BACKGROUND ARTJapan Laid-open Patent Application Publication No. 2005-153691 discloses a transmission used for a hybrid vehicle in which an engine and an electric motor are used as drive sources. The transmission described in Japan Laid-open Patent Application Publication No. 2005-153691 transmits rotation of the engine to a drive wheel after the rotation is changed in speed therethrough. Additionally, rotation of the electric motor is transmitted at a predetermined speed to the drive wheel without through the transmission.
BRIEF SUMMARYIn the transmission described above, the rotation transmitted thereto from the engine is changed in speed by a plurality of pairs of gears, whereas the rotation of the electric motor is not changed in speed because the electric motor is connected to a final gear.
