An electronic cigarette has an electronic cigarette main body and a mouthpiece. The electronic cigarette main body is provided with an accommodating groove. The mouthpiece has a mounting post disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, and a suction rod connected to the mounting post. The suction rod is disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body. The mounting post is in communication with atomizing chamber defined in the electronic cigarette main body and the suction rod, the suction rod is capable of being rotated into or out of the accommodating groove by an external force.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is a continuation-in-part of International Patent Application No. PCT/CN2017/082824, filed on May 3, 2017, entitled “mouthpiece and electronic cigarette thereof”, which claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201620403775.8, filed on May 6, 2016, entitled “mouthpiece and electronic cigarette thereof”, and Chinese Patent Application No. 201620403774.3, filed on May 6, 2016, entitled “mouthpiece and electronic cigarette thereof”. All of the aforementioned patent applications are hereby incorporated by reference in their entireties.

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present disclosure relates to the field of simulated smoking technology, and more particularly to a mouthpiece and an electronic cigarette using the same.

BACKGROUND

The mouthpiece of the electronic cigarette on the market is generally detachably mounted on the electronic cigarette main body by plugging connection. Since the mouthpiece has a certain length, the overall length of the electronic cigarette increases, which is not convenient for the user to carry. In addition, the smoking end of the mouthpiece of some of the electronic cigarette is usually exposed and is susceptible to external pollution. If the user removes the mouthpiece, it will easily cause the loss of the mouthpiece.

Moreover, when the electronic cigarette is in use, the user manually turns the switch on; however, when the user does not use it, the electronic cigarette is likely to be triggered by an external environment factor such as being squeezed or collided, which will bring security risks.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure provides a storable mouthpiece and an electronic cigarette thereof.

A mouthpiece for an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette includes an electronic cigarette main body, the electronic cigarette main body is provided with an accommodating groove, the mouthpiece includes a mounting post disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, and a suction rod connected to the mounting post, the suction rod is disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body, the mounting post is in communication with atomizing chamber defined in the electronic cigarette main body and the suction rod, the suction rod is capable of being rotated into or out of the accommodating groove by an external force.

In one embodiment, the mounting post is rotatably disposed on the electronic cigarette main body and capable of rotating around its own axis, the suction rod is fixedly disposed on one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body, or the suction rod is rotatably disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body and capable of rotating around its own axis driven by an external force and/or rotating in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the mounting post under an external force.

In one embodiment, the mounting post is fixedly disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, the suction rod is rotatably disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body and capable of rotating around the axis of the mounting post by an external force and/or rotating in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the mounting post under an external force.

In one embodiment, the accommodating groove is formed by recessing the top portion of the electronic cigarette main body.

In one embodiment, the accommodating groove is provided with a mouthpiece mounting hole in communication with the atomizing chamber, the mounting post is fixed in the mouthpiece mounting hole, or the mounting post is rotatably mounted in the mouthpiece mounting hole and capable of rotating around its own axis.

In one embodiment, the suction rod includes a connecting end connected to the mounting post and a suction end opposite to the connecting end, the accommodating groove includes an receiving surface parallel to the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body, and a supporting surface and a blocking surface that are disposed at the opposite ends of the receiving surface and are inclined with respect to the receiving surface.

In one embodiment, when the suction rod is rotated into the accommodating groove, the suction end is entirely received in the accommodating groove, and the blocking surface of the accommodating groove blocks the suction end.

In one embodiment, the mouthpiece mounting hole is disposed on the supporting surface of the accommodating groove, when the suction rod is moved out of the accommodating groove, the connecting end is supported on the supporting surface of the accommodating groove, the supporting surface of the accommodating groove is inclined with respect to a cross section of the electronic cigarette main body.

In one embodiment, when the suction rod is moved out of the accommodating groove, the suction end is opposite to the blocking surface, and the angle between the side of the suction rod facing the supporting surface and the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body is an acute angle.

An electronic cigarette includes an electronic cigarette main body and any one of the above-described mouthpiece rotatably disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, the electronic cigarette main body is provided with an atomizing chamber therein.

The mouthpiece is rotatably housed in the accommodating groove, so that the user can turn it out during use; after being used, the mouthpiece can be moved into the accommodating groove, thereby reducing the entire length of the electronic cigarette, improving the storability, and further reducing the possibility of the mouthpiece being contaminated by the outside.

An mouthpiece for an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette having an electronic cigarette main body provided with a starting switch, a lighting switch and an atomizing chamber, the mouthpiece is rotatably connected to the electronic cigarette main body and in communication with the atomizing chamber, the mouthpiece is capable of being rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body by an external force and turning on the starting switch, and the lighting switch is enabled.

In one embodiment, the mouthpiece is capable of being rotated into the electronic cigarette main body and turned off the starting switch under an external force, such that the lighting switch is locked.

In one embodiment, under the action of an external force, when the mouthpiece is moved away relative to the electronic cigarette main body and turned to a position where the mouthpiece at least partially abuts the starting switch, the starting switch is turned on, and the lighting switch is enabled; under the action of an external force, when the mouthpiece is rotated relative to the electronic cigarette main body and turned to a position where the mouthpiece to be completely separated from the starting switch, the starting switch is turned off to the lock the lighting switch; or under the action of an external force, when the mouthpiece is rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body and turned to be completely separated from the starting switch, the starting switch is turned on, and the lighting switch is enabled, when the mouthpiece is moved into a position at least partially abuts the starting switch, the starting switch is closed to lock the lighting switch.

In one embodiment, the electronic cigarette main body is provided with a mounting post, the mounting post is in communication with atomizing chamber and the mouthpiece.

In one embodiment, the mouthpiece includes a smoking rod and a rotating shaft, the mounting post is protruded from the top of the electronic cigarette main body and provided with a mounting hole communicating with the atomizing chamber, the rotating shaft communicates between the mounting hole and the smoking rod, the axis of the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the extending direction of the mounting post.

In one embodiment, the rotating shaft is fixedly disposed in the mounting hole of the mounting post, the smoking rod is rotatably connected to one end of the rotating shaft opposite to the mounting post, the smoking rod is capable of rotating around the axis of the rotating shaft or rotating in the direction of the axis of the vertical rotating shaft.

In one embodiment, the rotating shaft is rotatably deposed in the mounting hole of the mounting post and is rotatable circumferentially about its own axis, the smoking rod is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft opposite to the mounting post or rotatably disposed at one end of the rotating shaft opposite to the mounting post, the smoking rod is capable of rotating around the axis of the rotating shaft or rotating in the direction of the axis of the vertical rotating shaft by an external force.

In one embodiment, the mouthpiece is provided with a trigger for resisting the starting switch′, and the trigger is protruded from one end of the smoking rod connected to the rotating shaft.

In one embodiment, the trigger is a projection which is protruded from one end of the connection between the smoking rod and the rotating shaft, the starting switch is disposed at the top of the electronic cigarette main body and located on the peripheral region of the mounting post corresponding to the trigger.

An electronic cigarette includes an electronic cigarette main body and any one of the above-described mouthpiece, the electronic cigarette main body is provided with a starting switch, a lighting switch and an atomizing chamber, the mouthpiece is in communication with the atomizing chamber.

The beneficial effects of the utility model are: only when the mouthpiece is moved away relative to the electronic cigarette main body and the starting switch is turned on, the user can light the cigarette by operate the lighting switch, thereby preventing false trigger of the electronic cigarette effectively. Further, the user can turn it out during use, and after being used, the mouthpiece is rotated into the accommodating groove, thereby reducing the entire length of the electronic cigarette and improving the storability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

It will be appreciated that for simplicity and clarity of illustration, where appropriate, reference numerals have been repeated among the different figures to indicate corresponding or analogous elements. In addition, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments described herein. However, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the embodiments described herein can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, methods, procedures and components have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the related relevant feature being described. Also, the description is not to be considered as limiting the scope of the embodiments described herein. The drawings are not necessarily to scale and the proportions of certain parts may be exaggerated to better illustrate details and features of the present disclosure.

Several definitions that apply throughout this disclosure will now be presented.

The term “coupled” is defined as connected, whether directly or indirectly through intervening components, and is not necessarily limited to physical connections. The connection can be such that the objects are permanently connected or releasably connected. The term “comprising,” when utilized, means “including, but not necessarily limited to”; it specifically indicates open-ended inclusion or membership in the so-described combination, group, series and the like.

When a feature or element is herein referred to as being “on” another feature or element, it can be directly on the other feature or element or intervening features and/or elements may also be present.

Terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. As used herein, the term “and/or” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items and may be abbreviated as “/”.

Embodiment 1

Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure discloses an electronic cigarette 100. The electronic cigarette 100 includes an electronic cigarette main body 10 and a mouthpiece 30 rotatably disposed on the electronic cigarette main body 10. The electronic cigarette main body 10 is provided with a liquid storage tube (not shown) for storing cigarette liquid and an atomizing chamber (not shown) for atomizing the cigarette liquid stored in the liquid storage tube. The mouthpiece 30 is communication with the atomizing chamber to facilitate the user to inhale the smoke formed by atomization through the atomizing chamber.

Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the top end of the electronic cigarette main body 10 is recessed inward to form an accommodating groove 11. In the embodiment, the accommodating groove 11 is substantially U-shaped. The accommodating groove 11 is provided with a mouthpiece mounting hole 110 at the bottom thereof, the mouthpiece mounting hole 110 is in communication with the atomizing chamber.

The mouthpiece 30 includes a mounting post 31 and a suction rod 33 connected to the mounting post 31. The mounting post 31 is disposed on the electronic cigarette main body 10, the suction rod 33 is disposed at one end of the mounting post 31 opposite to the electronic cigarette main body 10. The mounting post 31 is in communication with the atomizing chamber in the electronic cigarette main body 10 and the suction rod 33, and the suction rod 33 can be rotated by an external force, specifically the suction rod 33 is capable of being rotated into or out of the accommodating groove 11 by an external force. In this way, when the electronic cigarette 100 is in use, the suction rod 33 can be moved into the accommodating groove 11, the suction rod 33 can be prevented from being exposed to cause pollution, and also reducing the overall length of the electronic cigarette 100, which is convenient to carry.

In the present embodiment, the mounting post 31 is rotatably disposed within the mouthpiece mounting hole 110 and can rotate around its own axis by an external force. The suction rod 33 is fixedly disposed at one end of the mounting post 31 opposite to the electronic cigarette main body 10. When the user needs to use, the suction rod 33 can be rotated out of the accommodating groove 11 by external force acting on the rotation of the mounting post 31, and can be moved into the accommodating groove 11 after use.

In another embodiment, the rotation mode between the mounting post 31 and the suction rod 33 can also be set as follows: the mounting post 31 is rotatably disposed in the mouthpiece mounting hole 110 and is circumferentially rotatably about its own axis under the action of an external force. The suction rod 33 is rotatably disposed on at one end of the mounting post 31 opposite to the electronic cigarette main body 10, and it can be rotated circumferentially around the axis of the mounting post 31 by an external force and/or can be rotated in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the mounting post 31 under external force. Thus, the mounting post 31 and the sucker bar 33 are rotatably disposed to make the mouthpiece 30 more flexible in use.

In another embodiment, the rotation mode between the mounting post 31 and the suction rod 33 can also be set as follows: the mounting post 31 is fixedly disposed in the mouthpiece mounting hole 110, and the suction rod 33 is rotatably disposed at one end of the mounting post 31 opposite to the electronic cigarette main body 10. The suction rod 33 can be rotated circumferentially around the axis of the mounting post 31 by an external force, and/or can be rotated in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the mounting post 31 under external force. In this way, when in use or after use, the user can rotate the suction rod 33 directly to turn it into or out of the accommodating groove 11.

It can be understood that, in other embodiments, the rotation mode between the mounting post 31 and the suction rod 33 can be set as needed. Such as, it is only necessary to realize that the suction rod 33 can be moved out of the accommodating groove 11 when it is used, and can be moved into the accommodating groove 11 after use.

Specifically, the suction rod 33 includes a connecting end 330 connected to the mounting post 31 and a suction end 332 opposite the connecting end 330. The accommodating groove 11 includes an receiving surface 112 parallel to the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body 10, a supporting surface 114 and a blocking surface 116 which are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the receiving surface 112 and are inclined with respect to the Receiving surface 112. When the suction rod 33 is rotated to be received in the accommodating groove 11, the suction end 332 is entirely received in the accommodating groove 11, the blocking surface 116 of the accommodating groove 11 blocks the suction end 332 to prevent the suction end 332 from being contaminated.

Referring to FIG. 3, the mouthpiece mounting hole 110 is disposed on the supporting surface 114 of the accommodating groove 11. When the suction rod 33 is moved out of the accommodating groove 11, the connecting end 330 is supported on the supporting surface 114 of the accommodating groove 11. Due to the supporting surface 114 of the accommodating groove 11 is inclined with respect to the receiving surface 112, that is, the supporting surface 114 is inclined with respect to the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body 10. Therefore, the suction rod 33 is inclined with respect to the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body 10, which is convenient for the user to use.

In the present embodiment, when the suction rod 33 is moved out of the accommodating groove 11, the suction end 332 is opposite to the blocking surface 116, and the angle A between the side of the suction rod 33 facing the supporting surface 114 and the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body 10 is an acute angle

In the electronic cigarette 100 of the first embodiment of the present disclosure, the mouthpiece 30 is rotatably housed in the accommodating groove 11, so that the user can turn it out during use; after being used, the mouthpiece 30 can be moved into the accommodating groove 11, thereby reducing the entire length of the electronic cigarette 100, improving the storability, and further reducing the possibility of the mouthpiece 30 being contaminated by the outside.

Embodiment 2

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the second embodiment of the present disclosure disclose an electronic cigarette 200, the electronic cigarette 200 includes an electronic cigarette main body 10 and a mouthpiece 30 rotatably disposed on the electronic cigarette main body 10.

Please refer to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 together, specifically, the electronic cigarette main body 10 is provided with a liquid storage tube (not shown) for storing the cigarette liquid and an atomizer for atomizing the cigarette liquid stored in the liquid storage tube (not shown). The mouthpiece 30 is rotatably connected to the electronic cigarette main body 10 and communication with an atomizing chamber (not shown) of the atomizer. The electronic cigarette main body 10 is provided with a starting switch 11′ and a lighting switch 12. The starting switch 11′, the lighting switch 12 and the mouthpiece 30 cooperate with one another. The mouthpiece 30 can be moved out relative to the electronic cigarette main body 10 by an external force and turning on the starting switch 11′, and the lighting switch 12 is enabled, at this time, the user can operate the lighting switch 12, that is, the user can activate the atomizer; the mouthpiece 30 can also be moved into the electronic cigarette main body 10 and turned off the starting switch 11′ under the external force, such that the lighting switch 12 is locked, the user cannot operate the lighting switch 12 cigarettes, that is, the user cannot start the atomizer

In the present embodiment, the mouthpiece 30 can be rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body 10 by an external force, and turned to a position where the mouthpiece 30 at least partially abuts the starting switch 11′, so that the lighting switch 12 can be enabled. At this point, the user can light the electrical cigarette by operating the lighting switch 12, that is, start the atomizer to atomize the cigarette liquid to form smoke for the user to inhale. The mouthpiece 30 can also be rotated relative to the electronic cigarette main body 10 by an external force and turned to the mouthpiece 30 to be completely separated from the starting switch 11′, so that the lighting switch 12 can be locked to prevent the atomizer from being activated by accidentally touching the lighting switch 12.

In still another embodiment, under the action of an external force, the mouthpiece 30 can be rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body 10 and turned to the mouthpiece 30 to be completely separated from the starting switch 11′, and then the starting switch 11′ is turned on to make the lighting switch 12 can be enabled. Under the action of an external force, the mouthpiece 30 can also be moved into a position at least partially abuts the starting switch 11′, and then the starting switch 11′ is closed to lock the lighting switch 12.

In the present embodiment, the electronic cigarette main body 10 is provided with a mounting post 13′ communicating between the atomizing chamber and the mouthpiece 30, so that the user can inhale the smoke formed by the atomizing chamber by the mouthpiece 30.

The mouthpiece 30 includes a smoking rod 31′ and a rotating shaft 34. Specifically, the mounting post 13′ is protruded from the top of the electronic cigarette main body 10, and provided with a mounting hole 130 in communication with the atomizing chamber. The rotating shaft 34 communicates between the mounting hole 130 and the smoking rod 31′, and the axis of the rotating shaft 34 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the mounting post 13′.

In the embodiment, the rotating shaft 34 is fixedly disposed in the mounting hole 130 of the mounting post 13. The smoking rod 31′ is rotatably connected to one end of the rotating shaft 34 relative to the mounting post 13′, and can rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 34 or rotate in the direction of the axis of the vertical rotating shaft 34. Such that, the smoking rod 31′ can move in and out with respect to the electronic cigarette main body 10, thereby correspondingly enabling and locking the lighting switch 12.

In still another embodiment, the rotating shaft 34 is rotatably connected to the mounting hole 130 of the mounting post 13′ and is rotatable circumferentially about its own axis. The smoking rod 31′ is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 34 opposite to the mounting post 13′ or rotatably disposed at one end of the rotating shaft 34 opposite to the mounting post 13′, and also can be rotated around the axis of the rotating shaft 34 or rotated in the direction of the axis of the vertical rotating shaft 34 by an external force. Thus, the user can move the smoking rod 31′ into and out relative to the electronic cigarette main body 10 by rotating the rotating shaft 34 and/or the smoking rod 31′ during use.

Further, referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the mouthpiece 30 is provided with a trigger 35 for resisting the starting switch 11′, the trigger 35 is protruded from one end of the smoking rod 31′ connected to the rotating shaft 34. When the smoking rod 31′ is rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body 10, one end of the smoking rod 31′ provided with the trigger 35 is rotating toward to the electronic cigarette main body 10 and abutting the starting switch 11′, the starting switch 11′ is turned on, and then the lighting switch 12 is enabled. When the smoking rod 31′ is moved into the electronic cigarette main body 10, one end of the smoking rod 31′ provided with the trigger 35 is rotated away from the electronic cigarette main body 10 and separated from the starting switch 11′, the starting switch 11′ is closed to make the lighting switch 12 to be locked. In the present embodiment, the trigger 35 is a projection protruded from one end of the connection between the smoking rod 31′ and the rotating shaft 34. The starting switch 11′ is disposed at the top portion of the electronic cigarette main body 10 and located on the peripheral region of the mounting post 13′ corresponding to the trigger 35.

In the electronic cigarette 200 of the second embodiment of the present disclosure, after the mouthpiece 30 is moved out and the trigger 35 protruded from the bottom of the mouthpiece 30 abuts against the starting switch 11′, the user can light the cigarette by operate the lighting switch 12, thereby preventing false trigger of the electronic cigarette effectively. Further, the mouthpiece 30 is designed to be rotatably housed, and can reduce the overall length of the electronic cigarette 200 and improve the storability.

The above-mentioned embodiments merely represent several implementations of the present application, and the descriptions thereof are more specific and detailed, but they shall not be understood as a limitation on the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for those of ordinary skill in the art, variations and improvements may still be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and all of which shall fall into the protection scope of the present application. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present application shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims

1. A mouthpiece for an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette having an electronic cigarette main body, the electronic cigarette main body is provided with an accommodating groove, the mouthpiece comprising:

a mounting post disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, and
a suction rod connected to the mounting post, the suction rod is disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body, the mounting post is in communication with atomizing chamber defined in the electronic cigarette main body and the suction rod, the suction rod is capable of being rotated into or out of the accommodating groove by an external force.

2. The mouthpiece according to the claim 1, wherein the mounting post is rotatably disposed on the electronic cigarette main body and capable of rotating around its own axis, the suction rod is fixedly disposed on one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body, or the suction rod is rotatably disposed on at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body and capable of rotating around its own axis driven by an external force and/or rotating in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the mounting post under external force.

The mouthpiece according to the claim 1, wherein the mounting post is fixedly disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, the suction rod is rotatably disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body and capable of rotating around the axis of the mounting post by an external force and/or rotating in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the mounting post under external force.

4. The mouthpiece according to the claim 2, wherein the accommodating groove is formed by recessing the top portion of the electronic cigarette main body.

The mouthpiece according to the claim 4, wherein the accommodating groove is provided with a mouthpiece mounting hole in communicate with the atomizing chamber, the mounting post is fixed in the mouthpiece mounting hole, or the mounting post is rotatably mounted in the mouthpiece mounting hole and capable of rotating around its own axis.

The mouthpiece according to the claim 5, wherein the suction rod comprises a connecting end connected to the mounting post and a suction end opposite the connecting end, the accommodating groove comprises a receiving surface parallel to the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body, and a supporting surface and a blocking surface which are disposed at the opposite ends of the receiving surface and are inclined with respect to the receiving surface.

7. The mouthpiece according to the claim 6, wherein when the suction rod is rotated into the accommodating groove, the suction end is entirely received in the accommodating groove, the blocking surface of the accommodating groove blocks the suction end.

8. The mouthpiece according to the claim 6, wherein the mouthpiece mounting hole is disposed on the supporting surface of the accommodating groove, when the suction rod is moved out of the accommodating groove, the connecting end is supported on the supporting surface of the accommodating groove, the supporting surface of the accommodating groove is inclined with respect to a cross section of the electronic cigarette main body.

9. The mouthpiece according to the claim 8, wherein when the suction rod is moved out of the accommodating groove, the suction end is opposite to the blocking surface, and the angle between the side of the suction rod facing the supporting surface and the cross section of the electronic cigarette main body is an acute angle.

10. An electronic cigarette, comprising:

an electronic cigarette main body provided with an atomizing chamber therein and an accommodating groove, and
a mouthpiece rotatably disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, the mouthpiece comprises a mounting post disposed on the electronic cigarette main body, and a suction rod connected to the mounting post, the suction rod is disposed at one end of the mounting post opposite to the electronic cigarette main body, the mounting post is in communication with atomizing chamber in the electronic cigarette main body and the suction rod, the suction rod is capable of being rotated into or out of the accommodating groove by an external force.

11. A mouthpiece for an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette having an electronic cigarette main body provided with a starting switch, a lighting switch and an atomizing chamber, wherein:

the mouthpiece is rotatably connected to the electronic cigarette main body and in communication with the atomizing chamber, the mouthpiece is capable of being rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body by an external force and turning on the starting switch, and the lighting switch is enabled.

12. The mouthpiece according to the claim 11, wherein the mouthpiece is capable of being rotated into the electronic cigarette main body and turned off the starting switch under an external force, such that the lighting switch is locked.

13. The mouthpiece according to the claim 12, wherein under the action of an external force, when the mouthpiece is moved out relative to the electronic cigarette main body and turned to a position where the mouthpiece at least partially abuts the starting switch, the starting switch is turned on, and the lighting switch is enabled; under the action of an external force, when the mouthpiece is rotated relative to the electronic cigarette main body and turned to a position where the mouthpiece to be completely separated from the starting switch, the starting switch is turned off to the lock the lighting switch; or under the action of an external force, when the mouthpiece is rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body and turned to be completely separated from the starting switch, the starting switch is turned on, and the lighting switch is enabled, when the mouthpiece is moved into a position at least partially abuts the starting switch, the starting switch is closed to lock the lighting switch.

14. The mouthpiece according to the claim 13, wherein the electronic cigarette main body is provided with a mounting post, the mounting post is in communication with atomizing chamber and the mouthpiece.

15. The mouthpiece according to the claim 14, wherein the mouthpiece comprises a smoking rod and a rotating shaft, the mounting post is protruded from the top of the electronic cigarette main body and provided with a mounting hole communicating with the atomizing chamber, the rotating shaft communicates between the mounting hole and the smoking rod, and the axis of the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the extending direction of the mounting post.

16. The mouthpiece according to the claim 15, wherein the rotating shaft is fixedly disposed in the mounting hole of the mounting post, the smoking rod is rotatably connected to one end of the rotating shaft opposite to the mounting post, the smoking rod is capable of rotating around the axis of the rotating shaft or rotating in the direction of the axis of the vertical rotating shaft.

17. The mouthpiece according to the claim 15, wherein the rotating shaft is rotatably deposed in the mounting hole of the mounting post and is rotatable circumferentially about its own axis, the smoking rod is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft opposite to the mounting post or rotatably disposed at one end of the rotating shaft opposite to the mounting post, the smoking rod is capable of rotating around the axis of the rotating shaft or rotating in the direction of the axis of the vertical rotating shaft by an external force.

18. The mouthpiece according to the claim 15, wherein the mouthpiece is provided with a trigger for resisting the starting switch′, and the trigger is protruded from one end of the smoking rod connected to the rotating shaft.

19. The mouthpiece according to the claim 18, wherein the trigger is a projection which is protruded from one end of the connection between the smoking rod and the rotating shaft, the starting switch is disposed at the top of the electronic cigarette main body and located on the peripheral region of the mounting post corresponding to the trigger.

20. An electronic cigarette, comprising:

an electronic cigarette main body provided with a starting switch, a lighting switch and an atomizing chamber, and
a mouthpiece rotatably connected to the electronic cigarette main body and communicates with the atomizing chamber, the mouthpiece is capable of being rotated out relative to the electronic cigarette main body by an external force and turning on the starting switch, and the lighting switch is enabled.
