BACKGROUND ART

Generally, a compact container is a cosmetic container for applying a powder or gel type cosmetic content to a puff so that the cosmetic content is applied to a user's skin. Recently, products having gel type cosmetic contents have been widely used to prevent the cosmetic contents from scattering and also to enhance absorption forces of the cosmetic contents to the skin upon the application of the cosmetic contents. The compact container using the gel type cosmetic content is configured to discharge the cosmetic content through a pumping operation, and in this case, the compact container having various configurations have been suggested.

Such pump type compact container includes an outer container and an inner container coupled to the interior of the outer container. The inner container has a cosmetic content and a piston disposed therein, an airless pump located at the center of an upper portion thereof, a lever operating part located on top of the airless pump to push the airless pump, and a cosmetic dish for supplying the cosmetic content discharged from the airless pump to apply the cosmetic content to a puff.

According to the conventional pump type compact container, however, the inner container is moved and coupled to the piston in the state where the cosmetic content is filled therein, so that the cosmetic content filling work and the coupling work to the piston are very inconveniently performed.

In addition, even after the piston is coupled to the inner container, the airless pump, the lever operating part, and the cosmetic dish are coupled step by step to each other to make a finished product, thereby providing a low coupling efficiency.

Furthermore, if it is desired to refill the cosmetic content, the whole structure wherein the inner container and the airless pump are coupled to each other has to be exchanged, so that a high refill cost is generated to provide low economical effects.

MODE FOR INVENTION

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be in detail explained with reference to the attached drawing.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a refillable storage container according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing a coupling process of the refillable storage container according to the present invention. Hereinafter, an explanation on a refillable storage container according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, a refillable storage container 200 according to the present invention includes a cosmetic content storage part 210 in which a cosmetic content is filled, a piston 220 accommodated in the cosmetic content storage part 210, a cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 located in the cosmetic content storage part 210 in such a manner as to be coupled to cosmetic content discharge means for discharging the cosmetic content to the outside, and a cover 240 coupled separably to one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230.

The cosmetic content storage part 210 stores the cosmetic content in the interior thereof. In this case, the cosmetic content is in a liquid form. The cosmetic content stored in the cosmetic content storage part 210 can be discharged by the cosmetic content discharge means 300 as will be discussed later to the outside. Only if the cosmetic content storage part 210 has a space in which the cosmetic content is stored, it may be not limited in shape.

The piston 220 is inserted into the cosmetic content storage part 210 to discharge the cosmetic content stored in the cosmetic content storage part 210 to the outside. In detail, the piston 220 is descended by a negative pressure in the cosmetic content storage part 210 so that the cosmetic content is supplied to the cosmetic content discharge means 300.

A center of an outer peripheral surface of the piston 220 coming into contact with the cosmetic content storage part 210 is concavedly formed. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the piston 220 is extended outwardly from top and underside thereof in such a manner as to become short to the center thereof, so that it has a concaved section. Accordingly, air tightness can be effectively maintained between the piston 220 and the inner peripheral wall of the cosmetic content storage part 210, and also, the negative pressure in the cosmetic content storage part 210 can be kept.

The cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 is located in the cosmetic content storage part 210 and is thus coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300 for discharging the cosmetic content to the outside. The cosmetic content storage part 210 is coupled in various forms to cosmetic content discharge means 300 for discharging the cosmetic content to the outside, and accordingly, the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 is located at various positions in the cosmetic content storage part 210. The cosmetic content discharge means 300 is coupled to top of the cosmetic content storage part 210, and otherwise, the cosmetic content discharge means 300 is insertedly coupled to the cosmetic content storage part 210.

If the cosmetic content discharge means 300 is insertedly coupled to the cosmetic content storage part 210, the cosmetic content storage part 210 has a hole formed on the center thereof to have a shape of a ring, and in this case, the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 is located inside the hole. At this time, the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 has a coupling structure like screw thread, protrusion and groove, and so on. As shown in FIG. 1, the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 has a screw portion 213 formed at the inside thereof, and of course, it may have other coupling structures. Coupling between the cosmetic content storage part 210 and the cosmetic content discharge means 300 may be achieved in various forms, and accordingly, the coupling structures of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 may correspond to the various coupling forms.

The cover 240 is coupled separably to one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230. The cover 240 is seatedly coupled to one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 by means of just fitting or partial fusing. If the cosmetic content discharge means 300 is coupled to the cosmetic content storage part 210, the cover 240 is separated from one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230. If the cover 240 is separated, the cosmetic content stored in the cosmetic content storage part 210 is in a state of being discharged to the outside. The cover 240 is in a shape of a circle, but it may be not limited thereto.

The cosmetic content storage part 210 may have the whole surface formed unitarily or may have one surface made of an outer cover 250 separable therefrom. Coupling between the outer cover 250 and the cosmetic content storage part 210 is achieved in various forms. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the cosmetic content storage part 210 has a groove 212 formed along a top periphery thereof, and the outer cover 250 has a protrusion formed along an underside periphery thereof in such a manner as to be tightly coupled to the groove 212 of the cosmetic content storage part 210, so that the outer cover 250 and the cosmetic content storage part 210 can be coupled to each other. After the cosmetic content has been filled in the cosmetic content storage part 210, further, the outer cover 250 is coupled to the cosmetic content storage part 210, thereby serving to seal the cosmetic content storage part 210.

Moreover, the outer cover 250 is spaced apart from the cover 240. At this time, a space portion 251 is formed between the cover 240 and the outer cover 250, thereby allowing the cosmetic content to pass through the space portion 251.

If the cosmetic content discharge means 300 is coupled to the cosmetic content storage part 210, a cover seating portion 260 accommodates the cover 240 separated from one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 therein. If the cover 240 is not fixed to the cosmetic content storage part 210 after separated, it blocks a cosmetic content discharge path, thereby making it hard to discharge the cosmetic content to the outside, and accordingly, the cover seating portion 260 serves to fix the cover 240 to a give space in the cosmetic content storage part 210.

The cover seating portion 260 may be formed on one surface of the cosmetic content storage part 210 or formed on the outer cover 250 constituting one surface of the cosmetic content storage part 210. The cover seating portion 260 may be formed on the center of the outer cover 250.

Further, the cover seating portion 260 is spaced apart from the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 to form the space portion 251. After the cover 240 is separated, in this case, the cosmetic content passes through the space portion 251 and is thus discharged to the cosmetic content discharge means 300.

Furthermore, the cover seating portion 260 has various shapes in such a manner as to supportingly insert the cover 240 thereinto. Particularly, the cover seating portion 260 includes a support protrusion 255 for forming a support groove 256 at the inside thereof. The support groove 256 has the same shape as the cover 240 so as to mount the cover 240 therein.

FIG. 2 is a side view showing a coupling process of the refillable storage container according to the present invention.

Processes of the refillable storage container 200 according to the present invention for filling the cosmetic content and coupling the respective parts will be explained below. After the open side of the cosmetic content storage part 210 is located to face upward, the cover 240 is coupled to one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230. Next, the piston 220 is inserted into the cosmetic content storage part 210, and the cosmetic content is filled in the cosmetic content storage part 210. After that, the outer cover 250 is coupled to top of the cosmetic content storage part 210 to close the refillable storage container 200 according to the present invention. After the cosmetic content has been filled, of course, the cover 240 may be coupled to one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 only before the outer cover 250 is coupled to the cosmetic content storage part 210. Like this, the refillable storage container 200 according to the present invention is manufactured.

An explanation on the cosmetic content discharge means 300 will be given with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7.

The refillable storage container 200 according to the present invention is coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300. The cosmetic content discharge means 300 is coupled to the refillable storage container 200 and thus serves to discharge the cosmetic content to the outside. The cosmetic content discharge means 300 includes push button type discharge means for discharging the cosmetic content through pressurization of the button, plate type discharge means for discharging the cosmetic content through pressurization of just a plate, without having any separate button, and other type discharge means. The cosmetic content discharge means 300 is located on top of the refillable storage container 200, and according to the shape of the refillable storage container 200, a portion of the cosmetic content discharge means 300 may be inserted into the refillable storage container 200.

Now, an explanation on the cosmetic content discharge means 300 will be given with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6.

FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of cosmetic content discharge means coupled to the refillable storage container according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a pump of the cosmetic content discharge means coupled to the refillable storage container according to the present invention.

The cosmetic content discharge means 300 includes a pump 320 for discharging the cosmetic content by means of pumping and a pump support part 310 coupled to the refillable storage container 200 in such a manner as to accommodate the pump 320 therein.

The pump 320 serves to discharge the cosmetic content accommodated in the cosmetic content storage part 210 to the outside and is located in the pump support part 310. In detail, the pump 320 is located at the center of the pump support part 310. The pump 320 is an airless pump that sucks the liquid type cosmetic content accommodated in the cosmetic content storage part 210 and thus discharges the sucked cosmetic content to the outside of the refillable storage container 200. At this time, the discharged cosmetic content passes through the pump 320 and a cosmetic content discharge plate 340 and is thus exposed to the outside to which a user's puff is accessed.

Only if the pump 320 discharges the cosmetic content to the outside through the interaction between a cylinder and a piston, the pump 320 may be freely provided, without any limit in configuration.

According to the present invention, the pump 320 includes a housing 321 having a through hole 322 formed therein, a check valve 331 for opening and closing a lower portion of the through hole 322 of the housing 321, a fixed piston 332, a sealing cap 338, a piston rod 333 for opening and closing a cosmetic content path through upward and downward movements in the fixed piston 332, and a stem 335 coupled to a top periphery of the piston rod 333 and having a nozzle hole 334 formed at the center thereof.

At this time, the piston rod 333 forms a gap from the fixed piston 332 at the time when the pump 320 operates and thus opens paths 333a thereof to discharge the cosmetic content therethrough.

The stem 335 is formed unitarily with a distribution plate for uniformly distributing the cosmetic content discharged through the pump 320 or with a guide plate 330 for guiding the cosmetic content. Further, an elastic member 325 is located on the underside of the stem 335 in such a manner as to elastically operate up and down. If the stem 335 moves down by means of an external pressure, it compresses the elastic member 325 to allow the elastic member 325 to be elastically descended, and at the same time, the pump 320 is pressurized to perform the pumping. In detail, the piston rod 333 is descended by means of the stem 335, the gap of the piston rod 333 from the fixed piston 332 is formed to open the paths 333a, so that the cosmetic content is discharged upward through the nozzle hole 334 formed at the center of the stem 335. At this time, if a negative pressure is generated in the cosmetic content storage part 210 by means of the discharge of the cosmetic content, the piston 220 is descended to allow the cosmetic content to be continuously supplied to the pump 320 through the space portion 251 formed between the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 and the outer cover 250.

If the pressurizing external force is removed, on the other hand, the stem 335 is elastically raised and is thus returned to its original position by means of the elastic member 325, and accordingly, the piston rod 333 coupled to the underside of the stem 335 is returned to its original position to allow the supply of the cosmetic content to stop.

The pump support part 310 is coupled to the refillable storage container 200. In detail, the pump support part 310 is coupled to the refillable storage container 200 and accommodates the pump 320 therein. A portion in which the pump 320 is accommodated in the pump support part 310 is a pump coupling portion 313. The pump support part 310 has a groove formed at the center thereof and a flange extended downward therefrom, so that it can be insertedly located in the refillable storage container 200. In this case, the pump 320 is accommodated in the groove formed at the center of the pump support part 310, so that it can be located in the refillable storage container 200. Further, the pump coupling portion 313 of the pump support part 310 coupled to the refillable storage container 200 has a screw portion 314 formed along the outer periphery thereof in such a manner as to be coupled to the screw portion 213 formed on the refillable storage container 200.

The pump support part 310 includes a pressurizing portion 315 for pressurizing the cover 240, upon coupling to the refillable storage container 200, to separate the cover 240 from the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230. The pressurizing portion 315 is a portion capable of pressurizing the cover 240 and has a shape of a protrusion. The pressurizing portion 315 is formed on the underside of the pump support part 310.

Further, the pump support part 310 may have additional components like grooves formed on top thereof so that it can be coupled to separate components for discharging or distributing the cosmetic content, such as the distribution plate or the guide plate 330, the cosmetic content discharge plate 340, a push button part 350, and so on.

The cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is located on top of the pump support part 310 and has at least one or more discharge holes 342. The cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is made of metal and non-metal materials and is coated or plated. The discharge holes 342 are paths for discharging the cosmetic content and are freely formed without any limit in number or shape thereof. The discharge holes 342 are formed radially, and if a component having discharge paths is coupled to the underside of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340, the discharge holes 342 are formed to the corresponding shapes to the discharge paths to allow the cosmetic content to be easily discharged.

Further, the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 curvedly protrudes outwardly and is concaved inwardly. As a result, the cosmetic content discharged to the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is easily accessed to an applicator like a puff. In this case, the discharge holes 342 are formed on the center of the concaved portion of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340.

The guide plate 330 serves to guide the cosmetic content discharged by the pump 320 and thus to uniformly distribute the cosmetic content. The guide plate 330 is located between the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 and the pump support part 310 and is coupled to a portion of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 or the pump support part 310 or formed integrally therewith. For example, the guide plate 330 has a coupling protrusion 339 formed on the top thereof, and the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 has a coupling groove 349 formed on the underside thereof, so that the coupling protrusion 339 and the coupling groove 349 are coupled to each other. The guide plate 330 is coupled to the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 in an up and down direction, so that when the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is pressurized, the guide plate 333 is also descended.

The guide plate 330 has the nozzle hole 334 formed at the center thereof to pass the cosmetic content discharged from the pump 320 therethrough, and further, the guide plate 330 has branched grooves 337 for distributedly guiding the cosmetic content. The branched grooves 337 are formed radially, and of course, they may be freely formed, without any specific limit. The cosmetic content is discharged by the pump 320, passes through the nozzle hole 334 of the guide plate 330, flows along the branched grooves 337 of the guide plate 330, and is finally discharged to the discharge holes 342 of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340. The discharge holes 342 of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 are located correspondingly on tops of the nozzle hole 334 and the branched grooves 337 of the guide plate 330, thereby allowing the cosmetic content to be uniformly distributed and supplied.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing another example of cosmetic content discharge means coupled to the refillable storage container according to the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the underside of the cosmetic content discharge means of FIG. 5.

FIG. 3 shows the plate type cosmetic content discharge means so that the cosmetic content is discharged only through the pressurization of the plate, without any separate button part, and FIG. 5 shows push button type cosmetic content discharge means so that the cosmetic content is discharged through the pressurization of the push button part. The cosmetic content discharge means as shown in FIG. 3 and the cosmetic content discharge means as shown in FIG. 5 have the same configurations as each other, except that the cosmetic content discharge means as shown in FIG. 5 has the push button part, and accordingly, a repeated explanation will be avoided below.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the push button part 350 is located between the pump support part 310 and the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 and induces the pumping of the pump 320 under the principle of the lever to discharge the cosmetic content. The push button part 350 is coupled to the pump support part 310, the guide plate 330 or the stem 335, and through the coupling, the pump 320 is pressurized through the push operation of the push button part 350. For example, the pump support part 310 has a locking hole 311 formed on the front side of an upper portion thereof and rectangular concaved grooves 312 formed in an up and downward direction on both sides thereof, so that the pump support part 310 is coupled to the push button part 350.

If the push button part 350 is provided, the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 has an incised portion 343 formed on a portion thereof, so that a portion of the push button part 350 located on the underside of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is located on the same plane as the cosmetic content discharge plate 340.

The push button part 350 is made of a ring-shaped lever 351. In this case, the lever 351 is located to the form of the ring on the outer periphery of the stem 335 or the guide plate 330 to allow the coupled parts to have a low height, and further, working radius of the ring-shaped lever 351 through the front and back sides thereof is increased to improve the pressurizing pumping of the pump 320.

The lever 351, the guide plate 330, and the pump support part 310 are coupled to each other in various methods. According to the present invention, the push button part 350 has the ring-shaped lever 351 coupled to the outer periphery of the guide plate 330, a locking projection 352 formed on the lower portion of the front side of the lever 351, a push button 353 formed on the upper portion of the rear side of the lever 351, axial grooves 354 formed inwardly from both sides of the lever 351, and axial protrusions 355 formed outwardly from both sides of the lever 351 on the same axial lines as the axial grooves 354, so that the locking projection 352 of the lever 351 is inserted into the locking hole 311 of the pump support part 310, and the axial protrusions 355 protruding outwardly from both sides of the lever 351 are inserted into the rectangular concaved grooves 312 formed in the up and down direction on both sides of the pump support part 310.

On the other hand, hinge shafts 336 located on both sides of the guide plate 330 are inserted into the axial grooves 354 formed on both sides of the lever 351, and the push button 353 is insertedly located in the incised portion 343 of the cosmetic content discharge plate 340.

Referring to FIG. 6, at the time when the push button 353 is pressurized, the lever 351 entirely descendedly operates within the locking hole 311 of the pump support part 310 on which the locking projection 352 of the lever 351 is locked. At this time, the hinge shafts 336 of the guide plate 330 are inserted into the axial grooves 354 formed on both sides of the lever 351, and the guide plate 330 is coupled to the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 in the up and down direction, so that when the lever 351 is pushed, the guide plate 330 and the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 are descended. In the process, the axial protrusions 355 protruding outwardly from both sides of the lever 351 are ascendedly and descendedly guided within the rectangular concaved grooves 312 formed in the up and down direction on both sides of the pump support part 310. Through the pressurization of the push button 353 of the lever 351, like this, the guide plate 330 is descended to compressedly move the elastic member 325 down and also to cause the pumping operation of the pump 320.

According to the present invention, the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is directly pressurized to discharge the cosmetic content from the pump 320. If the push button part 350 is provided, otherwise, it is pressurized to discharge the cosmetic content from the pump 320. Even if the push button part 350 exists, however, it is of course possible that the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is directly pressurized to induce the pumping operation of the pump 320 and thus to discharge the cosmetic content from the pump 320.

FIG. 7 is a side view showing a coupling process between the refillable storage container according to the present invention and the cosmetic content discharge means of FIG. 5.

The cosmetic content discharge means 300 and the refillable storage container 200 are coupled to each other in various methods like screw coupling, protrusion and groove, detachable coupling using a locking projection, and so on. Referring to FIG. 7 showing the coupling process of the cosmetic content discharge means 300, the pump 320 and the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 are coupled to the pump support part 310. If the push button part 350 exists, it is coupled to the pump support part 310 before coupled to the cosmetic content discharge plate 340.

After the coupling of the refillable storage container 200 is finished, it is reversely located to allow one surface of the cosmetic content storage part 210 to come into contact with a floor, and next, the refillable storage container 200 is coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300. According to the present invention, the screw portion 314 formed on the pump coupling portion 313 of the pump support part 310 is simply coupled to the screw portion 213 formed on the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 of the refillable storage container 200. In the process, the pressurizing portion 315 formed on the underside of the pump support part 310 serves to pressurize the cover 240 coupled to one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 of the refillable storage container 200, and accordingly, the cover 240 is separated from the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230.

At this time, the cover 240 is supportingly inserted into the support groove 256 formed by the ring-shaped support protrusion 255 formed at the inner center of the outer cover 250, and at the same time, the cosmetic content stored in the cosmetic content storage part 210 is discharged to the pump 320.

In detail, the up and down directions of the refillable storage container 200 are reverse in the process of filling the cosmetic content and in the process of being coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300. In the process of filling the cosmetic content, the open surface of the cosmetic content storage part 210 is located to face upward and is then coupled to the piston, subjected to cosmetic content filling, and coupled to the outer cover 250. In the process of being coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300, contrarily, the refillable storage container 200 is reversely located to allow the outer cover 250 of the cosmetic content storage part 210 to come into contact with the floor and is then coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300.

After the coupling of the cosmetic container is finished, the cosmetic content discharge plate 340 is directly pressurized to discharge the cosmetic content from the pump 320, and if the push button part 350 is provided, it is pressurized to discharge the cosmetic content from the pump 320.

According to the present invention, therefore, the cosmetic container is configured to have only the refillable storage container 200, in which the cosmetic content is filled, provided in such a manner as to be refillable in the interior of an outer case thereof, separately from the cosmetic content discharge means 300, so that a minimum number of parts can be refilled to achieve cost reduction and high economical effects.

In addition, the refillable storage container 200 is separately manufactured through the cosmetic content filling and the coupling to the cover 240 and the outer cover 250 and is simply coupled to the underside of the cosmetic content discharge means 300, thereby simplifying the cosmetic content filling work and improving the coupling efficiency of the product.

FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing the coupled state between the refillable storage container according to the present invention and the cosmetic content discharge means of FIG. 5, and FIG. 9 is an enlarged view showing a portion “A” of FIG. 8.

Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, when the refillable storage container 200 is coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300, the cover 240 seated onto one side of the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 is pressurized by the pressurizing portion 315 formed on the pump support part 310 and is thus separated therefrom, so that the cosmetic content filled in the cosmetic content storage part 210 is discharged through pumping. After that, the separated cover 240 is fixed to the cover seating portion 260 of the cosmetic content storage part 210, that is, to the support groove 256 formed inside the support protrusion 255. At this time, the pressurizing portion 315 formed on the pump support part 310 serves to pressurize and separate the cover 240 from the cosmetic content discharge means-coupling part 230 and further serves to fixedly support the separated cover 240 to the cover seating portion 260.

According to the present invention, like this, the refillable storage container 200 stores the cosmetic container in a sealed state before coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300, and advantageously, it can move separately from the cosmetic content discharge means 300. Accordingly, the operation process is simple and the delivery of the parts is easy. Further, the refillable storage container 200 is easily coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300 by a user, thereby achieving easy coupling, and only the refillable storage container 200 is exchanged with new one after the cosmetic content is completely consumed, thereby achieving high cost reduction.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing the outer appearance of the cosmetic container having the cosmetic content discharge means of FIG. 5.

As shown in FIG. 10, after the refillable storage container 200 is coupled to the cosmetic content discharge means 300, it is accommodated in an outer case 100 of the cosmetic container. The outer case 100 has a space in which the refillable storage container 200 is seated and an open portion formed on the underside thereof to expose a portion of the refillable storage container 200 to the outside. As a result, the refillable storage container 200 pushes upwardly by means of the user through the open portion of the outer case 100, so that the refillable storage container 200 is easily separated from the outer case 100 and is thus exchanged with new one.

The outer case 100 includes a lower body 110 and an upper cap 120 openably coupled to a top side of the lower body 110, and the upper cap 120 has a mirror attached to the inside thereof.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
