Coat Capable of Assembling Exoskeleton Protection Component

A coat capable of assembling exoskeleton protection component comprises a coat and an exoskeleton protection component. The exoskeleton protection component is fastened on the coat through a fastening device. While in application, the coat worn on the body does not only have normal function but also has operation functions of auxiliary correction, rehabilitation or protection, and enhancing waist structure of human upper body by utilizing the exoskeleton protection component. The component can prevent harm from habits of loading, sitting and wrong working posture. At the same time, the exoskeleton protection component can be utilized as a wearing platform based upon different demands.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a coat, and more particularly to an exoskeleton protection component that is utilized to enable the coat having operation functions of auxiliary correction, rehabilitation or protection, and enhancing waist structure of human upper body except normal function carried by the coat, preventing harm from loading, sitting and wrong working posture. At the same time, in the light of different demands, the exoskeleton protection component can be used as a wearable platform.

Description of the Related Art

A coat worn on human body merely has original function and does not have rigid correction or protection for important muscles and bones of human upper body. Moreover, a coat is normally placed in a carry-on backpack for unexpected needs while going outside. Further, the backpack is additionally added with a coat or a coat is added with the backpack. The coat can be used for unexpected needs, and the backpack can be placed with personal belongings. Such design covering the coat and the backpack usually results in uncomfortable feeling due to the collar strapping the neck when the backpack carries loads. However, the vest/coat and the backpack are two articles since both are connected together.

The inventor(s) thinks that except the coat worn on human body has basic function, the coat worn on human body has rigid correction or protection for important muscles and bones of human upper body if the coat contains an exoskeleton protection component. Moreover, the component can correct postures of human muscles and bones anytime and does not wear different kinds of correction braces additionally to have higher value. Furthermore, when the coat is transformed into the backpack for carrying loads, such exoskeleton protection component can support share loaded weight of backpack to increase functionality. Thus, such foregoing demand motivates the subsequent improved design through innovation of the inventor(s).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a coat. The coat, while wearing it on human body, does not only have normal function but also has operation functions of auxiliary correction, rehabilitation or protection, and enhancing waist structure as human upper body, capable of preventing harm from habits of loading, sitting and wrong working posture.

It is a secondary objective of the present invention to provide a coat capable of being transformed into a carry-on backpack without constraining neck due to dropping of loading on the backpack.

The primary characteristic of the present invention is that an inner surface or an external surface of a coat is fastened with an exoskeleton protection component through a fastening device. The exoskeleton protection component comprises a plurality of exoskeleton plates. The configuration position of each exoskeleton plate on the coat is configured according to positions of human muscle and bones, and personal demands. Accordingly, when the coat is worn on the body, it has functions of correcting human skeletons, postures and protecting important structure of human upper body.

Another characteristic of the present invention is that the coat is made of a substrate fabric. The substrate fabric comprises an intermediate portion located at a middle portion, and a chest portion and a back portion respectively located at a front and rear ends of the middle portion. The center of the intermediate portion has a perforation. The middle of the chest portion is disposed with a fastener having a vertical orientation. The fastener separates the chest portion into a left front half portion and a right front half portion after opening it. A left and right sides of the back portion has a zipper respectively. The zipper can vertically fold the back portion to form a placing bag, and positions of two zippers can be respectively formed into a side bag mouth so that the coat can be transformed into a backpack having the placing bag.

A further characteristic of the present invention is that a left and right sides of the perforation are respectively fastened with a clamping device. Each set of clamping devices comprises a front clipper and a rear clipper. The front and rear clippers are intersected at the middle location and pivoted at the intersected position by piercing of a pivot shaft. Bottom ends of the front and rear clippers are formed into a clamping interval. While wearing the coat, the clamping interval can be provided for embedding human shoulders. Accordingly, while it is taken as the backpack, efficacy of supporting the backpack on shoulders can be provided, and it is further taken as a carrying platform for additional articles.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical characteristics, contents, advantages and effects of the present invention will be apparent with the detailed description of a preferred embodiment accompanied with related drawings as follows.

With reference to FIGS. 1, 2, a coat 1 (taking an inner surface located on the coat 1 as an example) according to an embodiment is fastened with an exoskeleton protection component 20 through a fastening device 4. The exoskeleton protection component 20 comprises a plurality of exoskeleton plates 21. A configuration position of each exoskeleton plate 21 on the coat 1 is configured according to positions of human muscle and bones, and personal demands. Therefore, the coat 1 has efficacy of supporting structure of human upper body.

The coat 1 has a substrate fabric 10. The substrate fabric 10 comprises an intermediate portion 11 and a chest portion 12 and a back portion 13 respectively located at a front and rear ends of the intermediate portion 11. The center position of the intermediate portion 11 has a perforation 110 passed by human head. The chest portion 12 is respectively disposed with a bag 120 at two sides of the front surface to conveniently place personal belongings. A buckle member 111 (such as a zipper or a Velcro tape) is disposed at the center corresponding to the perforation 110. The buckling direction of the buckle member 111 is vertical the intermediate portion 11 to connect the perforation 110. The chest portion 12 is separated into two by taking the buckle member 111 as a boundary and has a left front half portion 12a and a right front half portion 12b. Moreover, both portions are buckled into a completely chest portion 12. The positive surface of the chest portion 12 is disposed with several buckles 112. The back portion 13 is composed of an upper section fabric surface 13a and a lower section fabric surface 13b that are vertically arranged. The upper section fabric surface 13a has air pores 131 intersected and arranged. The upper section fabric 13a is additionally disposed with a placing bag 132 by facing the chest portion 12 (The bag as shown in FIG. 2 can be a net bag so that the upper section fabric surface 13a has ventilation through disposition of the air pores 131 and the net bag. The area of the placing bag 132 slightly equals the area of the upper section fabric surface 13a, and the upper section fabric surface 13a near the perforation 110 is disposed with a bag mouth 133, which corresponds to the end portion of the placing bag 132, communicating with the placing bag 132 to place articles. The left and right sides of the back portion 13 respectively have a zipper 134a, 134b. When the bottom end of the lower section fabric surface 13b is upwardly folded with the upper section fabric surface 13a, the two zippers 134a, 134b buckle the inner portion folded by the lower section fabric surface 13b and the upper section fabric surface 13a into an internal space so as to form a containing bag 14 (as shown in FIG. 6). The containing bag 14 and the placing bag 132 are formed as a bag-in-bag, and positions of the zippers 134a, 134b at left and right sides of the placing bag 14 are formed into a side bag mouth 140. A left and right ends at the inner surface of the lower section fabric surface 13b are respectively configured with a waist belt 15a, 15b. One ends of the two waist belts 15a, 15b are fastened and connected by the lower section fabric surface 13b (sewing) while another ends can be pulled out, and the length can be extended to a belly button position of a human (as well as buckling of Velcro tape) such that waist of the human can be protected to warm the belly button. Lengths of two connection members 16a, 16b can be regulated and are respectively disposed at left and right sides of the chest portion 12 and the back portion 13 so that after the substrate fabric 10 is worn on a human body, two sides of the chest portion 12 and the back portion 13 are buckled to wear the substrate fabric 10 on the human body so as to form a vest coat 1. In order to increase functionality of the two connection members 16a, 16b, convenient bags 17a, 17b are individually fastened and connected on each of connection members 16a, 16b to conveniently place articles. Lengths of two buckle belts 18a, 18b can be regulated. While pulling the buckle member 111, the left front half portion 12a and the right front half portion 12b are separated from the chest portion 12. The left front half portion 12a and the right front half portion 12b can be individually rolled as strips. Afterward bottom ends of the left front half portion 12a and the right front half portion 12b that become the strips are connected to the left and right sides of the back portion 13 through the two buckle belts 18a, 18b. Accordingly, the two buckle belts 18a, 18b are formed into straps while using the backpack 2.

The fastening device 4 comprises at least one or a plurality of bag bodies 40 (as shown in FIG. 1) having a bag mouth 41. The bag mouth 41 is upward and can be made of fabric to be fastened on the coat 1 (as the substrate fabric 10) through a connection device (can be located at the inner surface or the outer surface of the coat 1). The configuration position of each bag body 40 can be configured according to position of human muscle and bones or personal demands. The connection device can connect the bag body 40 and the coat 1 by way of sewing. The connection device can also be a zipper for connecting the bag body 40 and the coat 1. The connection device can be further a Velcro tape for connecting the bag body 40 and the coat 1. The connection device can also be a button for connecting the bag body 40 and the coat 1.

The exoskeleton protection component 20 (as shown in FIGS. 1, 1a, 1b) has efficacy of supporting human muscle and bones and is composed of a flexible material (aluminum alloy or PC material for example). Each exoskeleton plate 21 of the exoskeleton protection component 20 is fastened by the bag mouth 41 respectively worn in the bag body 40 and can be removed according to demand. The configuration position of each exoskeleton plate 21 is configured by positions of human muscle and bones or personal demands. For example, each plate (as shown in FIG. 1) is disposed at two sides and middle position corresponding to human back. A top end of the exoskeleton plate 21 located at two sides of back, as shown in FIG. 1a, is forwardly and downwardly bent with a hook portion 210 to enable the hook portion to hook on human shoulders. Since the exoskeleton plate 21 has plasticity, the intermediate section 211 can tightly press human back to have efficacy of supporting human muscles and bones. The top end of the exoskeleton plate 21 corresponding to spine of human back can be upwardly extended according to demands so as to have efficacy of supporting cervical spine of human.

While wearing the coat 1 as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, the exoskeleton protection component 20 is fastened by the fastening device 4 and configured on the coat 1. The exoskeleton protection component 20 has auxiliary support and correction efficacies for human muscles and bones when people wear the coat 1. It has effect of posture correction for incorrect postures or rickets. Since the upper section fabric surface 13a has air pores 131 and the placing bag 132 is a net bag structure, the coat 1 worn on human body has ventilation. According to demands, two waist belts 15a, 15b can also be pulled in front of the belly button to protect waists of people and warm the belly button. The placing bag 132 can be placed with personal belongings.

The coat 1 can be transformed into the backpack 2 as shown in FIGS. 5, 6. While in use, the buckle member 111 is opened to separate the left front half portion 12a and a right front half portion 12b of the chest portion 12. The left front half portion 12a and a right front half portion 12b are individually rolled into strips. The lower section fabric surface 13b and the upper section fabric surface 13a are folded. Afterward the two zippers 134a, 134b are respectively buckled up to enable the inner portions folded from the lower section fabric surface 13b and the upper section fabric surface 13a to form a containing bag 14. Bottom ends of the left front half portion 12a and the right front half portion 12b that have been rolled as the strips are connected to the left and right sides of the back portion 13 through two buckle belts 18a, 18b. Accordingly, the two buckle belts 18a, 18b are formed into straps, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6 while using the backpack 2, thereby transforming the coat 1 into the backpack 2. While using the backpack 2, the exoskeleton protection component 20 has flexibility and plasticity and can be folded and changed in accordance with the substrate fabric 10. Since the exoskeleton protection component 20 has supportive, the backpack 2 can correct the back, protect shoulders and waist, and avoids humpback and harm on upper body and waist (low back sprain) while in use. Moreover, it can also avoid uncomfortableness resulted from breathing difficulty since too heavy articles are placed in the containing bag 14 to enable the whole backpack 2 turning around and to enable the perforation 110 forcing neck.

Further, with reference to FIGS. 7-9, a left and right sides of the perforation 110 are respectively fastened with a set of clamping devices 30. Each set of clamping devices 30 comprises a front clipper 31 and a rear clipper 32. The front and rear clippers 31, 32 are mutually intersected at the middle position (as shown in FIGS. 7, 8) and are pivoted at the intersected position by piercing a pivot shaft 33. The left and right ends of the pivot shaft 33 are respectively disposed with a buckle 330 (as shown in FIG. 7). An included angle between bottom ends of the front and rear clippers 31, 32 is formed with a clamping interval 34 (as shown in FIGS. 8, 9). While wearing the coat 1, the clamping interval 34 is provided for embedding human shoulder. Accordingly, when it is taken as the backpack 2, the interval can share loading of human shoulder and increase effect of carrying weight. Moreover, bottom ends of the front and rear clippers 31, 32 can be taken as the loading platform for additional articles and the wearing platform. For example, it can be further taken as the stationary platform of additionally carrying another backpack 3 (as shown in FIG. 10), the stationary platform of portably carrying solar power panels, and the support base for virtual reality (VR) machines.

With reference to FIGS. 11˜13, when it is not taken as the coat 1 or the backpack 2, taking the center line of the intermediate portion 11 as the boundary, the chest portion 12 and the back portion 13 lean against each other. The buckle 330 is passed by a buckle belt 18a so that the coat 1 can be transformed into a handbag (as shown in FIGS. 11, 12) or transformed into a shoulder bag (as shown in FIG. 13).

With the foregoing illustration, the present invention has the following advantages and efficacies:

    • 1. While using the cat, the coat worn on human body has operation functions of auxiliary correction, rehabilitation or protection, and enhancing waist structure of human upper body, preventing harm from loading, sitting and habits of wrong working posture.
    • 2. The coat can be transformed into the backpack, handbag or shoulder bag.
    • 3. The clamping device can be taken as the wearing platform.

While the present invention has been described by means of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.

Claims

1. A coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component, the exoskeleton protection component having efficacy of supporting a support of human muscle bones, characterized in that:

the coat configured with a fastening device, the fastening device configured for fastening the exoskeleton protection component on the coat.

2. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 1, wherein the fastening device comprises at least one bag body having bag mouth, the bag body fastened to the coat through a connection device, configuration position of the bag body being configured according to positions of human muscles and bones and personal demands; the exoskeleton protection component comprising at least an exoskeleton plate, the exoskeleton plate passing through the bag body from the bag mouth in order to achieve fastening.

The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2, wherein the coat having a substrate fabric, the fabric comprising an intermediate portion and a chest portion and a back portion respectively located at a front end and a rear end of the intermediate portion; a middle of the intermediate portion having a perforation, the chest portion corresponding to a middle of the perforation having a buckle member, buckling direction of the buckle member being vertical the intermediate portion, the chest portion separated into two so as to have a left front half portion and a right front half portion by taking the buckle member as a boundary; the back portion composed of an upper section fabric surface and a lower section fabric surface that are vertically arranged, the upper section fabric surface disposed with a bag mouth communicating with the placing bag by corresponding to an end portion of the placing bag; a left side and a right side of the back portion respectively having a zipper, while upwardly folding a bottom end of the lower section fabric surface toward the upper section fabric surface, the two zippers buckling an inner portion folded by the lower section fabric surface and the upper section fabric surface to form an internal space so as to form a containing bag; two connection members respectively disposed at left and right sides of the chest portion and the back portion in order to buckle two sides of the chest portion and the back portion.

4. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3, further comprising two sets of clamping devices, the two sets of clamping devices respectively configured at a left side and a right side of the perforation; each set of clamping devices comprising a front clipper and a rear clipper, the front clipper and the rear clipper mutually intersected at a middle position and, at the intersected position, being pierced by a pivot shaft to achieve pivoting, an included angle between bottom ends of the front clipper and the rear clipper forming a clamping interval provided for embedding shoulders of a human.

5. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3, wherein the upper section fabric surface has a plurality of pores, and the placing bag is a net bag.

6. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 4, wherein two ends of the pivot shaft are respectively pivoted with a buckle.

7. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 4, wherein top ends of the front clipper and the rear clipper are formed into a wearing platform.

8. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3, further comprising two buckle belts, after pulling the buckle member and separating the left front half portion and the rear front half portion and respectively rolling up a strip, the two buckle belts connecting bottom ends of the left front half portion and the right front half portion to the left side and the right side of the back portion so that the two buckle belts form straps for the backpack.

9. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2, wherein the connection device is fastened by sewing.

10. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2, wherein the connection device is a zipper.

11. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2, wherein the connection device is a Velcro tape.

12. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2, wherein the connection device is buttoned by buttons.

13. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3, wherein a left end and a right end on an inner surface of the lower section fabric surface are individually configured with a waist belt, and one ends of the two waist belts are fastened and connected to the lower section fabric surface while another ends are pulled out so that a length is extended toward a belly button position of human to protect waists of people and warm the belly button.
