The spiral rotating blades could enhance the air fluidity, thereby forming a diffused cyclone, which allows the gas to be fully combusted, and that the heat rises up causes surging ejection and strong firepower, so as to improve the combustion efficiency of the gas furnace, which could reduce waste of gas and carbon emission, and avoid air pollution.
The present application is a Continuation Application of PCT Application No. PCT/CN2018/071348, filed on Jan. 4, 2018, which claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201710019053.1 filed on Jan. 11, 2017. All the above are hereby incorporated by reference.
FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present application relates to the technical field of gas furnace, and more particularly, to an energy-saving gas burner head and a gas furnace thereof which could improve combustion efficiency.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONAs a combustion equipment for natural gas and gas, gas furnace are widely used because the fuel itself is very environmentally friendly, however, if the fuel is not fully combusted, it will still cause a certain waste of resources.
In the prior art, a way for improving combustion efficiency is making the gas eject from uniform small holes of the coil base of the gas furnace, so as to be rapidly burned. However, as a traditional gas burner, the ignition of the gas furnace is still controlled by manual, and the gas furnace does not have a cyclone performance, so the surface contacting air by the gas is small, and a large amount of heat is lost, and after the gas furnace enters the stationary standby state, a spark will be left for a long time, thereby wasting gas and causing more air pollution, even safety hazards.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe embodiments of the present application provide an energy-saving gas burner head and a gas furnace thereof, which solve the technical problem of low energy efficiency of the gas furnace in the prior art.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the technical solution proposed by the embodiments of the present application is:
An energy-saving gas burner head, comprising: a rotating vane wheel, and the rotating vane wheel comprises a burner head and a plurality of rotating blades extending from a bottom end of a side wall of the burner head to a top end of the side wall of the burner head, wherein the side wall of the burner head is further provided with a plurality of through-holes for a gas to flow through.
Wherein the burner head comprises a tubby body, and one open end of the tubby body is provided with a top cover.
Preferably, the rotating blades are equally spaced and parallel to each other on the side wall of the burner head.
Preferably, the through-holes are disposed on the side wall of the burner head between two adjacent rotating blades.
Wherein a rotation angle of the rotating blade is 40 degrees.
Preferably, the through-holes are equally spaced on the side wall of the burner head.
The gas burner head as described above further comprises a furnace door disposed outside the rotating vane wheel, and the furnace door is used to gather the flames ejected by the rotating vane wheel.
Wherein, the furnace door comprises a columnar body, and one end of the columnar body extends axially to form a sidewall, and a central portion of the columnar body is provided with a tapered hole, and the rotating vane wheel is located in the lower part of the tapered hole.
Compared with the prior art, the spiral rotating blades of the energy-saving gas burner head and the gas furnace of the embodiments of the present application, have the function of enhancing the air fluidity, thereby forming a diffused cyclone, which allows the gas to be fully combusted, and that the heat rises up causes surging ejection and strong firepower, so as to improve the combustion efficiency of the gas furnace to the extreme, which could reduce waste of gas and reduce carbon emission, avoid air pollution, save energy and improve energy efficiency.
The present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Further, referring again to
Preferably, the rotating blades 12 are equally spaced and parallel to each other on the side wall of the burner head 11. The through-holes 112 are disposed on the side wall of the burner head 11 between two adjacent rotating blades 12. The through-holes 112 could be disposed in a single row or in multiple rows.
In the present embodiment, a rotation angle of the rotating blade 12 is 40 degrees. In other embodiments, the rotation angle of the rotating blade 12 could be adjusted as needed, to provide a sufficient contact area with air for gas during combustion, so as to make the gas be fully combusted.
Preferably, the through-holes 112 are equally spaced on the side wall of the burner head 11. The distribution trend of the through-holes 112 is consistent with the distribution trend of the rotating blades 12.
Referring again to
Wherein, the furnace door 2 comprises a columnar body 21, and one end of the columnar body 21 extends axially to form a sidewall 22, and a central portion of the columnar body 21 is provided with a tapered hole 23, and the rotating vane wheel 1 is located in the lower part of the tapered hole 23. Wherein, a base angle ‘a’ of the tapered hole 23 is in range from 45 degrees to 63 degrees.
In the energy-saving gas burner head and the gas furnace thereof of the present embodiment, the spiral rotating blades have the function of enhancing the air fluidity, thereby forming a diffused cyclone, which allows the gas to be fully combusted, and that the heat rises up causes surging ejection and strong firepower, so as to improve the combustion efficiency of the gas furnace to the extreme, which could reduce waste of gas and reduce carbon emission, avoid air pollution, save energy and improve energy efficiency.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and is not intended to limit the embodiment of the present application, and persons skilled in the art could easily make corresponding alternatives or modifications according to the concept and spirit of the present application, therefore, the protection scope of the present application should be subject to the protection scope claimed in the claims.
