Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a tightening band for a hat.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, a hat is a collective term for protecting the head from the cold or heat, or wearing on the head as a symbol of decorative or social status.

These hats are made of plastic, felt, wool, straw, leather, etc., and are collectively referred to as a hat having a crown and a brim and a cap without the brim. However, the hat in English is a collective term for hats which sometimes cover the cap, but it is general that the cap is limitatively used without including the hat.

Furthermore, a size adjustment band is provided on the back of the hat. The size adjustment band adjusts the length so that both men and women having different head sizes may use the hats. On the other hand, the user frequently wears the hat backwards so that the tightening band for adjusting the size of the hat is positioned on the forehead portion.

However, there is a problem in that the appearance of the tightening band is simple so as not to reflect the taste of the consumer. Further, there is a problem that the forehead skin of the user is pressed by the tightening band, or sweat is generated at the pressed position, which is inconvenient to use.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem

An object of the present invention is to provide a band cover for tightening a hat which can reflect a consumer's taste with respect to a tightening band having a simple appearance.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a band cover for tightening a hat capable of absorbing sweat without generating pressed traces of the skin on a tightening band portion for adjusting the size of the hat.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a band cover for tightening a hat which can adjust a length so as to fit a length of the tightening band portion for adjusting the size of the hat.

Technical Solution

In order to solve the objects, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a tightening band cover for a hat comprising: a cover body in which an insertion hole is formed to be inserted in a longitudinal direction of a tightening band adjusting a wearing size of the hat; a pad portion formed on one side of the cover body and coming in contact with a user's skin; and a display portion formed on the other side of the cover body.

The cover body may have an opening portion for inserting the tightening band in a width direction of the tightening band.

A detachable member may be attached to a surface corresponding to the opening portion of the cover body so as to be opened and closed while the tightening band is inserted.

The detachable member may be a Velcro member.

The display portion or the pad portion may be detachably attached to the cover body.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a tightening band cover for a hat which is used for a tightening band adjusting a wearing size of the hat, comprising: a cover portion covering the tightening band; a length variable portion having one end at one end of the cover portion in a longitudinal direction of the tightening band and having a variable length; and a fixing clip for fixing the other end of the length variable portion to the tightening band.

As an example, the cover portion may include: a first cover member covering one surface of the tightening band; a second cover member which has one end rotatably provided at one end of the first cover band through a hinge shaft and covers the other surface of the tightening band; and a fastening which fastens the other end of the first cover member and the other end of the second cover member.

As another example, the cover portion may cover the tightening band except for a surface of the tightening band which faces the wearer's skin, and may be fixed to the tightening band through the length variable portion and the fixing clip.

The fastening portion may include a fastening groove provided at one of the other end of the first cover member and the other end of the second cover member; and a fastening protrusion provided on the other one to be inserted and fastened into the fastening groove.

The length variable portion may include: a first length variable member which is detachably and rotatably connected to one end of the cover portion by a first hinge pin; and a second member which is detachably and rotatably connected to the first length variable member by a second hinge pin.

The fixing clip may include; a first fixing member covering the tightening band; a second fixing member which has one end provided rotatably at one end of the first fixing member through a first rotation shaft and connected to the other end of the length variable portion through a connection pin and covers the tightening band; a third fixing member which has one end provided rotatably at the other end of the first fixing member through a second rotation shaft and covers a part of the second fixing member; and a locking unit for locking the other end of the third fixing member and the second fixing member.

The locking portion may include a locking groove provided at one of the other end of the third fixing member and the second fixing member; and a locking protrusion provided on the other one to be inserted and fastened into the locking groove.

The tightening band cover for the hat according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a pad portion which is detachably provided on one surface of the cover portion and comes in contact with a user's skin.

The tightening band cover for the hat according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a display portion which is detachably provided on the other surface of the cover portion.

The tightening band cover for the hat according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a friction member provided on the inner surface of the cover portion.

Advantageous Effects

As described above, the tightening band cover for the hat according to the embodiments of the present invention may have the following effects.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, since a technical configuration including a cover body, a pad portion, and a display portion is provided, it is possible to cover a tightening band according to a customer's taste through the display portion or the like with respect to the tightening band having a simple appearance, thereby sufficiently expressing personality of a user. Further, it is possible to prevent pressed traces from being generated on the skin such as a forehead by the cover body, and appropriately absorb sweat or the like by the pad portion, thereby improving the wearing comfort.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, since a technical configuration including a cover portion, a length variable portion, and a fixing clip is provided, it is possible to adjust a length of the tightening band cover according to a length of a tightening band for adjusting a size of the hat and prevent the tightening band and from being exposed to the outside even if the length of the tightening band is larger than the length of the cover portion.

Further, according to another embodiment of the present invention, since a technical configuration is provided in which the cover portion covers the tightening band except for a surface of the tightening band which faces the forehead and is fixed to the tightening band through the length variable portion ad the fixing clip, it is possible to lower product costs as compared with a technique of a cover portion which covers the entire circumference of the tightening band by simplifying the structure of the cover portion.

MODES OF THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so as to easily implement those with ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. However, the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and are limited to embodiments described herein.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a state in which a tightening band cover for a hat according to a first embodiment of the present invention is inserted into a tightening band, FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a state in which the tightening band cover for the hat of FIG. 1 is separated from the tightening band, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view schematically illustrating the tightening band cover for the hat according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a portion where a pad portion of the tightening band cover for the hat of FIG. 3 is formed and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a state in which the tightening band cover for the hat according to the first embodiment of the present invention is inserted into a tightening band.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, a tightening band cover 100 for a hat according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a cover body in which an insertion hole 12 is formed to be inserted in a longitudinal direction of a tightening band 11 adjusting a wearing size of the hat, a pad portion 20 which is formed at one side of the cover body 10 to be in contact with a user's skin, and a display portion 30 which is formed at the other side of the cover body 10.

The tightening band cover 100 for the hat is inserted into the tightening band 11 attached to the hat to change the wearing size of the hat, so as to prevent a tightening band trace from being generated on the skin at a portion which is in contact with the skin such as a wearer's forehead when the hat is worn backwards and improve feelings of wearing. Hereinafter, respective components will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

The cover body 10 is formed to have a rectangular plane and may be formed to have a length corresponding to the length of the tightening band 11.

The cover body 10 may have an insertion hole 12 through which the tightening band 11 is inserted in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the cover body 10 can be attached to the hat such that the tightening band 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 12, and may be provided to cover the entire surface of the tightening band 11.

It is illustratively described that the cover body 10 is formed to have a rectangular plane in the present embodiment, but it is not necessarily limited thereto, and a part of the edge may protrude in a round shape.

The cover body 10 is formed in an area corresponding to an area of a flat surface of the tightening band 11, but is not necessarily limited thereto and the cover body 10 may be formed in a shape in which a predetermined area is further widened to the side of the tightening band 11.

The cover body 10 may be formed of a soft cloth material so as to reduce a foreign feeling when the cover body 10 is in contact with the user's skin. Of course, the cover body 10 is not necessarily limited to the soft cloth material, but may be changed and applied to an appropriate material to improve durability. For example, the cover body 10 may be made of plastic, metal, or the like.

It is illustratively described that the tightening band 11 is inserted into the cover body 10 through the insertion hole 12, but it is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be changed and applied so that a part of the cover body 10 is cut and the cut portion is detachably formed.

The pad portion 20 may be formed on one side of the cover body 10. The pad portion 20 may be formed at a portion on one side of the cover body 10 which is in contact with the skin such as the forehead of the user.

The pad portion 20 may be integrally formed with the cover body 10 on the entire surface of one side of the cover body 10 and may be attached to the surface of the cover body 10 by a predetermined adhesive. Of course, the pad portion 20 may be detachably attached to one side of the cover body 10.

As such, since the pad portion 20 is formed on one side of the cover body 10, it is possible to suitably prevent the occurrence of traces on the forehead by the tightening band 11 while appropriately absorbing the sweat flowing in the forehead of the wearer.

Meanwhile, the display portion 30 may be formed on the front surface of the cover body 10.

The display portion 30 may display an appropriate image on the front surface of the cover body 10. That is, the display portion 30 appropriately displays characters or advertisement images on the front surface of the cover body 10, thereby improving the user satisfaction.

As described above, the tightening band cover 100 for the hat of the present embodiment may cover the tightening band according to a consumer's taste through the display portion 30 or the like with respect to the tightening band having a simple appearance and prevents pressed traces from occurring on the skin such as a forehead at the tightening band 11 while wearing the hat and absorbs the sweat appropriately, thereby improving the wearing comfort and improving the user satisfaction.

Hereinafter, a tightening band cover 200 for a hat according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 6.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a tightening band cover for a hat according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals as those of FIGS. 1 to 5 denote the same or similar members having the same or similar function.

As illustrated in FIG. 6, the tightening band cover 200 for the hat according to the second embodiment of the present invention is formed with an opening portion 110 into which the tightening band 11 is inserted laterally.

The opening portion 110 may be attached with a detachable member 120 which is opened and closed while the tightening band 11 is inserted.

Accordingly, the tightening band 11 is inserted into the cover body 10 in the opened state of the opening portion 110 and the opening portion 110 may be closed by the detachable member 120.

Such a detachable member 120 may be applied as a Velcro member.

As described above, the tightening band cover 200 for the hat according to the second embodiment of the present invention is inserted into the tightening band 11 by opening of the opening portion 110, and may be easily inserted into the tightening band 11.

Hereinafter, a tightening band cover 300 for a hat according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 7.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a tightening band cover for a hat according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals as those of FIGS. 1 to 6 denote the same or similar members having the same or similar function.

As illustrated in FIG. 7, the pad portion 220 of the tightening band cover 300 for the hat according to the third embodiment of the present invention may be detachably attached to the side surface of the cover body 10 by a Velcro member 210.

Accordingly, the pad portion 220 can be easily replaced when it is necessary to replace the pad portion 220, thereby improving the user satisfaction.

Hereinafter, a tightening band cover 400 for a hat according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 8.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a tightening band cover for a hat according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals as those of FIGS. 1 to 7 denote the same or similar members having the same or similar function.

As illustrated in FIG. 8, a display portion 330 of the tightening band cover 400 for the hat according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention may be detachably attached to the side surface of the cover body 10.

Accordingly, the display portion 330 can be easily attached to the cover body 10 when the displayed information is changed, thereby improving the user's satisfaction. The detachment and attachment of the display portion 330 may be detached and attached to the cover body 10 by a Velcro member 310 or a predetermined adhesive or the like.

Hereinafter, a tightening band cover 500 for a hat according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a tightening band cover for a hat according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a diagram of the tightening band cover for the hat of FIG. 9 taken along line X-X, FIG. 11 is a diagram of the tightening band cover for the hat of FIG. 9 taken along line XI-XI, and FIG. 12 is a diagram of the tightening band cover for the hat of FIG. 9 taken along line XII-XII.

As illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 12, a tightening band cover 500 for a hat according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention includes a cover portion 510, a length variable portion 520, and a fixing clip 530. Hereinafter, respective components will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12.

The cover portion 510 is a component that surrounds the tightening band 11, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 11. The cover portion 510 may include a first cover member 511, a second cover member 512, and a fastening portion 513, as illustrated in FIG. 11.

The first cover member 511 may cover one side of the tightening band 11 and one end of the second cover member 512 may be pivoted at one end of the first cover member 511 through a hinge shaft HS and may cover the other side of the tightening band 11. Particularly, when the first and second cover members 511 and 512 are made of a rigid material such as metal or plastic, the first and second cover members 511 and 512 may have a curved cross section corresponding to the forehead of the user as illustrated in FIG. 10. The fastening portion 513 may fasten the other end of the first cover member 511 and the other end of the second cover member 512.

For example, the fastening portion 513 may include a fastening groove 513a provided at the other end of the second cover member 512 and a fastening protrusion 513b provided at the other end of the first cover member 511 to be inserted and fastened to the fastening groove 513a. Of course, although not illustrated, the fastening protrusion may be provided at the other end of the second cover member when the fastening groove is provided at the other end of the first cover member.

The length variable portion 520 is a component that may vary the length of the tightening band 11 as needed based on the longitudinal direction of the tightening band 11. The length variable portions 520 may be provided at both ends of the cover portion 510, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, respectively.

For example, the length variable portion 520 may include a first length variable member 521 and a second length variable member 522, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10. One end of the first length variable member 521 may be detachably and rotatably connected to one end of the cover portion 510 by a first hinge pin H1, and one end of the second length variable member 522 may be detachably and rotatably connected to the other end of the first length variable member 521 by a second hinge pin H2. Accordingly, the user may remove the second length variable member 522 or the like by removing the second hinge pin H2 or the like as needed to reduce the length of the length variable portion 520, or conversely, the second length variable member 522 or the like may be mounted by inserting the second hinge pin H2 or the like to increase the length of the length variable portion 520. Ultimately, the length of cover portion 510 may be adjusted according to the length of the tightening band 11 for adjusting the size of the hat, and even though the length of the tightening band 11 is larger than the length of the cover portion 510, the tightening band 11 may be prevented from being exposed to the outside.

The fixing clip 530 is a component for preventing the length variable portion 520 from being separated from the tightening band 11. As illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the fixing clip 530 may fix the other end (that is, an end portion) of the length variable portion 520 to the tightening band 11.

For example, the fixing clip 530 may include a first fixing member 531, a second fixing member 532, a third fixing member 533, and a locking portion 534, as shown in FIG. 12. The first fixing member 531 may cover a part of the tightening band 11 and one end of the second fixing member 532 may be rotatably provided at one end of the first fixing member 531 through a first rotational shaft R1 and connected to the other end of the length variable portion 520 to cover the tightening band 11. In particular, each of the first and second fixing members 531 and 532 has a 90° bent shape and may have a rectangular shape when the first and second fixing members are coupled to each other.

One end of the third fixing member 533 is rotatably connected to the other end of the first fixing member 531 through a second rotational shaft R2 so as to cover a part of the second fixing member 532, and the locking portion 534 may lock the other end of the third fixing member 533 and the second fixing member 532. Therefore, since the locking structure of the fixing clip 530 is doubly made by the third fixing member 533 and the locking portion 534, the length adjusting portion 520 may be firmly fixed to the tightening band 11 by the fixing clip 530.

For example, as illustrated in FIG. 12, the locking portion 534 includes a locking groove 534a provided in the second fixing member 532 and a locking protrusion 534b provided at the other end of the third fixing member 533 to be fitted and locked in the locking groove 534a. Of course, although not illustrated, the locking protrusion may be provided on the second fixing member when the locking groove is provided at the other end of the third fixing member.

In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 10, the tightening band cover 500 for the hat according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention may further include a pad portion 540 which is detachably provided on one side of the cover portion 510 and comes in contact with the user's skin. Therefore, sweat or the like may be appropriately absorbed through the pad portion 540, thereby improving the wearing comfort. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 10, when a hooking protrusion P1 is formed outside the fixing clip 530, a hook (not illustrated) may be formed at both ends of the pad portion 540 so as to be caught by the hooking protrusion P1.

In addition, like the fourth embodiment described above, the tightening band cover 500 for the hat according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention may further include a display portion (see 330 of FIG. 8) which is detachably provided on the other end of the cover portion 510. Therefore, the personality of the user may be expressed through the display portion (see 300). For example, as described in the fourth embodiment, the display portion 330 may be detachably attached to the other surface of the cover portion 510 through a Velcro member (see 310 in FIG. 8) or a predetermined adhesive or the like.

Hereinafter, a tightening band cover 600 for a hat according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 13.

FIG. 13 is a diagram schematically illustrating a tightening band cover for a hat according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.

A tightening band cover 600 for a hat according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the fifth embodiment of the present invention except for a friction member 610 as illustrated in FIG. 13, and thus hereinafter, the friction member 610 will be mainly described.

The friction member 610 may be provided on the inner surface of the cover portion 510. Therefore, when the cover portion 510 covers the tightening band 11, it is possible to prevent the cover portion 510 from moving along the tightening band 11.

Hereinafter, a tightening band cover 700 for a hat according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 14 to 15.

FIG. 14 is a diagram schematically illustrating a tightening band cover for a hat according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 15 is a view of a portion “A” in FIG. 14 taken in the same manner as FIG. 11.

As illustrated in FIGS. 14 and 15, the tightening band cover 700 for the hat according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the fifth embodiment of the present invention described above except that the pad portion (see 540 in FIG. 10) is removed and a shape of a cover portion 710 is changed. Therefore, the cover portion 710 will be mainly described below.

As illustrated in FIGS. 14 and 15, the cover portion 710 covers the tightening band 11 except for a surface of the tightening band 11 which faces the wearer's skin (for example, forehead) and may be fixed to the tightening band 11 through the length variable portion 520 and the fixing clip 530. Accordingly, when an opened portion of the C-shaped cover portion 710 is moved toward the tightening band 11, the tightening band 11 may be easily inserted into the cover portion 710 through the opened portion. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture the cover portion 710 with a simpler structure than the technique of the cover portion (see FIG. 11) covering the entire circumference of the tightening band 11 including the first and second cover members (511 and 512 of FIG. 11) and a fastening portion (513 of FIG. 11), thereby further lowering product costs of the tightening band cover 700 for the hat of the present invention.

While this invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical example embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

INDUSTRIAL AVAILABILITY

It is possible to cover a tightening band according to a customer's taste by a display portion and the like with respect to the tightening band having a simple appearance and prevent pressed traces from being generated on the skin such as the forehead by a cover body, and thus the present invention has industrial availability.

Claims

1. A tightening band cover for a hat comprising:

a cover body in which an insertion hole is formed to be inserted in a longitudinal direction of a tightening band adjusting a wearing size of the hat;
a pad portion formed on one side of the cover body and coming in contact with a user's skin; and
a display portion formed on the other side of the cover body.

2. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 1, wherein the cover body has an opening portion for inserting the tightening band in a width direction, and

a detachable member is attached to a surface corresponding to the opening portion of the cover body so as to be opened and closed while the tightening band is inserted.

3. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 2, wherein the detachable member is a Velcro member.

4. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 2, wherein the display portion or the pad portion is detachably attached to the cover body.

5. A tightening band cover for a hat which is used for a tightening band adjusting a wearing size of the hat, comprising:

a cover portion covering the tightening band;
a length variable portion having one end at one end of the cover portion in a longitudinal direction of the tightening band and having a variable length; and
a fixing clip for fixing the other end of the length variable portion to the tightening band.

6. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 5, wherein the cover portion includes:

a first cover member covering one surface of the tightening band;
a second cover member which has one portion rotatably provided at one end of the first cover band through a hinge shaft and covers the other surface of the tightening band; and
a fastening which fastens the other end of the first cover member and the other end of the second cover member.

7. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 5, wherein the cover portion covers the tightening band except for a surface of the tightening band which faces the wearer's skin, and is fixed to the tightening band through the length variable portion and the fixing clip.

8. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 5, wherein the length variable portion includes:

a first length variable member which is detachably and rotatably connected to one end of the cover portion by a first hinge pin; and
a second member which is detachably and rotatably connected to the first length variable member by a second hinge pin.

9. The tightening band cover for a hat of claim 5, wherein the fixing clip includes:

a first fixing member covering the tightening band;
a second fixing member which has one end provided rotatably at one end of the first fixing member through a first rotation shaft and connected to the other end of the length variable portion through a connection pin and covers the tightening band;
a third fixing member which has one end provided rotatably at the other end of the first fixing member through a second rotation shaft and covers a part of the second fixing member; and
a locking unit for locking the other end of the third fixing member and the second fixing member.
