Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to household electrical appliances, and in particular to a steam iron with an independent air suction system.

BACKGROUND

Steam irons, having different shapes and heating principles, are on the market, however, there are only two ways to provide steam: a first way is that a chassis heats up, then water dripping onto the chassis generates steam due to heat of the chassis. A second way is that the chassis does not heat up, but the steam is generated via a steam supply and a built-in small water heater or a steam generator. The first way is used for water spray, dry ironing, and steam ironing. Ironing using the second way has a higher safety factor for people and clothing. It is safer and almost clothes are ironed well. However, it is necessary to cooperate with some auxiliary gadgets, ironing boards or pulling clothes by hand to effectively move the clothes close to a hot plate and a steam outlet. It is especially difficult to iron special parts such as a shoulder, collar, and sleeves, etc. In the process of pulling the clothes by the hand, there is a safety hazard that the hand is burnt by the hot chassis or high-temperature steam. And when ironing, you need a two-handed operation, which means there are skill requirements and user experience is not good.
