Antimicrobial Smoking Apparatus
An antimicrobial smoking apparatus provides protection against germ transfer and also adds stature to the user. The antimicrobial smoking apparatus includes a pre-rolled smoking paper, a filter tip, and at least one metal sheet. The pre-rolled smoking paper provides a means to hold a smoking substance. The filter tip provides a mouthpiece for the user to breathe in the resulting smoke after the smoking substance is burned. The at least one metal sheet is used to cover the filter tip and part of the pre-rolled smoking paper in order to provide protection against germ transfer when one or more individual places his or her lips on the filter tip. Additionally, the covering of the filter tip and part of the pre-rolled smoking paper with the at least one metal sheet adds stature to the individual using the antimicrobial smoking apparatus.
The current application claims a priority to the U.S. Provisional Patent application Ser. No. 62/590,969 filed on Nov. 27, 2017.
FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates generally to smoking apparatuses. More specifically, the present invention is an antimicrobial smoking apparatus that includes a metal covered filter tip to protect against germ transfer and also add stature to the individual using the apparatus.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThe practice of smoking involves a substance being burned and the resulting smoke being breathed in by an individual. There are many methods for holding and burning the substance with the most common method involving the use of smoking paper. Along with the use of smoking paper, a filter tip is used. The filter tip doubles as the mouthpiece for an individual and acts as a filter which makes it easier for the individual to breathe in the resulting smoke. The composition of a common filter tip is typically the same as the smoking paper. This composition does not provide protection against germ transfer when one or more individual places his or her lips on the filter tip. Additionally, a common filter tip does not provide any aesthetic appeal during the smoking process.
It is therefore an objective of the present invention to provide an antimicrobial smoking apparatus that includes a metal covered filter tip. The metal covered filter tip provides protection against germ transfer when one or more individual places his or her lips on the filter tip. Additionally, the metal covered filter tip adds stature to the individual using the apparatus.
All illustrations of the drawings are for the purpose of describing selected versions of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In reference to
The general configuration of the aforementioned components allows the present invention to effectively protect against germ transfer and add stature to the individual using the present invention. With reference to
In order for the present invention to hold a sufficient amount of smoking substance and with reference to
In order for the resulting smoke of the burned smoking substance to effectively flow through the filter tip 2 and with reference to
In order for the present invention to be easily held by the individual and for the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 to hold a sufficient amount of smoking substance and with reference to
With reference to
With reference to
In order for the resulting smoke to effectively flow through the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 and with reference to
In order for the present invention to effectively protect against germ transfer and add stature to the user, the at least one metal sheet 3 is a silver sheet. Preferably, the silver sheet is a 0.925 sterling silver sheet. Furthermore, the thickness of at least one metal sheet 3 ranges from 0.002 to 0.003 millimeters. Sterling silver enhances the user experience and provides a sterile surface for the lips of the user.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
