FABRIC WEAVING METHOD FOR FORMING VENT HOLES
A fabric weaving method forms vent holes, and includes preparing warps as warp yarn and warp soluble yarn, and repeatedly arranging 2-8 strands of the soluble yarn between the strands of warp yarn. The warp yarn is passed through heddles, and then one strand of the yarn is arranged in one space between the ribs of a body. Then 2-8 strands of the soluble yarn are passed among the prepared warps through heddles, and are divided into halves. The base yarn weave part is woven by extruding the warp soluble yarn and picking weft yarn while opening the warp yarn. As the base yarn weave part is woven, a soluble yarn weave part is woven by lowering or lifting all of the warp yarn at the position where the soluble yarn weave part should be woven and by inserting weft soluble yarn while alternately opening the warp soluble yarn.
The present invention relates to a fabric weaving method for forming vent holes and a fabric thereof, and more particularly to a method for weaving a base yarn weaving part that basically constitutes a fabric, and a soluble yarn weaving part for forming vent holes through process of soluble yarns at an arbitrary intermediate location of the base yarn weaving part.
BACKGROUND ARTAs well known, most of clothing is manufactured of a synthetic resin that is inexpensive and may be mass-produced, and because the clothing manufactured of a synthetic resin is directly adhered to skin of a human body when being worn, the function of absorbing and discharging sweat is worse than that of the natural fibers such as cotton.
In order to solve the disadvantages, a synthetic resin having an improved function of directly absorbing sweat from the human body and promptly discharging the sweat to the outside has been developed to be manufactured as various kinds of clothing, but there is a limit in absorbing and discharging sweat because the clothing manufacturing of the synthetic resin directly contacts the skin of the human body, absorbing and discharging the sweat, and in order to solve the problem, various forms of net fabric in which enumerable vent holes are formed, but their durability are too bad to be used as clothing.
Accordingly, in recent years, a fabric having a ventilation function, by which ventilation and durability are significantly improved by forming vent holes in the fabric as the fabric is manufactured of the warps and the wefts, and an example thereof is Korean Patent No. 10-0959509 (entitled ‘Method for Manufacturing Ventilating Fabric).
However, according to the ventilating fabric manufactured by the method for manufacturing the ventilating fabric, because soluble yarns woven between fabric yarns are repeatedly woven while having intervals with the warps and the wefts, vent holes are formed long in the form of bands on the side of the warps after the soluble yarns are processed, and because the vent holes are repeatedly formed in the form of bands while having intervals with the wefts, the vent holes have to be formed at the crossings.
In this way, if the vent holes are repeatedly formed in the form of bands are formed while having intervals on the sides of the warps and the wefts, the durability of the fabric is influenced and thus the vent holes in the form of bands cannot have a narrow interval.
Accordingly, there is a limit in forming vent holes at the crossings of the warps and the wefts of the fabric, and thus, various designs due to the change of the locations of the vent holes cannot be realized and the durability of the fabric becomes very worse.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION TECHNICAL PROBLEMThe present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a weaving method for weaving only a soluble yarn weaving part in which vent holes are formed after processing of soluble yarns while the soluble yarns used as warps and wefts are not woven when a base yarn weaving part is manufactured such that the durability of the fabric has no problem and the density of the base fabric tissue part may be maintained densely even when the soluble yarns are removed.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a fabric weaving method for forming vent holes, by which the locations of vent holes can be variously formed, and thus various designs can be realized.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONThe present invention provides a fabric weaving method for forming vent holes with warps and wefts by a loom, the fabric weaving method comprising: a warp preparing step of preparing warps 10 for weaving a fabric with warp yarns 11 and warp soluble yarns 12, wherein two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 are repeatedly arranged between the warp yarns 11 at a predetermined interval; a warp drawing-in step of passing, among the prepared warps, the warp yarns 11 for weaving a base yarn weaving part through heddles, and then arranging one of the strands of the yarns in one space between ribs of a body, one by one, and after passing, among the prepared warps, two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 for weaving a soluble yarn weaving part through the heddles, dividing the two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 into halves and arranging the divided halves of the two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 into one space between the ribs of the body together with one strand of a warp yarn for weaving a base yarn weaving part.
The fabric weaving method comprises: a step of picking the weft yarns 11′ while opening the warp yarns 11 to weave the base yarn weaving part, while excluding the warp soluble yarns used as the warps from the weaving when the base yarn weaving part is woven; a step of lowering or lifting all the warp yarns at a location at which the soluble yarn weaving part is woven while the step of weaving the base yarn weaving part, and picking the weft soluble yarn 12′ while alternately opening the warp soluble yarns 12 to weave the soluble yarn weaving part, to weave the base yarn weaving part and the soluble yarn weaving part.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF THE INVENTIONAccording to the present invention, because the soluble yarn weaving part is woven while having an interval with the base yarn that constitutes a fabric and vent holes are formed at the location of the soluble yarn weaving part after processing of the soluble yarn, the fabric having the vent holes can be simply provided.
Further, because the location of the soluble yarn weaving part formed in the fabric can be variously changed during the weaving process, various forms of designs can be simply realized, and in particular, because a soluble yarn is not woven in the base yarn weaving part that constitutes the fabric, the shape of the vent holes and the density of the fabric tissue part are not changed even after the soluble yarns are solved so that the durability of the fabric having the vent holes can be remarkably improved.
Hereinafter, a fabric weaving method for forming vent holes and a fabric thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A method for weaving a fabric for forming vent holes by a loom will be discussed for respective processes.
First Process of Preparing Warps
Warps 10 for weaving a fabric 1 for forming vent holes are prepared by winding warp yarns 11 and warp soluble yarns 12 on a warp beam 50 at the same time, and warps are prepared by repeatedly disposing two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 between the warp yarns 11 at a predetermined interval (in the drawings, four stands are illustrated as an example).
Second Process of Drawing in Warps
Drawing-in of warps are completed by passing, among the prepared warps, the warp yarns 11 for weaving a base yarn weaving part 13 through heddles 30, and then arranging one of the strands of the yarns in one space between ribs of a body 40, one by one, and after passing, among the warps prepared in the warp beam, two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 for weaving a soluble yarn weaving part 14 through the heddles 30, dividing the two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 into halves and arranging the divided halves of the two to eight strands of warp soluble yarns 12 into one space between the ribs of the body 40 together with one strand of a warp yarn for weaving a base yarn weaving part 13. Accordingly, one strand of warp yarn 11 and two strands of warp soluble yarns pass between the ribs of the body 40, to which the warp soluble yarns 12 are supplied.
3-1-th Process of Weaving Base Yarn Weaving Part
In a state in which the drawing-in of the warps is completed in the loom in the second process, the base yarn weaving part 13 that constitutes a fabric for forming vent holes is woven, and the base yarn weaving part 13 is woven by picking the weft yarns 11′ for weaving the base yarn weaving part 13 while excluding the warp soluble yarns 12 from the weaving to weave the soluble yarn weaving part 14 first and opening the warp yarns 11 used to weave the base yarn weaving part 13.
Accordingly, in the base yarn weaving part 13, the warp soluble yarn 12 passes in an unconstructed state.
3-2-th Process of Weaving Soluble Yarn Weaving Part
During the 3-1-th process, in order to weave the soluble yarn weaving part 14, the entire warp yarns 11 used as the warps to weave the base yarn weaving part 13 in the 3-1-th process is lowered or raised at the location at which the soluble yarn weaving part 14 for forming vent holes has to be woven, and the weft soluble yarns 12′ for weaving the soluble yarn weaving part 14 are picked while alternately opening only the warp soluble yarns 12 used as the warps to weave the soluble yarn weaving part 14.
The reason why all the fabrics used as the warps are lowered or raised in the 3-2-th weaving process is that the density of the wefts are formed more densely on the side of the wefts of the base yarn weaving part 13 by applying a tensile force to all the warp yarns 11 used as the warps and thus reducing the width by which the fabric is wound on the fabric bean 60 when the soluble yarn weaving part 14 is woven while alternately opening the warp soluble yarn 12 used as the warps, and if the density becomes denser on the side of the wefts, the weft soluble yarns 12′ used as the wefts are not woven in the base yarn weaving part 13 and does not greatly change the density of the wefts of the base yarn weaving part 13 even if only the soluble yarn weaving part 14 are woven.
Further, the reason why two to eight stands of soluble yarns are divided into halves (the two stands of the four strands in the drawings) and are disposed on opposite sides in one space 41 between the ribs of the body 40 together with one strand of warp yarn 11 for weaving the fabric constructing part 13 is that the quality of the fabric can become higher because the density of the warps is not greatly changed even if the warp soluble yarns 12 used as the warps pass through the base yarn weaving part 13 in an unconstructed state.
The fabric for forming vent holes woven by the process includes a base yarn weaving part 13 woven by supplying the fabric as the warp yarns 11 and the weft yarns 11′, and a soluble yarn weaving part 14 woven by supplying the soluble yarns as the warp soluble yarns 12 and the weft soluble yarns 12′.
The warp soluble yarns 12 that weaved the soluble yarn weaving part 14 go out to the rear surface of the fabric and pass through the base yarn weaving part 13 in a nonwoven state to weave the soluble yarn weaving part 14, and the weft soluble yarns 12′ that weaved the soluble yarn weaving part 14 go not to the front or rear surface of the fabric, pass through the base yarn weaving parts 13 on the opposite sides of the soluble yarn weaving part 14 in a nonwoven state to weave the soluble yarn weaving part 14.
In the fabric for forming the vent holes, the soluble yarn weaving part 14 woven of the nonwoven warp soluble yarns 12, the weft soluble yarns 12′, and the soluble yarns, except for the base yarn weaving part 13 woven of the fabric is removed so that the vent holes having excellent ventilation and durability are provided.
An embodiment of removing soluble yarns to provide a fabric having vent holes will be discussed.
If the fabric for forming vent holes woven according to the present invention is processed by a solution in which sodium hydroxide is diluted in water, the soluble yarns used as the warps and the wefts that constitute the fabric are naturally melt out.
That is, only the soluble yarns that passes through the base yarn weaving part that constitutes the fabric for forming the vent holes and the soluble yarns woven in the soluble yarn weaving part are removed by the solution in which sodium hydroxide is diluted in water.
Then, the soluble yarn weaving part except for the base yarn weaving part that constitutes the fabric for forming the vent holes is removed to form the vent holes, and because the densities of the warp direction and the weft direction of the fabric constituting part that constitutes the fabric is not greatly changed, the soluble yarns are removed so that the durability of the fabric having the vent holes can become higher.
The embodiment for removing the soluble yarns is simply one of various methods for removing a soluble yarn, and is not related to the patent of the present invention.
