IMPROVED ODOUR EXTRACTOR FOR TOILETS
The invention relates to an improved extractor for removing bad odours, which prevents same from dispersing in the bathroom and into other rooms and prevents the transmission of bacteria, viruses and other microbes, owing to the unique operation thereof, as described.
The invention refers to a device that extracts bad odors, which is activated by an automatic sensor at the same time that the person sits on the bowl and for all the time that is using the toilet, which extracts these bad odors through the same holes through which the water will then come out at the time of discharging the tank, through a pipe that is installed for this purpose, transporting them to an external ventilation system preventing their spread in the bathroom and other rooms, and thereby the spread of bacteria, viruses, germs and others.
BACKGROUNDThe generation of odors in the toilets of houses as well as public areas is a problem that is latent worldwide. A variety of solutions have been attempted and extracting devices have not been the exception.
There are several types of products in the market in general, which are used for similar functions than those described in this application.
There have been attempts for many years to solve the root problem, with new devices in the market, but despite their conformation and varieties, they have not succeeded in hitting the target concerning what the consumer would like as a complete solution.
There are now extractors commonly sold which, due to their design and shape, actually create a place conducive to the accumulation and spread of bacteria and germs, reason for which they do not really meet the complete removal goal. They contribute to the odor, but due to their operation, different from the one that will be described, they only contribute to the odor and not everything that it involves and contains.
Other factors that affect the current products are high cost and installation, as well as the access that certain social classes may have to it.
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONThe development of this utility model was born out of the need to have a novel and hygienic product for the elimination of odors and to help remove bacteria, viruses, germs and other types of contaminating agents. At the same time, it is a device that is easy to install, economical to purchase and contributes to the environment.
Some advantages that this invention synthesizes, shows and develops on the premise of technology transfer are missing among the type of existing products in the state of the art.
It is a product designed to be used in a toilet, being the extraction done without allowing the minimum odor to emanate from the waste, and removing the vapors that make particles of such emanation to settle on that toilet bowl.
This invention is aimed at all types of existing toilets and can be installed in a simple and practical way.
This invention consists of an extractor that is composed of an air extractor or turbine, an air duct, an air outlet pipe and water supply, pipe, and an overflow siphon.
The turbine is the component that sucks the polluted air out leading it to the desired removal site.

The Air Outlet and Water Supply Tube removes the contaminated air and supplies water to the tank or cistern. The overflow pipe and siphon are a component that first performs the extraction of the polluted air from the toilet bowl using the same water flush pipes, and at the same time serves as an overflow device preventing the water from spilling out of the tank or cistern when the pump fails. As obvious improvements of this product, it complies with all health regulations to prevent the spread of viruses, germs and others, because when discharging the water, it automatically cleans the ducts through which in turn extracts all the contaminated air, thus avoiding the accumulation of these agents. It is very important to emphasize that the extraction has a movement sensor that has been modified in order that it gets activated only during the use of the toilet, helping with the comfort and tranquility of knowing that once the toilet is not being used, the extractor will automatically disconnect.
The cost of marketing and reaching the target consumer is low, compared to other extractors that exist in the global market. The device also has an easy-to-understand installation manual for the consumer.

Claims
1- Odor extractor for toilets, characterized by comprising:
- a) an air extraction turbine,
- b) an air duct,
- c) an air outlet and water supply; and
- d) overflow pipe and siphon.
2- Odor extractor for toilets, according to claim 1, where the air duct directs the polluted air towards the extraction turbine.
3- Odor extractor for toilets, according to claim 1, where the air outlet pipe joins the supply tube at the internal upper base of the duct.
4- Odor extractor for toilets, according to claim 1, where the overflow pipe and siphon do not allow the water to the overflow, which helps the extraction of polluted air is done from the bowl and not in the water tank.
5- Odor extractor for toilets, according to claim 1, characterized because it uses an automatically activated sensor for its operation, which is activated only when the user sits on the toilet.
