POWDER BOX

A powder box, including a box assembly and a disc assembly disposed in the box assembly. The box assembly includes a box body and a box cover. The box body includes an accommodation cavity. The accommodation cavity includes an upper opening and a lower opening which are located on the upper surface and the lower surface of the box body, respectively. The box cover is hinged on the box body. The disc assembly includes a middle sleeve and an inner disc for accommodating cosmetics. In a folded state, the middle sleeve and the inner disc are coaxially placed in the accommodation cavity of the box body. The middle sleeve is fastened to the upper surface of the box body via a buckle. The bottom end of the inner disc is telescopic relative to the lower opening of the accommodation cavity of the box body.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELAYED APPLICATIONS

This application is a continuation-in-part of International Patent Application No. PCT/CN2016/103483 with an international filing date of Oct. 27, 2016, designating the United States, now pending, and further claims foreign priority benefits to Chinese Patent Application No. 201610171801.3 filed Mar. 24, 2016. BACKGROUND

This disclosure relates to a powder box.

Conventional powder boxes have poor sealing properties. When cosmetics containing volatile solvents are stored in conventional powder boxes, the volatile solvents tend to escape, causing needless waste.

SUMMARY

Disclosed is a powder box that exhibits good sealing property.

Disclosed is a powder box, comprising a box assembly and a disc assembly disposed in the box assembly. The box assembly comprises a box body and a box cover. The box body comprises an accommodation cavity. The accommodation cavity comprises an upper opening and a lower opening which are located on an upper surface and a lower surface of the box body, respectively. The box cover is hinged on the box body and is adapted to close and open the upper opening of the accommodation cavity. The disc assembly comprises a middle sleeve and an inner disc for accommodating cosmetics. The inner disc comprises an opening, and the middle sleeve is in bolt connection to the inner disc and is adapted to seal the opening of the inner disc; in a folded state, the middle sleeve and the inner disc are coaxially placed in the accommodation cavity of the box body; and the middle sleeve is fastened to the upper surface of the box body via a buckle, and the bottom end of the inner disc is telescopic relative to the lower opening of the accommodation cavity of the box body.

The box body can comprise hollow cylindrical base and a flange connected to the lower end of the hollow cylindrical base. The flange extends inwards radially and is integrated with the hollow cylindrical base. The accommodation cavity of the box body is formed by the hollow cylindrical base and the flange. The box cover can comprise a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. The hollow cylindrical base can comprise a first outer side wall and a second outer side wall opposite to the first outer side wall. The first side of the box cover is hinged on the first outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base. The second side of the box cover is provided with a first hook, the second outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base is provided with a second hook corresponding to the first hook; and the first hook cooperates with the second hook in a fastening or unfastening way to fix and unfix the box cover and the box body.

The first side of the box cover can be provided with an L-shaped buckle. The L-shaped buckle can be elastic and butt against the first outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base.

The box cover can comprise a mirror facing the upper opening of the accommodation cavity.

The middle sleeve can comprise a first middle sleeve and a second middle sleeve. The first middle sleeve can comprise a first body in the shape of a circular plate; the edge of the first body extends away from the opening of the inner disc to form an extension unit, and the outer side wall of the extension unit extends radially outwards to form a connection unit. The second middle sleeve can comprise a second body which is a hollow cylinder comprising upper and lower openings; the outer wall of the second body extends radially outwards and bends downwards to form a folding part, the inner wall of the second body extends radially inwards to form a support part; one side of the connection unit is hinged to and integrated with one side of the folding part. The first body is flexibly disposed on the second body to open or seal the upper opening of the second body; and the inner disc can comprise a hollow cylindrical body which can comprise an upper opening and an outer side wall, the outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical body is provided with male threads, and the inner wall of the second body is provided with female threads corresponding to the male threads.

Taking a state that the first body seals the upper opening of the second body as a reference, the outer side wall of the extension unit extends towards the support part to form two coaxial first airtight strips, the side wall of the support part protrudes towards the extension unit to form a second airtight strip. The second airtight strip is located between the two coaxial first airtight strips; one of the two coaxial first airtight strips is attached to the second airtight strip, and the other coaxial first airtight strip is attached to the inner wall of the second body; and the inner wall of the second body is provided with a plurality of airtight ribs between the support part and the female threads.

The inner side wall of the hollow cylindrical base can comprise a depression; the outer side wall of the folding part protrudes radially outwards towards the hollow cylindrical base to form two convex hulls disposed up-and-down; the radial width of a lower one of the two convex hulls is less than that of the upper one of the two convex hulls. The lower one of the two convex hulls is inserted in the depression of the hollow cylindrical base, and the upper one of the two convex hulls is supported by the upper surface of the hollow cylindrical base.

The outer bottom wall of the hollow cylindrical body is sunken to form a containing groove.

The outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical body is provided with a circumferential friction band below the male threads.

Advantages of the powder box as describe in the disclosure are summarized as follows. 1. On one hand, the first airtight strips and the second airtight strip greatly improve the sealing effect of the first middle sleeve and the second middle sleeve; on the other hand, the plurality of airtight ribs greatly improves the sealing effect of the second body and the inner disc. The double airtight structure greatly improves the sealing effect of the disc assembly. 2. The powder box as described in the disclosure can be used by directly rotating the inner disc out of the accommodation cavity, or rotating the inner disc together with the middle sleeve out of the accommodation cavity, and then rotating and separating the inner disc from the middle sleeve. The operation is easy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To further illustrate, embodiments detailing a powder box are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.

Disclosed is a replaceable air cushion powder box comprising a box assembly 1 and a disc assembly 2 disposed in the box assembly 1. The box assembly 1 comprises a box body 10 and a box cover 11. The box body 10 comprises an accommodation cavity, the accommodation cavity comprises an upper opening and a lower opening which are located on an upper surface and a lower surface of the box body 10, respectively. The box cover 11 is hinged on the box body 10 and is adapted to close and open the upper opening of the accommodation cavity.

The disc assembly 2 comprises a middle sleeve 20 and an inner disc 21 for accommodating cosmetics. The inner disc 21 comprises an opening, and the middle sleeve 20 is in bolt connection to the inner disc and is adapted to seal the opening of the inner disc 21; in a folded state, the middle sleeve 20 and the inner disc 21 are coaxially placed in the accommodation cavity of the box body 10. The middle sleeve 20 is fastened to the upper surface of the box body 10 via a buckle, and a bottom end of the inner disc 21 is telescopic relative to the lower opening of the accommodation cavity of the box body 10. The middle sleeve is in bolt connection to the inner disc and seals the upper opening of the inner disc, which is helpful to maintain the cosmetic quality inside the disc for a long time. The design is efficient and convenient.

In this embodiment, the box body 10 comprises a hollow cylindrical base 100 and a flange 101 connected to a lower end of the hollow cylindrical base 100. The flange 101 extends inwards radially and is integrated with the hollow cylindrical base 100. The accommodation cavity of the box body 10 is formed by the hollow cylindrical base 100 and the flange 101.

The box cover 11 comprises a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. The hollow cylindrical base 100 comprises a first outer side wall and a second outer side wall opposite to the first outer side wall. The first side of the box cover 11 is hinged on the first outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base 100. The second side of the box cover 11 is provided with a first hook, the second outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base 100 is provided with a second hook corresponding to the first hook; and the first hook cooperates with the second hook in a fastening or unfastening way to fix and unfix the box cover 11 and the box body 10.

Preferably, the first side of the box cover 11 is provided with an L-shaped buckle 12. The L-shaped buckle 12 is elastic and butts against the first outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base 100, that is to say, the L-shaped buckle 12 is capable of elastically opening the box cover.

As an improvement, taking the state that the box cover 11 seals the upper opening of the accommodation cavity as a reference, the box cover 11 comprises a mirror 13 facing the upper opening of the accommodation cavity.

As an improvement, the middle sleeve 20 comprises a first middle sleeve 201 and a second middle sleeve 202; taking the state that the middle sleeve 20 seals the upper opening of the inner disk as a reference, the first middle sleeve 201 comprises a first body 2010 in the shape of a circular plate. The edge of the first body 2010 extends away from (i.e., extending upwards) the opening of the inner disc to form an extension unit 2011, and the outer side wall of the extension unit 2011 extends radially outwards to form a connection unit 2012. The second middle sleeve 202 comprises a second body 2020 which is a hollow cylinder comprising upper and lower openings, the outer wall of the second body 2020 extends radially outwards and bends downwards to form a folding part 2021, the inner wall of the second body 2020 extends radially inwards to form a support part 2022; one side of the connection unit 2012 is hinged to and integrated with one side of the folding part 2021. The first body 2010 is flexibly disposed on the second body 2020 to open or seal the upper opening of the second body 2020.

The inner disc 21 comprises a hollow cylindrical body 210 which comprises an upper opening and an outer side wall. The cavity of the inner disc is adapted to accommodate cosmetics. The outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical body 210 is provided with male threads, and the inner wall of the second body 2020 is provided with female threads corresponding to the male threads.

As an improvement, taking a state that the first body 2010 seals the upper opening of the second body 2020 as a reference, the outer side wall of the extension unit 2011 extends towards (i.e., extends downwards) the support part 2022 to form two coaxial first airtight strips 2013, the side wall of the support part 2022 protrudes towards (i.e., extends upwards) the extension unit 2011 to form a second airtight strip 2023. The second airtight strip 2023 is located between the two coaxial first airtight strips 2013; one of the two coaxial first airtight strips 2013 is attached to the second airtight strip 2023, and the other coaxial first airtight strip 2013 is attached to the inner wall of the second body 2020.

The inner wall of the second body 2020 is provided with a plurality of airtight ribs 22 between the support part 2022 and the female threads. On one hand, the first airtight strips 2013 and the second airtight strip 2023 greatly improve the sealing effect of the first middle sleeve and the second middle sleeve; on the other hand, the plurality of airtight ribs greatly improves the sealing effect of the second body and the inner disc. The double airtight structure greatly improves the sealing effect of the disc assembly.

As an improvement, the middle sleeve 20 is connected to the inner wall of the box body via a fastener. Specifically, the inner side wall of the hollow cylindrical base 100 comprises a depression. The outer side wall of the folding part 2021 protrudes radially outwards towards the hollow cylindrical base 100 to form two convex hulls 2024 disposed up-and-down. The radial width (the radial width is the radial extension width of the convex hulls along the base) of a lower one of the two convex hulls is less than that of the upper one of the two convex hulls. The lower one of the two convex hulls is inserted in the depression of the hollow cylindrical base 100, and the upper one of the two convex hulls is supported by the upper surface of the hollow cylindrical base 100.

As an improvement, the outer bottom wall of the hollow cylindrical body 210 is sunken to form a containing groove 211 for accommodating a power source. By placing a finger or coin in the containing groove, the user can drive the hollow cylindrical body to rotate in or out relative to the accommodation cavity. In addition, the upper end of the inner wall of the hollow cylindrical body 210 protrudes radially inwards to form a convex edge 212. Take the state that the middle sleeve 20 seals the upper opening of the hollow cylindrical body 210 as a reference, the convex edge 212 abuts against the support part 2022.

As an improvement, the outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical body 210 is provided with a circumferential friction band 213 below the male threads.

The replaceable air cushion powder box as described in the disclosure can be used with the following two operation modes: one is that the inner disc 21 is directly rotated out of the accommodation cavity for use; the other is that, first, open the box cover 11, and then rotate the inner disc 21 together with the middle sleeve 20 out of the accommodation cavity, rotate and separate the inner disc 21 from the middle sleeve 20 for use.

It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications.

Claims

1. A powder box, comprising: wherein:

a box assembly; and
a disc assembly disposed in the box assembly;
the box assembly comprises a box body and a box cover;
the box body comprises an accommodation cavity;
the accommodation cavity comprises an upper opening and a lower opening which are located on an upper surface and a lower surface of the box body, respectively;
the box cover is hinged on the box body and is adapted to close and open the upper opening of the accommodation cavity;
the disc assembly comprises a middle sleeve and an inner disc for accommodating cosmetics;
the inner disc comprises an opening, and the middle sleeve is in bolt connection to the inner disc and is adapted to seal the opening of the inner disc;
in a folded state, the middle sleeve and the inner disc are coaxially placed in the accommodation cavity of the box body; and
the middle sleeve is fastened to the upper surface of the box body via a buckle, and a bottom end of the inner disc is telescopic relative to the lower opening of the accommodation cavity of the box body.

2. The powder box of claim 1, wherein:

the box body comprises a hollow cylindrical base and a flange connected to a lower end of the hollow cylindrical base;
the flange extends inwards radially and is integrated with the hollow cylindrical base;
the accommodation cavity of the box body is formed by the hollow cylindrical base and the flange;
the box cover comprises a first side and a second side opposite to the first side;
the hollow cylindrical base comprises a first outer side wall and a second outer side wall opposite to the first outer side wall;
the first side of the box cover is hinged on the first outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base;
the second side of the box cover is provided with a first hook, the second outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base is provided with a second hook corresponding to the first hook; and
the first hook cooperates with the second hook in a fastening or unfastening way to fix and unfix the box cover and the box body.

3. The powder box of claim 2, wherein the first side of the box cover is provided with an L-shaped buckle; the L-shaped buckle is elastic and butts against the first outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical base.

4. The powder box of claim 1, wherein the box cover comprises a mirror facing the upper opening of the accommodation cavity.

5. The powder box of claim 2, wherein:

the middle sleeve comprises a first middle sleeve and a second middle sleeve;
the first middle sleeve comprises a first body in the shape of a circular plate;
an edge of the first body extends away from the opening of the inner disc to form an extension unit, and an outer side wall of the extension unit extends radially outwards to form a connection unit;
the second middle sleeve comprises a second body which is a hollow cylinder comprising upper and lower openings;
an outer wall of the second body extends radially outwards and bends downwards to form a folding part;
an inner wall of the second body extends radially inwards to form a support part;
one side of the connection unit is hinged to and integrated with one side of the folding part;
the first body is flexibly disposed on the second body to open or seal the upper opening of the second body; and
the inner disc comprises a hollow cylindrical body which comprises an upper opening and an outer side wall, the outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical body is provided with male threads, and the inner wall of the second body is provided with female threads corresponding to the male threads.

6. The powder box of claim 5, wherein:

taking a state that the first body seals the upper opening of the second body as a reference, an outer side wall of the extension unit extends towards the support part to form two coaxial first airtight strips, a side wall of the support part protrudes towards the extension unit to form a second airtight strip;
the second airtight strip is located between the two coaxial first airtight strips;
one of the two coaxial first airtight strips is attached to the second airtight strip, and the other coaxial first airtight strip 2013 is attached to the inner wall of the second body; and
the inner wall of the second body is provided with a plurality of airtight ribs between the support part and the female threads.

7. The powder box of claim 5, wherein an inner side wall of the hollow cylindrical base comprises a depression; an outer side wall of the folding part protrudes radially outwards towards the hollow cylindrical base to form two convex hulls disposed up-and-down; a radial width of a lower one of the two convex hulls is less than that of an upper one of the two convex hulls; the lower one of the two convex hulls is inserted in the depression of the hollow cylindrical base, and the upper one of the two convex hulls is supported by an upper surface of the hollow cylindrical base.

8. The powder box of claim 5, wherein an outer bottom wall of the hollow cylindrical body is sunken to form a containing groove.

9. The powder box of claim 5, wherein the outer side wall of the hollow cylindrical body is provided with a circumferential friction band below the male threads.
