CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The embodiments herein claim the priority of a United States Provisional patent application (PPA) with Ser. No. 62/603,962 filed on Jun. 19, 2017 with the title, “Glove and Packet Attachment to Sleeve”, and the contents of which are included entirely as reference herein.

BACKGROUND Technical Field

The embodiments herein are generally related garments and apparels for humans. The embodiments herein are particularly related to a construction of upper-body garments and apparels with gloves and pocket assembly for humans. The embodiments herein are more particularly related to a construction of upper-body garments and apparels with convertible and integrated gloves and pocket assembly for humans.

Description of the Related Art

One of the key factors of countering cold weather is the proper use of warm clothes and materials to keep warm. Apart from multiple layers of clothing to protect the torso from cold, a plurality of accessories is needed to protect the key organs of the body from cold. The accessories include hoods to protect head and ears, scarves to protect the neck and gloves for the hands.

Although the cold weather accessories are effective, they are also cumbersome to handle with many layers of clothes. It is also quite easy to lose smaller accessories, such as hoods and gloves. Some of the currently available apparel options include the ones where the accessories are combined with the main upper body garment. However, such options are not functional always and provide a plurality of problems during integration with the apparel.

Various garments have been proposed so as to provide a mitten for the hands of wearer during cold weather or the like. Such devices include garments having mittens attached at the sleeve ends to either cover or uncover the hands at the selection of the wearer. However, such garments have not disclosed gloves which are safely integrated into the garment when not in use. Moreover, when in use, the past garments have covered the hands which inhibited the easy grasping of articles by the wearer.

Hence, there is a need for an upper-body garment with integrated gloves. There is also a need for an upper garments with extendable gloves and pocket assembly. Still further there is a need for an upper garment constructed integrally with a convertible, retractable and extendable gloves. Yet there is a need for a garment assembly with a mechanism for interchanging sleeves integrated with gloves.

The abovementioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein and which will be understood by reading and studying the following specification.
