DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic configuration of a zipper bag for easy air discharge according to the present invention, FIG. 2 illustrates a configuration of a discharge portion of the present invention, and FIG. 3 illustrates an application example of a cut portion and a discharge portion of the present invention.

A zipper bag body 100 has a bonding portion 110 in which remaining sides except for one side of two plastic sheets having the same shape are bonded to each other, an opening and closing portion 120 formed at one opened side, an inlet port 121 and a storage space 122.

The bonding portion 110 is bonded along the edge except for one-side portions of the coupled two plastic sheets, and is formed by thermally bonding the cut edge at high temperature and high pressure at the same time of plastic cutting when cutting in the process of manufacturing the plastic bag configuring the zipper bag body 100.

The opening and closing portion 120 is formed at a distance separated from one opened edge, the storage space 122 is formed at inside of the bonding portion 110 and the opening and closing portion 120 based on the opening and closing portion 120, and one opened edge has the inlet port 121 through which the contents may be introduced into and discharged from the outside.

In this case, the opening and closing portion 120 is formed to protrude from the inside so that a protrusion and a groove engage with each other and may be fabricated in a form in which the protrusion is accommodated at the inside of the groove at the time of bonding to isolate the storage space 122 from the outside, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Meanwhile, the zipper bag body 100 corresponding to the storage space 122 has an opening 130 through which the storage space 122 communicates with the outside when the plastic bag is cut.

As described above, in the drawing, the opening 130 is illustrated with a size enough to be seen with the naked eyes, but is just largely illustrated for easy description, and it should be noted that the opening 130 is cut with a minute size enough for air to be introduced and discharged.

The opening 130 is formed through a cutting process in the manufacturing process and removes the air in the storage space 122 to reduce the volume of the zipper bag.

However, since the opening 130 is merely cut so that the storage space 122 communicates with the outside, the external air may be introduced into the storage space 122 and the contents introduced into the storage space 122 may be discharged to the outside.

Accordingly, the discharge portion 200 is formed on the outer surface of the zipper bag body 100 to close the opening 130 by covering the opening 130 and the periphery of the opening 130 and control the air discharge by user's simple operation when the air in the storage space 122 is discharged.

The discharge portion 200 is configured by a discharge film 210 and an adhesive surface 220.

The discharge film 210 is made of a water-resistant material in a film form having a minute thickness. One side of the discharge film 210 protrudes outwards to form a guide knob 211 to be easily grasped by the user.

In this case, the adhesive is not applied on one surface of the guide knob 211 so that the user can easily grasp the guide knob 211 when the user intends to control the discharge portion 200.

The discharge film 210 is bonded to the outer surface of the zipper bag body 100 formed with the opening 130 to close the opening 130.

Further, the adhesive surface 220 is formed on the bonding surface of the discharge film 210 so that the discharge film 210 may be bonded to the outer surface of the zipper bag body 100.

The adhesive surface 220 is applied with the adhesive so that the discharge film 210 may be bonded to the outer surface of the zipper bag body 100 and serves to maintain the adhesion to close the opening 130 again even after the user discharges the air by operating the discharge portion 200.

The adhesive surface 220 is applied with an adhesive capable of maintaining the adhesion, and a hollow portion 221 which is not applied with the adhesive is formed at the position corresponding to the opening 130 at the time of bonding to prevent contamination of the contents.

As illustrated in FIG. 3A having the above configuration, while the user pulls the guide knob 211 in an opposite direction to the side on which the guide knob 211 is formed, the opening 130 closed by the discharge film 210 is opened and the user presses the zipper bag body 100 corresponding to the storage space 122 to discharge the air, thereby reducing the volume. When the discharge film 210 is pressed toward the zipper bag body 100 after the discharge film 210 is returned to its original position after the discharging, the opening 130 is closed while discharge film 210 is bonded again by the adhesive surface 220.

At this time, the opening 130 may be cut into various shapes such as a zigzag shape instead of a straight shape as illustrated in FIG. 3B.

Further, one or more openings 130 may be included as illustrated in FIG. 3C, and a plurality of hollow portions 221 may be formed to correspond the plurality of openings 130 so that the openings 130 do not contact the adhesive surface 220. This can also be applied to a central adhesive surface 230 and a broken opening 131 in another exemplary embodiment to be described below.

On the other hand, if the contents are already contained in the plastic bag at the time of manufacturing, foreign materials and the like may be introduced into the plastic bag while performing the cutting process for forming the opening 130. Accordingly, the opening 130 may also be directly formed by the user if necessary without a separate cutting process.

Further, the discharge film 210 covering and closing the cut opening 130 may be completely separated from the zipper bag body 100 by user's attraction when the adhesive surface 220 is formed along the edge of the opening 130.

In this case, the hollow portion 221 does not correspond to the opening 130 when the opening portion 130 is closed after using the discharge film 210, and as a result, the contents are in contact with the adhesive surface 220 so that the adhesive may smear the contents.

Other exemplary embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

FIG. 4 illustrates another exemplary embodiment of the discharge portion of the present invention and FIG. 5 illustrates an application example of another exemplary embodiment of the discharge portion of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, the adhesive is applied on the hollow portion 221 to form the central adhesive surface 230.

In this case, when the adhesive applied on the central adhesive surface 230 has adhesion stronger than the adhesive applied on the adhesive surface 220 and the discharge portion 200 formed with the central adhesive surface 230 is used, the opening 130 is not formed in the zipper bag body 100, and a part of the plastic bag body 100 adhered onto the central adhesive surface 230 is torn by the adhesion when the user operates the discharge film 210 through the guide knob 211 to form the broken opening 131 (see FIG. 5).

Accordingly, the user makes the broken opening 131 with a desired size to discharge the air in the zipper bag and a separate cutting process is not required when the zipper bag is manufactured.

Further, a fixing portion 240 where a part of the discharge film 210 is adhered and fixed to the outer surface of the zipper bag body 100 is formed at a side opposite to one side formed with the guide knob 211 in the discharge film 210.

The fixing portion 240 completely fixes one end of the discharge portion 200 to the zipper bag body 100 so that even if the user changes the position of the discharge film 210 through the guide knob 211, the zipper bag body 100 and the discharge portion 200 may not be separated from each other by the fixing portion 240, thereby solving the above problems.

At this time, the fixing portion 240 may be formed by thermal bonding using high temperature and high pressure like the bonding portion 110, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Meanwhile, as described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, only the main details of the present invention are described, and various designs can be made within the technical scope of the present invention, so that it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to the configurations of FIGS. 1 to 5.
