A cigarette holder system, includes a cigarette; a cigarette holder, including a holder body, front and rear rims, an inner blocking member, first and second front legs; such that the cigarette holder can be used to hold the cylindrical smokable tobacco product during smoking; such that the cigarette holder with the cigarette mounted can be positioned on a table, such that the cigarette holder rests on the first and second front legs and the rear rim, such that the cigarette holder rests in a rear to front upward tilting position, such that the cigarette is directed away from a surface of the table.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to the field of cigarette holders, and more particularly to methods and systems for cigarette holders than are adapted to be positioned on a table with a cigarette mounted.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Cigarette holders are commonly used for both practical and aesthetic purposes as a smoking accessory for holding cigarettes and other cylindrical tobacco products.

However, cigarette holders are generally impractical when a user wishes to position them on a table or other surface.

As such, considering the foregoing, it may be appreciated that there continues to be a need for novel and improved devices and methods for cigarette holders adapted to be positionable on a table.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The foregoing needs are met, to a great extent, by the present invention, wherein in aspects of this invention, enhancements are provided to the existing model of cigarette holders.

In an aspect, a cigarette holder system can include:

    • a) a cigarette; and
    • b) a cigarette holder, the cigarette holder including:
      • a holder body with an inner funnel, such that the inner funnel is configured to receive the cigarette, via insertion of the cigarette through a front aperture;
      • a front rim on a front of the holder body;
      • a rear rim on a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is insertable into a mouth of a user;
      • at least one inner blocking member, which is mounted inside the inner funnel, such that the at least one inner blocking member blocks/prevents the cigarette from entering further into the inner funnel beyond the at least one inner blocking member;
      • first and second front legs connected to the front rim;
    • such that the cigarette holder can be used to hold the cigarette during smoking;
    • such that the cigarette holder with the cigarette mounted can be positioned on a table, such that the cigarette holder rests on the first and second front legs and the rear rim, such that the cigarette holder rests in a rear to front upward tilting position, such that the cigarette is directed away from a surface of the table.

There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, certain embodiments of the invention in order that the detailed description thereof herein may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are, of course, additional embodiments of the invention that will be described below and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

In this respect, before explaining at least one embodiment of the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The invention is capable of embodiments in addition to those described and of being practiced and carried out in various ways. In addition, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein, as well as the abstract, are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.

As such, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the conception upon which this disclosure is based may readily be utilized as a basis for the designing of other structures, methods and systems for carrying out the several purposes of the present invention. It is important, therefore, that the claims be regarded as including such equivalent constructions insofar as they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Before describing the invention in detail, it should be observed that the present invention resides primarily in a novel and non-obvious combination of elements and process steps. So as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will readily be apparent to those skilled in the art, certain conventional elements and steps have been presented with lesser detail, while the drawings and specification describe in greater detail other elements and steps pertinent to understanding the invention.

The following embodiments are not intended to define limits as to the structure or method of the invention, but only to provide exemplary constructions. The embodiments are permissive rather than mandatory and illustrative rather than exhaustive.

In the following, we describe the structure of an embodiment of a cigarette holder system 100 with reference to FIG. 1, in such manner that like reference numerals refer to like components throughout; a convention that we shall employ for the remainder of this specification.

In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a cigarette holder system 100 can include:

    • a) a cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102, such as a cigar 102, cigarillo 102, or cigarette 102; and
    • b) a cigarette holder 110, which can also be referred to as a smokable tobacco product holder 110, the cigarette holder 110 including:
      • i. a holder body 210 with an inner funnel 212, which is a void that penetrates the holder body 210 from a front aperture 214 to a rear aperture 216, such that the inner funnel 212 is configured to receive the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102, via insertion of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 through the front aperture 214;
      • ii. a front rim 220 on a front of the holder body 210;
      • iii. a rear rim 230 on a rear of the holder body 210, which rear rim 230 is configured to be inserted into a mouth 512 of a user 510, as shown in FIG. 5;
      • iv. at least one inner blocking member 242 244, which is mounted inside the inner funnel 212, such that the at least one inner blocking member is configured to block/prevent the cigarette 102 from entering further into the inner funnel 212 beyond the at least one inner blocking member 242 244;
      • v. first and second front legs 222 224 connected to the front rim 220;
    • such that the cigarette holder can be used to hold the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 during smoking;
    • such that the cigarette holder 110 with the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 mounted can be positioned on a table 180, such that the cigarette holder 110 rests on the first and second front legs 222 224 and the rear rim 230, such that the cigarette holder 110 rests in a rear to front upward tilting position, such that the cigarette 102 is directed away from a surface 182 of the table 180, or more particularly such that a front/tip 103 of the cigarette 102 is directed away from a surface 182 of the table 180. Alternatively, the holder body 210 can be described as including a penetrating aperture 212 that penetrates the holder body 210 from a front aperture 214 to a rear aperture 216 of the holder body 210, such that the penetrating aperture 212 is configured with a funnel-shaped inner surface 218.

In a related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can include:

    • first and second front legs 222 224 connected to a front of the holder body 210;
    • such that the cigarette holder 110 rests on the first and second front legs 222 224 and on a rear of the cigarette holder 110.

In a related embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner surface 218 of the inner funnel 212 can be sand blasted/rough 411 to improve a hold of the cigarette 102, such that the inner surface 218 of the inner funnel 212 is configured with a rough surface 411 to improve a hold of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102.

In a related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can be manufactured from a heat resistant material, such as heat resistant glass, including borosilicate glass.

In an embodiment, a cigarette holder 110 can include:

    • a holder body 210 with an inner funnel 212 (between front and rear apertures 214 216 of the holder body), which is a void 212 that penetrates the holder body 210 from a front aperture 214 of the holder body 210 to a rear aperture 216 of the holder body 210, such that the inner funnel 212 can be configured to receive a cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102, via insertion of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 through the front aperture 214;
    • such that the cigarette holder 110 can be used to hold the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 during smoking;
    • such that the cigarette holder 110 with the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 mounted can be configured to be positioned on a table 180, such that the cigarette holder rests in a rear to front upward tilting position, such that the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 is directed away from a surface 182 of the table 180.

In a related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can further include:

    • at least one inner blocking member 242 244, which can be mounted inside the inner funnel 212, such that the at least one inner blocking member 242 244 can be configured to block the cylindrical smokable tobacco product 102 from entering further into the inner funnel 212 beyond the at least one inner blocking member 242 244.

In another related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can further include:

    • a front rim 220 connected to a front of the holder body 210.

In yet a related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can further include:

    • a rear rim 230 connected to a rear of the holder body 210, such that the rear rim 230 can be configured to be inserted/insertable into a mouth 512 of a user 510.

In yet another related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can further include:

    • first and second front legs 222 224 connected to a front of the holder body 110;
    • such that the cigarette holder 110 can be configured to rest on the first and second front legs 222 224 and on a rear of the cigarette holder 110.

In another related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can further include:

    • a rear rim 230 connected to a rear of the holder body 210, such that the rear rim 230 can be configured to be inserted/insertable into a mouth 512 of a user 510; and
    • first and second front legs 222 224 connected to a front of the holder body 110;
    • such that the cigarette holder 110 can be configured to rest on the first and second front legs 222 224 and the rear rim 230.

In another related embodiment, the cigarette holder 110 can further include:

    • a front rim 220 connected to a front of the holder body 210;
    • a rear rim 230 connected to a rear of the holder body 210, such that the rear rim 230 can be configured to be inserted/insertable into a mouth 512 of a user 510; and
    • first and second front legs 222 224 connected to the front rim 220;
    • such that the cigarette holder is configured to rest on the first and second front legs 222 224 and the rear rim 230.

In another related embodiment, an inner surface 218 of the inner funnel 212 can be configured with a rough surface 411 to improve a hold of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product, such that the inner surface 218 for example can be sandblasted.

In another related embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the inner funnel can be configured to be narrowing from the front aperture 214 to the rear aperture 216, such that the front aperture 214 is larger than the rear aperture 216.

Here has thus been described a multitude of embodiments of the cigarette holder 110 device, and systems 100 and methods related thereto, which can be employed in numerous modes of usage.

The many features and advantages of the invention are apparent from the detailed specification, and thus, it is intended by the appended claims to cover all such features and advantages of the invention, which fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention.

Many such alternative configurations are readily apparent and should be considered fully included in this specification and the claims appended hereto. Accordingly, since numerous modifications and variations will readily occur to those skilled in the art, the invention is not limited to the exact construction and operation illustrated and described, and thus, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A cigarette holder system, comprising:

a) a cylindrical smokable tobacco product; and
b) a cigarette holder, comprising: a holder body comprising an inner funnel, which is a void that penetrates the holder body from a front aperture of the holder body to a rear aperture of the holder body, such that the inner funnel is configured to receive the cylindrical smokable tobacco product, via insertion of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product through the front aperture;
such that the cigarette holder is used to hold the cylindrical smokable tobacco product during smoking;
such that the cigarette holder with the cylindrical smokable tobacco product mounted is configured to be positioned on a table, such that the cigarette holder rests in a rear to front upward tilting position, such that the cylindrical smokable tobacco product is directed away from a surface of the table.

2. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

at least one inner blocking member, which is mounted inside the inner funnel, such that the at least one inner blocking member is configured to block the cylindrical smokable tobacco product from entering further into the inner funnel beyond the at least one inner blocking member.

3. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a front rim connected to a front of the holder body.

4. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a rear rim connected to a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is configured to be inserted into a mouth of a user.

5. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

first and second front legs connected to a front of the holder body;
such that the cigarette holder rests on the first and second front legs and on a rear of the cigarette holder.

6. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a rear rim connected to a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is configured to be inserted into a mouth of a user; and
first and second front legs connected to a front of the holder body;
such that the cigarette holder is configured to rest on the first and second front legs and the rear rim.

7. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a front rim connected to a front of the holder body;
a rear rim connected to a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is configured to be inserted into a mouth of a user; and
first and second front legs connected to the front rim;
such that the cigarette holder is configured to rest on the first and second front legs and the rear rim.

8. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein an inner surface of the inner funnel is configured with a rough surface to improve a hold of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product.

9. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein an inner surface of the inner funnel is configured with a sand blasted surface to improve a hold of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product.

10. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the cylindrical smokable tobacco product is a cigarette.

11. The cigarette holder system of claim 1, wherein the inner funnel is configured to be narrowing from the front aperture to the rear aperture.

12. A cigarette holder, comprising:

a holder body comprising an inner funnel, which is a void that penetrates the holder body from a front aperture of the holder body to a rear aperture of the holder body, such that the inner funnel is configured to receive a cylindrical smokable tobacco product, via insertion of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product through the front aperture;
such that the cigarette holder is used to hold the cylindrical smokable tobacco product during smoking;
such that the cigarette holder with the cylindrical smokable tobacco product mounted is configured to be positioned on a table, such that the cigarette holder rests in a rear to front upward tilting position, such that the cylindrical smokable tobacco product is directed away from a surface of the table.

13. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

at least one inner blocking member, which is mounted inside the inner funnel, such that the at least one inner blocking member is configured to block the cylindrical smokable tobacco product from entering further into the inner funnel beyond the at least one inner blocking member.

14. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a front rim connected to a front of the holder body.

15. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a rear rim connected to a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is configured to be inserted into a mouth of a user.

16. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

first and second front legs connected to a front of the holder body;
such that the cigarette holder is configured to rest on the first and second front legs and on a rear of the cigarette holder.

17. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a rear rim connected to a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is configured to be inserted into a mouth of a user; and
first and second front legs connected to a front of the holder body;
such that the cigarette holder is configured to rest on the first and second front legs and the rear rim.

18. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein the cigarette holder further comprises:

a front rim connected to a front of the holder body;
a rear rim connected to a rear of the holder body, such that the rear rim is configured to be inserted into a mouth of a user; and
first and second front legs connected to the front rim;
such that the cigarette holder is configured to rest on the first and second front legs and the rear rim.

19. The cigarette holder of claim 12, wherein an inner surface of the inner funnel is configured with a rough surface to improve a hold of the cylindrical smokable tobacco product.

20. The cigarette holder of claim 19, wherein an inner surface of the inner funnel is configured with a sand blasted surface.
