FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to smoking apparatuses. More specifically, the present invention is an antimicrobial smoking apparatus that includes a metal covered filter tip to protect against germ transfer and also add stature to the individual using the apparatus.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The practice of smoking involves a substance being burned and the resulting smoke being breathed in by an individual. There are many methods for holding and burning the substance with the most common method involving the use of smoking paper. Along with the use of smoking paper, a filter tip is used. The filter tip doubles as the mouthpiece for an individual and acts as a filter which makes it easier for the individual to breathe in the resulting smoke. The composition of a common filter tip is typically the same as the smoking paper. This composition does not provide protection against germ transfer when one or more individual places his or her lips on the filter tip. Additionally, a common filter tip does not provide any aesthetic appeal during the smoking process.

It is therefore an objective of the present invention to provide an antimicrobial smoking apparatus that includes a metal covered filter tip. The metal covered filter tip provides protection against germ transfer when one or more individual places his or her lips on the filter tip. Additionally, the metal covered filter tip adds stature to the individual using the apparatus.

The present invention comprises a pre-rolled smoking paper 1, a filter tip 2, and at least one metal sheet 3. The pre-rolled smoking paper 1 provides a means to hold a smoking substance. The smoking substance may be any substance such as, but is not limited to, tobacco or a smoking herb. Moreover, the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 is rolled and kept at this rolled state using an organic plant-based adhesive. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 is composed of hemp pulp, rice, and natural wood pulp or the like. The filter tip 2 provides a mouthpiece for the user to breathe in the resulting smoke after the smoking substance is burned. The at least one metal sheet 3 is used to cover the filter tip 2 and part of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 in order to provide protection against germ transfer when one or more individual places his or her lips on the filter tip 2. Additionally, the covering of the filter tip 2 and part of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 with the at least one metal sheet 3 adds stature to the individual using the present invention.

The general configuration of the aforementioned components allows the present invention to effectively protect against germ transfer and add stature to the individual using the present invention. With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 comprises a first paper end 11 and a second paper end 12. The first paper end 11 and the second paper end 12 distinguish the reference ends of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1. Similarly, the filter tip 2 comprises a first tip end 21 and a second tip end 22. The first tip end 21 and the second tip end 22 distinguish the reference ends of the filter tip 2. The individual can insert the smoking substance into the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 through the first paper end 11. The second paper end 12 is hermetically wrapped around the first tip end 21. This arrangement prevents leakage as smoke travels from the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 into the filter tip 2. In order for the at least one metal sheet 3 to properly cover the filter tip 2 and part of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 and with reference to FIG. 8, the at least one metal sheet 3 is laterally connected around the filter tip 2 and the second paper end 12. In order for the individual to breathe in the result smoke after the smoking substance is burned, the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 is in fluid communication with the filter tip 2. In more detail, this arrangement allows smoke to freely pass through the filter tip 2 from the pre-rolled smoking paper 1.

In order for the present invention to hold a sufficient amount of smoking substance and with reference to FIGS. 2 and 6, a diameter 111 of the first paper end 11 is larger than a diameter 121 of the second paper end 12. Moreover, a ratio between the diameter 111 of the first paper end 11 and the diameter 121 of the second paper end 12 is 13:8. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diameter 111 of the first paper end 11 is 13 millimeters, and the diameter 121 of the second paper end 12 is 8 millimeters. Furthermore, the sizing of the first paper end 11 provides an efficient airflow through the pre-rolled smoking paper 1.

In order for the resulting smoke of the burned smoking substance to effectively flow through the filter tip 2 and with reference to FIGS. 2 and 6, a diameter 211 of the first tip end 21 is larger than a diameter 221 of the second tip end 22. Furthermore, a ratio between the diameter 211 of the first tip end 21 and the diameter 221 of the second tip end 22 is 4:3. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diameter 211 of the first tip end 21 is 8 millimeters, and the diameter 221 of the second tip end 22 is 6 millimeters.

In order for the present invention to be easily held by the individual and for the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 to hold a sufficient amount of smoking substance and with reference to FIG. 2, a length 13 of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 is larger than a length 23 of the filter tip 2. Furthermore, a ratio between the length 13 of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 and the length 23 of the filter tip 2 ranges between 1:1 and 3:1. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length 13 of the pre-rolled smoking paper 1 ranges from 30 to 90 millimeters, and the length 23 of the filter tip 2 is 30 millimeters.

With reference to FIG. 3, the present invention may further comprise a first organic plant-based adhesive 4. The first organic plant-based adhesive 4 is safe for skin contact with the user of the present invention. The second paper end 12 is hermetically wrapped around the first tip end 21 by the first organic plant-based adhesive 4. This arrangement properly secures the filter tip 2 to the pre-rolled smoking paper 1. Moreover and with reference to FIG. 8, the present invention may further comprise a second organic plant-based adhesive 5. Similarly, the second organic plant-based adhesive 5 is safe for skin contact with the user of present invention. The at least one metal sheet 3 is laterally connected around the filter tip 2 by the second organic plant-based adhesive 5. This arrangement properly secures the at least one metal sheet 3 around the filter tip 2.

With reference to FIG. 8, the present invention may further comprise an air filter 6. The air filter 6 allows the user of the present invention to easily breathe in the resulting smoke through the filter tip 2 for an enjoyable experience. Additionally, the air filter 6 is used to block carcinogenic debris. The air filter 6 is preferably a W-fold air filter 6 composed of absorbent material. The air filter 6 is integrated into the filter tip 2 and is positioned adjacent to the second tip end 22. This arrangement properly positions the air filter 6 in order to make it easier for the user to breathe in the resulting smoke through the filter tip 2.
