CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is based upon and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201720355419.8, filed on Apr. 6, 2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of quickdraws, and particularly relates to a quickdraw device.

BACKGROUND

A woven tape for connecting two adjacent quickdraw buckles of a quickdraw device in the prior art is mainly processed by a flat woven tape. Namely, after the flat woven tape is bent, both ends of the flat woven tape are sewed, and hanging holes matched with the quickdraw buckles are formed on both ends of the flat woven tape. For the woven tape designed in this manner, during use, since a sewing interface exists, the sewing interface is easy to crack. Therefore, great potential safety hazards exist. Moreover, the woven tape designed in the above manner is complicated in processing.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a quickdraw device with simple processing and safe and reliable use.

To achieve the purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:

A quickdraw device comprises quickdraw buckles and a woven tape for connecting the adjacent quickdraw buckles, wherein the woven tape is arranged in a hollow cylinder shape, ports are penetrated on both ends of the woven tape, at least one port of the woven tape is arranged to be curled along a length direction of the woven tape, and an inner diameter of the woven tape is equal to an inner diameter of the port.

The woven tape is formed through integral seamless weaving.

The woven tape is a high-strength polyester woven tape with a single-layer structure.

The woven tape is a high-strength polyester woven tape with a double-layer structure.

Two ports of the woven tape are arranged to be curled outwards.

Braided wires of the woven tape are polyester or nylon wires.

    • A wire diameter of the wires is greater than or equal to 800 dens and is less than or equal to 2000 dens.

Flanges are integrally woven on two ports of the woven tape.

At least one port of the woven tape is provided with a hook & loop for fastening the curled woven tape along a length direction.

The present invention has beneficial effects that: The present invention comprises quickdraw buckles, and a woven tape for connecting the adjacent quickdraw buckles. The woven tape is arranged in a hollow cylinder shape, ports are penetrated on both ends of the woven tape, at least one port of the woven tape is arranged to be curled along a length direction of the woven tape, and an inner diameter of the woven tape is equal to an inner diameter of the port. In such design, tensile strength of the woven tape can be effectively enhanced through the curled woven tape. Without sewing, processing is more convenient and quick.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of a quickdraw device of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a cross-section diagram of a woven tape in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a plane diagram of a non-curled woven tape in FIG. 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The technical solution of the present invention will be further described below in combination with drawings through specific embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present embodiment comprises quickdraw buckles 1, and a woven tape 2 for connecting the adjacent quickdraw buckles 1. The woven tape 2 is arranged in a hollow cylinder shape. Ports are penetrated on both ends of the woven tape 2. At least one port of the woven tape 2 is arranged to be curled along a length direction of the woven tape 2. An inner diameter of the woven tape 2 is equal to an inner diameter of the port. For the woven tape 2 designed in this manner, during use, woven tapes 2 of different lengths can be selected according to actual load-bearing conditions. Then, one port of the woven tape 2 is curled along a length direction of the woven tapes 2 until the cross sections of the woven tapes 2 are circular. Both ends of the woven tapes 2 can also be curled as needed.

In the present embodiment, the woven tape 2 is formed through integral seamless weaving. The woven tape 2 is a high-strength polyester woven tape with a single-layer structure, and can also be arranged as a high-strength polyester woven tape with a double-layer structure. To facilitate curling of the woven tape 2, two ports of the woven tape 2 are arranged to be curled outwards. In the present embodiment, braided wires of the woven tape 2 are nylon wires. A wire diameter of the wires is 1000 dens.

To facilitate curling of the woven tape 2, flanges are integrally woven on two ports of the woven tape 2. One port of the woven tape 2 is provided with a hook & loop 3 for fastening the curled woven tape 2 along the length direction, so as to fasten the curled woven tape 2.

The above contents are only preferred embodiments of the present invention. For those ordinary skilled in the art, contents of the description shall not be interpreted as a limitation to the present invention with respect to changes in detailed embodiments and application scopes according to the thought of the present invention.
