RECLOSABLE RECEPTACLE TO CONTAIN SUBSTANCES

Receptacle to contain substances, includes a main body, a first lid, positioned on the main body and bearing an opening zone of the receptacle, and an opening element configured to interact with said opening zone so as to make at least a hole on the first lid, to access the contents of the receptacle; the receptacle includes a second lid mobile with respect to the first lid and provided with at least a hole and at least a protruding portion, the hole and the protruding portion are selectively positionable in correspondence with the access hole of the first lid so that, when the hole of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, it is possible to access the contents of the receptacle or so that, when the protruding portion of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, the hole to access the contents of the receptacle is blocked.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention concerns a receptacle to contain substances, such as a can for containing and preserving fluid substances, such as for example a can for containing liquid substances, for example liquid foods, such as drinks or suchlike.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Cans for containing and preserving fluid substances, in particular cans for containing liquid substances, for example liquid foods such as drinks or suchlike, are receptacles made of metal material, generally aluminum, and normally consist of a cylindrical containing body closed by a bottom and an upper lid in which an opening zone is made, in order to remove the liquid.

The opening zone normally comprises a part of the lid surrounded by a line of incision or weakening, so it can be removed in order to access the contents of the can.

It is possible to act on the part of the lid defined by the line of incision, as is known, by means of a removable tab, which can be riveted to the lid so that, once driven to allow to open the can, it remains connected to the lid.

The cylindrical body of the cans, in particular aluminum cans, is normally made by drawing a laminar aluminum element, whereas the lid, already provided with the riveted tab and the opening zone to remove the substance contained in the can, is normally seamed to the end of the cylindrical body opposite the bottom.

One disadvantage of such known cans for substances is that, after the tab has been removed and after the first access to the substance contained therein, the can cannot generally be re-closed, unless other external stoppers or lids are used which are adapted to the upper part of the can.

And indeed there are removable stoppers or other systems on the market which, by positioning on the lid of the can, allow to at least temporarily close the can so as to preserve the substance contained and to use it again later.

However, the stoppers, lids or other systems on the market are often complex and not very efficient, especially with regard to an effective closing of the can and the possibility of using it indefinitely after the first use.

Examples of receptacles, such as cans, provided with stoppers or lids that try to solve this problem are described for example in documents US-A-2003/0080130, U.S. Pat. No. 5,692,633, U.S. Pat. No. 4,880,136, US-A-2005/051553 and U.S. Pat. No. 6,158,608.

Another disadvantage of known cans is that, during transport and storage, the upper part of the lid, and in particular the opening zone, is directly exposed to the outside and, with the action of opening it, it is positioned inside the container, thus coming into contact with the liquid contained therein. This has obvious consequences with regard to hygiene.

One purpose of the present invention is therefore to make a receptacle for containing substances, for example in the form of a can, which is provided with means that allow, after first use, an effective action of reclosing the corresponding access opening or hole, and which allow subsequent and unlimited operations to open and reclose the can.

Another purpose of the present invention is to make a receptacle for containing substances, for example in the form of a can, which is totally recyclable, unlike known receptacles.

Another purpose of the present invention is to make a receptacle for containing substances which can easily be opened and re-closed and which can be produced, in this case in the form of a can, without altering the production process of normal cans for containing and preserving substances, and which therefore has substantive advantages from an economic point of view.

Another purpose of the present invention is to make a receptacle for containing substances which guarantees a satisfactory seal during every re-closing stage after its first use.

Another purpose of the present invention is to make a containing receptacle that allows to overcome the hygiene problems described above.

Another purpose of the present invention is to perfect a method for making a receptacle for containing substances that is effective, quick and economical.

Other limitations and disadvantages of conventional solutions and technologies will be clear to a person of skill after reading the remaining part of the present description with reference to the drawings and the description of the embodiments that follow, although it is clear that the description of the state of the art connected to the present description must not be considered an admission that what is described here is already known from the state of the prior art.

The Applicant has devised, tested and embodied the present invention to overcome the shortcomings of the state of the art and to obtain these and other purposes and advantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is set forth and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other characteristics of the invention or variants to the main inventive idea.

In accordance with the above purposes, a receptacle to contain substances comprises a main body, a first lid, positioned on the main body and bearing an opening zone of the receptacle, and an opening element configured to interact with the opening zone so as to make at least a hole on the first lid, to access the contents of the receptacle.

According to one aspect of the invention, the receptacle comprises a second lid mobile with respect to the first lid and provided with at least a hole and at least a protruding portion.

The protruding portion is also made protruding with respect to the surface, which, during use, faces toward the first lid.

The hole and the protruding portion are selectively positionable in correspondence with the access hole of the first lid so that, when the hole of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid it allows access to the contents of the receptacle or so that, when the protruding portion of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, the hole to access the contents of the receptacle is blocked by the presence of the protruding portion in the hole. The first lid comprises an edge associated with the main body, and the second lid comprises an edge bent over, and which extends for the entire perimeter extension of the edge of the first lid.

This characteristic, in combination with the presence of the protruding portion, ensures a seal against any dispersion of liquids. In fact, if the receptacle contains liquids, and once the hole has been generated in the first lid, by rotating the second lid it is possible to bring the protruding portion to block the hole achieving a first action of retaining the liquid. If any liquid possibly exits from the hole, it is interposed between the first lid and the second lid, and the overlapping of the edge of the second lid over that of the first lid achieves a second action of retaining the liquid. This makes the combination of the first lid and the second lid extremely efficient to retain the liquids.

In particular, the protruding portion of the second lid is made in low relief with respect to the rest of the second lid, that is, it is made protruding with respect to the surface of the second lid which, during use, faces toward the first lid.

In some embodiments, the receptacle comprises a mechanical joint solid with the first lid and on which the second lid is attached rotatable.

Preferably, the mechanical joint is in a central position with respect to the first lid and the second lid.

Preferably, the second lid, the first lid and the opening element are made completely of metal material, such as aluminum or suchlike.

The present receptacle, therefore, since all its parts can be made of metal material, for example aluminum, is advantageously totally recyclable. In fact, known receptacles contain other materials, such as plastic or suchlike, and are thus not totally recyclable.

The invention also concerns a method for making a receptacle to contain substances, comprising:

making a main body provided at one end with a bottom and at the other end with a free edge,

inserting and attaching a first lid, on the free edge of the main body, said lid comprising an opening zone of the receptacle, a second lid above the first lid and comprising at least an access hole to the opening zone and at least a protruding portion made protruding with respect to the surface that, during use, faces toward the first lid, to close the opening zone, and

associating at least one of either the first lid or the second lid with an opening element configured to act on the opening zone so as to make at least a hole to access the contents of the receptacle.

Preferably the first lid, the second lid and the opening element are reciprocally connected before their insertion and attachment on the edge of the main body.

According to another aspect of the invention, the first lid and the second lid comprise respective edges that are bent over the edge of the main body, the edge of the second lid can be subjected to a bending pressure which is less than the pressure exerted on the edge of the first lid.

The invention also concerns a closing set for receptacles containing substances, comprising a first lid in which there is an opening zone, an opening element configured to interact with the opening zone in order to make at least a hole in the first lid, and a second lid associated with the first lid and provided with at least a hole and at least a protruding portion selectively positionable in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, so that, when the hole of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, the hole of the first lid is kept open, or so that, when the protruding portion of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, the hole of the first lid is blocked by the presence of the protruding portion in the hole.

These and other aspects, characteristics and advantages of the present disclosure will be better understood with reference to the following description, drawings and attached claims. The drawings, which are integrated and form part of the present description, show some forms of embodiment of the present invention, and together with the description, are intended to describe the principles of the disclosure.

The various aspects and characteristics described in the present description can be applied individually where possible. These individual aspects, for example aspects and characteristics described in the attached dependent claims, can be the object of divisional applications.

It is understood that any aspect or characteristic that is discovered, during the patenting process, to be already known, shall not be claimed and shall be the object of a disclaimer.

To facilitate comprehension, the same reference numbers have been used, where possible, to identify identical common elements in the drawings. It is understood that elements and characteristics of one embodiment can conveniently be incorporated into other embodiments without further clarifications.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME EMBODIMENTS

We shall now refer in detail to the various embodiments of the present invention, of which one or more examples are shown in the attached drawings. Each example is supplied by way of illustration of the invention and shall not be understood as a limitation thereof. For example, the characteristics shown or described insomuch as they are part of one embodiment can be adopted on, or in association with, other embodiments to produce another embodiment. It is understood that the present invention shall include all such modifications and variants.

Before describing these embodiments, we must also clarify that the present description is not limited in its application to details of the construction and disposition of the components as described in the following description using the attached drawings. The present description can provide other embodiments and can be obtained or executed in various other ways. We must also clarify that the phraseology and terminology used here is for the purposes of description only, and cannot be considered as limitative.

With reference to the attached drawings, a receptacle 10 to contain substances according to the present invention comprises a main body 11, for example of a substantially cylindrical shape.

The main body 11 has a concave conformation to contain the substances and is defined by a lateral wall 11a and by a bottom 12.

The main body 11 can be made of a metal material, for example aluminum.

The main body 11 can be obtained by drawing a laminar metal element, for example aluminum.

The main body 11 is provided at the top with an opening 11b.

The main body 11 comprises at the top an edge 14 suitable to accommodate a first lid 13.

In particular, the edge 14 defines said opening 11b, and the first lid 13 is located to totally close the opening 11b.

The first lid 13 can be provided with a pin 15.

According to a possible solution, the pin 15 is preferably made in a single piece with the first lid 13, for example by means of plastic deformation of at least part of the latter.

The first lid 13 is preferably made of a metal material, for example aluminum.

An opening zone 16 is made on the first lid 13, delimited or defined by a line of incision 17.

Inside the opening zone 16 there is a part of lid 18, or portion of lid, that, in the process of opening the receptacle 10, is partly separated or removed from the first lid 13 along the line of incision 17, for example by means of downward bending, as shown in FIG. 4.

The partial separation or removal of part of the lid 18 of the opening zone 16 allows to make an access hole 19 in the first lid 13 inside the main body 11 and therefore to remove the substance contained in the receptacle 10.

According to one aspect of the present invention, a second lid 20 is associated with the first lid 13. In particular, the second lid 20 can be positioned overlapping the first lid 13, and during use, is located externally with respect to the latter.

The second lid 20 is selectively rotatable with respect to the first lid 13, around an axis coinciding with the axis of the pin 15.

According to a possible embodiment, the second lid 20 is provided with an insertion hole 21, in which, during use, the pin 15 is positioned. The second lid 20 is mobile with respect to the first lid 13, in particular it can rotate with respect to the pin 15 and to the first lid 13.

The hole 21 can be made preferably in a central position on the second lid 20.

According to a possible variant embodiment, shown for example in FIG. 6, the second lid 20 too can be provided with a constraint pin 36 that protrudes, with respect to the flat surface of the second lid 20, during use, facing toward the outside.

In particular, the constraint pin 36, on the opposite side from that where it protrudes, is provided with a cavity 37 of a shape and size suitable to be inserted on the pin 15 of the first lid 13.

According to a possible solution, it can be provided that the constraint pin 36 is obtained by plastic deformation.

According to a possible solution, the pin 15 and the constraint pin 36 can be obtained together and at the same time, with a single action of plastic deformation, for example by overlapping the first lid 13 and the second lid 20, and subsequently carrying out the plastic deformation of both pins.

As described hereafter, the pin 15 and the constraint pin 36 can be subsequently deformed, for example riveted, to define a widening of section.

The second lid 20 comprises a hole 22 positioned, during use, on the opening zone 16 of the first lid 13, so as to allow possible access to the contents of the receptacle 10.

The hole 22 can have the same shape defined on the opening zone 16 by the line of incision 17.

The second lid 20 comprises a protruding portion 23, made for example in low relief with respect to the rest of the second lid 20. In particular, it provides that the protruding portion 23 is made protruding with respect to the surface that, during use, faces toward the first lid 13.

The protruding portion 23 is configured to position and insert itself at least partly in the hole 19 of the first lid 13, so as to close the receptacle 10 after its first use, that is after the hole 19 has been generated.

Preferably, the protruding portion 23 has a shape substantially mating with that of the hole 19 that will be made in the first lid 13 when the receptacle 10 is opened.

The protruding portion 23 can be made by drawing a portion of the second lid 20, so as to obtain a desired rounding.

The protruding portion 23 can be made on the second lid 20 in a position diametrically opposite with respect to the hole 21.

The second lid 20 comprises a peripheral edge 27 on which a user can act for example to allow the rotation of the second lid 20 around the first lid 13.

The edge 27 of the second lid 20 can be provided with elements or workings that facilitate the grip and the rotation, for example a knurling.

An opening element 24, or tab, is associated with at least one of either the first lid 13 or the second lid 20; when the opening element 24 is driven it interacts with the opening zone 16 so as to make in the first lid 13 the access hole 19 to the contents of the receptacle 10.

According to a possible solution, the opening element 24 can be associated with a pin 15 of the first lid 13. To this end, the opening element 24 can be provided with a hole 25 in which the pin 15 is inserted.

According to a possible variant embodiment, shown for example in FIG. 6, the opening element 24 is inserted, with its hole 25, both on the pin 15 of the first lid 13 and on the constraint pin 36 of the second lid 20.

According to a possible variant embodiment, not shown, it can be provided that the first lid 13 does not have the pin 15, and the opening element 24 is inserted, with its hole 25, only on the constraint pin 36.

The opening element 24 is also provided with a gripping part 26 on which a user acts to activate the opening element 24, as described hereafter.

The opening element 24 is preferably made of metal, for example aluminum.

On the first lid 13 a part in low relief 32 can be made, suitable to facilitate the grip of the gripping part 26 of the opening element 24.

According to a possible embodiment, during the assembly of the receptacle 10, on the first lid 13 that has a pin 15, the second lid 20 and the opening element 24 of the receptacle 10 are preferably already positioned.

The first lid 13, the second lid 20 and the opening element 24 together define a closing set 35 of the receptacle, that is, a set 35 which can be coupled with the edge 14 of the main body 11 and which defines the closing of the substance in the receptacle 10.

The closing set 35, comprising the first lid 13, the second lid 20 and the opening element 24, is then positioned in correspondence with the edge 14 of the main body 11 and is connected to the edge 14, for example by seaming.

The opening element 24 is connected to the first lid 13 and the second lid 20 for example by riveting the pin 15, so as to obtain a mechanical joint 33. This operation is advantageously carried out before the closing set 35 is coupled with the main body 11.

According to a variant embodiment (FIG. 6), the opening element 24 is connected to the first lid 13 and the second lid 20 by deformation, for example riveting, of the pin 15 and the constraint pin 36 to define the mechanical joint 33.

According to a variant, not shown, the opening element 24 is constrained only to the second lid 20 by deforming, for example riveting, the constraint pin 36, which in this case defines the mechanical joint 33.

According to embodiments shown in FIGS. 1-6, the mechanical joint 33 has the function both of assembling the first lid 13, the second lid 20 and the opening element 24, and also that of defining a rotation pin around which the second lid 20 can be made to rotate around the first lid 13.

The mechanical joint 33 also allows to keep the second lid 20 resting, with respective surfaces, on the first lid 13, so that during rotation they slide on each other. This further increases the seal against the leakage of liquid of the second lid 20 with respect to the first lid 13.

The mechanical joint 33 is preferably positioned in a central position with respect to the first lid 13 and the second lid 20.

The first lid 13 has an edge 28 that is bent over and in direct contact on the edge 14 of the main body 11, for example as shown in FIG. 3. In particular, the bent edge 28 of the first lid 13 extends for the whole longitudinal extension of the edge 14 of the main body 11.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the edge 27 of the second lid 20 is bent over the edge 28 of the first lid 13 and extends for the whole extension of the edge 28 of the first lid 13.

According to a possible solution of the present invention, shown for example in FIGS. 3-5 and 8-9, the edge 27 of the second lid 20 can have an extension in height which is less than the extension of the edge 28 of the first lid 13, so as to leave an uncovered segment 29 of the edge 28 of the first lid 13.

Both the edge 28 of the first lid 13 and also the edge 27 of the second lid 20 have a circular development, so as to allow the reciprocal rotation of the first lid 13 and the second lid 20.

In fact, bending the edge 27 of the second lid 20 over the edge 28 of the first lid 13 allows to increase the sealing action on the liquid if the opened receptacle 10 is overturned.

According to a possible solution, on the uncovered segment 29 of the edge 28 of the first lid 13 a first pressure is applied, for example by means of a first roller 30 (FIG. 3), suitable to guarantee an effective seaming of the edge 28 on the edge 14 of the main body 11.

A second pressure is applied, for example by means of a second roller 31, on the edge 27 of the second lid 20, less than the first pressure and suitable to guarantee both the correct positioning of the second lid 20 on the first lid 13, and also the possibility of its rotation with respect to said first lid 13.

The different extension in height of the edge 27 of the second lid 20 with respect to the extension in height of the edge 28 of the first lid 13 allows to perform the pressure actions on the first lid 13 and on the second lid 20 simultaneously, therefore reducing the connection times of the closing set 35 on the main body 11.

The opening element 24, preferably in a position diametrically opposite the gripping part 26, has a thrust component 34 suitable to detach and/or at least partly remove the part of the lid 18 defined by the line of incision 17.

As happens in traditional cans or similar receptacles for containing substances, the opening element 24 is gripped by the gripping part 26 and rotated upward, as shown in FIG. 4, around the mechanical joint 33.

The upward rotation of the gripping part 26 deteir lines a pressure of the thrust component 34 on the part of the lid 18 delimited by the line of incision 17.

The part of the lid 18 is then partly removed from the first lid 13 and is therefore rotated and lowered inside the main body 11 of the receptacle 10.

This partial removal of the part of the lid 18 thus determines the opening of the hole 19 to access the substance contained in the receptacle 10.

The gripping part 26 can be bent downward again, as shown in FIG. 5.

The hole 22 of the second lid 20 in this step is in a position corresponding to the hole 19 of the first lid 13, therefore it is possible to have normal access to the contents of the receptacle 10.

After the first use of the receptacle 10, in order to once again close the hole 19 of the first lid 13, it is enough to rotate the second lid 20 for example in the direction of the arrows C in FIG. 2, so that the protruding portion 23 is positioned and at least partly inserted in the hole 19, suitably closing the hole 19 with a proper seal, as shown in FIG. 5.

The second lid 20, as it rotates, can also be subjected to a slight elastic deformation of adaptation, to which the first lid 13 can also be subjected, so as to allow the protruding portion 23 to move for example from the position of FIG. 3 to the position of FIG. 5.

The second lid 20, to both close and open the hole 19, substantially rotates around the mechanical joint 33 so as to remain associated with the first lid 13 and substantially in contact with the first lid 13, therefore substantially without lifting or separating from the first lid 13 or the receptacle 10.

Thanks to the shape in which it is made, the protruding portion 23 can therefore be housed precisely in the hole 19 for accessing the substance contained in the receptacle 10.

The protruding portion 23, for example made in low relief, therefore guarantees the hole 19 is closed substantially sealed and without the aid of plastic and/or elastomer materials. The receptacle 10, provided with the main body 11, first lid 13, second lid 20, opening element 24 and mechanical joint 33, can therefore be made completely of metal material, for example aluminum, and can be totally recyclable.

The hole 19 for accessing the substance contained in the receptacle 10 can be opened again by further rotating the second lid 20, so that the hole 22 returns into correspondence with the hole 19.

In the previous description we referred particularly to a receptacle 10 in the form of a can, but the receptacle could also have any form, provided that it has a hole for accessing the substance contained therein, in which the access hole remains open after first use and in which it is necessary to reclose the access hole so as to suitably preserve the substance contained therein, in view of subsequent uses.

The closing set 35 of the receptacle 10, comprising the first lid 13, the second lid 20 and the opening element 24, could also be applied to any other receptacle for containing substances, also of a different shape from that shown and described by way of example.

In fact, the closing set 35 can also be made in a separate plant from that where the set 35 and main body 11 are subsequently coupled. The particular configuration of the set 35 also prevents having to drastically modify the production process of already existing lids and/or the assembly process of the set 35 and the main body 11. In fact, the receptacle 10 and/or set 35 can be made using a few simple adaptations, even to already known production plants.

The particular configuration of the set 35 also allows to solve the hygiene problems of known receptacles. In fact, with the present invention, during transport, storage and handling of the receptacle 10, it is possible to position the second lid 20 so that the opening zone 16 of the first lid 13 is occluded and not accessible from the second lid 20, even before the first lid 13 is opened.

When it is required to open the receptacle 10, it will be enough for the user, by rotating the second lid 20 on the first lid 13, to take the hole 22 of the second lid 20 into cooperation with the opening zone 16 of the first lid 13 and proceed by driving the opening element 24 as described above.

The closing set 35 and the main body 11 can be made totally of metal material, for example aluminum, so that the present receptacle is advantageously totally recyclable.

It is clear that modifications and/or additions of parts may be made to the receptacle for containing and preserving substances as described heretofore, without departing from the field and scope of the present invention.

According to possible solutions, combinable with all the embodiments described here, the edge 27 of the second lid 20 can extend in height until it completely overlaps the height of the edge 28 of the first lid 13.

In particular, it can be provided that the edge 28 of the first lid 13 has a first flap 38 positioned resting on and integrated with the external surface of the edge 14 of the main body 11. The edge 27 of the second lid 20, on the contrary, is provided with a second flap 39 which completely overlaps the first flap 38 and is bent back over the thickness of the latter. This solution guarantees a seal against the possible passage of liquid substances between the first lid 13 and the second lid 20. Furthermore, the bending of the second flap 39 over the thickness of the first flap 38 generates a further action of holding the second lid 20 on the first lid 13, at the same time allowing the second lid 20 to rotate with respect to the first lid 13.

According to a possible solution, shown for example in FIGS. 8 and 9, in the edge 14 of the main body 11, in the edge 28 of the first lid 13 and in the edge 27 of the second lid 20 there are respective radial deformations 40 that extend for the whole circumferential development thereof.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the radial deformations 40 of the edges 14, 27, 28 extend radially toward the outside (FIG. 8).

According to a variant embodiment of the present invention, the radial deformations 40 of the edges 14, 27, 28 extend radially toward the inside (FIG. 9).

According to a possible solution, the radial deformations 40 can together define, in the set 35, a circumferential throat 41 that extends for the whole perimeter development of the edges 14, 27 and 28.

The presence of the circumferential throat 41 has the double effect of mechanically holding the second lid 20 against the first lid 13, and of preventing any possible liquid substance that has leaked between the first lid 13 and the second lid 20 from coming out through their respective edges 27 and 28.

According to possible solutions, the radial deformations 40 of the first lid 13, the second lid 20 and the main body 11 can be made together, with a single deformation operation, for example by using two counter-rotating rolls.

It is also clear that, although the present invention has been described with reference to some specific examples, a person of skill in the art shall certainly be able to achieve many other equivalent forms of receptacle for containing and preserving substances, having the characteristics as set forth in the claims and hence all coming within the field of protection defined thereby.

Receptacle to contain substances, comprising a main body, a first lid, positioned on said main body and bearing an opening zone of the receptacle, and an opening element configured to interact with said opening zone so as to make at least a hole on said first lid, to access the contents of the receptacle, wherein the receptacle comprises a second lid mobile with respect to said first lid and provided with at least a hole and at least a protruding portion, said protruding portion being made protruding with respect to the surface which, during use, faces toward said first lid, said hole and said protruding portion being selectively positionable in correspondence with the access hole of the first lid so that, when the hole of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, it is possible to access the contents of the receptacle or so that, when the protruding portion of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, said hole to access the contents of the receptacle is blocked by the presence of said protruding portion in said hole, said first lid comprises an edge associated with said main body, said second lid comprises an edge that is bent over, and that extends for the entire perimeter extension of, said edge of the first lid.

2. Receptacle as in claim 1, wherein said protruding portion has a shape mating with that of said hole.

3. Receptacle as in claim 1, wherein said protruding portion of the second lid is made in low relief with respect to the rest of the second lid.

4. Receptacle as in claim 1, comprising a mechanical joint solid with at least one of either said first lid or said second lid and on which said opening element is attached.

5. Receptacle as in claim 4, wherein the mechanical joint is in a central position with respect to said first lid and to said second lid.

6. Receptacle as in claim 4, wherein said second lid is provided with a constraint pin that protrudes, with respect to the flat surface of the second lid which, during use, faces toward the outside, said mechanical joint is defined by the deformation of said constraint pin.

7. Receptacle as in claim 4, wherein said second lid is provided with a constraint pin that protrudes, with respect to the flat surface of the second lid that, during use, faces toward the outside, said constraint pin, on the opposite side from that where it protrudes, is provided with a cavity of a shape and size suitable to insert a pin made in the first lid, said mechanical joint is defined by the deformation of said pin and said constraint pin.

8. Receptacle as in claim 1, wherein the second lid comprises an edge bent over an edge of the first lid, said edge of the first lid is in its turn bent over an edge of the main body, said edge of the first lid having a greater extension than the edge of the second lid.

9. Receptacle as in claim 1, wherein said second lid has an edge that extends, in height, until it completely overlaps an edge of said first lid.

10. Receptacle as in claim 1, wherein said main body, said first lid and said second lid are provided with respective edges in which respective radial deformations are made that extend for their entire circumferential development.

11. Receptacle as in claim 1, wherein said second lid, said first lid and said opening element are made completely of metal, such as aluminum or similar.

12. Method to make a receptacle to contain substances, comprising:

making a main body provided at one end with a bottom and at the other end with a free edge,
inserting and attaching, on said edge, a first lid comprising an opening zone of the receptacle, a second lid above the first lid, said second lid comprising at least an access hole to said opening zone and at least a protruding portion made protruding with respect to the surface that, during use, faces toward said first lid, in order to close said opening zone, and
associating at least one of either the first lid or the second lid with an opening element, configured to act on said opening zone so as to make at least a hole to access the contents of the receptacle.

13. Method as in claim 12, wherein said first lid, said second lid- and said opening element are reciprocally connected before the insertion and attachment of them on the edge of the main body.

14. Method as in claim 12, wherein said first lid and said second lid comprise respective edges that are bent over the edge of the main body, the edge of the second lid being subjected to a bending pressure which is less than the pressure exerted on the edge of the first lid.

15. Closing set of receptacles containing substances, comprising a first lid in which there is an opening zone, an opening element configured to interact with said opening zone in order to make at least a hole in said first lid, and a second lid associated with said first lid and provided with at least a hole and at least a protruding portion selectively positionable in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, so that, when the hole of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, said hole is kept open, or so that, when the protruding portion of the second lid is positioned in correspondence with the hole of the first lid, said hole is blocked by the presence of said protruding portion in said hole, said first lid comprises an edge associated with said main body, said second lid comprises an edge bent over, and which extends for the entire perimeter extension of, said edge of the first lid.
