Description
REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the priority benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2017-0165379 filed on Dec. 4, 2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to a gas oven-type cooker with an automatically rotating pot.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Generally, a roaster using direct flame refers to a cooker that receives a heat source directly from a grill that uses gas or oil. As disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1297203, Korean Granted Utility Model No. 20-0459241 and such, a roaster using direct flame is configured to have a body part which receives a heating source via a heat inlet hole, a grill plate placed on the body part, and a lid which covers the grill plate and the body part. However, this way, the roaster using direct flame is used by having the fire of the burner port enter through the heat inlet hole, but the fire introduced through the heat inlet hole causes a problem of non-combustion due to the lack of oxygen in the body part, generating soot and the like.

In order to solve such lack of oxygen, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0330622 has been developed. However, since the heat source is discharged through an exhaust hole it had the problem of low thermal efficiency.

Meanwhile, cooking by way of using a tilted drum type heating pan rotating while being heated by external heat was developed and disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1343685. However, being configured to have a cooking drum, an outer cylindrical container supporting the same, and an electrical heater installed to the outer cylindrical container providing a heat source, it consumes a lot of electricity, and having an inner container, an outer container and a heater interposed therebetween causes increased costs, and there is a problem of extended cooking time.

a supporting step sealing protrusion 346 extending from a side surface outer end of the clip part 342 and sealing with elastic force with the lid supporting step 303.

At a lower end of the side surface of the controller support plate 120 of a portion of the base frame 110 where an oil discharge hole 302 formed on a side wall near the floor of the oven 300 passes through, an oil collecting spatula 305 which blocks oil that is discharged during revolution from moving to an outer part of the side wall is installed from a dotted line state in FIG. 5b to a state as shown in FIG. 5a. The weight balance maintaining means 130 may be a weight body shown in FIG. 14 which supports to keep balance with the weight of the controller 200 on the front surface of the base support 100 or a hinge bar coupled to the side wall of the base frame 110 of the base support 100, wherein the hinge bar may be configured to maintain a fixed state such that the base support 100 does not tilt.

As an example of the controller 200 of the present disclosure, when a battery power is applied by the operation of a switch 201 as shown in FIG. 17, the power of the battery is applied to the internal motor to rotate the same, and the rotation shaft is decelerated to a deceleration ratio by a built-in decelerator to transmit the rotational force to the drive transmission shaft 210. The switch 201 may be operated to transmit the rotational force to the drive transmission shaft 210 during a time set by a (electrical or mechanical, but in order to use even under extreme conditions, preferably mechanical) timer 202 set internally. These timer times can be set according to the recipes of the food to be cooked. An example of such a time-based recipe is omitted. Of course, examples of batteries include, but are not limited to, AAA batteries. As a result of an ordinary test, it was confirmed that AAA batteries could be used continuously for about 6 hours.

Since the present disclosure uses a built-in decelerator built in the controller 200 to increase the reduction ratio even when the simple battery is used as the power source, the output is maintained while the current is low so that the oven can be continuously rotated for a maximum of 6 hours.

The lid 330 of the oven 300 is supported by the lid supporting step 303 and a handle 350 having a locking bar 352 which locks the rim of the lid 330 in this state is provided on at least one place on the opening edge of the oven 300, so that when locked, unless the locking bar 352 is released separately during cooking, the locked state is maintained so it is possible to cook without the lid 330 opening. In addition, a sealing packing 340 is provided on the edge of the lid 330, thereby a sealing skirt 344 of the sealing packing 340 seals the inner wall side of the oven 300, and a support step sealing protrusion 346 of the sealing packing 340 seals the outer part of the opening of the oven 300 to perform double sealing. Thereby, even during cooking, a sealing property is ensured so that it is possible to cook even in the state of an inclined oven without flowing soup or oil.

In order to cook by using the present disclosure functioning as described above, the oven 300 is detached and a food material (for example, pork belly) to be cooked is put in the oven 300. After the lid 330 is closed and locked with the locking bar 352, the handle 350 is grabbed and the outer surface of the oven 300 is made to come between the rear rollers 142 and between the front rollers 147 of the rotation guide means 140 to be naturally coupled at a set position with the drive transmission means due to an inclination angle. Such an engagement causes the drive transmission shaft 210 to be guided along the concave groove 317 and the angular coupling hole 318 is found and engaged in a state in which drive transmission is possible.

In this state, it is possible to select the cooking time according to the cooking recipe of the controller 200 with the timer 202, and then turn the switch 201 on (turned on) to operate the switch (it can be understood that it is possible to select whether to press or turn based on the state of the switch) and the built-in motor is rotated by the built-in battery, and the rotational force is rotated by the built-in speed reducer (not shown).

Of course, this is under the premise that a gas range (not shown) is operated and the fire from gas heats the outer wall of the oven 300 through the gas burner port hole 112.

In this case, a plurality of protrusions 114 are formed on the floor surface portion of the burner port hole 112 of the base frame 110 and are coupled with the cooker support of the gas range in an anti-slide state, so as to cook stably without sliding to the left or right. In addition, even if a gas range is a safety gas range that operates only when the oven is placed, the present disclosure provides a bridge 115 that enables the gas range to be used, and due to the bridge 115, the gas range is made to recognize the oven as a conventional cooker, thereby the present invention can be used for general purposes.

During the cooking, due to the reverse bar 320 installed on an inner wall, for example, pork belly is flipped every time the oven rotates, so that rather than just one place getting burnt, the pork belly can be uniformly cooked. The reverse bar 320 and the inner wall of the oven 300 is supported by the bent piece 322 therebetween, and a gap is generated between the bent piece 322 so the oil discharged at the same time moves via the gap to prevent the oil from accumulating on the reverse bar 320, and also prevent any foreign substance from sticking, which improves hygiene and cleansing.

The oil discharged from the pork belly is collected near the floor of the inclined oven 300 due to gravitational force, and the oil flows out through the oil discharge hole 302 provided on the side wall near the floor. In this case, the flowing oil may move along the side wall of the oven 300 while rotating. In the present disclosure, a fitting bar 307 between a clip body 306 form is fitted and coupled to a fitting hole 128 of the controller support plate 120 at a lower side surface of the controller support plate 120, and an oil collecting spatula 305 that gathers oil like a spatula and guides the oil to the oil collector 150 is provided. Thereby, oil can be easily collected and the appearance can also be clean.

In the case the fire using gas is strong during the cooking, the fire passes by the burner port hole 112 and heats the outer surface of the oven 300, and at the same time the heat is blocked by the partition wall 116, but even if by chance the heat is transmitted to the controller support plate 120, since the present disclosure forms spacer parts 221, 231 at a fixture 220 and a shake prevention part 230 of the front surface of the controller 200, the spacer parts 221, 231 are spaced apart by a distance corresponding to their lengths to allow air-cooling, which serves to prevent the controller 200 from overheating.

Even if the oven 300 of the present disclosure receives rotational force through the drive transmission shaft 210 and rotates to cause the center to be unaligned and cause vibration due to deforming force, since the present disclosure has a fixing neck 222 fitted and fixed to an elongated fixing hole 125 at both sides to provide a fixing force on both ends, and a fitting protrusion 233 is supported in a shake prevention hole 127 to provide support by a three-point support system, stable and continuous rotation of the oven 300 can be performed without side-to-side, up-down shaking.

After cooking in such a way and the time set by the timer 202 passes, the switch 201 is automatically turned off and stopped. Then, a cook turns off the gas for the fire and holds the handle 352 to pull the oven 300 in an inclined manner towards the opposite side of the controller 200. Then, after the oven 300 is placed so that its floor surface is on the floor, the locking bar 354 is pushed outward to unlock the lid 330, and then the lid 330 is separated from the main body of the oven 300. Then, the cooked contents may be transferred to a plate and to be eaten.

After the food is eaten, the oven 300 and the lid 330 are washed, and the oil collector 150 is also separated, washed, and dried to be used again for cooking next time.

When the controller is replaced or reassembled after being disassembled, first, in a state shown in FIG. 1, the drive transmission shaft 210 is fitted at an upper end part of the drive transmission hole 121 and then is pushed further in. When the fitting protrusion 233 of the shake prevention part 230 is fitted in the shake prevention hole 127 and the fixture 220 is fitted in the fixture hole 223 first, the drive transmission shaft 210 stops at the spacer part 221 and the fixing neck 222 of the front part of the end of the spacer part 221 is lowered to be moved to the fixing neck hole 124. Then, the fixing neck 222 is coupled to the fixing neck hole 124 and at the same time, the controller 200 can be prevented from shaking from left-right and up-down with the fitting protrusion 233 fitted in the shake prevention hole 127, which fundamentally prevents vibration.

Although the exemplary embodiments of a gas oven-type cooker with an automatically rotating pot according to an aspect of the present disclosure have been described above, it is apparent that various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.

Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments described, but should be determined by the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

That is, it is to be understood that the foregoing embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive in all respects and that the scope of the present disclosure is indicated by the appended claims rather than the foregoing description, and all changes or modifications derived from the equivalents thereof should be construed as being included within the scope of the present invention.
