EXTERNAL PUMPING VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF

An external pumping vacuum packaging machine and an operation method thereof are provided. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine comprises: a stage configured to place a bag to be packaged; a plastic package device disposed on the stage, which is configured to seal the bag to be packaged; a first clamping device and a second clamping device respectively configured to clamp both ends of a bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and a tightening device configured to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move, so as to increase the spacing between the first clamping device and the second clamping device and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged.

TECHNICAL FIELD

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an external pumping vacuum packaging machine and an operation method thereof.

BACKGROUND

In daily life, the importance of foods to the people is self-evident, but when foods are exposed to the air, they can easily spoil due to the action of moisture or bacteria. Thus, not only a serious waste of foods can be caused but also the bad foods are harmful to human. In order to more conveniently keep food fresh, people have developed vacuum packaging machines by utilization of the vacuum preservation principle for the vacuum package of foods, so that the shelf life of foods can be prolonged.

An external pumping vacuum packaging machine requires a worker to flatten mouths of bags to be packaged by hands in the vacuum-pumping plastic package process, so that the mouths of the bags to be packaged can become flat when a plastic seal presses down. But the operation method, on one hand, requires the operation of the workers and hence wastes manpower, and on the other hand, tends to lead to fold, leakage and other defects and hence has low success ratio of plastic package. Meanwhile, the operation mode imposes high requirement on the worker, and the worker needs to flatten the mouth of the bag to be packaged and operates a control panel at the same time, so that the rate of industrial accidents or poor plastic package may be increased.

SUMMARY

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an external pumping vacuum packaging machine and an operation method thereof. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine can automatically flatten bag mouths of bags to be packaged, save the manpower, reduce the incidence rate of industrial accidents, and improve the success ratio of plastic package.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an external pumping vacuum packaging machine which comprises: a stage configured to place a bag to be packaged; a plastic package device disposed on the stage and configured to seal the bag to be packaged; a first clamping device and a second clamping device respectively configured to clamp both ends of a bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and a tightening device configured to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move, so as to increase a spacing between the first clamping device and the second clamping device and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged.

For example, the tightening device is connected with both the first clamping device and the second clamping device, and is capable of driving the first clamping device and the second clamping device to move towards opposite directions.

For example, the first clamping device comprises a first upper clamp plate and a first lower clamp plate which are arranged opposite to each other; the second clamping device comprises a second upper clamp plate and a second lower clamp plate which are arranged opposite to each other; recesses are respectively provided at positions of the stage corresponding to the first clamping device and the second clamping device; the first lower clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate are respectively disposed in the recesses; and both clamping surfaces of the first lower clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate are in parallel and level to a surface of the stage.

For example, the external pumping vacuum packaging machine provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure further comprises a driving device; and the driving device is connected with the first upper clamp plate and the second upper clamp plate and configured to drive the first upper clamp plate and the second upper clamp plate to respectively move close to the first lower clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate.

For example, the first upper clamp plate, the first lower clamp plate, the second upper clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate are all in U-shaped structures.

For example, the plastic package device comprises a plastic seal bar; and the plastic seal bar is disposed in openings of the U-shaped structures on the stage and arranged in parallel to the surface of the stage.

For example, the tightening device adopts gear transmission or threaded transmission.

For example, the driving device adopts gear transmission or threaded transmission.

For example, the external pumping vacuum packaging machine provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure further comprises a controller, and the controller is configured to control the plastic package device, the first clamping device, the second clamping device and the tightening device.

For example, the controller stores a plurality of groups of parameters for clamping; and according to item parameters of bags to be packaged with different specifications, the controller is configured to control the first clamping device, the second clamping device and the tightening device to clamp and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged according to different parameters for clamping.

For example, the controller stores a plurality of groups of plastic package parameters of the plastic package device; and according to item parameters of bags to be packaged with different specifications, the controller is configured to control the plastic package device to seal the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged according to different plastic package parameters.

For example, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an operation method of the external pumping vacuum packaging machine, which comprises: clamping both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; tightening the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and sealing the bag to be packaged.

For example, the operation method further comprises: performing vacuum-pumping on the bag to be packaged before sealing the bag to be packaged.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide the external pumping vacuum packaging machine and the operation method thereof. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine comprises: the stage configured to place the bag to be packaged; the plastic package device disposed on the stage and configured to seal the bag to be packaged; the first clamping device and the second clamping device respectively configured to clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and the tightening device configured to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move, so as to increase the spacing between the first clamping device and the second clamping device and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure adopts the first clamping device and the second clamping device to respectively clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged by arrangement of the first clamping device and the second clamping device, and subsequently, adopts the tightening device to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move to tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, so as to automatically flatten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. As no worker is required to manually flatten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, the manpower can be saved, and meanwhile, the incidence rate of industrial accidents can be reduced and the success ratio of plastic package can be improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The technical solutions of the embodiments will be described in a clearly and fully understandable way in connection with the drawings related to the embodiments of the invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are just a part but not all of the embodiments of the invention. Based on the described embodiments herein, those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiment(s), without any inventive work, which should be within the scope of the invention.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10 comprises a controller 11, a stage 12, and a plastic package device disposed on the stage 12. The stage 12 is configured to place a bag to be packaged thereon. The controller 11 is configured to control the plastic package device to seal the bag to be packaged. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10 further comprises: a first clamping device 13, a second clamping device 14, and a tightening device 15. The first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 are respectively configured to clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. The tightening device 15 can drive the first clamping device 13 and/or the second clamping device 14 to move, so as to increase the spacing between the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged.

For instance, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, after the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 respectively clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, methods may be adopted for operation.

First method: the first clamping device 13 does not move, and the tightening device 15 only drives the second clamping device 14 to move towards the direction away from the first clamping device 13.

Second method: the second clamping device 14 does not move, and the tightening device 15 only drives the first clamping device 13 to move towards the direction away from the second clamping device 14.

Third method: the tightening device 15 drives the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 to move towards opposite directions respectively, namely driving the first clamping device 13 to move towards the direction away from the second clamping device 14 and driving the second clamping device 14 to move towards the direction away from the first clamping device 13.

All the three methods can increase the spacing between the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14, so as to tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. No limitation will be given here to the methods in the embodiment of the present disclosure.

For instance, the external pumping vacuum packaging machine provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure adopts the first clamping device and the second clamping device to respectively clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged by arrangement of the first clamping device and the second clamping device, and subsequently, adopts the tightening device to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move to tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, so as to achieve automatic flattening of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. Because no worker is required to manually flatten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, the manpower can be saved, and meanwhile, the incidence rate of industrial accidents can be reduced and the success ratio of plastic package can be improved.

For instance, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tightening device 15 is connected with both the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14, namely the tightening device 15 is respectively connected with the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14. The tightening device 15 may drive the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 to move towards opposite directions. For instance, when the bag to be packaged is placed on the stage 12, the connecting line of both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged is a first straight line, and the tightening device 15 can drive the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 to move oppositely along the first straight line.

For instance, the tightening device 15 drives the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 to move oppositely along the direction of the connecting line of both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, so that the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged can be more easily flattened, which is favorable for the subsequent sealing operation.

For instance, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the first clamping device 13 includes a first upper clamp plate 131 and a first lower clamp plate 132 which are arranged opposite to each other, the second clamping device 14 includes a second upper clamp plate 141 and a second lower clamp plate 142 which are arranged opposite to each other, recesses 121 are respectively formed at positions of the stage 12 corresponding to the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14; the first lower clamp plate 132 and the second lower clamp plate 142 are respectively disposed in the recesses 121; and both clamping surfaces of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the second lower clamp plate 142 (namely the surface of the first lower clamp plate 132 close to the first upper clamp plate 131 and the surface of the second lower clamp plate 142 close to the second upper clamp plate 141) are in parallel and level to a surface of the stage 12. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10 further comprises a driving device 16. The driving device 16 is connected with the first upper clamp plate 131 and the second upper clamp plate 141, and can drive the first upper clamp plate 131 and the second upper clamp plate 141 to respectively move towards the first lower clamp plate 132 and the second lower clamp plate 142, so as to clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged.

For instance, as illustrated in FIG. 2, recesses 121 are formed on the stage 12; both the first lower clamp plate 132 and the second lower clamp plate 142 are disposed in the recesses 121; and both clamping surfaces of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the second lower clamp plate 142 are in parallel and level to the surface of the stage 12. In this way, when the driving device 16 drives the first upper clamp plate 131 and the second upper clamp plate 141 to respectively move towards the directions close to the first lower clamp plate 132 and to the second lower clamp plate 142, so as to clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged is attached to the surface of the stage 12, which provides convenience for the plastic package device to seal the bag to be packaged. It should be noted that the size of the recesses 121 is greater than or equal to the size of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the second lower clamp plate 142. For instance, the size of the recesses 121 is greater than the size of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the size of the second lower clamp plate 142. For instance, the length of the recesses 121 is greater than the length of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the length of the second lower clamp plate 142; the width of the recesses 121 is greater than the width of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the width of the second lower clamp plate 142; and the height of the recesses 121 is greater than or equal to the height of the first lower clamp plate 132 and the height of the second lower clamp plate 142. Thus, the adjustable range of the spacing between the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 can be increased, which is favorable for processing bags to be packaged with different sizes.

For instance, the specific shapes of the first upper clamp plate 131, the first lower clamp plate 132, the second upper clamp plate 141 and the second lower clamp plate 142 may be various, e.g., may be a rectangular strip, a plate or a column. No limitation will be given on the shapes here in the embodiment of the present disclosure.

For instance, both the tightening device 15 and the driving device 16 may adopt a plurality of driving modes, e.g., may adopt gear transmission or threaded transmission. No limitation will be given on the driving modes here in the embodiment of the present disclosure.

For instance, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the plastic package device may further include a plastic seal bar 17. The plastic seal bar 17 is disposed over the stage 12 and is parallel to the surface of the stage 12; the first upper clamp plate 131, the first lower clamp plate 132, the second upper clamp plate 141, and the second lower clamp plate 142 may all be in U-shaped structures; and the plastic seal bar 17 is disposed in openings of the U-shaped structures, namely the plastic seal bar 17 may move into the openings of the U-shaped structures in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the stage 12, so as to seal the bag to be packaged. The operation of flattening the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged by human hands is simulated; both the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 are in U-shaped structures; and openings of the two U-shaped structures are opposite to each other. Thus, in the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged which is clamped and flattened by the two U-shaped structures, parts disposed between two parallel sides of the U-shaped structure are flattened to be the flattest. And the plastic seal bar 17 is disposed on the parts. In the sealing process, the plastic seal bar 17 is utilized to seal the parts, so that the success ratio of plastic package can be further improved.

For instance, as shown in FIG. 3, the controller 11 stores a plurality of groups of parameters for clamping. According to item parameters of bags to be packaged with different specifications, the controller 11 may control the first clamping device 13, the second clamping device 14 and the tightening device 15 to clamp and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged according to different parameters for clamping. Thus, all kinds of bags to be packaged with different specifications can be well clamped and tightened. For instance, the item parameters include the materials, the thicknesses and the like of the bags to be packaged. The parameters for clamping include the clamping force of the first clamping device 13, the clamping force of the second clamping device 14, the tightening force of the tightening device, etc.

It should be noted that the clamping force of the first clamping device 13 may be implemented by the spacing between the first upper clamp plate 131 and the first lower clamp plate 132, and the clamping force is larger when the spacing between the first upper clamp plate and the first lower clamp plate is smaller. Similarly, the clamping force of the second clamping device 14 may be also implemented by the spacing between the second upper clamp plate 141 and the second lower clamp plate 142, and the clamping force is larger when the spacing between the second upper clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate is smaller. The tightening force of the tightening device 15 may be implemented by the spacing between the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 after the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14 respectively clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, and the tightening force is larger when the spacing is larger.

For instance, the controller 11 may store a plurality of groups of plastic package parameters of the plastic package device. According to item parameters of bags to be packaged with different specifications, the controller 11 may control the plastic package device to seal the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged according to different plastic package parameters. Thus, all kinds of bags to be packaged with different specifications can be well sealed. For instance, the item parameters include the materials, the thicknesses and the like of the bags to be packaged. The plastic package parameters include the plastic package temperature, the pressing force, the plastic package time and the like of the plastic seal bar 17. It should be noted that the pressing force of the plastic seal bar 17 is implemented by the spacing between the plastic seal bar 17 and the surface of the stage 12, and the pressing force is larger when the spacing is smaller. When the bag to be packaged is sealed by thermoplastic means, both the plastic package temperature and the plastic package time of the plastic seal bar 17 have a significant impact on the package yield of the bags to be packaged.

For instance, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of buttons corresponding to different clamping parameters and plastic package parameters are disposed on the controller 11, can simply and rapidly achieve the switching among different parameters, and hence can improve the working efficiency and the processing capacity of the external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10. For instance, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10 further comprises a vacuum-pumping device 19. The vacuum-pumping device 19 includes an exhaust tube disposed over the stage 12, and the exhaust tube is, for instance, a flat exhaust tube 18; the flat exhaust tube 18 is intersected with a connecting line of the first clamping device 13 and the second clamping device 14, and may be extended into the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and the controller 11 may control the flat exhaust tube 18 to perform vacuum-pumping on the bag to be packaged. Before the plastic package device is adopted to seal the bag to be packaged, the flat exhaust tube 18 should be extended into the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged and remove air from the bag to be packaged, so that the bag to be packaged can become a vacuum bag, namely the inside of the bag to be packaged is in a vacuum state or close to a vacuum state, which provides convenience for the plastic package device to seal the bag to be packaged.

For instance, the vacuum-pumping device 19 further includes an air extractor. The air extractor is connected with the flat exhaust tube 18 and configured to generate exhaust airflow. The air extractor is, for instance, a vacuum pump.

For instance, alternatively the external pumping vacuum packaging machine 10 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may not include the controller 11. The plastic package device, the first clamping device, the second clamping device, the tightening device and the vacuum-pumping device all operate according to predetermined parameters and sequences. No limitation will be given here.

For instance, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an operation method of an external pumping vacuum packaging machine, which, as shown in FIG. 4, comprises the following steps:

S01: clamping both ends of a bag mouth of a bag to be packaged;

S02: tightening the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged;

S03: performing vacuum-pumping on the bag to be packaged; and

S04: sealing the bag to be packaged.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide the external pumping vacuum packaging machine and the operation method thereof. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine comprises: a stage configured to place a bag to be packaged; a plastic package device disposed on the stage and configured to seal the bag to be packaged; a first clamping device and a second clamping device respectively configured to clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and a tightening device configured to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move, so as to increase the spacing between the first clamping device and the second clamping device and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure adopts the first clamping device and the second clamping device to respectively clamp both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged by arrangement of the first clamping device and the second clamping device, and subsequently, adopts the tightening device to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move to tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, so as to automatically flatten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged. As no worker is required to manually flatten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged, the manpower can be saved, and meanwhile, the incidence rate of industrial accidents can be reduced and the success ratio of plastic package can be improved.

Claims

1. An external pumping vacuum packaging machine, comprising:

a stage configured to place a bag to be packaged;
a plastic package device disposed on the stage and configured to seal the bag to be packaged;
a first clamping device and a second clamping device respectively configured to clamp both ends of a bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and
a tightening device configured to drive the first clamping device and/or the second clamping device to move, so as to increase a spacing between the first clamping device and the second clamping device and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged.

The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the tightening device is connected with both the first clamping device and the second clamping device, and is capable of driving the first clamping device and the second clamping device to move towards opposite directions.

3. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping device comprises a first upper clamp plate and a first lower clamp plate which are arranged opposite to each other;

the second clamping device comprises a second upper clamp plate and a second lower clamp plate which are arranged opposite to each other;
recesses are respectively provided at positions of the stage corresponding to the first clamping device and the second clamping device; the first lower clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate are respectively disposed in the recesses; and both clamping surfaces of the first lower clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate are in parallel and level to a surface of the stage.

4. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 3, further comprising a driving device,

wherein the driving device is connected with the first upper clamp plate and the second upper clamp plate and configured to drive the first upper clamp plate and the second upper clamp plate to respectively move close to the first lower clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate.

5. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 3, wherein the first upper clamp plate, the first lower clamp plate, the second upper clamp plate and the second lower clamp plate are all in U-shaped structures.

6. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein the plastic package device comprises a plastic seal bar; and the plastic seal bar is disposed in openings of the U-shaped structures on the stage and arranged in parallel to the surface of the stage.

7. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 4, wherein the tightening device adopts gear transmission or threaded transmission.

8. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 4, wherein the driving device adopts gear transmission or threaded transmission.

9. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a controller,

wherein the controller is configured to control the plastic package device, the first clamping device, the second clamping device and the tightening device.

10. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 9, wherein the controller stores a plurality of groups of parameters for clamping; and

according to item parameters of bags to be packaged with different specifications, the controller is configured to control the first clamping device, the second clamping device and the tightening device to clamp and tighten the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged according to different parameters for clamping.

11. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 9, wherein the controller stores a plurality of groups of plastic package parameters of the plastic package device; and

according to item parameters of bags to be packaged with different specifications, the controller is configured to control the plastic package device to seal the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged according to different plastic package parameters.

12. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 10, wherein the item parameters comprise materials and thicknesses of the bags to be packaged.

13. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 10, wherein the clamping parameters comprise a clamping force of the first clamping device, a clamping force of the second clamping device, and a tightening force of the tightening device.

14. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 11, wherein the plastic package parameters comprise a plastic package temperature, a pressing force and a plastic package time of plastic seal.

15. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a vacuum-pumping device.

16. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 15, further comprising a controller,

wherein the controller is configured to control the vacuum-pumping device to perform vacuum-pumping on the bag to be packaged.

17. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 15, wherein the vacuum-pumping device comprises an exhaust tube disposed over the stage; and the exhaust tube is intersected with a connecting line of the first clamping device and the second clamping device.

18. The external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 17, wherein the exhaust tube is a flat exhaust tube.

19. An operation method of the external pumping vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, comprising:

clamping both ends of the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged;
tightening the bag mouth of the bag to be packaged; and
sealing the bag to be packaged.

20. The operation method according to claim 19, further comprising:

performing vacuum-pumping on the bag to be packaged before sealing the bag to be packaged.
