Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the disclosure provides a spacing sheet for protecting a liquid crystal panel, the spacing sheet 100 includes a sheet main body 10 and a first tearable tab 20, the first tearable tab 20 is disposed on a side edge of the sheet main body 10 and extends along a direction away from the sheet main body 10, and the first tearable tab 20 is detachably connected to the side edge of the sheet main body 10.

The sheet main body 10 and the first tearable tab 20 are both plastic foam pieces. The plastic foam pieces are elastically deformed when being pressed and collided, so as to better protect the liquid crystal panel in contact with the plastic foam pieces. In this case, the sheet main body 10 is disposed between two adjacent liquid crystal panels to prevent the liquid crystal panels from being pressed, collided, and rubbed against each other to cause mutual wear of the components.

One embodiment of the spacing sheet for protecting a liquid crystal panel according to the disclosure is a spacing sheet 100 is firstly placed at a bottom of a packaging box, and then a liquid crystal panel, the spacing sheet 100, the liquid crystal panel, the spacing sheet 100, . . . , the liquid crystal panel, the spacing sheet 100 are sequentially stacked in the packaging box; after completing the stacking, the first tearable tabs 20 are torn off and are collected, and then the first tearable tabs 20 torn off are counted, and the counting formula is: the number of liquid crystal panels=the number of the first tearable tabs 20-1 In this process, it is only needed to count the first tearable tabs 20 that are torn off, without the need to lift each liquid crystal panel for calculation, which is not only convenient but also quick; moreover, both sides of each liquid crystal panel are the spacing sheets 100, that is, the sheet main body 10 is located between two adjacent liquid crystal panels, when a collision or friction occurs, the liquid crystal panel is well protected due to the buffering effect of the spacing sheet 100.

Of course, during the stacking process, it can be selected that the first tearable tab 20 may also be torn off and collected simultaneously while performing the stacking, so that the first releasable tab 20 can be counted after the stacking is completed.

As one of the embodiments, the sheet main body 10 includes a first side edge 11 and a second side edge 12 disposed adjacent to the first side edge 11, and the first tearable tab 20 is disposed on the first side edge 11. Specifically, a signal source is provided on a side edge of the liquid crystal panel, and a side edge of the sheet main body 10 opposite to the first side edge 11 corresponds to a side of the liquid crystal panel. Of course, according to the setting of the signal source of the liquid crystal panel, when the signal source has a convex portion, a protection hole 13 can be arranged on the sheet main body 10 at a side edge opposite to the first side edge 11, so as to prevent the mutual wear between the devices from the collision and friction between the adjacent panels.

As one of the embodiments, the spacing sheet 100 may further include a second tearable tab 30, and the second tearable tab 30 is disposed on the first side edge 11 of the sheet main body 10 and extends from the first side edge 11 in a direction away from the sheet main body 10, and the second tearable tab 30 is spaced apart from the first tearable tab 20. Therefore, it is convenient to verify the number of the liquid crystal panels again to ensure the accuracy of counting. Further, the second tearable tab 30 is detachably connected to the first side edge 11 of the sheet main body 10. Specifically, after the stacking is completed, the first tearable tab 20 and the second tearable tab 30 are respectively torn off and collected, and then the numbers of the first tearable tab 20 and the second tab 30 are respectively counted, so as to check the number of the liquid crystal panels in the packaging box twice. Of course, two operators can simultaneously count the first tearable tab 20 and the second tearable tab 30 to save time and increase work efficiency. Further, in order to perform the number checking for multiple times, the number of the second tearable tabs 30 is plural, and the plurality of second tearable tabs 30 are disposed on the first side edge 11 of the sheet main body 10 and extend from the first side edge 11 in a direction away from the shim body 10 so as to allow the worker to count and confirm multiple times.

As one of the embodiments, the spacing sheet 100 further includes a third tearable tab 40, and the third tearable tab 40 is disposed on a second side edge 12 and extends from the second side edge 12 away from the sheet main body 10. This saves time by allowing multiple operators to count simultaneously. Further, the third tearable tab 40 is detachably connected to the second side edge 12, that is, after completing the stacking, the third tearable tab 40 is torn off and collected, thereby counting the third tearable tab 40 to confirm the number of liquid crystal panel inside the packaging box.

As one of the embodiments, the shape of the first tearable tab 20, the second tearable tab 30 and the third tearable tab 40 is a square, a circle, a star shape, or an animal shape.

As one of the embodiments, the sheet main body 10, the first tearable tab 20, the second tearable tab 30 and the third tearable tab 40 are all foam plastic pieces. The elasticity of the foam plastic pieces plays a buffer role to better protect the liquid crystal display panel, when the collision or squeezing occurs.

As one of the embodiments, a side of the first tearable tab 20, the second tearable tab 30, or the third tearable tab 40 includes a number. The number of the side of the first tearable tab 20 is 1, 2, 3 . . . ; the number of the side of the second tearable tab 30 is 1, 2, 3 . . . ; the number of the side of the third tearable tab 40 is 1, 2, 3 . . . ; therefore, when the spacing sheet 100 and the liquid crystal panel are placed in the packaging box, by following the number in order, the number showed by the first tearable tab 20, second tearable tab 30, or the third tearable tab 40 on the side edge of the uppermost spacing sheet minus 1 is the number of the liquid crystal panels in the packaging box.

The foregoing descriptions are merely some embodiments of the disclosure and are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure. All equivalent structural changes made by the present specification and the accompanying drawings under the inventive concept of the disclosure or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the protection scope of the disclosure.
