A credit card theft guard that will keep all confidential items in a wallet including credit card information safe and secure. The credit card theft guard includes a first fabric layer, wherein a first iron-on patch is disposed on a front facing of the first fabric layer and a back facing that includes a plurality of adhesive disposed on the back facing of the first fabric layer, an aluminum layer with a front facing adhered to the back facing of the first fabric layer with the adhesive disposed on the back facing of the first fabric layer and a second fabric layer that includes a plurality of adhesive disposed on a front facing of the second fabric layer and a back facing of the aluminum layer is adhered to the front facing of the second fabric layer.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The present invention is a credit card guard. More specifically, the present invention is a credit card theft guard.

Description of the Related Art

In today's day and age, credit card information stored in wallets and purses are continually being scanned and stolen via smartphones and other devices. Many people often leave their credit cards and identification cards stored in their wallets without any type of protection to keep perpetrators from stealing their credit card numbers and identity.

What is needed is a credit card theft guard that will keep all confidential items in their wallets including credit card information safe and secure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is a credit card guard. More specifically, the present invention is a credit card theft guard.

The credit card theft guard includes a first fabric layer, wherein a first iron-on patch is disposed on a front facing of the first fabric layer and a back facing that includes a plurality of adhesive disposed on the back facing of the first fabric layer, an aluminum layer with a front facing adhered to the back facing of the first fabric layer with the adhesive disposed on the back facing of the first fabric layer and a second fabric layer that includes a plurality of adhesive disposed on a front facing of the second fabric layer and a back facing of the aluminum layer is adhered to the front facing of the second fabric layer.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a credit card theft guard that will keep all confidential items in their wallets including credit card information safe and secure.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a credit card theft guard are manufactured out of high-grade plastic for added sustainability and flexibility.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a credit card theft guard that may be utilized with a bi-fold wallet or a tri-fold wallet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.

Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention however the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.

The phrase “in one embodiment” is used repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.

FIG. 1 illustrates an exploded side view of a credit card theft guard 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The credit card theft guard 100 may include a first fabric layer 110, an aluminum layer 120 and a second fabric layer 130.

The first fabric layer 110 may have a front facing 110A and a back facing 1108. The first fabric layer 110 may be made of denim or other suitable material. A first iron-on patch 112 may be disposed on a front facing 110A of the first fabric layer 110. The iron-on patch 112 may be a functional indicia 112A such as an advertisement 112AA to promote sales of a specific product or service. The back facing 1108 may include a plurality of adhesive 114 disposed on the back facing 1108 of the first fabric layer 110. The back facing 1108 may have a plurality of adhesive 114 disposed on the back facing 1108 of the first fabric layer 110.

The aluminum layer 120 may have a front facing 120A and a back facing 1208. The front facing 120A of the aluminum layer 120 may be adhered to the back facing 1108 of the first fabric layer 110 with the adhesive 114 disposed on the back facing 1108 of the first fabric layer 110.

The second fabric layer 130 may have a front facing 130A and a back facing 130B. The front facing 130A of the second fabric layer 130 may include a plurality of adhesive 132 disposed on the front facing 130A of the second fabric layer 130. The back facing 1208 of the aluminum layer 120 may be adhered to the front facing 130A of the second fabric layer 130 with the adhesive 132 disposed on the front facing 130A of the second fabric layer 130. A second iron-on patch 134 may be disposed on the back facing 1308 of the second fabric layer 130 and be a functional indicia 134A such as an advertisement 134AA to promote sales of a specific product or service. The second fabric layer 130 may be made of denim or other suitable material.

FIG. 2 illustrates a front exploded environmental view of a credit card theft guard 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The credit card theft guard 100 may include the first fabric layer 110 and the second fabric layer 130 being longer and wider than the aluminum layer 120, thereby creating a cloth perimeter edge 136.

The credit card theft guard 100 may be placed in a bill pocket 142 of a wallet 140 to prevent one or more credit cards 144, one or more debit cards 146 or other suitable cards from being scanned and having the information on the credit cards, debit cards or other suitable cards from being stolen. FIG. 2 illustrates a bi-fold wallet 140A, however the credit card theft guard 100 may also be placed in a bill pocket (not shown) of a tri-fold wallet (not shown) to prevent credit cards 144, debit cards 146 or other suitable cards from being scanned and having the information on the credit cards, debit cards or other suitable cards from being stolen.

While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention may be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.

Claims

1. A credit card theft guard, comprising:

a first fabric layer having a front facing and a back facing, wherein a first iron-on patch is disposed on a front facing of the first fabric layer and the back facing includes a plurality of adhesive disposed on the back facing of the first fabric layer;
an aluminum layer having a front facing and a back facing, the front facing of the aluminum layer is adhered to the back facing of the first fabric layer with the adhesive disposed on the back facing of the first fabric layer; and
a second fabric layer have a front facing and a back facing, the front facing of the second fabric layer includes a plurality of adhesive disposed on the front facing of the second fabric layer, the back facing of the aluminum layer is adhered to the front facing of the second fabric layer with the adhesive disposed on the front facing of the second fabric layer and a second iron-on patch is disposed on the back facing of the second fabric layer.

2. The credit card theft guard according to claim 1, wherein the first iron-on patch is a functional indicia.

3. The credit card theft guard according to claim 2, wherein the functional indicia is an advertisement to promote sales of a specific product or a service.

4. The credit card theft guard according to claim 3, wherein the first fabric layer is made of denim.

5. The credit card theft guard according to claim 1, wherein the second iron-on patch is a functional indicia.

6. The credit card theft guard according to claim 5, wherein the functional indicia is an advertisement to promote sales of a specific product or a service.

7. The credit card theft guard according to claim 6, wherein the second fabric layer is made of denim.

8. The credit card theft guard according to claim 1, wherein the credit card theft guard includes the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer being longer and wider than the aluminum layer, thereby creating a cloth perimeter edge.

9. The credit card theft guard according to claim 1, wherein the credit card theft guard is placed in a bill pocket of a wallet to prevent one or more credit cards or one or more debit cards from being scanned and having information on the one or more credit cards or the one or more debit cards from being stolen.

10. The credit card theft guard according to claim 9, wherein the wallet is a bi-fold wallet.

11. The credit card theft guard according to claim 9, wherein the wallet is a tri-fold wallet.
