and still the soap in efforts for the dispense to “catch” the liquid soap.

This will offer a feasible solution to such existing problems by giving consumers new experience to use the entire liquid without the need to steer or shake or flip the traditional bottles or containers and yet have the whole liquid is used. Therefore prices of manufacturers' products will generally rise a little, but will be reasonable to avoid making consumers to choose other products. The additional upgraded bottles and containers will make paying more for such items an affordable expense for promoting efficiency and savings to consumers.

Claims

1. This is a method apparatus made of tubing, wire and bag installed inside all sorts/types of a ray bottles with tubing. Inside the tubing will be plastic or metal wire attached to the head of the sprayer. The wire will be pressed and creating an atmospheric pressure within a plastic/silicon expelling the matter within the bottle/container and from within the membrane/bag that will be sealed by a rubbery ring on the top of the bottle and between the spray head and the bottle. The bag will be placed inside a bottle, made of glass, plastic or metal.

The spray head pump will create a pressure within the bottle greater than the outside, while pumping on the sprayer and equal pressure at rest time. When the spray head pump is pressed, the wire pushing on the ball bearing down, will make an opening and causing the plastic/silicon based membrane bag to collapse. This will not cause the bottle to collapse by pressing on the pump. Only the pressure within the bag will be affected. With each pumping action, the bag will collapse and empty the content of the bag (liquid, lotions, etc.). This can be installed and utilized in all types of sprayers, with/without triggers, and droppers.
Attached to spray head pump will be a tubing (mentioned above) and inside the tubing will be inserted the metal or plastic wire that will push on a ball bearing resting on a spring metal, at the lower bottom part of the tubing, closing an opening to the plastic/silicon based membrane bag. This action can be manual and/or automatic by pressing actions spray head pump, it will cause the pushing of the wire to be pushed downward, thereby pressing down on the ball bearing near the opening to be removed down to metal spring area, which is near the opening of the tubing. For every pressing on the spray pump head will create a suction action that will remove the air and the liquids inside the bag. When the spray pump head pressure is let go, the wire will be lifted up, causing the ball bearing to return back to its prior position. This will seal the plastic membrane until the next action is done.
By pressing in and out on the pump, will suction the contents of the bad, and with every press, will create an atmospheric pressure outside the bag, and within/inside the bottle, and causing the plastic/silicon based membrane bag to collapse within the bottle walls, and emptying the bag of its content until the bag is empty of the contents, made of all sort of residential and/or industrial liquids, dressing, lotions, shampoo, conditioners.
The use the above-mentioned products can be used and manifested in any market and with any manufacturers who use related liquids or any other liquids used by consumers and/or manufactures for industrial purposes to promote waste the saving for the consumers, conservation and the environment.
