CLEANING SOLUTION DISPENSER DEVICE FOR USE IN A WATER TANK, AND WATER TANK CAPABLE OF DISCHARGING MIXTURE OF WATER AND CLEANING SOLUTION

A cleaning solution dispenser system to automatically dispense a predetermined quantity of cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The system includes the flush water tank with at least one through hole, the water tank comprising a tank body and a lid covered on the tank body. The system includes a first container installed outside having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the firs container at a bottom portion and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via the at least one through hole. A second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the tube. The first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution front the first container into second container.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of a dispenser, more particularly to a cleaning solution dispenser for use in a water tank.

BACKGROUND

Urinals and toilet bowls with flushing devices are known, in the art. However, a residue layer generally forms on the surface of the urinal (or toilet bowl) even when the latter is flushed with water after each use. The residue layer cannot be removed without scrubbing. In order to minimize the formation of the residue layer and to facilitate cleaning of the urinal (or toilet bowl), a cleaning solution is usually mixed with the water that is discharged to the urinal (or toilet bowl) during flushing.

Many devices have been proposed and manufactured for automatic dispensing of cleaning chemicals into flush toilets. Typical examples from recent prior art are U.S. Pat. No. 5,252,957 to Campau, U.S. Pat. No. 5,488,742 to Liao, and U.S. Pat. No. 6,151,722 to Lubrano. While the inventions therein disclosed apparently meet their stated objectives, none of the examples of the prior art have the combined advantages of simplicity and ease of manufacture, easy installation, and dosage control with resulting economy in chemical usage.

Further, a Taiwanese Patents No, 514085, 502763, 351365 and U.S. Pat No. 5,073,992 discloses different detergent dispensers for a toilet. However, these detergent dispensers are all used to be installed inside the water tank of the toilet. In a long-term use, it is inconvenient to replace the detergent dispenser or replenish the detergent. On the other hand, because the detergent dispenser is immersed in the water, gross and slippery attachment may grow outside the detergent dispenser. Moreover, it is impossible to check the residual amount of the detergent dispenser visually.

Also, the solution commonly used for toilet bowl sanitation is the automatic dispenser (usually plastic) that hangs just under the rim, dispensing cleaning solution with each flush, to both clean and deodorize.

However, in the aforementioned way of dispensing the cleaning solution, it is noted that the concentration of the cleaning solution decreases rapidly after repeated flushing of the urinal. Thus, the high concentration of cleaning solution when the urinal is used for the first time results in waste, while the lower concentration of cleaning solution after repeated flushing of the urinal results in a less effective cleaning action. Also, most of the dispensers, if not all, available in the market are installed and/or fitted in such a manner that they are accessible to any person including infants or children's. Since they are accessible the infants or children's can easily come in contact with the cleaning solution which may be hazardous, if not life threatening, if consumed inadvertently.

Therefore what needed is a system and/or a device that is internal to the flush tank and allows cleaning solution to be dispensed automatically with each flush, with full and even howl coverage, without human contact and without wasting any of the cleaner.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure relates to the field of a dispenser, more particularly to a cleaning solution dispenser for use in a water tank.

The present invention relates in general to a flush toilet with an add-on liquid dispenser, and more particularly, to a liquid dispenser being installed inside a flush toilet so that the user does not get in contact with the cleaning solution of the dispenser for replenishment. Also, the user doesn't need to open the lid of the water tank to fill the cleaner.

The present invention utilizes the combination of two containers, wherein the first container is installed outside the water tank and second container is installed inside the water tank.

The first container, which is installed outside the water tank, will provide the cleaning solution to the second container, which is installed inside the water tank. However, the cleaning solution will be deposited only in the second container. The first container will not store any cleaning solution. The first container will be used only to refill the inside second container through a connecting means eternally.

The connecting mean can be a small pipe, or any other connecting means like hose etc. The connecting mean passes through a hole.

The present invention seeks to provide a chemical dispenser for a flush toilet that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, easy to install in existing toilets, and that provides a controlled dosage of chemical each time the toilet is flushed.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a dispenser which can effectively dispense cleaning solution in a water tank.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a water tank which is capable of discharging a mixture of water and an effective amount of cleaning solution to a urinal (or toilet bowl).

According to one aspect of the present invention, a cleaning solution dispenser system for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes the flush water tank with at least one through hole, the water tank comprising a tank body and a lid. covered on the tank body. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via the at least one through hole. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes a second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the tube. The second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism operative to dispense a predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution through an opening of the second container into flushing water each time along with the flush. The first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container, whereas the first container is affixed to the outer wall of the water tank and re-filing is performed externally. There is no need to open the water-tank to refill the first container, which is attached to the inner wall. Also, the cleaning solution which is stored in the first container is not exposed to children or others from outside.

According to the aspect, said dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.

According to the aspect, said dispensing mechanism includes a spring operated apparatus for producing an increase in pressure within said second container in response to the refilling of the flush water tank of the toilet after flushing, and for dispensing the predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution into the flushing water each time along with the flush of said water.

According to the aspect, during flushing said dispensing mechanism dispenses the predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution into the flushing water through the opening of the second container and while refilling of the flushing water said dispensing mechanism locks the opening of the second container to restrict the cleaning solution inside the second container. This way, the cleaner inside the second container will not waste during water replenishment.

According to the aspect, the at least one through hole is in a circular, a rectangular, a square or an oval shape.

According to the aspect, the second container comprises a sensor to detect a level of the cleaning solution inside the second container and to generate at least one notification corresponding to the level.

According to the aspect, the color of the first container will turn red to indicate the level of the cleaning solution in second container. This indicate that the cleaning solution is about to be replenished and need to be refilled.

According to the aspect, the at least one notification is associated with refilling of the cleaning solution inside each the second container.

According to the aspect, the at least one notification is associated with a level of cleaning solution in the second container.

According to the aspect, the sensor is a level sensor.

According to the aspect, the second container is positioned at least at a lower height than the first container such that the tube creates an angle enabling the cleaning solution to flow there through naturally into the second container.

According to the aspect, the second container is positioned at least at a same height as the first container such that the cleaning solution flows there through naturally into the second container.

According to the aspect, the first container installed outside on the flush water tank through a fastener.

According to the aspect, the second container comprises an aperture at least at its top to receive the other end of the tube.

According to the aspect, the opening of the second container is surrounded by an enclosure to avoid excess dispensing of the cleaning solution through the opening.

According to the aspect, said dispensing mechanism includes a spring operated plate operable on the force of gravity.

According to the aspect, the cleaning solution dispenser system enables to refill the first container and the second container with the cleaning solution without opening and/or operating the lid of the flush water tank.

According to the aspect, the first container and/or the second container comprises a microcontroller chip to determine one or more parameters associated with at least one of the first container, the second container and the flush water tank to generate one or more notifications associated with corresponding hygiene.

According to the aspect, the cleaning solution dispenser system is for installation in a sanitary appliance.

According to the aspect, the first container is an empty container and is used to refill the cleaning solation into the second container from one or more external sources.

According to the aspect, the first container comprises the cleaning solution pre-stored and is used to refill the cleaning solution into the second container. However, the first container may or may not store the cleaner.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a cleaning solution dispenser apparatus for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The cleaning solution dispenser apparatus includes a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via at least one through hole of the flush water tank. The cleaning solution dispenser apparatus includes a second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the tube. The second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism operative to dispense a predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution through an opening of the second container into flushing water each time along with the flush. The first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container. The dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.

The implementation of the present invention i.e., the device (also interchangeably referred to hereafter as “cleaning solution dispenser apparatus” or “cleaning solution dispenser system”) maximizes use of the two universal outlets that allow the toilet bowl to be placed in various positions, without needing to be replaced. The device is both easy to use and effective. The device is internal and allows cleaning solution to be dispensed automatically with each flush, with full and even bowl coverage, without human contact and without wasting any of the cleaner. The product is internal. No external intervention is necessary refilling the cleaner is simple for all. Moreover, this product can be purchased as a smart device, to communicate with your smart hone via the internet in order to maintain freshness and hygiene at all times, day and night.

The implementation of the present invention the device (also interchangeably referred to hereafter as “cleaning solution dispenser apparatus” or “cleaning solution dispenser system”) can be used in any type of toilet, whether the cistern is open or concealed in a wall.

As used in the description herein and throughout the claims that follow, the meaning of “a,” “an,” and “the” includes plural reference unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Also, as used in the description herein, the meaning of “in” includes “in” and “on” unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.

In some embodiments, the numerical parameters set forth in the written description and attached claims are approximations that can vary depending upon the desired properties sought to be obtained by a particular embodiment. In some embodiments, the numerical parameters should be construed in light of the number of reported significant digits and by applying ordinary rounding techniques. The present invention relates in general to a flush toilet with an add-on liquid dispenser, and more particularly, to a liquid dispenser being installed inside a flush toilet so that the user does not get in contact with the cleaning solution of the dispenser for replenishment.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning solution dispenser system for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes the flush water tank with at least one through hole, the water tank comprising a tank body and a lid, covered on the tank body. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via the at least one through hole. According to another embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning solution dispenser apparatus for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The cleaning solution dispenser apparatus includes a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via at least one through hole of the flush water tank. The cleaning solution dispenser apparatus includes a second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the tube. The second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism operative to dispense a predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution through an opening of the second container into flushing water each time along with the flush. The first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container. The dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.

In an exemplary implementation, the present invention i.e., a cleaning solution dispenser system and/or a cleaning solution dispenser apparatus can be incorporated with one or more Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

In another exemplary implementation, the device and/or the manufacturing machine can be embedded with/incorporated with one or more Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

As used herein, the JOT devices can be a device that includes sensing and/or control functionality as well as a WiFi™ transceiver radio or interface, a Bluetooth™ transceiver radio or interface, a Zigbee™ transceiver radio or interface, an Ultra-Wideband (UWB) transceiver radio or interface, a Wi-Fi-Direct transceiver radio or interface, a Bluetooth™ Low Energy (BLE) transceiver radio or interface, and/or any other wireless network transceiver radio or interface that allows the IoT device to communicate with a wide area network and with one or more other devices, in some embodiments, an IoT device does not include a cellular network transceiver radio or interface, and thus may not be configured to directly communicate with a cellular network. In some embodiments, an IoT device may include a cellular transceiver radio, and may be configured to communicate with a cellular network using the cellular network transceiver radio.

IoT devices may include home automation network devices that allow a user to access, control, and/or configure various home appliances located within the user's home or outside of the user's home. Network device may include a home automation switch that may be coupled with a home appliance. In some embodiments, network devices may be used in other environments, such as a business, a school, an establishment, a park, or any place that can support a local area network to enable communication with network devices. For example, a network device can allow a user to access, control, and/or configure devices, such as office-related devices, audio and/or video related devices, media-playback devices), computing devices, lighting devices, devices associated with a security system, devices associated with an alarm system, devices that can be operated in an, and/or the like.

A user may communicate with the cleaning solution dispenser system and/or the cleaning solution dispenser apparatus using an access device that may include any human-to-machine interface with network connection capability that allows access to a network. For example, the access device may include a stand-alone interface (e.g., a cellular telephone, a smartphone, a home computer, a laptop computer, a tablet, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a computing device, a wearable device such as a smart watch, a wall panel, a keypad, or the like), an interface that is built into an appliance or other device e.g., a television, a refrigerator, a security system, a game console, a browser, or the like), a speech or gesture interface e.g., a Kinect™ sensor, a Wiimote™, or the like), an IoT device interface (e.g., an Internet enabled device such as a wall switch, a control interface, or other suitable interface), or the like. In some embodiments, the access device may include a cellular or other broadband network transceiver radio or interface, and may be configured to communicate with a cellular or other broadband network using the cellular or broadband network transceiver radio. In some embodiments, the access device may not include a cellular network transceiver radio or interface.

User may interact with the network devices using an application, a web browser, a proprietary program, or any other program executed and operated by the access device. In some embodiments, the access device may communicate directly with the network devices (e.g., communication signal). For example, the access device may communicate directly with network devices using Zigbee™ signals, Bluetooth™ signals, WiFi™ signals, infrared (IR) signals, UWB signals, WiFi-Direct signals, BLE signals, sound frequency signals, or the like. In some embodiments, the access device may communicate with the network devices via the gateways and/or a cloud network.

Local area network may include a wireless network, a wired network, or a combination of a wired and wireless network. A wireless network may include any wireless interface or combination of wireless interfaces (e.g., Zigbee™, Bluetooth™, WiFi™, IR, UWB, WiFi-Direct, BLE, cellular, Long-Term Evolution (LTE), WiMax™, or the like). A wired network may include any wired interface (e.g., fiber, Ethernet, powerline, Ethernet over coaxial cable, digital signal line (DSL), or the like). The wired and/or wireless networks may be implemented using various routers, access points, bridges, gateways, or the like, to connect devices in the local area network. For example, the local area network may include gateway and gateway. Gateway can provide communication capabilities to network devices and/or access device via radio signals in order to provide communication, location, and/or other services to the devices. The gateway is directly connected to the external network and may provide other gateways and devices in the local area net with access to the external network. The gateway may be designated as a primary gateway.

The network access provided by gateway may be of any type of network familiar to those skilled in the art that can support data communications using any of a variety of commercially-available protocols. For example, gateways may provide wireless communication capabilities for the local area network using particular communications protocols, such as WiFi™ (e.g., IEEE 802.11 family standards, or other wireless communication technologies, or any combination thereof). Using the communications protocol(s), the gateways may provide radio frequencies on which wireless enabled devices in the local area network can communicate. gateway may also be referred to as a base station, an access point, Node B, Evolved Node B (eNodeB) access point base station, a Femtocell, home base station, home Node B, home eNodeB, or the like.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning solution dispenser system for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes the flush water tank with at least one through a hole 110, the water tank 102 comprising a tank body and a lid 104 covered on the tank body. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes a first container 106 installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper 108 to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube 114 with one end 116 connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end 118 inserted inside the flush water tank via the at least one through hole 110. The cleaning solution dispenser system includes a second container 120 installed inside and on at least one inner wall 122 of the flush water tank 102 and in receipt of the other end 118 of the tube 114. The second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism 124 operative to dispense a predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution through an opening 126 of the second container into flushing water each time along with the flush. The first container 106 is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container 120.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, said dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, said dispensing mechanism includes a spring operated apparatus for producing an increase in pressure within said second container in response to the refilling of the flush water tank of the toilet after flushing, and for dispensing the predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution into the flushing water each time along with the flush of said water.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, during flushing said dispensing mechanism dispenses the predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution into the flushing water through the opening of the second container and while refilling of the flushing water said dispensing mechanism locks the opening of the second container to restrict the cleaning solution inside the second container.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the at least one through hole is in a circular, a rectangular, a square or an oval shape.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first container and/or the second container comprises a sensor to detect a level of the cleaning solution inside each the first container and or the second container and to generate at least one notification corresponding to the level.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the at least one notification is associated with refilling of the cleaning solution inside each the first container and/or the second container.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the at least one notification is associated with a level of the cleaning solution in of each the first container and/or the second container.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning solution dispenser apparatus for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush is disclosed. The cleaning solution dispenser apparatus includes a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a rube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via at least one through hole of the flush water tank. The cleaning solution dispenser apparatus includes a second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the tube. The second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism operative to dispense a predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution through an opening of the second container into flushing water each time along with the flush. The first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container. The dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.

The implementation of the present invention i.e. “cleaning solution dispenser apparatus” or “cleaning solution dispenser system” can be used in any type of toilet, whether the cistern is open or concealed in a wall.

It an exemplary implementation, since the water pipe must be installed on the right or the left side (depending upon the placement of the bowl and tank), toilet bowl manufacturers has created 2 universal outlets for water. One of these is connected to a pipe, while the other remains unused. This unused side can be attached to our product in a way that is sanitary, does not require professional installation or changing the tank shape, and without sullying the water or disturbing the float ball in any way.

By attaching the product of the present invention to the side of the tank, the product of the present invention takes advantage of the tanks ability to provide stability and easy, effortless access to the product of the present invention.

With each flush, a measured amount of non-chemical cleaner is released into the water stream that will rinse the bowl, for maximum cleaning effect. During this process, water prevents the over-dispensing of cleaner and the cleaner combines with water to ensure the best and most effective rinse, without wastefulness.

The product of the present invention offers the following advantages:

    • The apparatus/product of the present invention is safe and prevents child safety hazards (and pet safety hazards . . . ).
    • The apparatus is made for the everyday consumer, avoiding mechanisms that are complicated, prohibitive and expensive.
    • The dispenser is refilled externally and simply, without opening the toilet tank or coming into contact with the cleaning solution.
    • The cleaning solution is dispensed in measured quantities, guaranteeing both savings and an optimally clean and fresh toilet bowl.
    • Suggested add-on development for maximum convenience: connecting the dispenser to the smart home via the internet, for round-the-clock remote sanitation and freshness.
    • The apparatus can be installed next to the sink or shower to dispense refreshing, scented solution with the push of a button.
    • The apparatus can be installed adjacent to the men's room that contains solution to neutralize bad odors with the push of a button. This solution will help maintain sanitation while refreshing the men's room throughout the day.

The aforementioned water tank is suitable for use with a flushing system of a urinal. However, the cleaning solution dispenser can also be installed in the tank body of a toilet bowl (not shown) to achieve the effects of the present invention.

Claims

1. A cleaning solution dispenser system for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush, said cleaning solution dispenser comprising:

the flush water tank with at least one through hole, the water tank comprising a tank body and a lid covered on the tank body;
a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via the at least one through hole; and
a second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the tube, the second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism operative to dispense a predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution through an opening of the second container into a flushing water each time along with the flush, wherein the first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container.

2. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein said dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.

3. The cleaning solutions dispenser system of claim 1, wherein said dispensing mechanism includes a spring operated apparatus for producing an increase in pressure within said second container in response to the refilling of the flush water tank of the toilet after flushing, and for dispensing the predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution into the flushing water each time along with the flush of said water.

4. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein during flushing said dispensing mechanism dispenses the predetermined quantity of the cleaning solution into the flushing water through the opening of the second container and while refining of the flushing water said dispensing mechanism locks the opening of the second container to restrict the cleaning solution inside the second container.

5. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the at least one through hole is in a circular, a rectangular, a square or an oval shape.

6. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the first container and/or the second container comprises a sensor to detect a level of the cleaning solution inside each the first container and/or the second container and to generate at least one notification corresponding to the level.

7. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 6, wherein the at least one notification is associated with refilling of the cleaning solution inside each the first container and/or the second container.

8. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 6, wherein the at least one notification is associated with a health of each the first container and/or the second container.

9. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 6, wherein the sensor is a level sensor.

10. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the second container is positioned at least at a lower height than the first container such that the tube creates an angle enabling the cleaning solution to flow through naturally into the second container.

11. The cleaning solution dispenser system, of claim 1, wherein the second container is positioned at least at a same height as the first container such that the cleaning solution flows through naturally into the second container.

12. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the first container installed outside on the flush water tank through a fastener.

13. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the second container comprises an aperture at least at its top to receive the other end of the tube.

14. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the opening of the second container is surrounded by an enclosure to avoid excess dispensing of the cleaning solution through the opening.

15. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein said dispensing mechanism includes a spring operated plate operable on the force of gravity.

16. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the cleaning solution dispenser system enables to refill the first container and the second container with the cleaning solution without opening and/or operating the flush water tank.

17. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the first container and/or the second container comprises a microcontroller chip to determine one or more parameters associated with at least one of the first container, the second container and the flush water tank to generate one or more notifications associated with corresponding hygiene.

18. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the rust container is an empty container and is used to refill the cleaning solution into the second container from one or more external sources,

19. The cleaning solution dispenser system of claim 1, wherein the first container comprises the cleaning solution pre-stored and is used to refill the cleaning solution into the second container.

20. A cleaning solution dispenser apparatus for installation in a flush water tank to automatically dispense a cleaning solution along with a flush, said cleaning solution dispenser comprising:

a first container installed outside on the flush water tank having a removable stopper to allow the first container to be filled with the cleaning solution, and a tube with one end connected to the first container at least at a bottom portion of the first container outside the flush water tank and the other end inserted inside the flush water tank via at least one through hole of the flush water tank; and
a second container installed inside and on at least one inner wall of the flush water tank and in receipt of the other end of the rube, the second container comprises the cleaning solution and a dispensing mechanism operative to dispense a predetermined quantity, of the cleaning solution through an opening of the second container into a flushing water each time along with the flush, wherein the first container is adapted to refill the cleaning solution from the first container into second container, and wherein said dispensing mechanism is driven by a pressure of water flowing into and out of the flush water tank each time along with the flush of said water.
