Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a liquid solution for toilet tissue paper in order to moisten a piece of toilet paper.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Paper webs sometimes called tissue or paper tissue webs or sheets, find extensive use in modern society. These include items such as paper towels, facial tissues and toilet tissues. These paper products can have various desirable properties including wet and dry tensile strength, absorbency for aqueous fluids (e.g., wettability), low lint properties, desirable bulk and softness.

Absorbency is the measure of the ability of a product and its constituent webs, to absorb quantities of liquid. Current toilet tissue papers are less absorbent. Furthermore, in order to remove excess waste and dirt from passing through the tissue during use, consumers perform various compensating actions. For example, many consumers select several tissues at once. Such practices lead to more usage of tissues unnecessarily. Moreover, flushing too many tissues may cause plumbing problems such as clogged pipes.

People commonly use toilet paper to clean themselves when using the restroom. However, overuse of toilet paper can cause discomfort if the toilet paper is dry and scratchy. For those individuals suffering from anal disorders such as hemorrhoids, fissures, or the like, the importance of adequate perianal cleansing takes on heightened significance. Conventional toilet tissue products used for anal cleaning are essentially dry and are intensely painful for people suffering from anal disorders and can excoriate even normal perianal skin, potentially causing irritation, inflammation, pain, bleeding, itching, and infection.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Devices have been disclosed in the prior art that relate to toilet paper wetting devices. These devices generally relate to toilet paper wetting devices that dispense water. The following is a list of devices deemed most relevant to the present disclosure, which are herein described.

U.S. Pat. No. 3,776,773 patent discloses a tissue paper moistening device. The device includes a vertical member mounted below a roll of toilet paper having a retractable arm thereon. The arm includes a liquid source on an end thereof that is adapted to moisten the tissue paper. The liquid source comprises a nozzle spaced from the area in which the paper is positioned so that the nozzle can be used to dispense liquid in order to wet the tissue paper. Thus, the device fails to disclose a toilet paper wetting device having a reservoir in which antibacterial or scented solutions can be stored.

Another patent U.S. Pat. No. 5,044,556 discloses a toilet paper wetting device. The device includes a tank having a heater for heating the water therein and a nozzle for dispensing the warm water to wet a piece of toilet paper. A valve is provided for opening and closing the nozzle as desired by the user. Thus, the device discloses a system for dispensing water for a user and does not include a device having an additional reservoir antimicrobial solution.

Likewise, patent U.S. Pat. No. 6,918,513B1 discloses a device for selectively wetting pieces of toilet paper. The device contains a hollow two-piece mandrel containing a nub at each end. The nub of the first piece contains a stabilizing pin for keeping the device in the upright position. The first piece also contains a spring for maintaining outward pressure on the two pieces. The second piece contains an enclosure for a desired liquid lying along a tilted platform and a manually controlled actuator and dip tube. Pushing down the actuator results in a spray of the desired fluid directed at several pieces of toilet paper which have been removed from the roll.

The devices in the prior art primarily provide toilet paper wetting devices that dispense only water. However, this method is unhygienic and can lead to severe infection also. Thus, it would be desirable to provide a solution for toilet tissue paper. This leads to the tissue paper having sufficient wet strength, flexibility, absorption, and softness.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the prior art shortcomings and deficiencies, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid solution for the tissue paper to enhance properties of the tissue paper such as strength, softener, absorbency.

The present invention relates to the solution composition comprises of fluid such as water, natural organic witch hazel having an extract of an immobilizing agent such as a natural grain alcohol to emollient the surface of the tissue paper web and glycerin.

The solution is enabled to be carry in a dispenser bottle or in portable toilet paper dispenser device or in a stationary device.

The solution used in the present invention also have environmental safety (i.e. are nontoxic and biodegradable) and cost advantages, especially compared to prior softening agents used to treat tissue paper. The improved softness benefits of the present invention can also be achieved while maintaining the desirable tensile strength, absorbency (e.g., wettability), and low lint properties of the paper.
