COSMETIC CONTAINER HAVING REPLACEABLE CONTAINER AND BRUSH

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush in which the plurality of replaceable containers has each cover and can be used as separated individual replaceable containers, the cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush wherein a storage part, into which a brush member is inserted, is formed on one side of a brush case, a guide is formed in a lengthwise direction on the other side of the brush case, the brush member includes a replaceable brush detachably coupled to a handle, and a guide part is formed to allow a plurality of replaceable containers filled with color cosmetics of various colors to be attached to and detached from the brush case by slidable coupling to the guide. Accordingly, because the present disclosure is designed to separate each replaceable container from the brush case, the user can interchangeably have replaceable containers of desired colors according to situations, and apply makeup using the replaceable containers coupled to the brush case or the separated individual replaceable containers, making it easier to use and carry with. Furthermore, the replaceable containers filled with color cosmetics of various colors are designed to be slidably attached to and detached from the brush case, making it easier to couple and separate the replaceable containers. Additionally, the brush member that is stored in the brush case is designed such that when the replaceable brush gets worn, the replaceable brush can be replaced from the handle, making it possible to use more conveniently.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a refillable color cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush in which the plurality of replaceable containers has each cover and can be used as separated individual replaceable containers.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, color cosmetics are used for a more beautiful look after skincare is finished, and for practical makeup, aesthetic, color and trendy senses should be taken into account, and there is a large difference in makeup effect according to usage or skillfulness.

The color cosmetics are largely classified into base makeup cosmetics using makeup base, foundation and powder, eye cosmetics using eye shadow, eye liner, eye brow and mascara, lip cosmetics using lipstick, lip gloss and lip cream, and cheek tint cosmetics used for color makeup on cheeks and chin.

Among these types of color cosmetics, a lipstick or an eye shadow includes a pencil type, a cake type and a cream type, and among them, a cake or cream type is a product in which various types of color cosmetic materials are received in one case and thus is more popular, and a makeup brush is received in the case together with the color cosmetic materials.

The conventional color cosmetic case of a lipstick or an eye shadow used for color makeup includes, as shown in FIG. 1, a receiving part 2 including a plurality of receiving spaces each defined to receive color cosmetic materials of various colors, a body 1 in which a makeup brush 3 is mounted and received on one side, and a cover 4 coupled to the body 1 by the medium of hinge and rotatably joined at a predetermined angle, and having a mirror M attached on the inner surface.

The conventional color cosmetic container is designed such that a user opens the cover 4, holds the handle part of the makeup brush 3, absorbs a proper amount of color cosmetic material to use into the brush and applies it to a desired part while seeing the mirror formed on the inner surface of the cover, and when the user finishes color makeup with a desired color, mounts the makeup brush 3 at a corresponding location in the body 1 and receives and stores it.

Additionally, recently, the receiving part 2 is designed as a refillable container to replace a color cosmetic material that has run low, or allow the user to select a desired color and arbitrarily replace with it.

However, because the conventional color cosmetic container has the receiving part 2 inside of the body 1, the case is relatively large, and accordingly, it is inconvenient to use and carry with, and when the makeup brush 3 gets worn, it is necessary to purchase a new makeup brush.

DISCLOSURE

Technical Problem

The present disclosure is designed to solve the above-described problem, and therefore the present disclosure is directed to providing a cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush, in which the plurality of replaceable containers having each cover is separable for enhanced convenience in use and carrying with.

In addition, the present disclosure is further directed to providing a cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush, in which when the replaceable brush gets worn, the replaceable brush can be detached from the handle.

Technical Solution

There is provided a cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush according to the present disclosure, wherein a storage part, into which a brush member is inserted, is formed on one side of a brush case, a guide is formed in a lengthwise direction on the other side of the brush case, the brush member includes a replaceable brush detachably coupled to a handle, and a guide part is formed to allow a plurality of replaceable containers filled with color cosmetics of various colors to be attached to and detached from the brush case by slidable coupling to the guide.

Advantageous Effects

According to the cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush in accordance with the present disclosure, because each replaceable container is designed to be separable from the brush case, the user can interchangeably have replaceable containers of desired colors according to situations, and apply makeup using the replaceable containers coupled to the brush case or the separated individual replaceable containers, making it easier to use and carry with.

Furthermore, the replaceable containers filled with color cosmetics of various colors are designed to be slidably attached to and detached from the brush case, making it easier to couple and separate the replaceable containers.

Additionally, the brush member that is stored in the brush case is designed such that when the replaceable brush gets worn, the replaceable brush can be replaced from the handle, making it possible to use more conveniently.

MODE FOR INVENTION

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A cosmetic container including replaceable containers and brush according to the present disclosure includes, as shown in FIG. 2, a brush case 100, a brush member 200 detachably coupled to the brush case 100, and replaceable containers 300.

As shown in FIG. 3, the brush member 200 is designed to be attached to and detached from the inside of a storage part 11 formed in the brush case 100 to allow the user to conveniently use, and the plurality of replaceable containers 300 for various color cosmetics is designed to be attached to and detached from the brush case 100, so that the replaceable container 300 containing the color cosmetic content that has run low can be separated and replaced.

As shown in FIG. 4, the brush case 100 has a body 10 extending to the left and right directions, and has, on the right side, the storage part 11 extending inwards, in which the brush member 200 is inserted and stored.

The storage part 11 has a stop groove 12 that is open to the front side of the body 10 to prevent the brush member 200 from being inserted too deep and make it easy to take out the brush member 200, and a guide 13 is formed in the lengthwise direction on the rear side of the body 10.

The brush member 200 that is inserted into the storage part 11 has a handle 20 of a matching shape with the shape of an inlet of the storage part 11, and the handle 20 has a coupling part 21 extending therefrom, to which a replaceable brush 30 is coupled.

The handle 20 has, on the front side, a stopper 22 protruding in a matching shape with the stop groove 12 of the brush case 100, and the replaceable brush 30 has an insertion part 31 designed to be inserted into the coupling part 21 of the handle 20 and detached from the coupling part 21.

Accordingly, the replaceable brush 30 is coupled to the handle 20 and is inserted into the storage part 11 and is prevented from being inserted any longer by the stopper 22 fixed to the stop groove 12, and the user can easily separate using the stopper 22 when taking out the brush member 200.

Because the replaceable brush 30 is designed to be separable from the handle 20, it is possible to replace the replaceable brush 30 when the replaceable brush 30 gets worn, and the brush case 100 and the handle 20 can be used permanently.

Meanwhile, the replaceable container 300 has a storage part 40 to store a color cosmetic inside, a guide part 41 of a matching shape with the guide 13 of the brush case 100 is formed on the front side of the storage part 40, and a cover 42 that can be closed and opened and has a mirror coupled on the inner surface is rotatably coupled on the rear side of the storage part 40.

Accordingly, the plurality of replaceable containers 300 each filled with color cosmetics of different colors is slidably coupled to the guide 13 of the brush case 100 in a sequential order using the guide part 41, and thus it is possible to replace the replaceable container 300 containing the content that has run low, thereby conveniently using.

As shown in FIG. 5, the replaceable container 300 has a fixing groove 43 on the right side and a fixing protrusion 44 that is inserted and fixed to a fixing groove 43 of an adjacent replaceable container 300 on the left side, thereby achieving firm fixation without moving up and down after the replaceable container 300 is slidably coupled.

The fixing groove 43 and the fixing protrusion 44 may be formed in a polygonal or circular shape, and for tighter coupling, as shown in FIG. 6, the fixing groove 43 may have a protrusion part 43a on top and bottom, and the fixing protrusion 44 may have, on top and bottom, a groove part 44a to which the protrusion part 43a is inserted and fixed.

Additionally, as shown in FIG. 7, the present disclosure may include the replaceable container 300a in various sizes, making it possible to arbitrarily change the number of replaceable containers coupled to the brush case 100, and form the brush case 100 in various lengths.

Accordingly, because the present disclosure is designed to separate each replaceable container 300, 300a from the brush case 100, the user can interchangeably have the replaceable containers 300, 300a of desired colors according to situations, and apply makeup using the replaceable containers 300, 300a coupled to the brush case 100 or the separated individual replaceable containers 300, 300a, making it easier to use and carry with.

Furthermore, the replaceable containers 300 filled with color cosmetics of various colors are designed to be slidably attached to and detached from the brush case 100, making it easier to couple and separate the replaceable containers 300, 300a.

Additionally, the brush member 200 that is stored in the brush case 100 is designed such that when the replaceable brush 30 gets worn, the replaceable brush 30 can be replaced from the handle 20, making it possible to use more conveniently.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container having replaceable containers and brush, wherein a storage part (11), into which a brush member (200) is inserted, is formed on one side of a brush case (100), and a guide (13) is formed in a lengthwise direction on the other side of the brush case (100),

the brush member (200) includes a replaceable brush (30) detachably coupled to a handle (20), and

a guide part (41) is formed to allow a plurality of replaceable containers (300) (300a) filled with color cosmetics of various colors to be attached to and detached from the brush case (100) by slidable coupling to the guide (13).

The cosmetic container having replaceable containers and brush according to claim 1, wherein a stopper (22) protrudes from the handle (20) and is inserted and fixed to the storage part (11) to prevent insertion any longer, and a stop groove (12) is formed to make it easy to take out the brush member (200).

The cosmetic container having replaceable containers and brush according to claim 1, wherein the replaceable container (300) (300a) has a fixing groove (43) on one side, and a fixing protrusion (44) on the other side, to which a fixing groove (43) of an adjacent different replaceable container (300) (300a) is inserted and fixed.

4. The cosmetic container having replaceable containers and brush according to claim 3, wherein the fixing groove (43) has a protrusion part (43a) on top and bottom, and the fixing protrusion (44) has a groove part (44a) on top and bottom, to which the protrusion part (43a) is inserted and fixed.

5. The cosmetic container having replaceable containers and brush according to claim 1, wherein a cover (42) having a mirror coupled on an inner surface is rotatably coupled to each replaceable container (300) (300a).
