The product packaging of the cell output from the liquid crystal panel box industry is generally in a stand type, a seam of a box cover is easily lead to be opened of the box in the stand type after receiving the pressure in the vertical direction, resulting in cannot be placed in multiple layers, and can only choose to be placed in single layer, placed in the single layer type takes a lot of space, for this reason, by stacking the folding shelf of the present invention, one layer of a box with built-in liquid crystal panel can be placed in each layer of frame assembly, so that not only to achieve placing in multiple layers, but also improve the utilization rate of space, but also very convenient and quick for bulk transport; further, a support column and connecting beams can be folded in the folding shelf of the present invention, when not in use, by folding the support column and the connecting beams, the volume of the folding shelf is reduced, the occupation space is small, and is convenient for the storage.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention provides a folding shelf 100 for placing a box with a built-in liquid crystal panel in multiple layers. The folding shelf 100 includes a first frame assembly 10, the first frame assembly 10 includes a rectangular first frame assembly body 11 and four first support columns 12 erected at the lower end of the first frame assembly body 11. The first frame assembly body 11 includes two first fixing beams 111 and two first connecting beams 112 disposed between the two first fixed beams 111. The first support column 12 includes a first cylinder 121 and a second cylinder 122. The first cylinder 121 is erected at an upper end of the second cylinder 122, the upper end of the first cylinder 121 is folding connected to the lower end of the first fixed beam 111, the lower end of the first cylinder 121 is folding connected to the upper end of the second cylinder 122.

Alternatively, the lower end of the first cylinder 121 is folding connected to the upper end of the second cylinder 122 by a hinge, the upper end of the first cylinder 121 is folding connected to the lower end of the first fixed beam 111 by the hinge, at the same time, the two first fixing beams 111 are parallel to each other, the two first connecting beams 112 are parallel to each other. Therefore, the formed first frame assembly 10 is a regular cube, the structure is more stable when it abuts on the wall of the room or the inner wall of the container.

In an embodiment of the folding shelf 100 of the present invention, in the initial state, the first cylinder 121 and the second cylinder 122 are folded, in use state, the first cylinder 121 and the second cylinder 122 are opened, so as to support the first frame assembly body 11, and then the box with the built-in liquid crystal panel is placed inside the first frame assembly body 10; following, a layer of the box with the built-in liquid crystal panel can be further placed on the upper end of the first frame assembly body 10. In order to be able to place more boxes with built-in liquid crystal panels, more first frame assemblies 10 may be placed next to the first frame assembly 10, or alternatively, the first frame assembly 10 may be stacked at the top of the first frame assembly 10, it is not only convenient but also quick.

Further, in order to make the structure of the stacked first frame assemblies 10 more stable, the upper end surface of the first fixed beam 111 is provided with a groove, when the first frame assembly 10 is stacked in the vertical direction, the lower end of the first support column 12 of the first frame body assembly 10 of the previous layer is received in the groove, so that the entire frame structure is more stable.

Preferably, the first cylinder 121 is folding connected relative to a middle of the first fixed beam 111, and is parallel to the first fixed beam 111 after folding; the second cylinder 122 is folding connected to the top end of the first fixed beam 11 relative to the first cylinder 121, and is parallel to the first fixed beam 11 after folding, specifically, the hinge is disposed on the inner side of the connection between the first fixed beam 111 and the first support column 12, so that the folded first cylinder 121 and the second cylinder 122 are sequentially stacked on the lower end of the first fixed beam 111.

Preferably, the first connecting beam 112 includes a first beam body 1121 and a second beam body 1122 folding connected. One end of the first beam body 1121 away from the second beam body 1122 is folding connected to the first fixed beam 111, one end of the second beam body 1122 away from the first beam body 1121 is folding connected to the other first fixed beam 111, specifically, the inner sides of the first beam body 1121 and the first fixed beam 111 are provided with the hinge, similarly, the inner sides of the second beam body 1122 and the other first fixed beam 111 are provided with the hinge, so as to achieve the folding connection; further, the length of the first fixing beam 111 is longer than the length of the first connecting beam 112, so as to achieve full folding after the first connecting beam 112 is folded, and so that the volume of the first frame assembly body 10 is smaller after folding.

Preferably, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the folding shelf 100 further includes at least one second frame assembly 20, the second frame assembly 20 includes a second fixed beam 21 parallel to the first fixed beam 111, two second connecting beams 22 and two second support columns 23 erected at the lower end of the second fixed beam 21. The two second connecting beams 22 are disposed between the second fixed beam 21 and the first fixed beam 111 adjacent to the second fixed beam 21. Therefore, the length and the height of the folding shelf 100 out of the factory can be determined according to the size of the storage space or the transportation space. That is, the more the second frame assembly 20 is contained, the longer the folding shelf 100 is, the larger the number of cases with the built-in liquid crystal panel accommodated; at the same time, the more the number of layers is stacked, the more the number of cases with the built-in liquid crystal panel is placed.

Further, the second support column 23 includes a first cylinder 121 and a second cylinder 122 folding connected. The first cylinder 121 is erected on the upper end of the second cylinder 122. The upper end of the first cylinder 121 is folding connected to the lower end of the second fixed beam 21. Preferably, the first cylinder 121 and the second cylinder 122 are connected by the hinge.

Further, the second connecting beam 22 includes a first beam body 1121 and a second beam body 1122 folding connected. One end of the first beam body 1121 away from the second beam body 1122 is folding connected to the first fixed beam 111 closed to the second fixed beam 21, one end of the second beam body 1122 away from the first beam body 1121 is folding connected to the second fixed beam 21.

Preferably, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the folding shelf 100 further includes a support plate 30. The support plate 30 is disposed at an upper end of the first frame assembly 10 and/or the second frame assembly 20. During the use, the support plate 30 is first placed on the inner lower end of the first frame assembly 10 and/or the second frame assembly 20, and then the box with the built-in liquid crystal panel 40 is placed on the support plate 30. Therefore, no matter how large the frame structure of the first frame assembly 10 or the second frame assembly 20 is, by the support plate 30, the box with the built-in liquid crystal panel placed on the support plate 30 does not fall. Further, the support plate 30 includes a support plate body 31 and at least two support blocks 32. The support block 32 extends from a side of the support plate body 31 in a direction away from the support plate body 31. The support block 32 is provided with a forklift hole. Thus, it can be easily moved through a forklift.

The foregoing contents are detailed description of the disclosure in conjunction with specific preferred embodiments and concrete embodiments of the disclosure are not limited to these descriptions. For the person skilled in the art of the disclosure, without departing from the concept of the disclosure, simple deductions or substitutions can be made and should be included in the protection scope of the application.
