The invention claims a front-openable draw-bar box, comprising a box body and a draw-bar, wherein the front side of the box body is provided with an opening; a front cover is set on the opening, and the upper end thereof is connected with the box body through a buckle or a hook hole latch while the lower end thereof is connected with the box body through a spring cotter or a hinge or a damping structure; a switch is set above the box body. The box body is firmly connected with front cover, facilitating to lock and unlock the box body, with the advantages of safe and convenient use, the invention is especially applicable for travel.

Description
TECHNOLOGY FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of bags and suitcases, particularly to a front-openable draw-bar box.

TECHNOLOGY BACKGROUND

Draw-bar box, as one of the tools for people to place daily supplies during daily travel, is mainly used for placing daily supplies. However, existing draw-bar box is extremely inconvenient for daily travel and the user needs to firstly put it down and then open the box body to take out the articles; after taking out the articles, the user needs to close the draw-bar box and then place it upward. It is very tedious and greatly inconvenient for the person who needs to frequently open the box to take the articles out, thus significantly increasing travel difficulty. Moreover, it is tedious and inconvenient to lock existing draw-bar box; and it is also very inconvenient to use existing front-openable draw-bar box which is opened and closed through a damageable zipper, and the structure thereof is unstable.

CONTENTS OF THE INVENTION

The technical problem to be solved in this invention is to provide a front-openable draw-bar box with such features as firm connection between box body and front cover, safety and convenience for taking out articles, use flexibility, convenient cover opening and closing operation, and travel applicability.

In order to solve above technical problem, the invention provides the following solution:

A front-openable draw-bar box, comprising a box body and a draw-bar, wherein the front side of the box body is provided with an opening; a front cover is set on the opening, and the upper end thereof is connected with the box body through a buckle or a hook hole latch while the lower end thereof is connected with the box body through a spring cotter or a hinge or a damping structure; a switch is set above the box body.

Further, the spring cotter structure employs the snap ring of the front cover and the spring cotter on the box body below the opening for superposition connection.

Further, the buckle structure employs the bulge connected with the switch at the upper end of the box body to buckle with the groove at the upper end of the front cover for connection.

Further, the upper end of the front cover comprises a hook hole, the box body above the opening comprises a latch, the hook hole and the latch are in coordinate connection; the switch is a toggle switch which is connected with the hook hole and can be left and right toggled to synchronously control the left and right movement of the hook hole.

Further, the front cover is composed of a base plate and a support plate; the support plate is set on the base plate; two hook holes are set on the base plate; the lower end of the base plate is provided with a connecting base; the box body above the opening comprises two latches in coordinate connection with the hook holes; a connecting rod is connected above the latches; the switch on the box body is a press switch; a press plate is connected above the connecting rod; the press switch is connected with the connecting rod through the press plate.

Further, two support rods are connected above the latches; a drive plate with a gap is connected above the support rods and is connected with the box body through the spring; a stress rod is configured above the drive plate; the bottom of the stress rod is connected with the gaps of the two drive plates; the press switch is connected with the stress rod to control the downward brake of the stress rod.

Further, a hinge is set on the connecting base; the bottom of the front cover is connected with the box body through the hinge; the support plate is adhered on the bottom plate; the base plate is made of aluminum material through punching; the support plate is integrally made of plastic material.

Further, an arc gear is set at the bottom of the front cover; a protection cover and a gear wheel are set at the bottom of the box body; the gear wheel is set inside the protection cover; the gear wheel is engaged with the arc gear.

Further, the perimeter of the arc gear is one third or one half of that of the gear wheel.

Further, the box body is thereon provided with a coded lock which is connected with the switch.

Further, the coded lock is composed of a code wheel and a key latch.

Further, the coded lock comprises three code wheels; the box body and the front cover are both made of aluminum material.

Beneficial effects of the invention is:

1. The upper end of the front cover is firmly connected with the box body through the buckle structure or the hook hole latch structure to avoid easy damage; the front cover can be demounted, opened and closed through the spring cotter structure or the articulated juncture structure at the lower end of the front cover for conveniently and flexibly taking out articles;

2. The two latches can be disconnected with the hook holes at the same time by one press through the transmission stress between the switch at the upper end of the box body and the press plate of the latch and the connecting rod; or, the stress plate divides the stress into two parts by one press to uniformly transmits it onto the drive plate, thus realizing stable cover opening and closing operation, uniform stress and convenient press.

3. The switch is connected with the coded lock to lock the box body; a toggle switch and a press switch are connected with the coded lock to lock the front cover of the box body, conveniently lock and unlock the box body and open and close the cover, as well as save the time for taking out the articles.

4. The front cover is composed of plastic support plate and integrally punched aluminum base plate, and the box body is overall made of aluminum material, so the front cover is firmer and the complete weight of the box body is reduced, thus improving use safety and travel applicability;

5. The gear wheel is fixed in the box body and the damping structure is formed by the gear engagement of the arc gears, so the damping structure has obvious damping effect and stable structure, thus effectively providing the damping force for opening the front cover.

SPECIFIC IMPLEMENTATION METHOD

Next, figures and embodiment are combined to further describe the invention. Especially, if there is no any conflict, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments of the invention can be mutually combined.

In order to solve the problem of tediously and troublesomely taking out articles from a box during travel and tediously locking and unlocking same, the applicant discloses the following contents, and the technical features of the embodiments can be mutually combined.

Embodiment I

Embodiment I presents a front-openable draw-bar box, as shown in FIG. 1, comprising a box body 1 and a draw-bar 2, wherein the draw-bar 2 is located at the top of the box body 1; the front side of the box body is provided with an opening; a front cover 3 is set on the opening, wherein the front cover is made of plastic or aluminum material; the upper and of the front cover 3 is connected with the box body 1 through a buckle structure while the lower end of the front cover 3 is connected with the box body 1 through a spring cotter structure; a buckle switch 4 is set above the box body 1; as shown in FIG. 2, the buckle structure employs the buckling connection between the bulge 41 connected at the lower end of the buckle switch 4 at the upper end of the box body 1 and the groove 31 at the upper end of the front cover for connecting the upper end of the front cover 3 and the box body 1. When the buckle switch 4 is pressed, bulge 41 is downwards disconnected with the concave groove 31 at the upper end of the front cover to open the front cover 3, but the lower end of the front cover 3 is connected with the box body 1, so the front cover 3 does not drop but is opened to a certain angle usually in the range of 20-45 degrees. In this way, the articles inside the box can be conveniently and easily taken out without the need for demounting the front cover 3 in emergency. The front cover 3 can be closed directly after using. By virtue of the buckle structure, the front cover 3 will be automatically buckled with the box body 1; as shown in FIG. 3, the spring cotter structure employs the snap ring 42 of the front cover 3 and the spring cotter 11 on the box body 1 for superposition connection. When demounting the whole front cover 3, it is only necessary to toggle the spring cotter 11 and then pull the snap ring 42 of the front cover 3 to the right to easily demount the front cover 3; for installation, it is only necessary to align to the hole and pull the snap ring 42 towards the middle of the box body to loosen the spring cotter 11.

Meanwhile, the front cover mentioned in the invention is replaceable. The damaged or worn front cover 3 can be directly and conveniently replaced. Moreover, the front cover 3 can be replaced according to personal preference. For example, the front covers 3 for tour and business travel are different from each other, and the user can replace the front cover as appropriate to increase living interests.

The use method of the front cover in embodiment I is as shown in FIG. 4, firstly, opening the buckle structure to pop up the front cover 3; then, taking off the front cover 3 through spring cotter structure. For installation, the user only needs to align to the snap ring 42 and the spring cotter 11, thus realizing convenient use.

Embodiment II

The embodiment II in the invention discloses a front-openable draw-bar box, as shown in FIG. 5,

It comprises a box body 1 and a draw-bar 2, wherein the draw-bar 2 is located at the top of the box body 1 which is made of aluminum material to avoid the disadvantages of traditional plastic material as insufficient fastness and easy damage, and the aluminum material is too light to increase the weight of the draw-bar box; the front side of the box body is provided with an opening 6 with the area less than that of the front side of the box body 1, and the opening 6 is located at the middle of the front side of the box body 1; preferably, right-angle or oblique-angle corners are configured around the opening 6 not limited to round corner. The front side of the box body 1 is provided with a front cover 3, and the front side of the box body 1 reserves a certain space at the upper and lower positions of the opening 6 for setting the connecting structure of the front cover. The front cover 3 can cover the whole opening 6, and the area thereof is also greater than that of the opening 6. The upper end of the front cover 3 comprises a hook hole 32, and the box body 1 above the opening 6 comprises a latch 42, wherein the hook hole 32 and the latch 42 are in coordinate connection; the box body 1 and the front cover 3, made of aluminum material, are connected through hook hole 32, thus avoiding the traditional connection between the front cover and the box body by a ring convex object, wherein the ring convex object is an additional plane on the front cover, and the plane is clamped into the box body to connect the front cover and the box body; when the front cover is opened, the ring convex object occupies certain space; when a user takes out articles, the user can be easily scratched by the ring convex object to have injury. Preferably, two hook holes 32 and two latches 42 are included in the invention. A toggle switch 7 is set on the box body; when the toggle switch 7 is toggled, the two hook holes 32 and the two buckles 42 are disconnected with each other to frontward open the whole front cover 3, but the lower end of the front cover 3 is connected with the box body 1, so the front cover 3 does not fall but is opened to a certain angle usually in the range of 20-45 degrees, without the need to demount the front cover 3 for conveniently taking out articles inside the box in emergency. After use, the user can directly close the front cover 3 and the front cover 3 will be automatically buckled with the box body 1 through the double-lock hook holes 32. The lower end of the front cover 3 and the box body 1 can be connected through the hinge, the buckle and the spring cotter, but not limited to above connection methods, wherein the spring cotter structure, the connection method and the use method are as same as those in embodiment I, namely: toggling the spring cotter 11 and then pull the snap ring 42 of the front cover 3 to the right to easily demount the front cover 3; for installation, aligning to the hole and pull the snap ring 42 towards the middle of the box body 1 to loosen the spring cotter 11.

As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, in order to ensure the safety of the articles in the box body 1 and avoid theft and meanwhile solve the problem of the trouble procedure for aligning the brace to coded lock 5 to lock the coded lock 5 of the existing draw-bar 2, the box body 1 further comprises a coded lock 5 which is composed of a code wheel 51, wherein the code wheel 51 is connected with a toggle switch 7, and when the password on the code wheel 51 is consistent with the preset password, the toggle switch 7 can be toggled; or else, the toggle switch 7 is locked and cannot be rotated; moreover, the toggle switch 7 is further connected with the buckle hook of the front cover 3, and when the toggle switch 7 is toggled to the left, the buckle hook moves left to disconnect the buckle hook and the latch 42 to open the front cover 3; preferably, the coded lock is provided with three code wheels 51, and the connection structure for the toggle switch 7 and the coded lock 5 is as the same as that for the same in existing common draw-bar 2 box, namely: the three digital wheels on the coded lock 5 respectively run through a plastic column together with a small plastic gear wheel: when the three gear wheels rotate to the preset position, the gear wheel bars corresponding to the three gear wheels will press down to loosen the spring at the left of the gear wheel and pop up the gear wheel bars to the right and accordingly open a three-dimensional column at the right; at the moment, the toggle switch 7 of the coded lock 5 can be toggled.

In order to prevent the user from forgetting the password, an additional method for opening the front cover 3 is provided in the invention. The coded lock 5 further comprises a key latch 52, and the front cover 3 can be opened by the key; the key latch 52 is also connected with the toggle switch 7, and when the key is unavailable, the toggle switch 7 is also locked, and after the key is inserted, the toggle switch 7 can be toggled. The connection structure for the key and the toggle switch 7 is as follows: when the key is rotated, the gear wheel bar in the key will press down to loosen the spring at the left of the gear wheel to pop up the gear wheel bar to the right and accordingly push a three-dimensional column at right. At the moment, the toggle switch 7 of the coded lock 5 can be toggled.

Meanwhile, the front cover 3 mentioned in the embodiment II together with that of embodiment I are replaceable. The damaged or worn front cover 3 can be directly and conveniently replaced. Moreover, the front cover 3 can be replaced according to personal preference. For example, the front covers 3 for tour and business travel are different from each other, and the user can replace the front cover as appropriate to increase living interests.

As shown in FIG. 8, the use method of embodiment II in the invention is as follows:

Firstly, setting the opening password through the three code wheels 51; then, disordering the code wheels 51 to lock the toggle switch 7, wherein the draw-bar 2 box is in an enclosed state and cannot be opened; when the code wheels 51 are rotated to the designated position or the key latch 52 is opened by a key, the toggle switch 7 can be toggled; if the toggle switch 7 is toggled at the moment, the toggle switch 7 will drive the hook hole 32 of the front cover 3 to move left and disconnect the connection with the box body 1 and accordingly open the front cover 3 for taking out the articles inside; for demounting the front cover 3, the user only needs to toggle the spring cotter 12 structure below the front cover 3 to take off the front cover 3; after use, the user only needs to press to reconnect the hook hole 32 and the latch 42 for closing the front cover 3.

Embodiment III

The embodiment III in the invention discloses a front-openable draw-bar box, as shown in FIG. 9,

It comprises a box body 1 and a draw-bar 2, wherein the draw-bar 2 is located at the top of the box body 1 which is made of aluminum material to avoid the disadvantages of traditional plastic material as insufficient fastness and easy damage, and the aluminum material is too light to increase the weight of the draw-bar box; the front side of the box body is provided with an opening 6 with the area less than that of the front side of the box body 1, and the opening 6 is located at the middle of the front side of the box body 1; preferably, right-angle or oblique-angle corners are configured around the opening 6 not limited to round corner. The front side of the box body 1 is provided with a front cover 3, and the front side of the box body 1 reserves a certain space at the upper and lower positions of the opening 6 for setting the connecting structure of the front cover. The front cover 3 can cover the whole opening 6, and the area thereof is also greater than that of the opening 6. As shown in FIG. 11, the front cover is composed of a base plate 33 and a support plate 36, wherein the base plate 33 is integrally made of aluminum material through punching, and such base plate 33 is usually too thin to have sufficient fastness, so the support plate 36 is provided to ensure the stability of the whole front cover 3, wherein the support plate 36 integrally made of plastic material is set or adhered on the base plate 33 directly by buckle or glue. Two hook holes 32 are set on the base plate 33, and the lower end of the base plate 33 is connected with a connecting base 34, and a hinge 35 is set on the connecting base 34; the front cover 3 is connected with the box body 1 through the hinge 35 on the connecting base 34. By virtue of the hinge structure, the cover can be opened at the upper end, and the lower end can be connected with the box body 1, but such connection is not fixed; due to the hinge 35 structure, the front cover 3 is outwards opened by a certain angle usually in the range of 20-45 degrees, without the need to demount the front cover 3 for conveniently taking out articles inside the box in emergency. As shown in FIG. 12, the box body above the opening comprises two latches 11 in coordinate connection with the hook holes 33, namely: the holes of the hook holes 33 are locked on the latches 11, but the latches 11 can be pressed downward to disconnect with hook holes 33; a connecting rod 12 is connected above the latches 11, and the box body 1 is provided with a press switch 8 which is connected with the connecting rod 12; a transverse press plate 81 is set at the bottom of the press switch 8 and is fixed on the two connecting rods 12, so when the toggle switch is toggled downward, the press plate 81 drives two connecting rods 12 to move downward, under the action of the press switch 8, the latches 11 connected with the bottom of the connecting rods moves downward to disconnect with the hook holes 33 and accordingly frontward open the whole front cover 3. the box body 1 and the front cover 3, made of aluminum material, are connected through hook hole 33, thus avoiding the traditional connection between the front cover and the box body by a ring convex object, wherein the ring convex object is an additional plane on the front cover, and the plane is clamped into the box body; when the front cover 3 is opened, the ring convex object occupies certain space; when a user takes out articles, the user can be easily scratched by the ring convex object to have injury. As shown in FIG. 10, in order to ensure the safety of the articles in the box body 1 and avoid theft and meanwhile solve the problem of the trouble procedure for aligning the brace to the coded lock 5 to lock the coded lock 5 of the existing draw-bar box, the box body 1 further comprises a coded lock 5 which is composed of a code wheel 51, wherein the code wheel 51 is connected with a press switch 8, and when the password on the code wheel 51 is consistent with the preset password, the press switch 8 can be toggled; or else, the press switch 8 is locked and cannot be rotated; when the press switch 8 is pressed downward, the connecting rod 12 presses the latches 11 downward to disconnect with the hook holes 33 and accordingly open the front cover 3; preferably, the coded lock is provided with three code wheels 51, and the connection structure for the press switch 8 and the coded lock 5 is as the same as that for the same in existing common draw-bar box, namely: the three digital wheels on the coded lock 5 respectively run through a plastic column together with a small plastic gear wheel; when the three gear wheels are rotated to the preset position, the gear wheel bars corresponding to the three gear wheels will press downward to loosen the spring at the left of the gear wheels and pop up the gear wheel bars to the right and accordingly push a three-dimensional column at right; at the moment, the press switch 8 of the coded lock 5 can be pressed.

The use method of embodiment III in the invention is as the same as that of embodiment II, namely: firstly, setting the opening password through the three code wheels 51; then, disordering the code wheels 51 to lock the press switch 8, wherein the draw-bar box is in an enclosed state and cannot be opened; when the code wheels 51 are rotated to the designated position or the key latch 52 is opened by a key, the press switch 8 can be toggled; if the press switch 8 is toggled at the moment, the press switch 8 will drive the press plate 81 to move downward; the press plate 81 is under connected with a connecting rod 12, so the connecting rod will move downward by a certain distance; the connecting rod 12 is under connected with a latches 11, so the latches 11 will also move downward to disconnect with the hook holes 33; at the comment, the whole front cover 3 will be frontward opened for conveniently taking out the articles.

Embodiment IV

Compared with the embodiment III in the invention, embodiment IV has different brake modes for the latch and the press switch. As shown in FIG. 13, the latch is above connected with two support rods 13; the support rods 13 are above connected with two drive plates 14; the drive plates 14 which are connected with the box body through a spring 16 and is provided with a gap are above connected with a stress rod 15; the stress rod 15 is connected with the gaps of the two drive plates 14 at the bottom; the press switch is connected with the stress rod 15 to control the downward brake of the stress rod 15. During use, the user can press the press switch to downward move the stress rod 15; at the moment, the stress rod 15 will open the two drive plates 14 towards the two sides through the gaps of the drive plates 14; the drive plates 14 are downward connected with two support rods 13 and the support rods 13 are connected with latch, so the two support rods 13 will move aside to disconnect the latches and the hook holes. Specifically, the mentioned latches are slightly different from those mentioned in embodiment III; for the latches in embodiment IV, the lock is set on the hook holes; when two support rods move aside, the latches will be disconnected with the hook holes to open the whole front cover; when the switch is loosened, under the action of the spring 16, the front cover will be automatically rebounded back and locked. By virtue of such structure, the rotating stress and the longitudinal stress are uniformly distributed at the transverse direction to greatly stabilize the cover opening and closing operation. Other parts of embodiments IV are completely as the same in embodiment III, so other parts will not be repeatedly described.

Embodiment V

Besides the spring cotter connection or the hinge connection at the bottom of the front cover, the invention also discloses another connection method, namely: a damping structure connection method, as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15.

Further, an arc gear 9 is set at the bottom of the front cover 3; a protection cover 17 and a gear wheel 18 are set at the bottom of the box body 1; the gear wheel 18 is set inside the protection cover 17 which can prevent the gear wheel 18 and the arc gear 9 inside from being polluted; the gear wheel 18 is engaged with the arc gear 9. When the gear wheel 18 and the arc gear 9 are in engaged transmission, the gear wheel 18 is fixed and the arc gear 9 is in engaged transmission along with the gear wheel 18. The gear wheel 18 and the arc gear 9 can be saw-tooth gears or the gears in other shapes. The perimeter of the arc gear 9 is set as one third or one half of that of the gear in order to control the opening angle of the whole front cover; if the arc gear 9 has greater perimeter, the opening angle is larger. As shown in FIG. 17, the damping structure is at the inner side of the front cover 3, so the whole front cover can be slowly opened.

The use method of embodiment V in the invention is as shown in FIG. 16:

When the front cover 3 is opened, due to the gravity of the front cover 3, the arc gear at the bottom of the front cover 3 will be in engaged transmission along with the gear wheel 18 on the box body 1; the gear wheel 18 on the box body 1 is fixed, so the arc gear 9 at the bottom of the front cover 3 will have engaged frontward movement by certain distance to open the whole front cover 3 and end the damping transmission.

In embodiment V, the gear wheel is fixed in the box body and the damping structure is formed by the gear engagement of the arc gears, so the damping structure has obvious damping effect and stable structure, thus effectively providing the damping force for opening the front cover.

The buckle structure or the hook hole latch structure at the upper end of the front cover and the spring cotter structure or the hinge structure or the damping structure can be combined in pairs for connection, wherein embodiment I employs the buckle structure and the spring cotter structure; embodiment II employs the hook hole latch structure and the hinge structure or the hook hole latch structure and the spring cotter structure; embodiment III employs the second hook hole latch structure and the hinge structure; embodiment IV employs the third hook hole latch structure and the hinge structure. Therefore, the technical features related to the connection between the upper and the lower end can be mutually combined. For example, the upper end of the front cover can be provided with a hook hole latch structure in embodiment IV, while the lower end thereof can be provided with a spring cotter structure.

The upper end of the front cover is firmly connected with the box body through the buckle structure or the hook hole latch structure to avoid easy damage; the front cover can be demounted, opened and closed through the spring cotter structure or the articulated juncture structure at the lower end of the front cover for conveniently and flexibly taking out articles; Through the transmission stress between the switch at the upper end of the box body and the press plate of the latch & the connecting rod, the two latches can be disconnected with the hook holes at the same time by one press. Or, by virtue of the coordination between the drive plate and the stress plate, the stress plate can divide the stress into two parts by one press and uniformly transmit the stress onto the drive plate to stably open and close the cover, thus realizing uniform stress and convenient press operation. The switch is connected with the coded lock to lock the box body; a toggle switch and a press switch are connected with the coded lock to lock the front cover of the box body, conveniently lock and unlock the box body and open and close the cover, as well as save the time for taking out the articles. The front cover is composed of plastic support plate and integrally punched aluminum base plate, and the box body is overall made of aluminum material, so the front cover is firmer and the complete weight of the box body is reduced, thus improving use safety and travel applicability;

Above contents are only the preferable embodiments of the invention rather than any restriction upon the technical scope of the invention, so any change or modification made according to the claims and description of the invention should be included in the present invention patent.

A front-openable draw-bar box, comprising a box body and a draw-bar, wherein the front side of the box body is provided with an opening; a front cover is set on the opening, and the upper end thereof is connected with the box body through a buckle or a hook hole latch while the lower end thereof is connected with the box body through a spring cotter or a hinge or a damping structure; a switch is set above the box body.

2. A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein: the spring cotter structure employs the snap ring of the front cover and the spring cotter on the box body below the opening for superposition connection.

3. A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein: the buckle structure employs the bulge connected with the switch at the upper end of the box body to buckle with the groove at the upper end of the front cover for connection.

A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein: the upper end of the front cover comprises a hook hole, the box body above the opening comprises a latch, the hook hole and the latch are in coordinate connection; the switch is a toggle switch which is connected with the hook hole and can be left and right toggled to synchronously control the left and right movement of the hook hole.

A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein: the front cover is composed of a base plate and a support plate; the support plate is set on the base plate; two hook holes are set on the base plate; the lower end of the base plate is provided with a connecting base; the box body above the opening comprises two latches in coordinate connection with the hook holes; a connecting rod is connected above the latches; the switch on the box body is a press switch; a press plate is connected above the connecting rod; the press switch is connected with the connecting rod through the press plate.

A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 5, wherein: two support rods are connected above the latches; a drive plate with a gap is connected above the support rods and is connected with the box body through the spring; a stress rod is configured above the drive plate; the bottom of the stress rod is connected with the gaps of the two drive plates; the press switch is connected with the stress rod to control the downward brake of the stress rod.

A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 5, wherein: a hinge is set on the connecting base; the bottom of the front cover is connected with the box body through the hinge; the support plate is adhered on the bottom plate; the base plate is made of aluminum material through punching; the support plate is integrally made of plastic material.

8. A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein: an arc gear is set at the bottom of the front cover; a protection cover and a gear wheel are set at the bottom of the box body; the gear wheel is set inside the protection cover; the gear wheel is engaged with the arc gear.

9. A damping structure of a front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 8, wherein the perimeter of the arc gear is one third or one half of the perimeter of the gear wheel.

10. A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein: the box body is thereon provided with a coded lock which is connected with the switch.

11. A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 10, wherein: the coded lock is composed of a code wheel and a key latch.

12. A front-openable draw-bar box according to claim 11, wherein: the coded lock comprises three code wheels; the box body and the front cover are both made of aluminum material.
