Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the technical field of humidifiers, and more particularly, to a humidifier with a top water-feeding structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With the development of people's living standards, living in a clean and healthy environment has become a major concern. The air humidity is a key index and an adjustable factor related to the living comfort. Humidifiers are popular and widespread, especially in dry northern areas and indoor air-conditioned environments. In the prior art, most of the traditional humidifiers sold on the market only allow water to be fed from the bottom of the device, wherein the water inlet and the water outlet are both formed in the bottom of the water tank. As a result, the humidifier and the water tank must be separated when feeding or changing water. This configuration is difficult to operate. In contrast, humidifiers allowing water to enter from the top appear on the market. The operating principle is to pump the water in the water tank into a water sink of an energy converter through a water pump and an electromagnetic valve control pipeline. However, as the transmitting distance of ultrasonic waves generated by the vibrating head in the water is very limited, the water level of the water sink of the energy converter needs to be controlled, thereby ensuring an ideal atomization effect. Thus, a complicated structure and a high manufacturing cost cannot be avoided.

Along the progress of related technologies, a better atomization effect has been achieved. Chinese patent CN2013105638692 discloses an ultrasonic humidifier with a top water-feeding structure, wherein a sleeve assembly is arranged above the vibrating head, and an energy-gathering ring is connected with the minimal sleeve of the sleeve assembly. In this design, the energy-gathering ring is always located at the vertical center of the vibrating head and floats on the water surface. Thus, the energy generated by the vibrating head can be further transmitted to the water surface, thereby generating water mist through the energy-gathering ring. However, the upper end of the energy-gathering ring is fixedly connected with the minimal sleeve, and there are gaps between these sleeves. Thus, when the energy-gathering ring absorbs the ultrasonic waves, the lower end of the atomization hole cannot be aligned to the vibrating head all the time. Furthermore, Chinese patent 201710301140.6 also discloses an ultrasonic humidifier, wherein an energy converter is mounted in a recessed position at the bottom of the water tank, and a limiting cylinder is arranged above the energy converter. The shaft-hole center of the energy accumulator is kept consistent with the energy converter. Moreover, an overflow opening that is lower than the air outlet of the air duct is formed above the water tank, thereby preventing water from overflowing from the water tank to enter the air duct. However, compared with traditional humidifiers with a bottom-feeding structure, the aforesaid design can neither avoid error operations nor reduce the toppling risk of the humidifier, resulting in a poor safety performance. Although the traditional energy accumulator solves problems such as a complicated water-feeding process and a short ultrasonic energy transmission distance to a certain extent, the energy accumulator is in a relatively static state during operation. As a result, the stress generated by ultrasonic energy can be easily accumulated, seriously damaging the energy-gathering ring. Thus, the functional life of the humidifier can be sharply shortened.

In conclusion, it's urgent for those skilled in this field to develop a novel humidifier.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Drawings and detailed embodiments are combined hereinafter to elaborate the technical principles of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the humidifier with a top water-feeding structure of the present invention comprises a base 1 and a water tank 2 that is fixed on the base 1. An opening is formed in the upper end of the water tank 2, and a mist outlet cover 21 is arranged on the upper opening of the water tank 2. An atomizer 22 is arranged on a bottom plate of the water tank 2, and a vortex tube 3 is arranged above the atomizer 22. An energy accumulator capable of moving up and down along the vertical center line of the atomizer 22 is arranged in the vortex tube 3. The energy accumulator comprises a vibrating tube 4, and two floating rings 41 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the vibrating tube 4. A plurality of rib plates 42 are arranged on the periphery of the vibrating tube 4 at intervals. The two ends of each rib plate 42 are respectively connected with the upper floating ring 41 and the lower floating ring 41. A plurality of power pieces 43 are arranged on the bottom surface of the lower floating ring 41. The upper end opening of the water tank 2 is used for feeding water, and a mist outlet is formed in the mist outlet cover 21 arranged on the water tank 2. The ultrasonic energy generated by the atomizer 22 arranged on the bottom plate of the water tank 2 is absorbed by the energy accumulator floating on the water surface. Thus, the water mist can be generated. Meanwhile, the humidifier with a top water-feeding structure can be achieved. The energy accumulator comprises a vibrating tube 4 for absorbing ultrasonic energy. The vibrating tube 4 absorbs energy and atomizes the water in the tube. The vibrating tube 4 is provided with an upper floating ring 41 and a lower floating ring 41, which enable the vibrating tube 4 to float on the water surface. The vibrating tube 4 floats on the vertical center line of the atomizer 22 under the limiting action of the vortex tube 3. The plurality of rib plates 42 arranged on the periphery of the vibrating tube 4 are connected with the upper floating ring 41 and the lower floating ring 41 to form a framework structure. Thus, the intensity of the vibrating tube 4 can be enhanced and the overall weight of the humidifier can be reduced. Preferably, a plurality of power pieces 43 are arranged at the lower end of the energy accumulator. When the vibrating tube 4 vibrates, the power pieces 43 release a part of the energy into the water, thereby enabling the whole energy accumulator to rotate. According to this, the stress caused by the energy accumulator staying in a relatively static state for a long time can be prevented from being accumulated in the vibrating tube 4, effectively prolonging the functional life of the humidifier. However, the offset of the energy accumulator can cause low energy absorption efficiency. In order to solve this problem, the space between the vortex tube 3 and the energy accumulator is small. The vibrating tube 4 absorbing the ultrasonic energy enables the whole energy accumulator to keep a high-frequency vibration. As a result, the contact and the collision between the vortex tube 3 and the energy accumulator cannot be avoided, causing energy loss and shortening the function life of the energy accumulator. In the present invention, the energy accumulator rotates in the vortex tube 3 and is positioned therein, avoiding the contact and the collision vortex tube 3 and the energy accumulator. Therefore, the ultrasonic energy absorption efficiency and the atomization effect can be significantly improved.

An extending portion of the vibrating tube 4 is arranged below the lower floating ring 41. The plurality of power pieces 43 are arranged at the periphery of the extending portion of the vibrating tube 4 at equal intervals, and are integrally connected with the extending portion of the vibrating tube 4. The two floating rings 41 arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the vibrating tube 4 enable the energy accumulator to form an up-and-down symmetrical structure. When the vibrating tube 4 floats on the water surface, the gravity center of the vibrating tube 4 can easily offset. Under the circumstances, the vortex tube 3 can be used to correct and limit the vibrating tube 4. Through the arrangement of the extending portion of the vibrating tube 4, the gravity center of the energy accumulator can be located at the lower end. Through the interaction with the power pieces 43, the energy accumulator can stably rotate, thereby eliminating the stress.

An inclination angle is formed between each power piece 43 and the vertical plane. The vibrating tube 4, the extending portion of the vibrating tube 4, the plurality of rib plates 42, the two floating rings 41 and the plurality of power pieces 43 form an integral symmetrical structure with the gravity center located at the lower end. The power pieces 43 determine the rotation direction through the arrangement of the inclination angle. Namely, the energy released by the vibrating tube 4 generates stress of corresponding inclination angle through the power pieces 43. Thus, a certain rotation direction can be formed in the water, preventing the energy accumulator from swinging back and forth.

A spiral rifling 32 is arranged on the inner wall of the vortex tube 3, and a plurality of water permeating holes 31 are formed in the side wall of the vortex tube 3, wherein one water permeating hole 31 is formed in the lower portion of the vortex tube 3 and is close to the bottom plate of the water tank 2. Preferably, the vortex tube 3 functions as a limiting mechanism of the energy accumulator, enabling the energy accumulator to float on the vertical center line of the atomizer 22. In order to avoid the collision with the energy accumulator, the vortex tube 3 enables the water transmitting the ultrasonic energy in the tube to rotate in a certain direction through the spiral rifling 32 on the inner wall, thereby producing an internal vortex when the water synchronously rotates with the energy accumulator. Therefore, the energy accumulator is always located on the vertical center line of the vortex and the atomizer 22.

A recessed inserting slot 23 is formed in the bottom plate of the water tank 2, and the atomizer 22 is arranged in the hole formed in the bottom of the inserting slot 23. The lower end of the vortex tube 3 is vertically inserted into the inserting slot 23, and is engaged with the bottom plate of the water tank 2. The atomizer 22 is located at the bottom of the inserting slot 23 so that the water in the water tank 2 can be used up. Meanwhile, the energy accumulator can be positioned correspondingly through the concentrically-installed vortex tube 3.

A sleeve 33 is arranged on one side of the lower end of the vortex tube 3, and an opening is formed in the lower end of the sleeve 33. A magnetic triggering member 34 is arranged in the opening of the sleeve 33. A vertically-upward positioning tube 24 is formed on the inserting slot 23, and a magnetic switch for controlling the atomizer 22 is arranged in the positioning tube 24. A horizontal sensor 12 connected with a power supply controller is arranged in the base 1. The vortex tube 3 is detachably connected with the interior of the water tank 2 so that the cleaning and maintenance of water tank 2 can be facilitated. Through the interaction between the positioning tube 24 and the sleeve 33, the vortex tube 3 can be vertically installed in place. The magnetic switch can detect the absence of the vortex tube 3 or the energy accumulator, ensuring that the circuit of the atomizer 22 can be automatically disconnected.

A filtering membrane plate 26 is arranged between the bottom of the vortex tube 3 and the inserting slot 23. According to the installation way of the vortex tube 3, the filtering membrane plate 26 is separately arranged in the inserting slot 23. Moreover, through the detachable connection between the vortex tube 3 and the inserting slot 23, impurities in the water can be prevented from damaging the atomizer 22. Thus, the cleaning and maintenance efficiency of the water tank 2 can be improved, and the functional life of the humidifier can be prolonged.

An air-ducting tube 5 is arranged in the water tank 2, and an air inlet tube 25 is formed in the bottom plate of the water tank 2. The lower end of the air-ducting tube 5 is hermetically connected with the upper end of the air inlet tube 25. The lower opening of the air inlet tube 25 is connected with an air feeder 11 arranged in the base 1. A normally-closed leakage-proof air outlet assembly is arranged in the upper opening of the water tank 2, and the upper end of the air-ducting tube 5 is connected with the leakage-proof air outlet assembly. A switch for triggering the leakage-proof air outlet assembly is arranged on the mist outlet cover 21. The air-ducting tube 5 and the air feeder 11 provide an internal pressure, enabling the atomized water to be sprayed out. As its operating principle is similar to the prior art, it is briefly descried herein. Preferably, the air inlet tube 25 formed on the bottom plate of the water tank 2 can facilitate the installation of the air-ducting tube 5, and the upper end of the air-ducting tube 5 is provided with the normally-closed leakage-proof air outlet assembly. In this way, when feeding water, the mist outlet cover 21 can be removed, thereby preventing the water from entering the base 1 from the air-ducting tube 5. Thus, the safety of the internal circuit can be guaranteed. When the mist outlet cover 21 is covered, the leakage-proof air outlet assembly is opened, and the upper opening of the air-ducting tube 5 is communicated with the inner cavity of the water tank 2, enabling the water mist generated by the vibrating tube 4 to be sprayed out under the action of the wind power of the air feeder 11.

The leakage-proof air outlet assembly comprises a vertically-arranged valve tube 51, which is integrally connected with the air-ducting tube 5. A connecting hole 511 is formed between the valve tube 51 and the air-ducting tube 5. A valve element for sealing the upper opening and the lower opening of the valve tube 51 is arranged in the valve tube 51. A push rod 27 capable of penetrating through the upper end of the valve tube 51 and pushing the valve element is arranged on the mist outlet cover 21. A sealing sleeve 28 is sleeved on the push rod 27. The valve tube 51 is provided with an upper opening, a lower opening and a lateral connecting hole 511 that is connected with the air-ducting tube 5. When the mist outlet cover 21 is opened, the valve element is reset, and the upper opening and the lower opening of the valve tube 51 are blocked at the same time. Thus, when feeding water, the water can be prevented from entering the air-ducting tube 5 from the valve tube 51. When the mist outlet cover 21 is covered, the push rod 27 is inserted into the upper end of the valve tube 51 for pushing the valve element. Subsequently, the lower end of the valve tube 51 is opened, and the valve tube 51 is communicated with the air-ducting tube 5. The upper end of the valve tube 51 is blocked by the sealing sleeve 28 on the push rod 27. Thus, the pressure leakage can be avoided.

A waterproof end plate 29 is arranged in the upper opening of the water tank 2, and the upper end of the valve tube 51 is connected with the waterproof end plate 29 in a matched manner. A through-hole that is concentric with the valve tube 51 is formed in the waterproof end plate 29. The valve element comprises a valve rod 52, a spring 53 and a valve cover 54, wherein a guide ring 55 is arranged in the valve tube 51. The valve rod 52 is movably arranged on the guide ring 55 in an up-and-down manner. The valve rod 52 is arranged in the lower opening of the valve tube 51, and is fixedly connected with the lower end of the valve rod 52. A T-shaped valve cap 56 is arranged at the upper end of the valve rod 52, and the spring 53 is sleeved on the valve rod 52 between the T-shaped valve cap 56 and the guide ring 55. A plug 57 for blocking the through-hole of the waterproof end plate 29 is arranged on the upper end surface of the T-shaped valve cap 56. The valve rod 52 moves up and down along the guide ring 55 after being propelled by the spring 53. Meanwhile, the lower opening of the valve tube 51 is blocked through the valve cover 54 at the lower end. The upper opening of the valve tube 51 and the through-hole in the waterproof end plate 27 are blocked through the plug on the T-shaped valve cap 56.
