SPACING PAD WITH WATER ABSORPTION FUNCTION FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL
A spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel comprises a first buffer layer, a second buffer layer disposed opposite to the first buffer layer, and a water absorption layer disposed between the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer. The first buffer layer is formed with multiple first water absorption holes thereon for exposing the water absorption layer, and the second buffer layer is formed with multiple second water absorption holes thereon for exposing the water absorption layer. The first buffer layer, the water absorption layer and the second buffer layer of the spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel are arranged in a stacked structure, and the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer are made with water absorption holes thereon, for providing the spacing pad with buffer effect and at the same time able to absorb the water on the liquid crystal panel.

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSUREThe disclosure relates to a field of packaging liquid crystal panel, and more particularly to a spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel.
BACKGROUNDThe expanded buffer material, such as Expandable Polyethylene (EPE or Expanded polypropylene (EPP), is the most used material for the shipping package of liquid crystal panel currently. The packaging scheme is basically applying the sealed package. Namely, each layer of boxes is closely stacked up serially, and the whole stack is wrapped with wrapping films and then covered with the waterproof film of Polyethylene (PE). However, when the products are transported to the destination by a container and are unpacked, the water mist or the water drops are frequently found generated inside the wrapping films and inside the boxes.
Regarding the above issue, the current general solution is to dispose desiccants around the packaging boxes. Though the desiccant has a certain of water absorption effect, it can only absorb the water around the liquid crystal panel, and cannot absorb the water on the surfaces of the liquid crystal panel. Besides, for reducing the impact force among the liquid crystal panel, the buffer materials would be disposed among the liquid crystal panel. The buffer materials are generally the low water absorption of materials, so the water mist on the liquid crystal panel would be kept all the time and cannot be absorbed by the desiccants.
SUMMARY For overcoming the deficiency of current technique, the present invention provides a spacing pad for liquid crystal panel being able to absorb the water on the surfaces of the liquid crystal panel.For achieving the above objective, the technique scheme as follows is applied in the present invention.
A spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel comprises a first buffer layer, a second buffer layer disposed opposite to the first buffer layer, and a water absorption layer disposed between the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer. The first buffer layer is formed with multiple first water absorption holes thereon for exposing the water absorption layer, and the second buffer layer is formed with multiple second water absorption holes thereon for exposing the water absorption layer.
Optionally, an inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole and a bottom of the first water absorption hole is an obtuse angle.
Optionally, an inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole and a bottom of the second water absorption hole is an obtuse angle.
Optionally, a cross-sectional shape of at least one of the first water absorption hole and the second water absorption hole along a direction parallel to the water absorption layer is a circle or a polygon.
Optionally, the multiple first water absorption holes and the multiple second water absorption holes are arranged in multiple columns and multiple rows.
Possibly, the first water absorption holes and the second water absorption holes are both long bar shaped holes, the multiple first water absorption holes are arranged at a fixed interval to each other, and the multiple second water absorption holes are arranged at a fixed interval to each other.
Optionally, the water absorption layer is made of a high water-absorbent resin material.
Optionally, at least one of the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer is made of expanded polypropylene or expandable polyethylene.
Optionally, the multiple first water absorption holes and the multiple second water absorption holes are staggered mutually.
The present invention provides a spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel. The first buffer layer, the water absorption layer and the second buffer layer are arranged in a stacked structure, and the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer are made with water absorption holes thereon, for providing the spacing pad with buffer effect and at the same time being able to absorb the water on the liquid crystal panel.

As a preferred embodiment, the first buffer layer 20 and the second buffer layer 30 are made of expandable polyethylene (EPE). This kind of material with good buffer performance can reduce effectively the impact force among the liquid crystal panel and prevent the liquid crystal panel from breaking. Surely, in other embodiments, the first buffer layer 20 and the second buffer layer 30 can be made of expanded polypropylene (EPP). The water absorption layer 10 is made of the high water-absorbent resin material. The high water-absorbent resin material with good water absorption and high water-retention would not release absorbed water when the water absorption layer is extruded. Besides, the high water-absorbent resin material has good elasticity after absorbing water, so during the transport of the liquid crystal panel the water absorption layer 10 can still provide a certain of buffer effect.
In specific, an inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole 21 is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole 21 and a bottom of the first water absorption hole 21 is an obtuse angle. Namely, the first water absorption hole 21 is a tapered hole, and the diameter of one end of the first water absorption hole 21 far away the water absorption layer 10 is larger than the diameter of the other end of the first water absorption hole 21 close to the water absorption layer 10. Thus, the inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole 21 has a certain of slope to have the water on the surfaces of the liquid crystal panel flow easily into the water absorption layer 10. The larger opening end of the first water absorption hole 21 is attached to the liquid crystal panel for contacting larger area of the liquid crystal panel, thereby beneficial for absorbing more water and further guaranteeing the whole structure stability of the spacing pad.
Further, for guaranteeing both two sides of the spacing pad have good water absorption, an inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole 31 is inclined correspondingly, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole 31 and a bottom of the second water absorption hole 31 is an obtuse angle. Namely, the second water absorption hole 31 is a tapered hole, and the diameter of one end of the second water absorption hole 31 far away the water absorption layer 10 is larger than the diameter of the other end of the second water absorption hole 31 close to the water absorption layer 10. As a preferred embodiment, each one of the multiple first water absorption holes 21 is facing the corresponding one of the multiple second water absorption holes 31. It should be explained, the inclined angles of the inner sidewalls of the first water absorption hole 21 and the second water absorption hole 31 can be set artificially.

Further, the multiple first water absorption holes 21 and the multiple second water absorption holes 31 are separately arranged in multiple columns and multiple rows, for guaranteeing the contact parts, between the first water absorption hole 21 and the liquid crystal panel, or between the second water absorption hole 31 and the liquid crystal panel, are distributed evenly, thereby beneficial for the water absorption layer 10 absorbing completely the water on the liquid crystal panel.

Claims
1. A spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel, comprising:
- a first buffer layer;
- a second buffer layer disposed opposite to the first buffer layer; and
- a water absorption layer disposed between the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer, wherein the first buffer layer is formed with multiple first water absorption holes thereon for exposing the water absorption layer, and the second buffer layer is formed with multiple second water absorption holes thereon for exposing the water absorption layer.
2. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein an inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole and a bottom of the first water absorption hole is an obtuse angle.

The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein an inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole and a bottom of the second water absorption hole is an obtuse angle.
4. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein a cross-sectional shape of at least one of the first water absorption hole and the second water absorption hole along a direction parallel to the water absorption layer is a circle or a polygon.
5. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein the multiple first water absorption holes and the multiple second water absorption holes are arranged in multiple columns and multiple rows.

The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein the first water absorption holes and the second water absorption holes are both long bar shaped holes, the multiple first water absorption holes are arranged at a fixed interval to each other, and the multiple second water absorption holes are arranged at a fixed interval to each other.
7. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein the water absorption layer is made of a high water-absorbent resin material.
8. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer is made of expanded polypropylene or expandable polyethylene.
9. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 1, wherein the multiple first water absorption holes and the multiple second water absorption holes are staggered mutually.
10. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 9, wherein an inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the first water absorption hole and a bottom of the first water absorption hole is an obtuse angle.

The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 9, wherein an inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole is inclined, and an angle between the inner sidewall of the second water absorption hole and a bottom of the second water absorption hole is an obtuse angle.

The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 9, wherein a cross-sectional shape of at least one of the first water absorption hole and the second water absorption hole along a direction parallel to the water absorption layer is a circle or a polygon.
13. The spacing pad with water absorption function for liquid crystal panel according to claim 9, wherein the multiple first water absorption holes and the multiple second water absorption holes are arranged in multiple columns and multiple rows.
