OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION

The present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art. In doing so, the present invention provides a symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail (having: a) Symmetric-convex-concave-edge base system, b) Symmetric-convex-concave-edge extension system, c) Symmetric-digital-icon-and-keyboard-operating-tip system, and d) symmetric-mini-keyboard-operating-tip system) having many unique and significant features, functions, and advantages, which overcome all the disadvantages of the prior art, as follows:

  • 1) It is an object of the new invention to provide a symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail, having First artificial-nail concave operating edge 107. Therefore, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail:
    • a) Can concavely curve inward to form a concave gap 117 right above and vertically within the growth area 116 of real nail 115a (see FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B, FIG. 2C, FIG. 3A, FIG. 3B, FIG. 3C, and FIG. 3D);
    • b) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to provide deeper better grips on objects (such as, pillow 118 in FIG. 2C);
    • c) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to protect the nerve systems of fingers and toes;
    • d) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to provide comforts;
    • e) Can provide efficient concave gap and efficient grip to hold tools and objects.
      • For example:
      • Artificial-nail concave operating edge 107 provides efficient concave gap 117 and efficient grip to hold pen 119 for extended comfortable uses when the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail is glued to or otherwise attached to index finger 120 to work together with middle finger 121 and other fingers (see FIG. 4A).
  • 2) It is another object of the new invention to provide a symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail, having Second artificial-nail concave operating edge 108. Therefore, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail:
    • a) Can concavely curve inward to form a concave gap 122 right above and vertically within the growth area 116 of real nail 115a (see FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B, and FIG. 2C);
    • b) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to provide deeper better grips on objects (such as, pillow 118 in FIG. 2C);
    • c) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to protect the nerve systems of fingers and toes;
    • d) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to provide comforts.
    • e) Can efficiently apply, spread, and shape lipstick and lip gloss on and over the lips of a person.
      • For example:
      • Artificial-nail concave operating edge 108 efficiently applies, spreads, and shapes lipstick 123 and lip gloss on and over lower lip 124 and upper lip 125 of a person (see FIG. 4B).
  • 3) It is still another object of the new invention to provide a symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail, having Third artificial-nail concave operating edge 109. Therefore, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail:
    • a) Can concavely curve inward to form a concave gap 126 right above and vertically within the growth area 116 of real nail 115a (see FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B, and FIG. 2C);
    • b) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to provide deeper better grips on objects (such as, pillow 118 in FIG. 2C);
    • c) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to protect the nerve systems of fingers and toes;
    • d) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to provide comforts;
    • e) Can provide efficient concave gap and efficient grip to hold tools and objects.
      • For example:
      • Artificial-nail concave operating edge 107 or 109 provides efficient concave gap 117 or 126 and grip to hold pen 119 for extended comfortable uses when the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail is glued to or otherwise attached to index finger 120 to work together with middle finger 121 and other fingers (see FIG. 4A).

Any component of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have any shape and size. Any component of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can be made of any material or any combination of any materials. Any component of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can be made of any flexible, semi-flexible, bendable, semi-bendable, rigid, or semi-rigid material(s). Any portion of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can be at the same elevation as or different elevation from the growth area of a real nail and/or vertically within or outside the growth area of a real nail. The symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least one artificial-nail convex edge and/or at least one artificial-nail concave edge and/or at least one artificial-nail straight edge and/or at least one digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip. The symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least two artificial-nail convex edges and/or at least two artificial-nail concave edges and/or at least two artificial-nail straight edges and/or at least two digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tips. For example, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least one artificial-nail convex edge, each of which is equivalent to first artificial-nail convex edge 103 or second artificial-nail convex edge 104. For example, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least one artificial-nail concave edge, each of which is equivalent to artificial-nail concave edge 107, 108, or 109. For example, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least one artificial-nail straight edge. For example, a symmetric convex-base convex-edge system, equivalent to symmetric convex-base convex-edge system 101, can have at least one artificial-nail convex edge and/or at least one artificial-nail concave edge and/or at least one artificial-nail straight edge and/or digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip. For example, a symmetric concave-extension concave-edge system, equivalent to symmetric concave-extension concave-edge system 105, can have at least one artificial-nail convex edge and/or at least one artificial-nail concave edge and/or at least one artificial-nail straight edge and/or digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip. The symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least one digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip. Any digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can be positioned between two edges, each of which can be selected from the group consisting of: first artificial-nail convex edge, second artificial-nail convex edge, first artificial-nail concave edge, second artificial-nail concave edge, first artificial-nail straight edge, second artificial-nail straight edge, and any two of the above edges. Any digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can be pointed or rounded. For example, any digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip between two artificial-nail convex edges, between two artificial-nail concave edges, between two artificial-nail straight edge, or between two different artificial-nail edges mentioned above can be pointed or rounded. For example, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail can have at least one digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip, each of which is equivalent to digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111, 112, 113, or 114. For example, FIG. 12A, FIG. 12B, FIG. 12C, and FIG. 12D illustrate side views of equivalent variations of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail. Each of the equivalent variations can have at least one pointed or rounded digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip, each of which is equivalent to digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111, 112, 113, or 114. For example, FIG. 13A, FIG. 13B, FIG. 13C, FIG. 14A, FIG. 14B, and FIG. 14C illustrate top views of equivalent variations of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail. Each of the equivalent variations can have multiple pointed or rounded digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tips, each of which is equivalent to digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111, 112, 113, or 114. The four digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tips of the equivalent variation in FIG. 13B can touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate four digital keys (at the same time) on digital keyboard on smart phones and mobile devices; can also touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate four keys (at the same time) on mini keyboards; and can also function as comb teeth to comb real and false eyelashes that clump together when wet or when mascara is applied. The base system of each of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nails described, illustrated, and mentioned in the present invention can have at least one convex edge and at least one concave edge with the same thickness as or different thickness from that of the rest of the nail. For example, FIG. 15A and FIG. 15B illustrate top and side views of an equivalent variation of symmetric convex-base convex-edge system 101 of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail. The equivalent variation has artificial-nail convex edge 135a, artificial-nail convex edge 135b, and artificial-nail concave edge 136. Artificial-nail concave edge 136 has a thickness 137 which is thinner than a thickness 138 of the rest of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail. For example, FIG. 16A and FIG. 16B illustrate top and side views of an equivalent variation of symmetric convex-base convex-edge system 101 of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail. The equivalent variation has artificial-nail convex edge 139a, artificial-nail convex edge 139b, and artificial-nail concave edge 140. Artificial-nail concave edge 140 has a thickness 141 which is thinner than a thickness 142 of the rest of the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail.

Major Advantages Of The Invention

    • a) Can concavely curve inward to form a concave gap 117 right above and vertically within the growth area 116 of real nail 115a (see FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B, FIG. 2C, FIG. 3A, FIG. 3B, FIG. 3C, and FIG. 3D);
    • b) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to provide deeper better grips on objects (such as, pillow 118 in FIG. 2C);
    • c) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to protect the nerve systems of fingers and toes;
    • d) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to provide comforts;
    • a) Can concavely curve inward to form a concave gap 122 right above and vertically within the growth area 116 of real nail 115a (see FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B, and FIG. 2C);
    • b) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to provide deeper better grips on objects (such as, pillow 118 in FIG. 2C);
    • c) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to protect the nerve systems of fingers and toes;
    • a) Can concavely curve inward to form a concave gap 126 right above and vertically within the growth area 116 of real nail 115a (see FIG. 2A, FIG. 2B, and FIG. 2C);
    • b) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to provide deeper better grips on objects (such as, pillow 118 in FIG. 2C);
    • c) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to protect the nerve systems of fingers and toes;
    • d) Can efficiently be concave, narrow, and flexible to absorb vibrations and impacts to provide comforts;
  • 4) It is a further object of the new invention to provide a symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail, having First digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111 (functioning alone or together with operating tips 112, 113, and 114).

Therefore, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail:

    • a) Can vertically or angledly touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate multiple digital keys (at the same time) on digital keyboard on smart phones and mobile devices.
      • For example:
      • Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112 and third digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 113 vertically operate multiple digital icons 127 (at the same time) on smart phone or mobile device 128 (see FIG. 5A);
    • b) Can horizontally or angledly touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate multiple digital icons (at the same time) on smart phones and mobile devices.
      • For example:
      • First digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111 and Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112 horizontally operate multiple digital icons 129 (at the same time) on smart phone or mobile device 128, and (see FIG. 5B);
    • c) Can vertically or angledly touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate multiple keys (at the same time) on mini keyboards.
      • For example:
      • Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112 and third digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 113 vertically operate multiple keys 130 (at the same time) on mini keyboard 131 (see FIG. 6A);
    • d) Can horizontally or angledly touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate multiple keys (at the same time) on mini keyboards.
      • For example:
      • First digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111 and Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112 horizontally operate multiple keys 132 (at the same time) on mini keyboard 131 (see FIG. 6B).
      • For example:
      • First digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111, Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112, Third digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 113, and Fourth digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 114 horizontally operate multiple digital icons and keys (at the same time) on smart phones or mobile devices and mini keyboards (on opposite sites) (see FIG. 6C);
    • e) Can efficiently function as comb teeth to comb real and false eyelashes of a person that clump together when wet or when mascara is applied.
      • For example:
      • First digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 111, Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112, Third digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 113, and Fourth digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 114 efficiently function as comb teeth to comb real and false eyelashes 133 and 134 of a person that clump together when wet or when mascara is applied (see FIG. 6D and FIG. 6E).
  • 5) It is an even further object of the new invention to provide a symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail, having Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112 (functioning alone or together with operating tips 111, 113, and 114). Therefore, the symmetric-multi-function-concave-operating-edge symmetric-multi-function-operating-tip artificial nail:
    • a) Can vertically or angledly touch, push, strike, activat, and/or operate multiple digital keys (at the same time) on digital keyboard on smart phones and mobile devices.

    • c) Can vertically or angledly touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate multiple keys (at the same time) on mini keyboards.
      • For example:
      • Second digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 112 and third digital-and-mini-icon-and-keyboard-operating tip 113 vertically operate multiple keys 130 (at the same time) on mini keyboard 131 (see FIG. 6A);
    • d) Can horizontally or angledly touch, push, strike, activate, and/or operate multiple keys (at the same time) on mini keyboards.

6D and FIG. 6E).
