DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions are exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following detailed description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 8, which is the easily foldable and expandable clothes hang rack according to the present invention. It is clearly shown in the figures that the clothes hang rack of the present invention is assembled by a plurality of rods 11D to pivotally connect via a fixing base 2 with an unlimited shape of triangle, rectangle, pentagon, hexagon and etc., wherein each rod may be rotably folded or expanded with respect to each other. Hereafter, the rectangle fixing base 2 is used as a typical example of present invention for even rods of 4, 6, 8 and etc.

Concretely speaking, the clothes hang rack comprises: a fixing base 2; a first rod 1A; a first axial hole 2A, and two adjacent perpendicular faces which are went through each other on two opposite sides and crossed over at the same or different height, which are shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 8.

The material of the fixing base 2 with unlimited shape of triangle, rectangle, pentagon, hexagon and etc. may adopt the wood, bamboo, metal, plastic, or any possible proper material.

The first rod 1A, the second rod 1B, the third rod 1C, and the fourth rod 1D of the present invention are the elements used as the branch rods, which the first rod 1A and the second rod 1B are relatively set a first pivotal hole 1A1 and a second pivotal hole 1B1 at roughly the middle positions corresponding to a first axial hole 2A of the fixing base 2.

And, a first pivotal axis 4A is further set through the first pivotal hole 1A1, the first axial hole 2A, and the second pivotal hole 1B1 to pivotally connect the first rod 1A and the second rod 1B on the two opposite sides of the fixing base 2, which arrangement can make the first rod 1A and the second rod 1B rotate relatively to the fixing base 2 to form a cross-form as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4.

The third rod 1C and the fourth rod 1D are relatively set a third pivotal hole 1C1 and a fourth pivotal hole 1D1 at roughly the middle positions corresponding to a second axial hole 2B of the fixing base.

And, a second pivotal axis 4B is further set through the third pivotal hole 1C1, the second axial hole 2B, and the fourth pivotal hole 1D1 to pivotally connect the third rod 1C and the fourth rod 1D on another two opposite sides of the fixing base 2, which arrangement can make that the third rod 1C and the fourth rod 1D rotate relatively to the fixing base 2 to form a cross-form as shown in FIG. 5.

Therefore, the user may quickly expand the whole clothes hang rack through the cross-forms of the first to fourth rods 11D relative to the fixing base 2, so as to form four fixing points supported on the ground.

Because the length of the first to fourth rods 11D is too long, so as to increase the volume during the transport and occupy more storage space when being stored at home, the first to fourth rods 11D of the present invention may be respectively designed as the two-sectional rods or the multi-sectional rods. And as shown in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B, a connector 6 may be provided to easily assemble connectively and dissemble separately for the sectional rods.

Wherein, the connector 6 may be divided into a connector 6A of an inner sleeve type or a connector 6B of an outer sleeve type. When being connected to use, the connector 6A of an inner sleeve type may be separately placed into the inner hole of the sectional first to fourth rods 11D to compose the complete first to fourth rods 11D as shown in FIG. 7A. Alternatively, the sectional first to fourth rods 11D may be separately sleeved into the connector 6B of an outer sleeve type as shown in FIG. 7B.

When being stored at home, the sectional first to fourth rods 11D and the connector 6 may be dissembled separately to decrease the length and volume as shown in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B.

For limiting the bottom of the first to fourth rods 11D not to unlimitedly expand outwardly to collapse the whole clothes hang rack, a fixing Strip 5 of the present invention may be utilized in the lower ends of the first to fourth rods 11D.

To explain in detail, the fixing Strip 5 of the present invention is utilized to connect the lower ends of two adjacent rods, which the both ends of the fixing Strip 5 are respectively fixed at two adjacent rods.

As a result, the lower ends of the first to fourth rods 11D will be limited not to continuously expand owing to the length limitation of the fixing Strip 5 when expanding to a particular angle as shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, the area surrounded by the lower ends of the first to fourth rods 11D will be limited to a certain range to provide enough stable support for the clothes hang rack.

Besides, the upper end of the rods of the present invention may set a plurality of hanging bars 3 to hang clothes. Preferably, the bars 3 are disposed on the sides of the rods in an upward inclination.

The shape of the hanging bars 3 may be straight, hook which is not shown in the figures, or any other particular shape.

When the clothes hang rack of the present invention is not to use, the rods may be rotated in an opposite direction relative to the fixing base 2 to overlap with the fixing base 2 as shown in FIG. 6.
