CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This Non-provisional application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. § 119(a) on Patent Application No(s). 201721178357.4 filed in People's Republic of China on Sep. 14, 2017, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a knitting field, and more particularly, to a comfortable anti-off sock and a knitting method thereof.

Description of the Related Art

In order to adapt to foot wearing, a “line-heel” or “Y-heel” technology was often adopted when a sock heel of a conventional sock is knitted. That is, a corresponding knitting structure is formed by a picking-inserting-needle knitting method along the “line” or “Y”.

The problem is that the knitting length of the knitting structure of the “line-heel” is limited by the manufacture equipment to a great extent, as a result of which the manufactured sock is difficult to achieve a desired shape; and due to an impact of the knitting technology, an angle of a bifurcation part of the “Y-heel” is basically limited to about 45°. If the size of the sock heel is needed to be enlarged according to a foot type, as the angle of the knitting structure is limited, the sock shape will be loosed, which cannot achieve an effective anti-off effect. In addition, due to a conventional sock toe knitting technique, the position of the sewing loop is close to the front of the toe, easy to slip and poor in wrapping performance.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Aiming at above problems, the present invention provides a comfortable anti-off sock and a knitting method thereof to solve the problem of poor anti-off effect of socks in the prior art.

A technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows: a sock includes a sock toe, a sock body and a sock heel; both the sock toe and the sock heel are connected with the sock body; the sock is provided with a first knitting structure and a second knitting structure; and the first knitting structure includes a first picking-needle area and a first inserting-needle area located at one side of the first picking-needle area near the sock toe. When the second knitting structure is a picking-needle structure, a second picking-needle area is formed, and the second picking-needle area links the first inserting-needle area; or when the second knitting structure is an inserting-needle structure, a second inserting-needle area is formed, and the second inserting-needle area links the first picking-needle area.

A picking-inserting-needle knit formed by the first picking-needle area and first inserting-needle area with the first knitting structures connected with each other is located at the sock. Then a loop-forming number is increased by combining with the second picking-needle area or second inserting-needle area of the second knitting structure. As the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure are connected together, when the sock is pulled, the sock can have a more uniform and larger range stretch, which ensures the wrapping performance and anti-off and anti-slide effects of the sock.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure may be located at the sock heel. The second knitting structure may include the second picking-needle area, and the second picking-needle area may link the first inserting-needle area.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of loops of the first picking-needle area may be equal to the number of loops of the first inserting-needle area.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of columns of the first picking-needle area may be less than the number of columns of the first inserting-needle area.

The sock will be stretched when the sock is put on or took off, and both borne stress and deformation amount of the first knitting structure extending toward the sock heel from the sock body during the stretching process are relatively large, while since the extending direction of the second knitting structure is toward the sock toe and an angle between the second knitting structure and a stretch direction of the entire sock is relatively small, the borne stretch stress is relatively small. A larger number of loops on the first knitting structure are knitted than those on the second knitting structure, such that the deformation and the borne stress of the two knitting structures are more uniformed during bearing the stress, and the sock structure is kept to be stable and not easy to be loosed.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first knitting structure may form a sock heel main gore line, the second knitting structure may form a sock heel side gore line, and a length of the sock heel main gore line may be greater than a length of the sock heel side gore line.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure may be located at the sock toe. The second knitting structure may include the second inserting-needle area, and the second inserting-needle area may link the first picking-needle area.

As the shape of the sock toe part is relatively regular, both stretches and stresses in different directions are relatively uniform, the second knitting structure toward the sock sole directly adopts the second inserting-needle area to increase a stitch number of the loop-forming part at the sock sole. Then through the picking-inserting-needle structure, the first knitting structure toward the sock toe strengthens the connection between the knitting structures and optimizes the size and structure of a sock surface. The knitting structure with an increased loop-forming number at the sock sole wraps more closely and uniformly, which improves the comfort of sock wearing.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of columns of the first picking-needle area may be equal to the number of loops of the second inserting-needle area.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first knitting structure may form a sock toe main gore line, the second inserting-needle structure may form a sock toe side gore line, and a length of the sock toe main gore line may be greater than a length of the sock toe side gore line.

In one embodiment of the present invention, an included angle of the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure may range from 60° to 150°.

The first knitting structure includes a picking-inserting-needle knitting structure used for strengthening the connection, and the second knitting structure includes a picking-needle knitting structure used for reducing loop-forming stitch number of the sock and an inserting-needle knitting structure used for increasing loop-forming stitch number of the sock. The connection performances of different knitting structures on the sock body are also different. Set the stretch directions of the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure at about 90°, that is, when the two knitting structures are perpendicular to each other, the action between the knitting structures can be the largest and cannot be offset by each other, and the improvement of the stretch performance to the sock sole is most obvious. As the sock is made of flexible fabrics, the shape is not easily to be completely fixed. Therefore, in actual products, all knitting structure arrangements at about 90° can achieve similar effects.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the knitting method uses a circular knitting or a weft knitting technology, and the knitting method includes: S11: knitting a first knitting structure: knitting a first picking-needle area, then knitting a first inserting-needle area at an end of the first picking-needle, and the first inserting-needle area linking the first picking-needle area; and S12: knitting a second knitting structure: when the second knitting structure is a picking-needle structure, knitting a second picking-needle area at an end of the first inserting-needle area after knitting the first inserting-needle area in step S11; or when the second knitting structure is an inserting-needle structure, knitting a second inserting-needle area first before knitting the first picking-needle area in step S11, and an end of the second inserting-needle area linking the first picking-needle area.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention will be described in detail below combining with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which are schematic diagrams of knitting structures, 0 represents not forming a loop (no loop-forming), and 1 represents forming a loop (loop-forming). The inserting-needle structure is the knitting structure that the stitch number of each loop increases gradually with the increasing of the knitting loop-forming, and the picking-needle structure is the knitting structure that the stitch number of each loop decreases gradually with the increasing of the knitting loop-forming due to picking up the needle. As the first knitting structure 21 and the second knitting structure 22 are connected together, when the sock is pulled, the sock can have a more uniform and larger range stretch, which ensures the wrapping performance and anti-off and anti-slide effects of the sock.

Please refer to FIG. 3 to FIG. 7. The embodiment of the present invention provides a comfortable anti-off sock. In the figures, solid lines represent the picking-needle structures, and dot-dash lines represent the inserting-needle structures. The sock includes a sock toe 11, a sock body 12 and a sock heel 13; both the sock toe 11 and the sock heel 13 are connected with the sock body 12; and the sock has a first knitting structure 21 and a second knitting structure 22. Wherein the first knitting structure 21 includes a first picking-needle area A1 and a first inserting-needle area B1 connected to each other, and the first inserting-needle area B1 extends out from one side of the first picking-needle area A1 toward the sock toe 11.

When the second knitting structure is a picking-needle structure, a second picking-needle area A2 is formed, and the second picking-needle area A2 links the first inserting-needle area B1; or when the second knitting structure is an inserting-needle structure, a second inserting-needle area B2 is formed, and the second inserting-needle area B2 links the first picking-needle area A1.

When the first knitting structure and second knitting structure are on the sock heel 13, the second knitting structure 22 includes the second picking-needle area A2, and the second picking-needle area A2 is connected with the first inserting-needle area B1. Combining with the expanded diagram, the first picking-needle area A1 in the first knitting structure 21 exhibits a trapezoid eeff (sstt) with a gradually decreased stitch number of its loop toward the sock sole 14, and the first inserting-needle area B1 exhibits a trapezoidal f′f′e′e′ (ttrr) shape with a gradually increased stitch number of its loop away from the sock sole 14. The second picking-needle area A2 in the second knitting structure 22 links the first inserting-needle area B1 of the first knitting structure 21, exhibiting a trapezoidal e′e′g′g′ (rruu) shape with a decreased stitch number of its loop toward the sock sole 14.

As a preferable Embodiment I of the present invention, the number of columns of the first picking-needle area A1 is equal to the number of columns of the first inserting-needle area B1, that is, the start point e of the first picking-needle area A1 on the expanded diagram and the end point e′ of the first inserting-needle area B1 are aligned with each other.

As a preferable Embodiment II of the present invention, the number of columns of the first picking-needle area A1 is less than the number of columns of the first inserting-needle area B1, that is, the start point s of the first picking-needle area A1 on the expanded diagram and the end point r of the first inserting-needle area B1 are not aligned, and the horizontal distance of st is shorter than the horizontal distance of tr.

When knitting the sock, taking e (s) as the start point, knit the first picking-needle area A1 of the first knitting structure 21 toward the sock sole 14 to form a sock heel main gore line of (st), and then taking the f′ (t′) aligned with the f (t) as the start point, start to knit the first inserting-needle area B1 in the first knitting structure 21 until ends at the point e′ (r); and then taking e′ (r) as the start point, knit the second picking-needle area A2 in the second knitting structure 22 to form a sock heel side gore line e′g (ru). Preferably, the length of the sock heel main gore line of (st) formed by the first knitting structure 21 is greater than the length of the sock heel side gore line e′g (ru) formed by the second knitting structure 22.

The sock will be stretched when the sock is put on or took off, and both the borne stress and deformation amount of the first knitting structure 21 extending toward the sock heel 13 from the sock body 12 during the stretching process are relatively large, while since the extending direction of the second knitting structure 22 is toward the sock toe 11 and is parallel to the stretch direction of the entire sock, the borne stretch stress is relatively small. The length of the sock heel main gore line formed in the first knitting structure 21 is greater than the length of the sock heel side gore line of the second knitting structure 22, such that the deformation and the borne stress of the two knitting structures are more uniformed during bearing the stress, and the sock structure is kept to be stable and not easy to be loosed.

Please refer to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9. When the first knitting structure and second knitting structure are at the sock toe 11 of the sock, the first knitting structure 21 includes the first picking-needle area A1 and the first inserting-needle area B1 connected with each other, and the first inserting-needle area B1 is at one side of the first picking-needle area A1 toward the sock toe 11. The second knitting structure 22 includes a second inserting-needle area B2, and the second inserting-needle area B2 links the first picking-needle area A1. Combining with the expanded diagram, the first picking-needle area A1 in the first knitting structure 21 exhibits a trapezoid JJKK with a gradually decreased stitch number of its loop near the sock sole 14, and the first inserting-needle area B1 exhibits a trapezoidal K′K′J′J′ shape with a gradually increased stitch number of its loop away from the sock sole 14. The second inserting-needle area B2 in the second knitting structure 22 links the first picking-needle area A1 of the first knitting structure 21, exhibiting a trapezoidal HHJJ shape with an increased stitch number of its loop away from the sock sole 14.

As the shape of the sock toe 11 part is relatively regular, both stretches and stresses in different directions are relatively uniform. The second knitting structure 22 toward the sock sole 14 directly adopts the inserting-needle knitting to gradually increase the stitch number of the loop-forming part at the sock sole. Then through the structures including the first inserting-needle area B1 and the first picking-needle area A1, the first knitting structure 21 toward the sock toe 11 strengthens the connection between the knitting structures and optimizes the size and structure of the surface of the sock. The knitting structure with an increased stitch number at the sock sole 14 wraps more closely and uniformly, which improves the comfort of sock wearing.

Preferably, the number of columns of the first picking-needle area A1 on the sock toe is equal to the number of columns of the first inserting-needle area B1, that is, the start point J of the first picking-needle area A1 on the expanded diagram and the end point J′ of the first inserting-needle area B1 are aligned with each other.

When knitting the sock, taking H as the start point, knit the second inserting-needle area B2 in the second knitting structure 22 away from the sock sole 14 to form a sock toe side gore line HJ. Then taking J as the start point, knit the first picking-needle area A1 in the first knitting structure. Then taking the point K′ aligned with the point K as the start point, start to knit the first inserting-needle area B1 in the first knitting structure 21 until ends at the point J′ to form a sock toe main fore line. Preferably, the length of the sock toe main gore line JK formed by the first knitting structure 21 is greater than the length of the sock toe side gore line HJ formed by the second knitting structure 22.

Preferably, an included angle between the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure ranges from 60° to 150°. Set the included angle between the first knitting structure and the second knitting structure at about 90° through the technology at the setting stage, that is, when the two knitting structures are perpendicular to each other, the action between the knitting structures can be the largest and cannot be offset by each other, and the improvement of the stretch performance to the sock sole is most obvious. As the sock is made of flexible fabrics, the shape is not easily to be completely fixed. Therefore, all knitting structure arrangements approaching 90° can achieve similar effects.

As shown in FIG. 10, the dotted line represents the position of the sewing loop in the existing knitting scheme, and the solid line represents the position of the sewing loop after adopting the technical solution of the present invention. After adopting the knitting structure, the position of the seaming loop of the sock toe moves to the rear of the toes under the stretch action of the knitting structure, making the position more reasonable and improving the wrapping comfort of the sock to sole of the foot.

Although the present invention has been described in considerable detail with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, the disclosure is not for limiting the scope of the invention. Persons having ordinary skill in the art may make various modifications and changes without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the appended claims should not be limited to the description of the preferred embodiments described above.
