A decoration ribbon comprises a ribbon member formed with a first surface and a second surface, a first fastening band and at least one decorative object; the first surface or the second surface at one end of the ribbon member is disposed with a first fibriform pile fabric structure or a first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of the first fastening band; the second surface or the first surface at another end of the ribbon member is disposed with the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or the first fibriform pile fabric structure of the first fastening band, and the at least one decorative object is combined on the first surface of the ribbon member; when the first fibriform pile fabric structure is adhered and fastened with the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure, the ribbon member is formed as an annular member for wrapping a plate to be decorated.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a decoration ribbon, especially to a decoration ribbon used for decorating a cabinet door, a door leaf or a window.

2. Description of Related Art

In the western countries, for example the United States of America, at least one decoration ribbon would be used for being sleeved on a cabinet door, a door leaf or a window for increasing the atmosphere of certain holiday such as Christmas, so that the regular cabinet door, the door leaf or the window can be provided with a better visual effect for matching the holiday atmosphere.

Please refer to FIG. 1, which is perspective view illustrating a conventional decoration ribbon; the decoration ribbon includes a ribbon member 10, an elastic band 20 and a decorative object 30. The ribbon member 10 is formed as an elongated strip member, and two distal ends 101 thereof are connected to the elastic band 20 with a sewing means, so that an annular sleeving ring can be formed by the ribbon member 10 and the elastic band 20. The decorative object 30, for example a bow-like decorative object, can be connected to a front end of the ribbon member 10 with a sewing means.

Before a decoration operation is desired to be processed, a user has firstly to measure the dimension of a plate to be decorated 40, for example the cabinet door, especially the length of the plate to be decorated 40, then the user goes to a shopping mall for buying a decoration ribbon having a dimension not larger than the dimension of the cabinet door. Please refer to FIG. 2, when being in use, the user has to elastically stretch the elastic band 20 of the decoration ribbon for enlarging the dimension of the decoration ribbon, then the enlarged decoration ribbon is sleeved on the cabinet door (shown as dash lines in FIG. 2), and with an elastic contracting effect provided by the elastic band 20, the decoration ribbon can be tightly and elastically sleeved on the cabinet door, and the decorative object 30 and the ribbon member 10 exposed in front of the cabinet door can be used for the purpose of decoration.

It is known that the elastic stretching range of the elastic band 20 is limited, and the elastic band 20 may be in an elastic fatigue and loosen status while being stretched for a long period of time, thus the above-mentioned tightly and elastically sleeving effect can no longer be provided, and the ribbon member 10 would only be loosely hanged on the plate to be decorated 40, thus a nice visual effect cannot be provided. Moreover, because of the limitation of the elastic stretching range of the above-mentioned elastic band 20, the decoration ribbon is unable to be applied in a door leaf having a larger dimension, for example a compartment door of a kitchen; as such, the above-mentioned disadvantages shall be seriously concerned by the skilled people in the art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One primary objective of the present invention is to provide a decoration ribbon, in which a fastening band (or a VELCRO) is adopted for replacing a conventional elastic band, and with an adhering and fastening effect provided by the fastening band and an adjustable overlapped adhering and fastening area, a tightly sleeving effect can be provided to a plate to be decorated, for example a cabinet door, a door leaf or a window, so that a ribbon member can be arranged to be tightly adjacent to the plate to be decorated, and a situation of being loosen due to elastic fatigue can be prevented.

For achieving said objective, one technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide a decoration ribbon, which comprises a ribbon member, a first fastening band and at least one decorative object; the ribbon member is formed with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface or the second surface at one end of the ribbon member is disposed with a first fibriform pile fabric structure or a first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of the first fastening band; the second surface or the first surface at another end of the ribbon member is disposed with the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or the first fibriform pile fabric structure of the first fastening band, and the at least one decorative object is combined on the first surface of the ribbon member; when the first fibriform pile fabric structure is adhered and fastened with the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure, the ribbon member is formed as an annular member for wrapping a plate to be decorated.

For achieving said objective, another technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide a decoration ribbon, which comprises a ribbon member, a first fastening band, at least one decorative object and an extension band; the ribbon member is formed with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface or the second surface at one end of the ribbon member is disposed with a first fibriform pile fabric structure or a first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of the first fastening band; the second surface or the first surface at another end of the ribbon member is disposed with the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or the first fibriform pile fabric structure of the first fastening band, and the at least one decorative object is combined on the first surface of the ribbon member; the extension band is formed with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface at one end of the extension band is disposed with an extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or an extending fibriform pile fabric structure of an extension fastening band corresponding to the first fibriform pile fabric structure or the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of the first surface of the ribbon member, and the second surface at another end of the extension band is disposed with the extending fibriform pile fabric structure or the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of the extension fastening band corresponding to the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or the first fibriform pile fabric structure of the second surface of the ribbon member; when the first fibriform pile fabric structure is adhered and fastened with the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure, and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure is adhered and fastened with the extending fibriform pile fabric structure, the extension band is disposed and extended between the two ends of the ribbon member, and an annular member is formed by the ribbon member and the extension band for wrapping a plate to be decorated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring from FIG. 3 to FIG. 4B, the present invention provides a decoration ribbon comprising a ribbon member 1, a first fastening band 2 and at least one decorative object 3.

The ribbon member 1 is preferably to be a cloth ribbon member or a silk ribbon member fabricated via weaving yarns, and formed with a first surface 11 and a second surface 12, the first surface 11 or the second surface 12 at one end of the ribbon member 1 is disposed with a first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 or a first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 of the first fastening band 2; the second surface 12 or the first surface 11 at another end of the ribbon member 1 is disposed with the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 or the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 of the first fastening band 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 is fastened on a first surface 11 at one end of the ribbon member 1 with a sewing means, and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 is fastened on the second surface 12 at another end of the ribbon member 1 with an adhering or a sewing means. If the above-mentioned adhering means is adopted, a rear surface of the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 or the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 is disposed with an adhesive layer 23, so that after the ribbon member 1 is tailored, the adhesive layer 23 can be utilized for enabling the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 or the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 to be adhered on the second surface 12 or the first surface 11 at another end of the ribbon member 1.

In practice, the at least one decorative object 3 can be selected from a bow-like decorative object 31 or a flower-like decorative object 32, but what shall be addressed is that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned arrangement. The at least one decorative object 3 is combined at a proper location of the first surface 11 with a sewing means.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the second surface 12 of the ribbon member 1 is adhered on a front surface of a plate to be decorated 40, so that the at least one decorative object 3, for example the bow-like decorative object 31, is located at a proper location of the first surface 11 of the ribbon member 1. One end of the ribbon member 1 is allowed to pass a top surface of the plate to be decorated 40, and another end of the ribbon member 1 is allowed to pass a bottom surface of the plate to be decorated 40, so that the two ends of the ribbon member 1 are both located on a rear surface of the plate to be decorated 40, then the ribbon member 1 is tailored with respect to the dimension of the plate to be decorated 40; if the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 of the fastening band 2 is fastened on the first surface 11 at one end of the ribbon member 1, the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 of the fastening band 2 is adhered on the second surface 12, which has been tailored, at another end of the ribbon member 1. Lastly, the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 of the fastening band 2 are bound with each other, so that the ribbon member 1 is formed as an annular member which can be used for wrapping the plate to be decorated 40, thereby enabling the ribbon member 1 to be tightly wrapped on the plate to be decorated 40. As such, with the overlapped adhering and fastening area of the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22, the wrapping tightness of the ribbon member 1 to the plate to be decorated 40 can be properly adjusted, so that the decoration ribbon of the present invention is able to provide a tightly sleeving effect to the plate to be decorated 40, for example a cabinet door, a door leaf or a window, and the decoration ribbon can be arranged to be tightly adjacent to the plate to be decorated 40, thus a situation of being loosened can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the processing procedure is completely the same as what has been disclosed in FIG. 4A, the only difference is that the flower-like decorative object 32 is adopted as the at least one decorative object 3, so that a different visual effect can be provided.

Please refer to FIG. 5, which discloses a second embodiment of the decoration ribbon provided by the present invention, the same codes shared by the second embodiment and the first embodiment are defined as the same components, because there are a lot of components shared by the second embodiment and the first embodiment, only the differences between the two embodiments will be illustrated hereinafter.

A rear surface of the at least one decorative object 3 and the first surface 11 of the ribbon member 1 are oppositely disposed with a second fibriform pile fabric structure 51 and a second micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 52 of a second fastening band 5, the at least one decorative object 3 can be combined on the first surface 11 of the ribbon member 1 with a adhering and fastening means, thus the decorative object 3 can be rapidly replaced, for example the bow-like decorative object 31 being replaced by the flower-like decorative object 32. In other words, a user can replace the decorative object 3 matched with the different atmospheres of different holidays according to the different holidays, thereby increasing the atmospheres of different holidays. What shall be addressed is that the replacement of the decorative object 3 can also be applied in the first embodiment so as to expand the applicable range.

Moreover, if the decoration ribbon disclosed in the first embodiment is desired to be applied on the plate to be decorated 40 having a larger dimension, for example a compartment door of a kitchen, because of the difference in dimensions, the decoration ribbon of the present invention further comprises an extension band 6. The extension band 6 is formed with a first surface 61 and a second surface 62, the first surface 61 at one end of the extension band 6 is disposed with an extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72 or an extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71 of an extension fastening band 7 corresponding to the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 or the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 of the first surface 11 of the ribbon member 1, and the second surface 62 at another end of the extension band 6 is disposed with the extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71 or the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72 of the extension fastening band 7 corresponding to the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 or the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 of the second surface 12 of the ribbon member 1. The first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 is adhered and fastened with the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72, and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 is adhered and fastened with the extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71, so that the extension band 7 is disposed and extended between the two ends of the ribbon member 1 so as to increase the dimension of the decoration ribbon, and an annular member is formed by the ribbon member 1 and the extension band 6 for wrapping the plate to be decorated 40, thereby being suitable to be applied on the plate to be decorated 40 having various dimensions.

Accordingly, when the decoration ribbon disclosed in the second embodiment is assembled with the plate to be decorated 40 having a larger dimension, please refer to FIG. 6, the ribbon member 1 and the extension band 6 can be arranged to be tightly adjacent to the plate to be decorated 40, so that a situation of being loosened can be prevented.

Moreover, with the overlapped adhering and fastening area between the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 and the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72 and between the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 and the extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71, the wrapping tightness of the ribbon member 1 and the extension band 6 to the plate to be decorated 40 can be properly adjusted.

According to this embodiment, the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 are respectively fastened on the second surface 12 and the first surface 11 of the ribbon member 1 with a sewing means, and the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72 and the extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71 are respectively fastened on the first surface 61 and the second surface 62 of the extension band 6 with an adhering or a sewing means.

Moreover, rear surfaces of the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21, the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22, the extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71 and the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72 can be respectively disposed with an adhesive layer 23, 73, so that the adhesive layer 23 can be served to allow the first fibriform pile fabric structure 21 and the first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 22 to be respectively adhered on the second surface 12 and the first surface 11 of the ribbon member 1; and the adhesive layer 73 can be served to allow the extending fibriform pile fabric structure 71 and the extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure 72 to be respectively adhered on the first surface 61 and the second surface 62 of the extension band 6.

Based on what has been disclosed above, advantages achieved by the present invention are as followings: the first fastening band is disposed at two ends of the ribbon member for replacing the conventional elastic band, and with the adhering and fastening effect provided by the first fastening band and the adjustable overlapped adhering and fastening area, a tightly sleeving effect can be provided to the plate to be decorated, for example the cabinet door, the door leaf or the window, so that the ribbon member can be arranged to be tightly adjacent to the plate to be decorated, and the situation of being loosen due to elastic fatigue can be prevented; moreover, the rear surface and the first surface of the ribbon member are oppositely disposed the second fastening band, so that the decorative object can be rapidly combined on the first surface of the ribbon member with an adhering and fastening means, thereby expanding the applicable range; furthermore, the two ends of the ribbon member and the two ends of the extension band are adhered and fastened via the extension fastening band, so that the dimension of the decoration ribbon of the present invention can be increased for matching the plate to be decorated having various dimensions; accordingly, the decoration ribbon provided by the present invention is novel and more practical in use comparing to prior art.

Many modifications and other embodiments of the inventions set forth herein will come to mind to one skilled in the art to which these inventions pertain having the benefit of the teachings presented in the foregoing descriptions and the associated drawings. Therefore, it is to be understood that the inventions are not to be limited to the specific examples of the embodiments disclosed and that modifications and other embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims. Although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.

A decoration ribbon comprising: a ribbon member, a first fastening band, at least one object, an extension band, and an extension fastening band; wherein said ribbon member is formed with a first surface and a second surface, said first surface or said second surface at one end of said ribbon member is disposed with a first fibriform pile fabric structure or a first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of said first fastening band; said second surface or said first surface at another end of said ribbon member is disposed with said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or said first fibriform pile fabric structure of said first fastening band, and said at least one object is combined on said first surface of said ribbon member; said extension band is formed with a first surface and a second surface, said first surface at one end of said extension band is disposed with an extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or an extending fibriform pile fabric structure of the extension fastening band corresponding to said first fibriform pile fabric structure or said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of said first surface of said ribbon member, and said second surface at another end of said extension band is disposed with said extending fibriform pile fabric structure or said extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of said extension fastening band corresponding to said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure or said first fibriform pile fabric structure of said second surface of said ribbon member; when said first fibriform pile fabric structure is adhered and fastened with said extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure, and said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure is adhered and fastened with said extending fibriform pile fabric structure, said extension band is disposed and extended between said two ends of said ribbon member, and an annular member is formed by said ribbon member and said extension band for wrapping a plate to be decorated.

8. The decoration ribbon as claimed in claim 7, wherein a wrapping tightness of said ribbon member and said extension band to said plate to be decorated is able to be properly adjusted with an overlapped adhering and fastening area between said first fibriform pile fabric structure and said extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure and between said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure and said extending fibriform pile fabric structure.

The decoration ribbon as claimed in claim 7, wherein a rear surface of said at least one object and said first surface of said ribbon member are oppositely disposed with a second fibriform pile fabric structure and a second micro-fibriform loop fabric structure of a second fastening band; when said second fibriform pile fabric structure is adhered and fastened with said second micro-fibriform loop fabric structure, said at least one object is combined on said first surface of said ribbon member.

The decoration ribbon as claimed in claim 7, wherein said first fibriform pile fabric structure and said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure are respectively fastened on said second surface and said first surface of said ribbon member with a sewing means, and said extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure and said extending fibriform pile fabric structure are respectively fastened on said first surface and said second surface of said extension band with an adhering or a sewing means.

The decoration ribbon as claimed in claim 7, wherein rear surfaces of said first fibriform pile fabric structure, said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure, said extending fibriform pile fabric structure and said extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure are respectively disposed with an adhesive layer, so that said adhesive layer is able to be served to allow said first fibriform pile fabric structure and said first micro-fibriform loop fabric structure to be respectively adhered on said second surface and said first surface of said ribbon member; and said adhesive layer is able to be served to allow said extending fibriform pile fabric structure and said extending micro-fibriform loop fabric structure to be respectively adhered on said first surface and said second surface of said extension band.

12. The decoration ribbon as claimed in claim 7, wherein said plate to be decorated is a cabinet door, a door leaf or a window.
