EASY ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING TYPE RATTAN BED

An easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed is disclosed, comprising six support frame boards, a detachable bedstead, a bed board and a plurality of support legs. The six support frame boards, having rattan panels covered on all outer surfaces thereof, are successively and detachably connected to each other end to end, and the rattan panels are woven by a plurality of vertical rattans and a plurality of horizontal rattans. The six support frame boards are connected to each other end to end to form a bed frame, and the bedstead is arranged inside the bed frame and connected to inner sides of the bed frame. Detachable support bars, top surfaces of which and that of the bedstead both have EVA silencing pads attached thereon, are arranged on all inner sides of the support frame boards on the left and right sides.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a bed, and more particularly to an easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Bed, basically available in every family, is one of the most widely used articles in people's daily life. An existing bed generally consists of a bed frame, a bedstead, a bed board and support legs and usually generates a larger noise when used. Moreover, the existing bed is usually formed by enclosing side boards which are basically made of solid board, so that the bed frame formed by enclosing these side boards not only reduces the air permeability of the bed, but also causes that the bed is not firm or durable enough, resulting in shorter service life of the bed. Meanwhile, the side boards are made of solid board which is hard in texture, so that collisions are hard to avoid and it is easy to cause contusion on human body when in use. Furthermore, the bed, not good enough in comfort, fails to meet people's needs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides an easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed, which mainly aims to overcome problems that the existing bed is not firm enough or has poor air permeability.

To solve the above technical problems, the invention adopts technical solutions as follows:

An easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed is provided, comprising six support frame boards, a detachable bedstead, a bed board and a plurality of support legs; the six support frame boards, having rattan panels covered on all outer surfaces thereof, are successively and detachably connected to each other end to end, with two being arranged on the left side, two being arranged on the right side and one being respectively arranged on the front and rear sides; the rattan panel is woven by a plurality of vertical rattans arranged alternately and a plurality of horizontal rattans which successively and alternately move up and down from one side of the well-arranged vertical rattans; the adjacent two horizontal rattans, which move up and down through the plurality of vertical rattans in the reverse order, are arranged alternately; the six support frame boards are successively connected to each other end to end to form a bed frame, and the bedstead is arranged inside the bed frame and connected to inner sides of the bed frame; detachable support bars, top surfaces of which and that of the bedstead both are flush with each other and both have EVA silencing pads attached thereon, are arranged on all inner sides of the support frame boards on the left and right sides; the bed board, two ends of which are placed on the top surfaces of the corresponding support bars, is tiled on the top surface of the bedstead; left and right sides of bottom surfaces of the support frame boards on the front and rear sides are detachably connected to one support leg respectively, left and right sides of a middle bottom surface of the bedstead and a center of the bottom surface of the bedstead are also detachably connected to one support leg respectively; the plurality of support legs, with bottom surfaces at the same horizontal level, are all covered with the rattan panels, and a bedside table covered with the rattan panels is respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the support frame board on the rear side.

A backrest covered with the rattan panels is connected to an upper portion of the support frame board on the rear side, and an accommodating chamber, configured to accommodate the support frame boards, the bedstead, the bed board and the support legs after being disassembled, is arranged on a rear side face of the backrest; a piece of non-woven fabrics, configured to cover a chamber opening of the accommodating chamber, is also arranged on the rear side face of the backrest and is provided with Velcro sub-tapes which are adapted to Velcro master tapes arranged on the periphery of the rear side face of the backrest.

The bed board comprises a plurality of support boards, a plurality of stop blocks arranged successively and alternately are arranged on the top surfaces of the support bars, and the plurality of support boards, both ends of which may be clamped between the corresponding stop blocks, are arranged successively and alternately from front to back.

The bed board comprises a plurality of rattan panels; the plurality of rattan panels, left and right ends of which are placed on the top surfaces of the corresponding support bars respectively, are arranged closely and successively from front to back.

The bedstead comprises a cross rod, a vertical rod, a left support rod, a right support rod and a central support rod, the cross rod and the vertical rod are vertically crossed with and bisected by each other; left and right ends of the cross rod are fixedly connected to upper ends of the left support rod and the right support rod respectively; the vertical rod comprises a front vertical rod and a rear vertical rod after the bisection, a rear end of the front vertical rod and a front end of the rear vertical rod are both hinged with the top of the central support rod, and a front end of the front vertical rod and a rear end of the rear vertical rod are respectively connected to middle portions of the inner sides of the support frame boards on the front and rear sides.

Folding clasps are welded on the inner sides of two end portions of the two support frame boards on the left and right sides, front and rear side faces of the left support rod and those of the right support rod are detachably connected to the corresponding folding clasps respectively through screws; and the support frame boards on the front and rear sides are detachably connected to the corresponding folding clasps respectively through the screws.

A support angle block, configured to support the corresponding support frame board, is respectively welded on outer surfaces at the bottom of the left support rod and the right support rod, a bottom surface of the support angle block is lower than that of the bedstead; a toothed gasket is welded on bottom surfaces of the left support rod, the right support rod and the central support rod respectively, and the support legs are detachably connected to bottom surfaces of the corresponding toothed gaskets.

Detachable buffer gaskets, bottom surfaces of which are flush with those of the support angle blocks, are arranged on left and right sides of the bottom surfaces of the support frame boards on the front and rear sides and also arranged on the bottom surfaces of the left support rod, the right support rod and the central support rod.

The vertical rattans and the horizontal rattans both are made of PE. From the descriptions on the structure of the invention, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the invention is reasonable in structure and ingenious in design; the rattan panels are woven by the vertical rattans and the horizontal rattans and then covered on the outer surfaces of the support frame boards, the six support frame boards are connected to each other while the bedstead is connected to the inner sides of the corresponding support frame boards, and the bed board is tiled on the top of the bedstead and the support bars. The rattan panels woven by the vertical rattans and the horizontal rattans are firm and durable, so that the bed is more firm to be conducive to improving the service life of the bed. The arrangement of the EVA silencing pads is conducive to absorbing the noise generated during the use of the bed, thereby providing a quieter sleeping environment to users. Compared with the traditional bed frame with the side boards made of solid wood, the rattan panels are covered outside the support frame boards in the invention. In this way, the air permeability and comfort of the bed can be effectively improved. Furthermore, compared with the traditional hard solid wood, the rattan panel is adopted in the invention, so that the safety of the bed can be guaranteed, and the user needs can be well met.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME EMBODIMENTS Embodiment I

With reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 7, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, an easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed is provided, comprising six support frame boards 1, a detachable bedstead 2, a bed board 3 and a plurality of support legs 4. The six support frame boards 1, having rattan panels 5 covered on all outer surfaces thereof, are successively and detachably connected to each other end to end, with two being arranged on the left side, two being arranged on the right sides and one being respectively arranged on the front and rear sides. The rattan panel 5 is woven by a plurality of vertical rattans 51 arranged alternately and a plurality of horizontal rattans 52 which successively and alternately move up and down from one side of the well-arranged vertical rattans 51; the adjacent two horizontal rattans 52, which move up and down through the plurality of vertical rattans 51 in the reverse order, are arranged alternately. The six support frame boards 1 are successively connected end to end to form a bed frame. The bedstead 2 is arranged inside the bed frame and connected to inner sides of the bed frame. Detachable support bars 6, top surfaces of which and that of the bedstead 2 are flush with each other and both have EVA silencing pad 7 attached thereon, are arranged on all inner sides of the support frame boards 1 on the left and right sides. The bed board 3, two ends of which are placed on the top surfaces of the corresponding support bars 6, is tiled on a top surface of the bedstead 2. Left and right sides of bottom surfaces of the support frame boards 1 are detachably connected to one support leg 4 respectively, left and right sides of a middle bottom surface of the bedstead 2 and a center of the bottom surface of the bedstead 2 are also detachably connected to one support leg 4 respectively. The plurality of support legs 4, with bottom surfaces at the same horizontal level, are all covered with the rattan panels 5, and a bedside table 8 covered with the rattan panels 5 is respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the support frame board 1 on the rear side.

With reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 7, the way for weaving the plurality of vertical rattans 51 and the plurality of horizontal rattans 52 is conducive to improving the stability of the rattan panels 5, and the rattan panels 5 are covered on the outer surfaces of the support frame boards 1, so that such arrangement is conducive to improving the air permeability, firmness and durability of the entire bed. The arrangement of the bedside tables 8 facilitates placing articles, and the rattan panels 5 are covered outside the bedside tables 8, so that it is more comfortable and safe to use the bedside tables 8, and the user needs can be well met.

With reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the bed board 3 comprises a plurality of support boards 31, a plurality of stop blocks 9, which are arranged successively and alternately, are arranged on the top surfaces of the support bars 6, and the plurality of support boards 31, both ends of which are clamped between the corresponding stop blocks 9, are arranged successively and alternately from front to back. The bed board 3 comprises a plurality of support boards 31, so that such arrangement makes the arrangement of the bed board 3 simple while being conducive to saving materials. The stop blocks 9 can play a good role of limiting the support boards 31 so as to make the support boards 31 immobile, thereby giving a sound sleep to the users.

With reference to FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the bedstead 2 comprises a cross rod 21, a vertical rod 22, a left support rod 23, a right support rod 24 and a central support rod 25, the cross rod 21 and the vertical rod 22 are vertically crossed with and bisected by each other; left and right ends of the cross rod 21 are fixedly connected to upper ends of the left support rod 23 and the right support rod 24 respectively. The vertical rod 22 comprises a front vertical rod 221 and a rear vertical rod 222 after the bisection, a rear end of the front vertical rod 221 and a front end of the rear vertical rod 222 are both hinged with the top of the central support rod 25, and a front end of the front vertical rod 221 and a rear end of the rear vertical rod 222 are respectively connected to middle portions of the inner sides of the support frame boards 1 on the front and rear sides. The cross rod 21 and the vertical rod 22 are vertically crossed with and bisected by each other, so that such arrangement is conducive to making the bed board 3 stressed uniformly and the support force thereof more steady. The vertical rod 22 is divided into a front vertical rod 221 and a rear vertical rod 222, so that such arrangement is conducive to storage of the vertical rod 22 after the bedstead 2 is disassembled, and the space can be saved effectively.

With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 9, folding clasps 10 are welded on the inner sides of two end portions of the two support frame boards 1 on the left and right sides, front and rear side faces of the left support rod 23 and those of the right support rod 24 are detachably connected to the corresponding folding clasps 10 respectively through screws; and the support frame boards 1 on the front and rear sides are detachably connected to the corresponding folding clasps 10 respectively through the screws. The arrangement of the folding clasps 10 is conducive to assembling and disassembling the support frame boards 1 while further making the connection between the support frame boards 1 and the bedstead 2 more stable.

With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, a support angle block 11, configured to support the corresponding support frame board 1, is respectively welded on outer surfaces at the bottom of the left support rod 23 and the right support rod 24, and a bottom surface of the support angle block 11 is lower than that of the bedstead 2. A toothed gasket 12 is respectively welded on bottom surfaces of the left support rod 23, the right support rod 24 and the central support rod 25, and the support legs 4 are detachably connected to bottom surfaces of the corresponding toothed gaskets 12. The support angle block 11 can further support the support frame boards 1, and the arrangement of the toothed gaskets 12 makes the support force from the support legs more steady and makes the right support rod 24 and the central support rod 25 stressed more uniformly. At the same time, the bottoms of the left support rod 23, the right support rod 24 and the central support rod 25 are also not easy to deformation.

With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 9, FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, detachable buffer gaskets 13, bottom surfaces of which are flush with those of the support angle blocks 11, are connected to both left and right sides of the bottom surfaces of the support frame boards 1 on the front and rear sides and connected to the bottom surfaces of the left support rod 23, the right support rod 24 and the central support rod 25. After the support legs 4 are disassembled, the buffer gaskets 13 can be mounted at the corresponding portions, so that the users can be provided with a bed at a lower position, which can meet the corresponding user needs.

With reference to FIG. 7, the horizontal rattans 52 and the vertical rattans 51 both are made of PE, so that plant vines can be effectively avoided from weaving the rattan panel 5, so as to lead to a good environmental protection effect.

Embodiment II

With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 6 and FIG. 9, the preferred embodiments of this Embodiment are substantially the same as those of the Embodiment I, in which the differences are as follows: a backrest 14 covered with the rattan panels 15 is connected to an upper portion of the support frame board 1 on the rear side, and an accommodating chamber 15, configured to accommodate the support frame boards 1, the bedstead 2, the bed board 3 and the support legs 4, is arranged on a rear side face of the backrest 14. A piece of non-woven fabrics 16, configured to cover a chamber opening of the accommodating chamber 15, is also arranged on the rear side face of the backrest 14 and is provided with Velcro sub-tapes 18 which are adapted to Velcro master tapes 17 arranged on the periphery of the rear side face of the backrest 14. The human body can effectively rest against the backrest 14, and the accommodating chamber 15 is able to effectively accommodate the cross rod 22, the vertical rod, the plurality of support boards 31, the support frame boards 1 and the support legs 4. The non-woven fabrics 16 can seal the chamber opening of the accommodating chamber 15 through the Velcro master tapes 17 and the Velcro sub-tapes 18 so as to protect the articles inside the accommodating chamber 15 and prevent them from falling out and losing.

Embodiment III

With reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the preferred embodiments of this Embodiment are substantially the same as those of the Embodiment II, in which the differences are as follows: the bed board 3 comprises a plurality of support boards 31; the plurality of rattan panels 31, left and right ends of which are placed on the top surfaces of the corresponding support bars respectively 6, are arranged closely and successively from front to back. The bed board 3 comprises a plurality of support boards 31, so that such arrangement is conducive to improving the sleeping comfort. At the same time, the air permeability and stability of the bed board can also be improved, so that the sleeping of the user is more relaxed.

The above descriptions are merely preferred embodiments of the invention, and the design concept of the invention is not limited thereto. Any non-material modification done by using this concept on the invention shall belong to an infringement act to the protection scope of the invention.

Claims

1. An easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed, wherein it comprises six support frame boards, a detachable bedstead, a bed board and a plurality of support legs; the six support frame boards, having rattan panels covered on all outer surfaces thereof, are successively and detachably connected to each other end to end, with two being arranged on the left side, two being arranged on the right side and one being respectively arranged on the front and rear sides; the rattan panel is woven by a plurality of vertical rattans arranged alternately and a plurality of horizontal rattans which successively and alternately move up and down from one side of the well-arranged vertical rattans; the adjacent two horizontal rattans, which move up and down through the plurality of vertical rattans in the reverse order, are arranged alternately; the six support frame boards are successively connected to each other end to end to form a bed frame, and the bedstead is arranged inside the bed frame and connected to inner sides of the bed frame; detachable support bars, top surfaces of which and that of the bedstead both are flush with each other and both have EVA silencing pads attached thereon, are arranged on all inner sides of the support frame boards on the left and right sides; the bed board, two ends of which are placed on the top surfaces of the corresponding support bars, is tiled on the top surface of the bedstead; left and right sides of bottom surfaces of the support frame boards on the front and rear sides are detachably connected to one support leg respectively, left and right sides of a middle bottom surface of the bedstead and a center of the bottom surface of the bedstead are also detachably connected to one support leg respectively; and the plurality of support legs, with bottom surfaces at the same horizontal level, are all covered with the rattan panels, and a bedside table covered with the rattan panels is respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the support frame board on the rear side.

2. The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 1, wherein a backrest covered with the rattan panels is connected to an upper portion of the support frame board on the rear side, and an accommodating chamber, configured to accommodate the support frame boards, the bedstead, the bed board and the support legs after being disassembled, is arranged on a rear side face of the backrest; a piece of non-woven fabrics, configured to cover a chamber opening of the accommodating chamber, is also arranged on the rear side face of the backrest and is provided with Velcro sub-tapes which are adapted to Velcro master tapes arranged on the periphery of the rear side face of the backrest.

The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bed board comprises a plurality of support boards, a plurality of stop blocks, which are arranged successively and alternately, are arranged on the top surfaces of the support bars, and the plurality of support boards, both ends of which are clamped between the corresponding stop blocks, are arranged successively and alternately from front to back.

The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bed board comprises a plurality of rattan panels; the plurality of rattan panels, left and right ends of which are placed on the top surfaces of the corresponding support bars respectively, are arranged closely and successively from front to back.

The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bedstead comprises a cross rod, a vertical rod, a left support rod, a right support rod and a central support rod; the cross rod and the vertical rod are vertically crossed with and bisected by each other; left and right ends of the cross rod are fixedly connected to upper ends of the left support rod and the right support rod respectively; the vertical rod comprises a front vertical rod and a rear vertical rod after the bisection, a rear end of the front vertical rod and a front end of the rear vertical rod are both hinged with the top of the central support rod, and a front end of the front vertical rod and a rear end of the rear vertical rod are respectively connected to middle portions of the inner sides of the support frame boards on the front and rear sides.

The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 5, wherein folding clasps are welded on the inner sides of two end portions of the two support frame boards on the left and right sides; front and rear side faces of the left support rod and those of the right support rod are detachably connected to the corresponding folding clasps respectively through screws; and the support frame boards on the front and rear sides are detachably connected to the corresponding folding clasps respectively through the screws.

The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 5, wherein a support angle block, configured to support the corresponding support frame board, is respectively welded on outer surfaces at the bottom of the left support rod and the right support rod, and a bottom surface of the support angle block is lower than that of the bedstead; a toothed gasket is respectively welded on bottom surfaces of the left support rod, the right support rod and the central support rod, and the support legs are detachably connected to bottom surfaces of the corresponding toothed gaskets.

8. The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 7, wherein detachable buffer gaskets, bottom surfaces of which are flush with those of the support angle blocks, are arranged on left and right sides of the bottom surfaces of the support frame boards on the front and rear sides and also arranged on the bottom surfaces of the left support rod, the right support rod and the central support rod.

9. The easy assembling and disassembling type rattan bed according to claim 1, wherein the vertical rattans and the horizontal rattans both are made of PE.
