TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of workbenches, and more particularly to a vertical workbench.

BACKGROUND

A large number of diseases such as myopia, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, hunchback and other physical diseases are caused by long-term incorrect postures. Traditional workbenches, writing boards, desks, etc., are all placed horizontally. People naturally lower their heads and bend over when they read, write and work, thus inevitably leading to various diseases due to long-time work. It is not convenient to stand and use them, and sitting for a long time may cause illnesses. The following correct reading and writing postures may solve the problem: looking straight forward, i.e. the eyes and upper arms are parallel to the ground; and keeping the head, the cervical vertebra and the lumbar vertebra in the same vertical direction, i.e. the human body is vertical to the ground, the writing board and the forearms are parallel to the ground, i.e. the length of the upper arm equals the distance between the eyes and the writing board, so as to ensure the safe distance for the eyes, and one is supposed to turn his eyes to adjust the angle of the eyes without moving the head. After adjusting the vertical workbench of the present invention according to the correct reading and writing posture of a user, the user will naturally maintain the correct posture when using the workbench, otherwise the use effect will not be good and the user feels uncomfortable in use, thus the correct posture will be cultivated over time.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the above problems, a vertical workbench is provided, which includes a framework, a mobile structure, an L-shaped board and a fixing structure which are matched with each other in use. There are more than one L-shaped boards, one L-shaped board can be used for reading or writing, and two L-shaped boards can be used for copying. The L-shaped board is placed vertically by default. The framework includes a slide rail, an elbow bracket and a base. The framework, the L-shaped board and the vertical workbench can be adjusted and fixed in front and back, left and right or up and down directions, respectively, and the L-shaped board can be rotated and fixed. A plurality of slide rails are provided for connecting and supporting the L-shaped board and the base. The slide rail includes a linear slide rail and a rotary slide rail. The rotary slide rail is slide rails that make the L-shaped board rotate, including an upper semicircular slide rail, a lower semicircular slide rail, a circular slide rail and an outer frame slide rail, which are classified into a mobile type that moves with the L-shaped board and a fixed type that does not move with the L-shaped board. The slide rail is provided with a plurality of clamping spaces required. The linear slide rail includes a vertical slide rail in the up and down direction and front and rear, left and right slide rails in the horizontal direction. The elbow bracket is a T-shaped bracket mounted on the base for supporting the elbows. The crossbar of the T is a bracket for supporting the elbows and the vertical bar of the T is a supporting bracket for adjusting the height of the elbow bracket. The elbow bracket includes a mobile type moving with the elbow and a fixed type not moving with the elbow. The crossbar of the mobile type is a groove for placing the elbows, and the length of the crossbar of the fixed type refers to the shoulder width. The mobile type means that the elbows, when moving, drive the elbow bracket to move via the groove. Two mobile elbow brackets are usually required. The fixed type means that the elbows always move over the elbow bracket, and one fixed type is enough. In order to be more stable, one elbow bracket may have two supporting brackets. The elbow bracket can be adjusted and fixed in the up and down, front and back, or left and right directions, respectively. The base can move on the top of a desk or on the ground and fix the slide rail and the vertical workbench. The base can be used integrally with the slide rail in the horizontal direction. The mobile structure has the function of realizing relative movement, including bearings, balls, conveyor belts, universal wheels, chains, etc. There may be a plurality of mobile structures, and the type, number and location of installation may be determined as required. The mobile structure may be fixed with the L-shaped board or the slide rail or may be used independently. The mobile structure can be installed in front of or behind or on the left or right of the L-shaped board. Installation of the mobile structure in front of or behind the L-shaped board may affect the use of the front or back face of the L-shaped board, so that the left and right installation is preferred. In some cases, because the movement resistance of the L-shaped board is not large, a plane movement with sliding friction can be directly used instead of using the mobile structure with rolling friction. The L-shaped board, short for an L-shaped writing board, is of an axially symmetric structure, and is provided on each of the left and right sides of the front face with a book clamping structure. The left side view is L-shaped. A long vertical bar on the left of the “L” is a writing board, a lower cross bar of the “L” is a lower bracket for preventing falling in the horizontal direction, and a short vertical bar on the right of the “L” is a limiting bracket for preventing slipping off. The book clamping structure such as a clip, a leather sheath, etc., has the function of facilitating reading and writing and fixing books, and can be adjusted in width according to the size of the books. The fixing structure has the function of fixing the L-shaped board or the slide rail at any time when the L-shaped board or the slide rail is/are moved to a proper position. The fixing structure includes a brake-clamping space structure, a connecting frame-clamping space structure, a “nut-bolt” structure, etc. The brake-clamping space structure includes a clip, a connecting frame, a return spring and a brake iron. An example of operation procedures is as follows: holding the clip with one hand, which the clip drives the brake iron to retract from the clamping space, and the movement of the L-shaped board is no longer restricted; and releasing the clip when moving the L-shaped board to a proper position with the other hand, in which case the return spring drives the brake iron to be inserted into the clamping space, thereby fixing the L-shaped board. The fixing manner of the brake-clamping structure uses the brake iron: when the brake iron is directly connected to the slide rail, the L-shaped board will not come down but can move upward in one direction; while when the brake iron is connected to the slide rail through the mobile structure or the L-shaped board, the L-shaped board is completely fixed and cannot move. As for the connecting frame-clamping space structure, a plurality of clamping spaces are reserved on the L-shaped board, the rotary slide rail and the vertical slide rail, and then are connected by a plurality of connecting frames with different lengths. The height and angle of the L-shaped board can also be adjusted and fixed by matching different clamping spaces and the connecting frames with different lengths. As for the “nut-bolt” structure, the nut is the clamping space, and the bolt is a column inserted into the clamping space, the nut is matched with the bolt to use. When the bolt is inserted into the clamping space, the L-shaped board is fixed, and when the “bolt” is withdrawn from the clamping space, the L-shaped board can move. If both the nut and the bolt are provided with threads, the fixing is stable; and if both are smooth and have no threads, the bolt being a snap spring or other column may facilitate movement.

The L-shaped board can be freely moved and fixed through the cooperation of the mobile structure, the framework and the fixing structure, and can be freely rotated back and forth by a desired angle and fixed with respect to the vertical direction. When the front face of the L-shaped board is rotated 90 degrees forward and fixed, the back face the L-shaped board is upward, the L-shaped board becomes a platform on which the user can use a computer to work. A plurality of small holes may be reserved in the L-shaped board to facilitate heat dissipation of the computer. When the front face of the L-shaped board is rotated 90 degrees backward and fixed, the front face is upward, the L-shaped board is placed in the horizontal direction. The vertical workbench includes a desk top type used on the desk top and a floor type used on the ground, the floor type looks somewhat like an easel. The framework and the L-shaped board include a fixed integral type and a freely combined-separated type.

Movement modes of L-shaped board are as follows:

(1) Front and back or left and right movement: the L-shaped board moves with the whole vertical workbench relative to the desk top or the ground; the L-shaped board moves with the framework relative to the base after the base is fixed; and the L-shaped board moves through the slide rail in the horizontal direction after the framework is fixed.

(2) Up and down movement: the L-shaped board moves through the slide rail in the vertical direction after the framework is fixed; the L-shaped board is fixed on the vertical slide rail and moves relative to the rest of vertical slide rails; and the L-shaped board is fixed on the vertical slide rail and the height of the L-shaped board is adjusted by adjusting the height of the slide rail.

The vertical slide rail is fixed and the L-shaped board moves up and down: the fixed rotary slide rail. (a) A plurality of rotary slide rails are needed for various different heights, and the number of the rotary slide rail required is relatively large, thus the operation is complicated and impractical. (b) After the height of the L-shaped board is determined, the rotary slide rail is installed at a corresponding height, and then the L-shaped board is rotated to determine an angle and is fixed. This movement mode is suitable for people with similar height.

(3) Rotation movement: using the rotary slide rail to realize rotation.

The up-down movement and rotation procedures of the L-shaped board are realized through the mobile rotary slide rail. 1. The L-shaped board moves together with the mobile rotary slide rail to determine the height, i.e. by adjusting the height of the vertical slide rail or the mobile rotary slide rail, or the mobile rotary slide rail may move relative to the vertical slide rail. 2. The angle of the L-shaped board is determined through the mobile rotary slide rail, and then the L-shaped board is fixed.

A partial use manner of the mobile semi-circular slide rail is different from the circular slide rail and the outer frame slide rail: the mobile semi-circular slide rail moves up and down together with the L-shaped board, i.e. a part of the mobile structure always moves within the vertical slide rail to determine the height, and then the L-shaped board rotates within the semi-circular slide rail to determine the angle; and the fixing structure is used for fixing at any time. The slide rail-mobile structure has a structure that is more convenient for moving and fixing.

The outer frame slide rail: the left side and the right side of the L-shaped board are symmetrically connected with the outer frame slide rail by using a mobile structure respectively, i.e. the L-shaped board can rotate back and forth inside the outer frame slide rail arbitrarily to determine the angle. The outer frame slide rail includes a closed type, i.e. a complete outer frame, and a non-closed type, i.e. a bracket type, i.e. “[ ]”, and a double vertical type, i.e., “| |”.

Because of the complexity and limitation of the fixed rotary slide rail and the convenience and simplicity of the mobile rotary slide rail, the rotary slide rail mentioned in this patent generally refers to the mobile rotary slide rail.

TABLE 1 Matching table of the number of the mobile rotary slide rail and the vertical slide rail. The horizontal row is the number of the rotary slide rail, and the vertical column is the number of the vertical slide rail. Other schemes are too complicated or unnecessary. If the rotary slide rail or the vertical slide rail are wide and large, two mobile structures are used at the joint to connect two rotary slide rails or two vertical slide rails that are relatively close to each other, so that the stability will be better. Vertical Rotary 1 2 3 4 1:4 (1) The (2) more (3) (4) more simplest stable sub-optimal stable combination, than (1) solution than (3) thus may not and somewhat be stable cumbersome enough 2:16 (5) may (6) Optimal (7) (8) The not be stable solution: preferred most stable enough having one solution: more and vertical stable than (3) complicated slide rail and (6), and on a rotary somewhat slide rail complicated

Description: Each part such as the rotary slide rail, the vertical slide rail and the L-shaped board is usually connected by 1-2 mobile structures (such as 1-2 bearings) and fixed by a fixing structure. The more components that are involved, the more ways there are to combine them.

(2) One more support than (1) is provided, i.e. the other side of the L-shaped board is connected to the other vertical slide rail.

(3) The sub-optimal solution: when the rotary slide rail is on the middle vertical slide rail, the circular slide rail may be affected.

(4) The fourth may be connected with the rotary slide rail together with the middle vertical slide rail.

(5) Two rotary slide rails are arranged on the left and right sides of the vertical slide rail.

(6) It is stable and simple.

The difference is mainly caused by the structure. If the workbench is made of good materials and well-made, the difference may not be obvious.

There are 4 matching modes if there is one mobile rotary slide rail and 16 matching modes if there are two mobile rotary slide rails.

TABLE 2 Upper Lower Outer semicircle semicircle Round frame Upper semicircle Lower semicircle Round Outer frame

Four kinds of rotary slide rails and Table 2 are added to Table 1, that is a expanded table 1: there are twenty rotary slide rails in the horizontal row and four vertical slide rails in vertical column (two to four vertical slide rails may be arranged variously relative to each other). There are at least eighty combinations.

2. The invention also provides a vertical desk which is designed and manufactured with the same principle and similar structure as the vertical workbench, as well as a writing board, an easel, a blackboard, etc., all of which can be moved and rotated freely in three directions and be fixed at any time as required.

Classification of the present invention is below:

1. The workbench, the writing board and the easel with small size and light weight which can be moved with one hand and in which the fixing structure can be used; and the desk and the blackboard with large size and heavy weight which are inconvenient to move with one hand and for which the brake-clamping space structure is better.

2. Sitting type: the height adjustment is relatively small; for both sitting and standing: the height adjustment is relatively large.

3. One L-shaped board: for reading or writing only; two L-shaped boards can be used for copying.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the vertical workbench enables a person to naturally maintain the correct reading and writing posture to overcome the disadvantages of traditional tools, and have effects in preventing, alleviating and correcting related diseases without side effects; 2. the vertical workbench can avoid diseases due to long-time sitting or standing, and people can either stand or be seated freely when using the vertical workbench by adjusting the height of the vertical workbench; 3. the vertical workbench supports reading and writing and computer using; 4. the vertical workbench can be used in both the vertical and horizontal directions and at any angle; and 5. the desk, the writing board, the easel and the blackboard can be designed and manufactured based on the same principle and similar structures.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Some embodiments of the present invention are described below, which are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention and have the same principle and similar methods. Other functions added based on the patent of the present invention without substantial differences shall also fall within the protection scope of the present invention. All kinds of combinations that use the components mentioned in this patent to achieve similar functions fall within the protection scope of this patent, and many of them are too cumbersome to list. The optimal solution (6) is taken as an example, in which a vertical slide rail has a rotary slide rail thereon, and which has a left and right symmetrical structure.

1. Vertical workbench with small size used on the desk top: the vertical workbench is fixed on the desk top through the base of the framework as required, with the length of the upper arm as a reference in the front-back direction; a person maintains the correct posture to determine the height of the eye, and then adjusts the L-shaped board and the mobile rotary slide rail to the height corresponding to the eye through the linear slide rail in the up and down direction; an inclination angle of the L-shaped board is adjusted through the rotary slide rail; the L-shaped board is fixed after the height and angle of the L-shaped board are all determined; and a book is fixed on the L-shaped board through the book clamping structure, and the elbow bracket is adjusted to a proper height to be fixed. In this way, the person can work and study in the right posture. After a certain period of time, free adjustment can be made between the sitting posture and the standing posture by adjusting the height of the vertical workbench.

Two L-shaped boards are needed when it comes to copying: the front L-shaped board can be moved left and right and fixed, so as to facilitate turning over the book on the rear L-shaped board.

2. It is more convenient to move a desk with a larger size with two hands, and it is better to use the brake-clamping space structure. The clip is set in place by holding the clip while grasping the desk with the hands or by stepping on the clip with feet, i.e. to control the clip with the feet. There is little difference between the desk and the vertical workbench in other aspects.
