COMPONENT STYLE AUTOMATIC WOBBLE JEWELRY APPARATUS, ACCESSORY AND IMPLEMENTATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention provides a component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, accessory and implementation method thereof, the apparatus comprises a subpart with gemstone inlaid, and a body, having a space accommodating the subpart; where two opposite connection holes are arranged, two adapted connection shafts are arranged in the subpart, wherein the connection hole is formed by a ring component, which has a ring portion forming the connection hole and a connected mounting post portion, applied to inserting into an assembly hole in the body accordingly. Due to adopting a method of arranging the subpart in the ring portion in the jewelry apparatus, and matching the mounting post portion arranged in the ring component and the assembly hole in the body, it is possible to lower assembly difficulty and process requirement, thus facilitates the processing and assembly.

CROSS-REFERENCES TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the priority of Chinese patent application no. 201710373732.9, filed on May 24, 2017, the entire contents of all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of a jewelry apparatus, accessory and implementation method thereof, and, more particularly, to an improvement of a component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, accessory and implementation method thereof.

BACKGROUND

In prior arts, a gemstone inlaid jewelry apparatus, more particularly, a diamond inlaid jewelry in an automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, usually, needs to assemble a subpart with a diamond into a body, while an assembling method in the prior arts is generally assembling and processing a whole jewelry apparatus, forming a connection hole and a subpart, which is inconvenient to assembly, especially for a handicrafts workshop lack of processing technology, it is impossible to achieve an enough utilization and implementation to a core component of an automatic wobble jewelry apparatus.

Therefore, the prior arts needs to be improved and developed.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

According to the above described defects, the purpose of the present invention is providing a component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, accessory and an implementation method thereof, it further provides an easy assembly automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, while being able to provide a core component for a regular handicraft process, to reduce a requirement for an assembly process.

In order to achieve the above mentioned goals, the technical solution of the present invention to solve the technical problems is as follows:

A component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, comprises a subpart with a gemstone inlaid, and a body, having a space accommodating the subpart; two connection holes opposite to each other are arranged in the body; two connection shafts applied to adapting the connection holes are arranged in the subpart, wherein the connection hole is formed by a ring component, the ring component has a ring portion forming the connection hole and a mounting post portion connecting to the ring portion, the mounting post portion is applied to inserting into an assembly hole accordingly in the body.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein the connection shaft has a blade edge touching an inner wall of the connection hole.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein a center of the body is arranged as a hollow structure in at least one side, applied to displaying a gemstone in the subpart.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein the mounting post portion is connected to the assembly hole by welding.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein the mounting post portion adopts a mounting method of perpendicular to the inner wall of the body.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein the subpart is arranged in a way that each of two sides has a gemstone inlaid.

An accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein the accessory comprises only the subpart without any gemstones inlaid, and two of the ring components accordingly.

An implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein it comprises a plurality of following steps:

A. setting a gemstone into the subpart, and inserting the connection shaft into the ring portion of the ring component;

B. connecting and fixing the mounting post portion of the ring component to the assembly hole accordingly in the body.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, accessory and implementation method provided by the present invention, due to adopting a method of arranging the subpart into the ring portion of the body in an automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, by matching the mounting post portion arranged in the ring component to the assembly hole in the body, it is possible to lower an assembly difficulty and a process requirement, thus facilitates the processing and assembly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The present invention provides a component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, accessory and an implementation method thereof, in order to make the purpose, technical solution and the advantages of the present invention clearer and more explicit, further detailed descriptions of the present invention are stated here, referencing to the attached drawings and some preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the detailed embodiments of the invention described here are used to explain the present invention only, instead of limiting the present invention.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, accessory and the implementation method thereof, provided by the present invention, wherein the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus is first pointing to an automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, more commonly, but not limited to, a diamond inlaid jewelry; it may also be applied to jewelry apparatus having a plurality of gemstones other than the diamond inlaid, including a sapphire, a ruby and more. A preferred embodiment of the jewelry apparatus according to the present invention is mainly, but not limited to, a pendant, shown as FIGS. 1-4, it may also be applied to other jewelry apparatuses including a ring and an earring.

The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, comprises a body 110, acting as a main part, accommodating a subpart 120, in the jewelry apparatus described in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3a, the body 110 is designed as a hollow structure, forming a certain accommodation space 130, applied to holding the subpart 120 inside. The subpart 120 arranges a plurality of facets to set gemstones including a diamond, it may set at least one diamond 121, more preferably but not limited to, it may be a solitaire diamond set, as a magnificent set shown in FIGS. 6a-6d, or a lotus carat diamond set as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b, or a six-surround-one setting, as shown in FIGS. 7a-7c, or a rose Inlaid scoop as shown in FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b, among the above described implementation methods of multi diamonds surrounding one diamond, it is not limited to an amount shown in the figure, such as it may be six-surround-one, or eight-surround-one, or ten-surround-one.

The subpart 120 described in the present invention may wobble automatically in the hollow structure 130. An implementation structure is arranging two connection holes 111 in the body 110 to mount the subpart 120, specifically but not limited to, it may be formed by two ring components 151, in each embodiment shown as FIGS. 3b, 5a, 6a, 7a and 8a, an assembly hole 116 is arranged inside the body 110 at each corresponding position, and two ring components 151 are arranged accordingly, top part of each ring component 151 is set as a ring portion forming the connection hole 111, and a mounting post portion 152 extending and connecting to the ring portion, the mounting post portion 152 may be inserted into the assembly hole 116 for mounting and fixing, such as fixing the ring component 151 onto an according position through welding. Also, two connection shafts 122 applied to adapting two of the connection holes 111 are arranged on two sides of the subpart 120, the two connection shafts 122 are applied to ensuring that an automatic wobble of the subpart 120 may be achieved by a shake, the two connection shafts 122 may be arranged stretching straightly, may also be arranged extending in a certain angle. Taking into account enhancing a shake degree of an automatic wobble, a straight stretch is a preferred method.

The mounting post portion 152 according to the present invention may further be arranged into a round or square cross-section column, especially the square cross-section column may be inserted into the assembly hole 116 more easily, eliminating a material and touching inside of the assembly hole 116 through the material deforming (the assembly hole 116 is usually a round hole). Mounting vertically the mounting post portion 152 onto the inner wall of the body 110, the connection holes 111 will be formed. Such an implementation method may achieve an easier assembly, and a requirement of the assembly process is not high, both the mounting post portion 152 and the subpart 120 may be manufactured and achieved by a CNC machine tool, and that lowers the requirement of assembly process for the diamond.

Of course, preferably, arranging a blade edge 123 at a lower part of the connection shaft 122, when touching the inner wall of the connection hole 111, the blade edge 123 is applied to ensuring a smaller resistance of a whole touch connection, thus an easier automatic wobble. Also, when arranging the subpart 120, usually, it is needed to take into account a distribution situation of a volume and a gravity center thereof, so as to arrange the gravity center of the subpart 120 right below the connection shaft 122, while keeping a certain angle between a display facet of the subpart 120 having the gemstone inlaid and a vertical direction of the gravity center, so as to facilitate the gemstone to be displayed according to a preset angle, which is usually arranged between 5 and 15 degrees.

To facilitate a display of the gemstone and prevent the body turnover during the display, it is also possible to set gemstones on two sides of the subpart 120, and even set different gemstones, so as to make the body 110 have a gemstone for display on another side during turning over. Of course, in such a situation, the hollow structure of the body 110 should be fully penetrated, so it is possible to admire the subpart 120 from two sides.

A core creation of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to the present invention is providing a product using different accessories, since a current domestic processing technology on automatic wobble jewelry apparatus is complex, while a jewelry industry is always using a traditional craft, a plurality of practitioners need a technical innovation in urgent, which is hard though, due to most practitioners are sticking to the traditional craft and hard to digest and utilize any modern process technologies, including the CNC machine tools. The present invention provides an accessory product of the automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, it provides a core component of the automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, which is also the component hardest to manufacture, to a general practitioner working on inlaid process, thereby reducing greatly a technical difficulty in an inlaid profession conventionally.

Accessories of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to the present invention include a basic structure of the above said subpart 120, which is a state without any gemstones inlaid, and two ring components 151, which are sold as a component and an accessory, to facilitate other peers in the inlaid profession. During processing, it is only needed to decide two positions of the two assembly holes in the body, before processing to form the two assembly holes, followed by arranging the ring components 151 to the above said assembly holes, which may reduce greatly the process difficulty of the automatic wobble jewelry apparatus manufacturing. While both the subpart 120 and the ring component 151 may be manufactured by the CNC machine tool in a big deal, and an efficiency of an industrial processing is extremely high.

The basic structure of the subpart 120 described in the present invention may be various, according to different diamond inlaid modes, such as the lotus carat diamond set shown as FIGS. 5a and 5b, the subpart 120 arranges an eight-surround-one structure, a plurality of detents 201 press against a plurality of surrounding diamonds, while the plurality of surrounding diamonds press inward against a central diamond (the surrounding diamonds are pressed by the detents, while pressing the central diamond); or the magnificent set shown as FIGS. 6a-6d, the subpart 120 arranges an inlaid process pointing to the single diamond 121, and a surrounding edge type structure 302 being able to amplify a size of the single diamond; or the conventional six-surround-one setting structure shown as FIGS. 7a-7c, each diamond is fixed by detents, before combining together to form a larger brilliance feeling; or the rose Inlaid scoop as shown in FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b, which uses the central diamond to press against the surrounding diamonds after setting and fixation, together with adjusting the angles between the cutting facets of the central diamond and the surrounding diamonds, before forming a brilliance effect of one diamond.

The accessories according to the present invention may also arrange the gemstones including but not limited to diamonds accordingly in the subpart 120, before selling together with the ring component 151, in such a way, it may achieve different implementation methods of the subpart 120 before providing to other setting servicers, so as to form a series of products in different levels to the market, and provide to different manufacturers having different processing abilities.

The present invention further provides an implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, shown as FIG. 9, it comprises a plurality of following steps:

A. setting a gemstone onto the subpart, and inserting the connection shaft into the ring portion of the ring component;

B. connecting and fixing the mounting post portion of the ring component to the assembly hole accordingly in the body.

The method provided in the present invention may allow an ordinary handicraftsman purchase directly the core components of the automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, before mounting to any of the body designed by himself, so as to increase a fitting scope of the automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, and improve a design space of the jewelry apparatus, especially for the jewelry apparatus traditionally in a static manner, the present invention may provide a designer a dynamic design concept. While for an ordinary handicraftsman, he only need to process out the assembly holes accordingly in the body, the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus may then be arranged to the body, therefore, a requirement of the manufacturing process is reduced.

It should be understood that, the application of the present invention is not limited to the above examples listed. Ordinary technical personnel in this field can improve or change the applications according to the above descriptions, all of these improvements and transforms should belong to the scope of protection in the appended claims of the present invention.

Claims

1. A component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, comprises a subpart with a gemstone inlaid, and a body, having a space accommodating the subpart; two connection holes opposite to each other are arranged in the body; two connection shafts applied to adapting the connection holes are arranged in the subpart, wherein the connection hole is formed by a ring component; the ring component has a ring portion forming the connection hole and a mounting post portion connecting to the ring portion; the mounting post portion is applied to inserting into an assembly hole accordingly in the body.

2. The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the connection shaft has a blade edge touching an inner wall of the connection hole.

3. The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a center of the body is arranged as a hollow structure in at least one side, applied to displaying a gemstone in the subpart.

4. The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the mounting post portion is connected to the assembly hole by welding.

5. The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the mounting post portion adopts a setting method of perpendicular to the inner wall of the body.

6. The component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the subpart is arranged in a way that each of two sides has a gemstone inlaid.

An accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, wherein the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus comprises a subpart with a gemstone inlaid, and a body, having a space accommodating the subpart; having two connection holes formed by a ring component opposite to each other arranged in the body; having two connection shafts applied to adapting the connection holes arranged in the subpart; the ring component has a ring portion forming the connection hole and a mounting post portion connecting to the ring portion; the mounting post portion is applied to inserting into an assembly hole accordingly in the body;

the accessory comprises only the subpart without any gemstones inlaid, and two of the ring components accordingly.

8. The accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the connection shaft has a blade edge touching an inner wall of the connection hole.

9. The accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a center of the body is arranged as a hollow structure in at least one side, applied to displaying a gemstone in the subpart.

10. The accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the mounting post portion is connected to the assembly hole by welding.

11. The accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the mounting post portion adopts a setting method of perpendicular to the inner wall of the body.

12. The accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the subpart is arranged in a way that each of two sides has a gemstone inlaid.

13. An implementation method for an accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus, the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus comprises a subpart with a gemstone inlaid, and a body, having a space accommodating the subpart; having two connection holes formed by a ring component opposite to each other arranged in the body; having two connection shafts applied to adapting the connection holes arranged in the subpart; the ring component has a ring portion forming the connection hole and a mounting post portion connecting to the ring portion; the mounting post portion is applied to inserting into an assembly hole accordingly in the body; the accessory comprises only the subpart without any gemstones inlaid, and two of the ring components accordingly, wherein the implementation method comprises a plurality of following steps:

A, setting a gemstone into the subpart, and inserting the connection shaft into the ring portion of the ring component;
B, connecting and fixing the mounting post portion of the ring component to the assembly hole accordingly in the body.

14. The implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the connection shaft has a blade edge touching an inner wall of the connection hole.

15. The implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 14, wherein a center of the body is arranged as a hollow structure in at least one side, applied to displaying a gemstone in the subpart.

16. The implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the mounting post portion is connected to the assembly hole by welding.

17. The implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the mounting post portion adopts a setting method of perpendicular to the inner wall of the body.

18. The implementation method for the accessory of the component style automatic wobble jewelry apparatus according to claim 17, wherein the subpart is arranged in a way that each of two sides has a gemstone inlaid.
