INNER FRAME FOR MOTOR-DRIVEN MATTRESS

Disclosed is a motor-driven mattress inner frame, comprising: a head frame (100), a main frame (200) and a foot frame (300), wherein a head motor (600) and a foot motor (700) are arranged in the middle part of the main frame (200). The head frame (100) and the main frame (200) are detachably connected to two ends of a first hinge (400) respectively. A driving shaft of the head motor (600) drives one end of the first hinge (400) which is connected to the head frame (100) and enables the head frame (100) to rotate relatively to the main frame (200). The main frame (200) and the foot frame (300) are detachably connected to two ends of two second hinges (800) respectively; two connecting rods (805, 806) are arranged in parallel on the second hinge (800). A pair of opposite linkages (806) is fixed with a rotatory shaft (801) which is driven to rotate by the foot motor (700). The rotatory shaft (801) rotates and the movement thereof is converted by the linkages (805, 806) into an up and down translation of the foot frame (300). The inner frame of a motor-driven mattress has the advantages of being convenient to assemble and disassemble, having a simple structure and being able to be folded in accordance with ergonomics.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention involves the mattress, and particularly involves a motor-driven mattress inner frame that is convenient to be assembled and disassembled, consist of a simple structure, can be folded up and conforms to ergonomics.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Sleeping is a station of life journey. One third of every person's life is spent on sleeping. A primary index for measuring health is the quality of sleeping. A man who has sleeping enough will have vigorous energy to face the challenges in life after waking up in the morning, and will have a healthy body. At present, the mattresses that people using are generally flatly placed on the bed. They are fixed, and can only provide a comfortable sleeping position for people. However, people's demand for mattress is not limited to this point. For example, when people reading a book or watching TV on the bed, they would like that the mattress can be risen up and leaned on. But a common mattress only has a single function and can-not meet the demands of people.

DESCRIPTIONS OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the above problem, the objective of this invention is to provide a kind of motor-driven mattress inner frame that is convenient to be assembled and disassembled, consists of a simple structure, can be folded up and conforms to ergonomics.

This invention is achieved through the following technical measures. A motor-driven mattress inner frame, comprising: a head frame, a main frame and a foot frame, wherein a head motor and a foot motor are arranged in the middle part of the main frame. The head frame and the main frame are detachably connected to the two ends of the first hinge respectively. A driving shaft of the head motor drives one end of the first hinge which is connected to the head frame and enables the head frame to rotate relative to the main frame. The main frame and the foot frame are detachably connected to two ends of the second hinges respectively; two connecting rods are arranged in parallel on the second hinge. A pair of opposite linkages is fixed with a rotatory shaft which is driven to rotate by the foot motor. The rotatory shaft rotates and the movement thereof is converted by the linkages into an up and down translation of the foot frame. The inner frame of a motor-driven mattress has the advantages of being convenient to assemble and disassemble, having a simple structure and being able to be folded in accordance with ergonomics.

As a preferred method, the two ends of the described head frame and the main frame are detachably connected to two ends of the first hinge respectively. At least two screw holes are arranged on each end of the described third hinge. The both up and down sides of the described third hinge are extended to the head frame and main frame.

As a preferred method, at least one third bulge is inwardly set up on each end of the described third hinge. A third groove that matches the third bulge is set up on the side of the described head frame or the main frame.

As a preferred method, the described first hinges are the two set up on the two sides of the head motor. At least two screw holes are set up on each end of the described first hinge. The both up and down sides of the described first hinge are extended to the head frame and main frame.

As a preferred method, there is a fixed support frame on the described rotating shaft. The drive shaft of the described foot motor is connected to the support frame.

As a preferred method, at least one first bulge is inwardly set up on each end of the described first hinge. A first groove that matches the first bulge is set up on the side of the described head frame or the main frame. At least one second bulge is inwardly set up on each end of the described second hinge. A second groove that matches the second bulge is set up on the side of the described foot frame or the main frame.

As a preferred method, a main control chip that electrically connected to the head motor and foot motor is set up. The wireless transceiver module is electrically connected to the described main control chip.

As a preferred method, the described wireless transceiver module is a Bluetooth module.

As a preferred method, it also includes an intelligent terminal that communicates with the wireless transceiver module.

As a preferred method, the pressure sensors that electrically connected to the main control chip are respectively set up on the upper surface of the described main frame, foot frame and head frame.

This invention can be wrapped with cushion body to form a mattress. For human sleeping habits, it can horizontally elevate the foot frame which is used for laying legs under the role of foot motor to make the blood flow back, which is beneficial to the heart, brain and legs; In addition, the head frame can be made to rotate relative to the main frame under the driving of the head motor, thus raising the head position to facilitate the leisure and entertainment such as reading a book, watching TV and so on. The motor-driven mattress inner frame is wrapped with cushion body, so that various parts of the mattress can be moved in place, and the problem that the mattress placed on the electric bed can slide and deform can be avoided. The first hinge and the second hinge of the motor-driven mattress inner frame connected to all parts are detachable, so as to facilitate the transportation and storage of the products, as well as the installation and movement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT

The further detailed description of the invention with the combination of the embodiment and reference of the attached Figures is as follows.

A motor-driven mattress inner frame, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, comprising: a head frame 100, a main frame 200 and a foot frame 300, wherein a head motor 600 and a foot motor 700 are arranged in the middle part of the main frame 200. The head frame 100 and the main frame 200 are detachably connected to two ends of a first hinge 400 respectively. A driving shaft of the head motor 600 drives one end of the first hinge 400 which is connected to the head frame 100 and enables the head frame 100 to rotate relative to the main frame 200. The main frame 200 and the foot frame 300 are detachably connected to two ends of two second hinges 800 respectively; two connecting rods are arranged in parallel on the second hinge 800. A pair of opposite linkages is fixed with a rotatory shaft 801 which is driven to rotate by the foot motor 700. The rotatory shaft 801 rotates and the movement thereof is converted by the linkages into an up and down translation of the foot frame 300.

This motor-driven mattress inner frame can be wrapped with cushion body to form a mattress. Specifically, on the basis of the previous technical solution, the two ends of the head frame 100 and the main frame 200 are detachably connected to the third hinge 500 respectively. Two screw holes 502 are arranged on each end of the described third hinge 500. The both up and down sides of the described third hinge 500 are extended to the head frame 100 and main frame 200.

In order to facilitate the alignment of the screw holes, one third bulge 503 is inwardly set up on each end of the third hinge 500. A third groove that matches the third bulge 503 is set up on the side of the head frame 100 or the main frame 200.

In terms of the motor-driven mattress inner frame of the embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3. Specifically, on the basis of the previous technical solution, the first hinges 400 are the two set up on the two sides of the head motor 600. Two screw holes 403 are set up on each end of the described first hinge 400. The both up and down sides of the described first hinge are extended to the head frame 100 and main frame 200. In order to facilitate the alignment of the screw holes, one first bulge 404 is inwardly set up on each end of the first hinge 400. A first groove that matches the first bulge 404 is set up on the side of the head frame 100 or the main frame 200. A shaft hole 402 is set up on one end connected to the head frame 100, and the drive shaft of the head motor 600 can be connected by the shaft hole 402.

In terms of the motor-driven mattress inner frame of the embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 6. Specifically, on the basis of the previous technical solution, there is a fixed support frame 807 on the rotating shaft 801. The drive shaft of the described foot motor 700 is connected to the support frame 807.

Specifically, on the basis of the previous technical solution, two connecting rods 805, 806 are arranged in parallel on the second hinge 800. A pair of opposite connecting rods 806 fix the rotating shaft 801 through the fixed rod 804. Two screw holes 802 are set up on each end of the second hinge 800. The both up and down sides of the described second hinge are extended to the foot frame 300 and main frame 200. In order to facilitate the alignment of the screw holes, at least one second bulge 803 is inwardly set up on each end of the second hinge 800. A second groove that matches the second bulge 803 is set up on the side of the foot frame 300 or the main frame 200.

In terms of the motor-driven mattress inner frame of the embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2. Specifically, on the basis of the previous technical solution, a main control chip that is electrically connected to the head motor 600 and the foot motor 700 is set up on the electrical frame. The described main control chip is electrically connected to the wireless transceiver module. In this embodiment, the wireless transceiver module is a Bluetooth module that can be connected to the mobile phone. In this way, we can use a mobile phone to observe the folding shape of the mattress, and use a special APP software to manage the shape when functioning. We can also use the special APP software to memorize the preferred shape of each person, so that the one-button adjustment in place can be achieved.

In terms of the motor-driven mattress inner frame of the embodiment, in order to increase the braking effect, and specifically, on the basis of the previous technical solution, the pressure sensors electrically connected to the main control chip are respectively set up on the upper surface of the main frame 200, foot frame 300 and head frame 100. The sensors in this embodiment are pressure sensors. The mattress shape can be adjusted through the pressure sensors to make it more conforms to the ergonomics. In other embodiments, an infrared sensor, a body temperature sensor, a blood pressure sensor, etc. can be set up to test human health. The test results can be transmitted to the cloud server through the wireless module. The cloud server will carry out a professional physical examination to discover the sub-healthy and unhealthy status of users, so as to provide protection and guarantee for people's health.

A motor-driven mattress inner frame consists of characteristics as follows: It is composed of a head frame, a main frame and a foot frame, wherein a head motor and a foot motor are arranged in the middle part of the main frame. The head frame and the main frame are detachably connected to two ends of a first hinge respectively. A driving shaft of the head motor drives one end of the first hinge which is connected to the head frame and enables the head frame to rotate relative to the main frame. The main frame and the foot frame are detachably connected to two ends of two second hinges respectively; two connecting rods are arranged in parallel on the second hinge. A pair of opposite linkages is fixed with a rotatory shaft which is driven to rotate by the foot motor. The rotatory shaft rotates and the movement thereof is converted by the linkages into an up and down translation of the foot frame.

The motor-driven mattress inner frame described according to claim 1 consists of characteristics as follows: The two ends of the described head frame and the main frame which are detachably connected to the third hinge respectively. At least two screw holes are arranged on each end of the described third hinge. The both up and down sides of the described third hinge are extended to the head frame and main frame.

3. The motor-driven mattress inner frame described according to claim 2 consists of characteristics as follows: At least one third bulge is inwardly set up on each end of the described third hinge. A third groove that matches the third bulge is set up on the side of the described head frame or the main frame.

The motor-driven mattress inner frame described according to claim 1 or claim 2 consists of characteristics as follows: The described first hinges are the two set up on the two sides of the head motor. At least two screw holes are set up on each end of the described first hinge. The both up and down sides of the described first hinge are extended to the head frame and main frame.

5. The motor-driven mattress inner frame described according to claim 1 consists of characteristics as follows: There is a fixed support frame on the described rotating shaft. The drive shaft of the described foot motor is connected to the support frame.
