CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201920006380.8 with a filing date of Jan. 3, 2019. The content of the aforementioned application, including any intervening amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of medicine dispensing devices used in a swimming pool, in particular to an upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser and a floating medicine dispenser.

BACKGROUND

A floating medicine dispenser is used for purifying water quality, which therefore can be often found in a swimming pool. However, the existing floating medicine dispenser doesn't have a child-proof lock to prevent children from accidently opening the dispenser and even swallow the tablets inside when playing with it, which may be a cause for potential dangers.

SUMMARY

In view of the abovementioned problem in the prior art, the present disclosure provides an upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser, to avoid such circumstances that children, when playing with the floating medicine dispensers, accidently open its cover body or swallow the tablets therein, for overcoming the above technical defects.

The specific technical scheme is as follows:

An upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser, comprises a cover body, and at least one locking mechanism installed on the cover body, and the locking mechanism comprises a pressing buckle, a reset component connected to the pressing buckle and a locking plate; the pressing buckle is movably mounted on the cover body through the reset component; one end of the locking plate, the end of which away from the pressing buckle, extends toward the main body of the floating medicine dispenser, and clamps into the main body of the floating medicine dispenser when the reset component is at the reset state so as to lock the upper end cover on the main body of the floating medicine dispenser. Thus when the floating medicine dispenser is used in a swimming pool, the cover body is prevented from being accidently opened by children playing with the dispenser, tablets stored in the floating medicine dispenser are prevented from being directly poured into the swimming pool or wrongly swallowed by children.

Preferably, the reset component consists of two elastic bent plates that are connected to the rear end of the pressing buckle in mirror symmetry, and one ends of the elastic bent plates, the ends of which away from the pressing buckle, abut against the inner bottom surface of the cover body.

Preferably, the inner bottom surface of the cover body is symmetrically provided with two V-shaped plates, and one ends, away from the pressing buckle, of the elastic bent plates abut against inside the V-shaped plates.

Preferably, two concave parts for holding the cover body are formed in the upper surface of the cover body in a mirror symmetry manner, the lateral wall of at least one concave part is provided with a slot, and the front end of the pressing buckle passes through the slot and extends into the concave part.

Preferably, the number of the locking mechanism is one.

Preferably, the lower end face of the cover body is provided with a sliding groove matched with the locking plate in structure, and the locking plate can be slidably embedded in the sliding groove.

Preferably, the reset component is a rhomb-shaped elastic plate as a whole, and one end, away from the pressing buckle, of the elastic plate is clamped on the inner bottom surface of the cover body.

Preferably, a clamping hole is formed on the inner bottom surface of the cover body, and one end, away from the pressing buckle, of the elastic plate is provided with a clamping block matched with the clamping hole in shape and opposite to the clamping hole.

A floating medicine dispenser, comprises a main body on which the upper end cover as mentioned above is applied.

Preferably, the main body comprises an outer barrel body, an inner barrel body movably sleeved inside the outer barrel body, a lower end cover connected to the lower end of the inner barrel body, and the inner barrel body is internally provided with an accommodating space for storing tablets, a containing space for placing a float is formed between the lower end cover and the inner barrel body, and the upper end cover covers the upper opening of the inner barrel body.

Preferably, the inner side wall of the outer barrel body is provided with an annular flange for limiting the inner barrel body from completely upward disengagement; the upper end of the outer barrel body sinks inward to form a toroidal step structure, and the periphery of the upper end of the inner barrel body is in hoop bulging to form a convex edge abutting against the step structure.

Preferably, the lateral wall of the inner barrel body is provided with an insertion hole for the locking plate to penetrate into. The above technical scheme includes the following beneficial effects:

The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser comprises a cover body and at least one locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism comprises a pressing buckle, a reset component and a locking plate, so that the upper end cover is locked on the main body of the floating medicine dispenser by the locking plate under the effect of the reset component, and the pressing buckle is pressed to drive the locking plate to disengage from the main body of the floating medicine dispenser to ensure that the upper end cover is at an unlocked state, therefore, after the floating medicine dispenser is used in a swimming pool, the cover body will be prevented from being accidently opened by children playing with the dispenser, and tablets stored in the floating medicine dispenser are prevented from being directly poured into the swimming pool or wrongly swallowed by children.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

For better illustrating of the technical means, creative features, objects and effects of the present disclosure, explanations about the upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser and the floating medicine dispenser provided by the present disclosure will be given in detail in the following embodiments by referring to FIGS. 1-8.

Embodiment One

Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser provided by this embodiment comprises a cover body 1, and at least one locking mechanism 2 installed on the cover body 1, and the locking mechanism 2 comprises a pressing buckle 3, a reset component 4 connected to the pressing buckle 3 and a locking plate 5; the pressing buckle 3 is movably mounted on the cover body 1 through the reset component 4; one end, away from the pressing buckle 3, of the locking plate 5 extends toward the main body of the floating medicine dispenser, and is capable of being clamped into the main body of the floating medicine dispenser when the reset component 4 is at the return state so as to lock the upper end cover on the main body of the floating medicine dispenser.

Based on the above technical solution, the upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser comprises a cover body 1 and at least one locking mechanism 2, and the locking mechanism 2 comprises a pressing buckle 3, a reset component 4 and a locking plate 5, such that the upper end cover is locked on the main body of the floating medicine dispenser by the locking plate 5 under the effect of the reset component 4, the pressing buckle 3 is pressed to drive the locking plate 5 to disengage from the main body of the floating medicine dispenser to ensure that the upper end cover is at an unlocked state, therefore, after the floating medicine dispenser is used in a swimming pool, the cover body 1 will be prevented from being accidently opened by children playing with the dispenser, and tablets stored in the floating medicine dispenser are prevented from being directly poured into the swimming pool or wrongly swallowed by children.

In a preferred embodiment, the reset component 4 consists of two elastic bent plates that are connected to the rear end of the pressing buckle 3 in mirror symmetry, and one ends, away from the pressing buckle 3, of the elastic bent plates abut against on the inner bottom surface of the cover body 1. Further, the inner bottom surface of the cover body 1 is symmetrically provided with two V-shaped plates 14, and one ends, away from the pressing buckle 3, of the elastic bent plates abut against inside the V-shaped plates 14 to play roles in preventing disengagement and providing a counterforce. Moreover, the reset component 4 may be selected from one of elastic members, such as a spring. Further, two concave parts 6 for holding the cover body 1 are formed on the upper surface of the cover body 1 in a mirror symmetry manner, the lateral wall of at least one concave part 6 is provided with a slot, and the front end of the pressing buckle 3 passes through the slot and extends into the concave part 6. Further, in this embodiment, there provides one locking mechanism 2, and more locking mechanisms 2 can be correspondingly arranged depending on the dimension of the cover body 1. More concave parts 6 are also permissible, but are not limited thereto. Further, on the lower end face of the cover body 1, there provides a sliding groove matched with the locking plate 5 in structure, and the locking plate 5 can be slidably embedded in the sliding groove to play a part in lateral positioning. Further, a limiting plate is bridged at the underside of the sliding groove to limit the locking plate 5 into the sliding groove to prevent vertical disengagement.

Embodiment Two

Referring to FIGS. 4-6, the upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser provided by this embodiment has the substantially same contents and structure to that in Embodiment One. The only difference lies in that the reset component 4 is a rhomb-shaped elastic plate as a whole, and one end, away from the pressing buckle 3, of the elastic plate is clamped on the inner bottom surface of the cover body 1. Apparently, when a user presses the pressing buckle 3, the elastic plate is compressed, and the pressing buckle 3 and the locking plate 5 are allowed to move backward, however, when the user releases the pressing buckle 3, the elastic plate expands again to supply elastic force to the pressing buckle 3 and the locking plate 5 for moving outward so as to play a part in preventing disengagement and providing a counterforce. Further, a clamping hole is formed on the inner bottom surface of the cover body 1, and one end, away from the pressing buckle 3, of the elastic plate is provided with a clamping block matched with the clamping hole in shape and opposite to the clamping hole. Furthermore, the clamping hole is opened at its one side so that the clamping block is able to smoothly slide into and be clamped into the clamping hole, thus forming a structure similar to a connected dovetail groove and easy to assemble and disassemble.

Embodiment Three

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the floating medicine dispenser provided by this embodiment, comprises a main body on which the upper end cover as mentioned in Embodiment One or Two is arranged, such that a chicken safety lock function is endowed after the upper end cover is mounted on the main body.

In a preferred embodiment, the main body comprises an outer barrel body 7, an inner barrel body 8 movably sleeved inside the outer barrel body 7, a lower end cover 9 connected to the lower end of the inner barrel body 8, and the inner barrel body 8 is internally provided with an accommodating space for accommodating tablets, a containing space 10 for containing a float is formed between the lower end cover 9 and the inner barrel body 8, and the upper end cover covers the upper opening of the inner barrel body 8. Further, on the inner side wall of the outer barrel body 7, an annular flange 11 for limiting the inner barrel body 8 from completely upward disengagement is mounted. The upper end of the outer barrel body 7 sinks inward to form a toroidal step structure 12. The periphery of the upper end of the inner barrel body 8 is in hoop bulging to form a convex edge 13 abutting against the step structure 12 so that the inner barrel body 8 is limited in a central through hole of the outer barrel body 7 in a longitudinally floating manner by means of the annular flange 11 and the convex edge 13. In addition, the lateral wall of the lower end of the inner barrel body 8 is penetrated with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves, for gradually dissolving the contained tablets in a swimming pool. Further, the lateral wall of the inner barrel body 8 is provided with an insertion hole whereby the locking plate 5 is mounted in a penetrated mode. In specific connection, between the upper end cover and the inner barrel body 8, a structure that can be taken out by rotated for 180° is disposed, which is accomplished mainly depending on convex clasps, to be specific, two convex clasps are designed at the edge of the upper end cover, besides the annular flange, the inner barrel body 8 is also provided with two grooves matched with the convex clasps, and a structure that can be taken out or put in after alignment belongs to a conventional structure in this field, which is therefore needless to repeat.

In specific use, when tablets inside are sufficient, under the effect of the weight thereof, the inner barrel body 8 is pressed downward, but as the tablets are gradually dissolved, the weight of the tablets is less than buoyancy provided by a float, then the inner barrel body 8 gradually moves upward relative to the outer barrel body 7 so that the upper end of the inner barrel body 8 drives the upper end cover to protrude out of the outer barrel body 7. Moreover, the peripheral wall of the inner barrel body 8 can be painted in red to give a warning if tablets are insufficient, making it very convenient for usage.

The above merely provides the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, which is illustrative, rather than restrictive, to the present disclosure. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that, many variations, modifications even substitutions that do not depart from the spirit and scope defined by the present disclosure, shall fall into the extent of protection of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. An upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser, comprising a cover body, wherein at least one locking mechanism installed on the cover body, and the locking mechanism comprises a pressing buckle, a reset component connected to the pressing buckle and a locking plate; the pressing buckle is movably mounted on the cover body through the reset component; one end of the locking plate, the end of which away from the pressing buckle, extends toward the main body of the floating medicine dispenser, and clamps into the main body of the floating medicine dispenser when the reset component is at the reset state so as to lock the upper end cover on the main body of the floating medicine dispenser.

2. The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the reset component consists of two elastic bent plates that are connected to the rear end of the pressing buckle in mirror symmetry, and one ends of the elastic bent plates, the ends of which away from the pressing buckle, abut against the inner bottom surface of the cover body.

The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 2, wherein the inner bottom surface of the cover body is symmetrically provided with two V-shaped plates, and one ends of the elastic bent plates, the ends of which away from the pressing buckle, abut against inside the V-shaped plates.

The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 1, wherein two concave parts for holding the cover body are formed in the upper surface of the cover body in a mirror symmetry manner, the lateral wall of at least one concave part is provided with a slot, and the front end of the pressing buckle passes through the slot and extends into the concave part.

5. The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the number of the locking mechanism is one.

6. The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 5, wherein the lower end face of the cover body is provided with a sliding groove matched with the locking plate in structure, and the locking plate can be slidably embedded in the sliding groove.

7. The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the reset component is a rhomb-shaped elastic plate as a whole, and one end of the elastic plate, the end of which away from the pressing buckle, is clamped on the inner bottom surface of the cover body.

8. The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 7, wherein a clamping hole is formed on the inner bottom surface of the cover body, and one end of the elastic plate, the end of which away from the pressing buckle, is provided with a clamping block matched with the clamping hole in shape and opposite to the clamping hole.

9. The upper end cover applied on a floating medicine dispenser according to claim 3, wherein two concave parts for holding the cover body are formed in the upper surface of the cover body in a mirror symmetry manner, the lateral wall of at least one concave part is provided with a slot, and the front end of the pressing buckle passes through the slot and extends into the concave part.

10. A floating medicine dispenser, comprising a main body wherein the upper end cover according to claim 1 is installed on the main body.

11. The floating medicine dispenser according to claim 10, wherein the main body comprises an outer barrel body, an inner barrel body movably sleeved inside the outer barrel body, a lower end cover connected to the lower end of the inner barrel body, and the inner barrel body is internally provided with an accommodating space for storing tablets, a containing space for placing a float is formed between the lower end cover and the inner barrel body, and the upper end cover covers the upper opening of the inner barrel body.

12. The floating medicine dispenser according to claim 11, wherein the inner side wall of the outer barrel body is provided with an annular flange for limiting the inner barrel body from completely upward disengagement; the upper end of the outer barrel body sinks inward to form a toroidal step structure, and the periphery of the upper end of the inner barrel body is in hoop bulging to form a convex edge abutting against the step structure.

13. The floating medicine dispenser according to claim 11, wherein the lateral wall of the inner barrel body is provided with an insertion hole for the locking plate to penetrate into.
