The invention relates to the air environmental control technology field and discloses an environmental control unit including a shell, cooling device, a water pipe, a heating device, a control device, a sensor, a safety protection device, an air purification device and a humidifying device set in the shell. The invention combines the efficient circulation heating supply system with the air purification device. During the rapid heating of air, the cold-hot air convection is used to accelerate the air circulation purification and humidification treatment process. The sensor detects the real-time indoor air quality and adjusts the temperature, humidity and air quality by further control of the system according to the environmental parameters. The invention uses the air convection circulation to effectively improve the air purification and humidification efficiency with very high practical value. And it is of important positive significance for the development of water heating industry.

TECHNICAL FIELD

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The traditional indoor heating radiator mostly adopts the heating radiator, but the heat loss in the heating process of heating radiator is much. The setting way makes heating radiator fixation unstable and doesn't facilitate cleaning and replacement. Besides the heating by heating radiator, the current heating method includes heating by air conditioner, but the long-term use of air conditioner will lead to the dry skin and human body discomfort, and the air conditioner has high energy consumption and is not environmentally friendly. With the development of the society, people have higher and higher requirements for the indoor environment quality, so it is difficult to meet the demand of air purification by using the traditional air conditioner for heating. To improve the indoor air quality, the most commonly used method is adding air purifier indoors, however, because the purifier can't use air convection to speed up the circulation efficiency, the fast refreshing and purification of the air can't be realized, thus affectin e use effect of the air purifier.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To solve the deficiency of the existing technology, the invention provides an environmental control unit.

Environmental control unit, comprising a shell, a cooling device, a water pipe, a heating device, a control device, a sensor, a safety protection device, an air purification device and a humidifying device; The said shell comprises an inner shell and an outer shell, and the said outer shell and the said inner shell form the air duct; The said cooling device is fixed on the inside wall of the inner shell, the said heating device is fixed on the bottom wall of the inner shell, and the said heating device is connected with the cooling device through the water pipe; The said control device comprises a controller and a display device. The said controller is set at the upper end of the heating device and fixed on the inside wall of the inner shell opposite to the cooling device, and the said display device is set on the upper wall of the outer shell; The said sensor comprises the temperature sensor, humidity sensor and PM sensor set on the outside wall of the outer shell and connected to the control device, and comprises the monitoring sensor set on inside wall of the inner shell; The said safety protection device comprises a lightning protection device set on the bottom of the inner shell, an anti-tipping device set on inside wall of the inner shell in the same side with the controller, a water level switch unit set in the heating device and an anti-creeping device set on the bottom of the inner shell; The said air purification device is set on the top of the controller; The said humidifying device is set in the air purification device and fixed on the upper wall of the inner shell; The said heating device, air purification device and humidifying device carry out the electrical connection with the control device.

Further, the said cooling device comprises a copper radiating pipe fin and cooling fan, and the said cooling fan is installed in the location nearby the water pipe in the side of the copper radiating pipe fin.

Further, the said heating device comprises a water tank, a water circulation mechanism and a heating mechanism. The said water circulation mechanism and heating mechanism are set in the water tank, the said water tank is the water-oil water tank, and the said water circulation mechanism is set as the high temperature resistant circulating pump.

Further, the outside wall of the said shell is installed with an air inlet a and an air inlet b from top to bottom.

Further, the said air purification device comprises an air inlet a, an air outlet, a fan and a composite filter screen. The said heating device 4 comprises a water-oil water tank, a high temperature resistant circulating pump and a heating mechanism. The said water circulating pump and heating mechanism are set in the water tank. The outside wall of the said shell is installed with an air inlet a 51 and an air inlet b 8 from top to bottom, the said air inlet a 51 is set as the air inlet of the air purification device, and the said air inlet b 8 is set as the air inlet of the cold air. The said air purification device comprises an air inlet a 51, an air outlet 54, a fan 53 and a composite filter screen 52. The said air inlet a 51 is set on the side wall of the shell, the said air outlet 54 is set on the upper wall of the shell in the ladder structure, the said composite filter screen 52 is set in the rear of air inlet a 51 and connected with the air duct 1, and the said fan 53 is set in the rear end of the composite filter screen 52. The said humidifying device 6 comprises a humidifying part and a mist vent 61. The said mist vent 61 runs through the upper wall of the shell and is connected with the air outside the shell.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the specific using process: After heating, the said water will enter the cooling device through the water pipe under the action of the water circulation mechanism, and the rotation of the cooling fan accelerates the air convection, thus greatly improving the cooling effect of the cooling device. Such tower structure can collect the rising hot air in the lower part after heating, thus improving the processing efficiency.

Claims

1. An environmental control unit, comprising a shell, a cooling device, a water pipe, a heating device, a control device, a sensor, a safety protection device, an air purification device and a humidifying device;

wherein the shell comprises an inner shell and an outer shell, wherein the outer shell and the inner shell form an air duct; wherein the cooling device is fixed on an inside wall of the inner shell, the heating device is fixed on a bottom wall of the inner shell; wherein the heating device is connected to the cooling device through the water pipe;
wherein the control device comprises a controller and a display device, wherein the controller is set at an upper end of the heating device and fixed on the inside wall of the inner shell opposite to the cooling device, and the display device is set on an upper wall of the outer shell;
wherein the sensor comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a PM sensor; wherein the PM sensor is set on an outside wall of the outer shell and connected to the control device, wherein the PM sensor comprises a monitoring sensor set on the inside wall of the inner shell;
wherein the safety protection device comprises a lightning protection device set on the bottom wall of the inner shell, an anti-tipping device set on the inside wall of the inner shell in the same side with the controller, a water level switch unit set in the heating device and an anti-creeping device set on the bottom wall of the inner shell;
wherein the air purification device is set on a top of the controller;
wherein the humidifying device is set in the air purification device and fixed on an upper wall of the inner shell;
wherein the heating device, the air purification device and the humidifying device carry out an electrical connection with the control device.

2. The environmental control unit according to claim 1, wherein the cooling device comprises a copper radiating pipe fin and a cooling fan, and the cooling fan is installed in a location nearby the water pipe in a side of the copper radiating pipe fin.

The environmental control unit according to claim 1, wherein the heating device comprises a water tank, a water circulation mechanism and a heating mechanism; wherein the water circulation mechanism and the heating mechanism are set in the water tank, wherein the water tank is a water-oil water tank; wherein the water circulation mechanism is set as a high temperature resistant circulating pump.

4. The environmental control unit according to claim 1, wherein the outside wall of the shell is installed with an air inlet a and an air inlet b from top to bottom.

5. The any environmental control unit according to claim 1, wherein the air purification device comprises an air inlet a, an air outlet, a fan and a composite filter screen;

wherein the air inlet a is set on a side wall of the shell;
wherein the air outlet is set on an upper wall of the shell in a ladder structure;
wherein the composite filter screen is set in the rear of air inlet a and connected to the air duct;
wherein the humidifying device comprises a humidifying part and a mist vent, and the mist vent runs through the upper wall of the shell and connects to the air outside the shell.
