COMPARTMENTALISED BOTTLE AND CUP

Bottle equipped with bands of union located on the periphery of the outer rim of bottle container and the outer inner rim of the glass, so that they can screw each other and form a union removable egg Crate and glass. Also the interior of the container bottle is compartmentalized so that is inside is divided into separate two sub-recipients each other, generating due to this, the mouth of the container division into two equal mouths.

Description
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention referred to in this Report is intended to guarantee the exclusive exploitation and ownership, throughout the national territory, of a container internally subdivided, so that it can contain two or more liquids in its interior without being mix between them, and equipped with a glass for consumption, coupled to said container, and whose novelty represents an evident and substantial improvement over everything known by the current state of the art.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The field of application of the present invention covers that related to the field of restoration and leisure, especially in those destined for the bottling of different beverages inside a same container. Among the different sectors, it is worth highlighting the combinations of cola with spirituous liquors or phytosanitary products that must be mixed in a certain proportion for their application.

The purpose of this invention is to introduce a new concept of containers intended for the bottling of liquids, thus allowing the possibility of handling two different beverages at will, simultaneously, for consumption.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

One of the needs in the field of beverage container technology is a container that can contain two or more liquids inside it without mixing with each other, this is due to, for example, the need to carry the glue and the liquor to mix them and get the family of cocktails known as Cuba Libre or coffee or tea and milk.

Solutions to the above need have been different types of containers joined together and within which divisions or two or more containers joined by their periphery have been made. The drawback of these is how to pour the liquids without mixing them since the lid is common the two containers.

The invention object of the present description offers a solution of low cost and easy use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is a container of the type of those having a body suitable for containing liquids, a neck and a mouth at the end of the neck where the said container can be filled or emptied and a lid that closes the mouth of the container said container to prevent accidental spillage of the contained liquid.

The vessel-vessel assembly is provided with connecting bands located on the periphery of the outer edge of the container and the outer inner edge of the vessel, in such a way that they can be screwed together and form a removable joint.

Also the interior of the container is compartmentalized, in such a way that it divides the container into two sub-recipients independent of each other, thus generating the division of the mouth of the container into two sub-mouths equal to each other, the edge of the compartment being at same level as the edge of the mouth.

The lid of the container has a first hole of dimensions smaller than those of the sub-mouths of the container, also having an articulated lid, which completely covers the hole and which is provided with closing means.

The cover also has two or more protuberances on its outer periphery, in order to facilitate the rotation of the same by the user, thus allowing the orientation of the exit orifice in relation to the sub-mouths of the container. In this way, in positions coinciding with one of the sub-mouths, the liquid contained in the compartment associated with said sub-mouth would be obtained; in transverse positions, which allows the simultaneous opening of the two sub-mouths, the mixture of the contained liquids would be obtained in the compartments associated to said sub-mouths.

DRAWINGS

To better understand the scope of this invention, we will describe it on the attached drawings in which a preferred design of the same has been given by way of example and without limitation.

In the drawings:

FIG. 1 shows an overview of the vessel-vessel system.

FIG. 2 shows the layout of the components.

FIG. 3 shows a section of the assemblies and a view of the compartments.

We can verify that, in the drawings, we have represented by (1) the container, (2) threaded fastening element, (3) the partition, (4) the left compartments, (5) the right compartment, (6) the glass, (7) the lid, (8) the closing flange, (9) the control protuberances.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a preferred embodiment of the invention, in this preferred embodiment the container (1), such as for example a glass bottle or a can, in which body a threaded fastening element is disposed integrally attached to its outer perimeter (2), located at a convenient height. Said threaded fastening element (2) is also located on the inner periphery of the vessel (6), in a position complementary to that of the bottle, allowing an adequate adjustment between both elements.

Likewise, the container (1) has a separation partition (3) inside it, which divides the container into a left compartment (4) and another compartment (5), the volume of which can be the same or different.

Finally, the lid (7) is constituted by a surface in which a hole covered with a closing flap (8), hinged and self-closing, has been arranged and in which external protuberances of the outside have been arranged control (9). Also, the union between the container (1) and the lid (7), is made so that it can rotate freely without leaving the site, so that the user can rotate the lid to match the first hole with one of the sub-mouths, or with both.

Within the essence of the invention fit the variants of detail, also protected, being able to vary: the material of manufacture; the type and shape of the container, the type, shape and location of the fastening element, the shape and number of partitions, the number of fluid receiving compartments, the shape of the vessel, as well as the shape and type of the cover, the closing flange and the control protuberances.

Claims

1. Compartmentalized Bottle and Vessel, characterized by having a container internally divided by a partition, and which has a threaded fastening element located on the outer periphery of the bottle and on the internal periphery of the vessel, said container being closed by a rotating lid provided with control protuberances and whose outlet orifice is covered by a closing flange

2. Compartmentalized Bottle and Vessel, according to the 1st claim, and which is characterized in that the separating partition subdivides the container's container into two or more compartments.

3. Compartmentalized Bottle and Vessel, according to the first claim, and which is characterized in that the threaded elements located in the outer periphery of the container and in the internal vessel, allow a removable connection between both fifteen.

4. Compartmentalized Bottle and Vessel, according to the 1st claim, and characterized by the lid can be rotated at will to make it match a sub-mouth, or orient it to allow the opening of two or more sub-mouths.
