NURSING GARMENT

Disclosed herein is a nursing garment, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the nursing garment may include an inner garment, at least one fastener, and an outer garment. Further, the inner garment may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment may include a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one slit. Further, the at least one fastener may be attached to the inner garment. Further, the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment. Further, an outer periphery of the outer garment may include a fixed periphery and a free periphery. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery.

The current application claims a priority to the U.S. Provisional Patent application Ser. No. 62/823,382 filed on Mar. 25, 2019.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

Generally, the present disclosure relates to garments. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a nursing garment.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In present society, there has been an increased need by nursing mothers to be able nurse their child in public without risking exposing themselves. Normally, nursing mothers would desperately try to find a safe location in a public area in which they can nurse in private. However, not every public area has a such a location that would allow a nursing mother to comfortably nurse their child. In some instances, the nursing mother might try to utilize a cover like a blanket to avoid exposure. However, most of the time, this cover is not attached to the user securely; thereby, risking exposure in a public area.

Therefore, there is a need for an improved nursing garment that may overcome one or more of the above-mentioned problems and/or limitations.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Disclosed herein is a nursing garment, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the nursing garment may include an inner garment, at least one fastener, and an outer garment. Further, the inner garment may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment may include a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the frontal torsal panel may include a chest panel configured to cover a chest of the torso. Further, the frontal torsal panel further may include at least one slit. Further, the at least one slit may be disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel. Further, a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit may be less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel. Further, the at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one slit. Further, the at least one fastener may be attached to the inner garment. Further, the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state. Further, the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit. Further, the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment. Further, an outer periphery of the outer garment may include a fixed periphery and a free periphery. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery. Further, the outer garment may be configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment juxtaposed with the inner garment and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment displaced away from the inner garment. Further, in the resting state, the outer garment may be configured to cover the at least one slit.

Disclosed herein is a nursing garment, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the nursing garment may include an inner garment, at least one fastener, and an outer garment. Further, the inner garment may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment may include a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the frontal torsal panel may include a chest panel configured to cover a chest of the torso. Further, the frontal torsal panel further may include at least one slit. Further, each slit of the at least one slit may include a first end and a second end. Further, each of the first end and the second end may be discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment. Further, the at least one slit may be disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel. Further, a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit may be less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel. Further, the at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one slit. Further, the at least one fastener may be attached to the inner garment. Further, the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state. Further, the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit. Further, the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment. Further, an outer periphery of the outer garment may include a fixed periphery and a free periphery. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery. Further, the free periphery proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel in the resting state. Further, the outer garment may be configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment juxtaposed with the inner garment and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment displaced away from the inner garment. Further, in the resting state, the outer garment may be configured to cover the at least one slit.

The present disclosure includes many aspects and features. Moreover, while many aspects and features relate to, and are described in the context of a nursing garment, embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to use only in this context.

Overview:

The present disclosure describes a nursing garment. The present disclosure is an upper garment with a concealed fastener. The present disclosure contains an upper garment and a cover-up. The cover-up is attached to the top end of the front of the upper garment, while the bottom end of the cover-up is unattached; much like an apron or an elongated handkerchief ascot. The upper garment contains a slit across the front of the upper garment. The upper garment contains a fastener to seal and/or expose the slit.

The present disclosure can be of any shape, size, material, features, type or kind, orientation, location, quantity, components, and arrangements of components that would allow the present disclosure to fulfill the objectives and intents of the present disclosure. However, it can be preferred that the present disclosure be of a material that can be lightweight, durable, machine-washable, easily manufacturable, flexible, non-toxic, environmentally safe, and/or hypoallergenic. Such materials can include, but is not limited to, the following: fabrics, polyester, nylon, cotton, and/or other similarly-related items. It can be preferred that the present disclosure be of an overall size and shape such that the present disclosure can be worn by the user while providing ample covering for the exposed parts of the user's torso while nursing a child. The present disclosure primarily includes an upper garment and a cover-up.

The upper garment can be of any shape, size, material, features, type or kind, orientation, location, quantity, components, and arrangements of components that would allow the present disclosure to fulfill the objectives and intents of the present disclosure. However, it can be preferred that the upper garment be of a material similar to and/or compatible with the material of the present disclosure. It can be preferred that the upper garment be of an overall shape and size similar to the overall shape and size of the present disclosure. It can be preferred that the upper garment be of a type or kind similar to shirts, blouses, and other similarly related objects. The upper garment primarily contains a slit.

The slit can be of any shape, size, material, features, type or kind, orientation, location, quantity, components, and arrangements of components that would allow the present disclosure to fulfill the objectives and intents of the present disclosure. However, it can be preferred that the slit be located across the front of the upper garment such that the apex of the torso of the user can be exposed and reached for by the user. The slit can be orientated in a multitude of ways ranging from horizontally, vertically, and/or diagonally at any angle. When opened, it can be preferred that the slit exposes a wide range of surface area of the apex of the user's torso. The slit primarily includes a fastener.

The fastener can be of any shape, size, material, features, type or kind, orientation, location, quantity, components, and arrangements of components that would allow the present disclosure to fulfill the objectives and intents of the present disclosure. However, it can be preferred that the fastener be located over the opening of the slit. Although it can be preferred that the fastener be of a type or kind similar zippers and such, the fastener can be of other types and kind. Such types and kinds of fasteners can include, but is not limited to, the following: hook-and-loop fasteners, buttons, snap-buttons, buckles-and-straps, magnets, and other similarly related objects.

The present disclosure contains a cover-up. The cover-up can be of any shape, size, material, features, type or kind, orientation, location, quantity, components, and arrangements of components that would allow the present disclosure to fulfill the objectives and intents of the present disclosure. However, it can be preferred that the cover-up be of a material similar to and/or compatible with the material of the present disclosure. It can be preferred that the cover-up be of a general shape and size similar to the general shape and size of the front face of the upper garment. It can be preferred that the top end of the cover-up be attached to the top end of the front of the upper garment such that the rear face of the cover-up is adjacent over the front face of the upper garment while allowing the user to raise and lower the bottom end of the cover-up in order to expose or access the fastener of the slit. In an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, the cover-up can be attached by a side face of the cover-up to an adjacent side face of the upper garment such that the free end of the cover-up could be moved from side-to-side. In another alternative embodiment, the cover-up could be made detachable from the upper garment by means of additional fasteners similar to the fastener of the slit. In some other alternative embodiments, the free end of the cover-up could be made attachable and detachable from the opposing face of the upper garment by means of additional fasteners similar to fastener of the previously discussed alternative embodiments.

Referring now to figures, FIG. 1 is an illustration of an online platform 100 consistent with various embodiments of the present disclosure. By way of non-limiting example, the online platform 100 to facilitate operations of a nursing garment 118 may be hosted on a centralized server 102, such as, for example, a cloud computing service. The centralized server 102 may communicate with other network entities, such as, for example, a mobile device 106 (such as a smartphone, a laptop, a tablet computer etc.), other electronic devices 110 (such as desktop computers, server computers etc.), databases 114, a sensor 116 and the nursing garment 118 over a communication network 104, such as, but not limited to, the Internet. Further, users of the online platform 100 may include relevant parties such as, but not limited to, end-users, administrators, service providers, service consumers and so on. Accordingly, in some instances, electronic devices operated by the one or more relevant parties may be in communication with the platform.

A user 112, such as the one or more relevant parties, may access online platform 100 through a web based software application or browser. The web based software application may be embodied as, for example, but not be limited to, a website, a web application, a desktop application, and a mobile application compatible with a computing device 2600.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a nursing garment 200, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the nursing garment 200 may include an inner garment 202, at least one fastener (not shown), and an outer garment 204.

Further, the inner garment 202 may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment 202 may include a frontal torsal panel 208 and a rear torsal panel 210 attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the frontal torsal panel 208 may include a chest panel 212 configured to cover a chest of the torso. Further, the frontal torsal panel 208 further may include at least one slit 206. Further, the at least one slit 206 may be disposed at least one of the chest panel 212 and a region proximal to chest panel 212, disposed on at least one of the chest panel 212 and the frontal torsal panel 208. Further, a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit 206 may be less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel 208.

Further, in some embodiments, the length corresponding to the each slit may be less than 25% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel 208.

Further, in some embodiments, the length corresponding to the each slit may be less than 50% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel 208.

Further, in some embodiments, the length corresponding to the each slit may be less than 75% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel 208.

Further, the at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one slit 206. Further, the at least one fastener may be attached to the inner garment 202. Further, the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state. Further, the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit 206. Further, the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit 206.

Further, the outer garment 204 may be attached to the inner garment 202. Further, an outer periphery of the outer garment 204 may include a fixed periphery 214 and a free periphery 216. Further, the outer garment 204 may be attached to the inner garment 202 along the fixed periphery 214. Further, the outer garment 204 may be configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment 204 juxtaposed with the inner garment 202 and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment 204 displaced away from the inner garment 202. Further, in the resting state, the outer garment 204 may be configured to cover the at least one slit 206.

Further, in some embodiments, the proximity of the region from the chest panel 212 may be in a range of 1-4 inches.

Further, in some embodiments, each slit of the at least one slit 206 may include a first end and a second end. Further, each of the first end and the second end may be discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment 202.

Further, in some embodiments, the outer garment 204 further may include a first part 602 of at least one outer garment fastener 302 disposed proximal to the free periphery 216 and the inner garment 202 may include a second part of the at least one outer garment fastener 304, as shown in FIG. 3. Further, the first part 602 and the second part corporates to fastened the outer garment to the inner garment 202. Further, in some embodiments, the free periphery 216 of the outer garment 204 extends beyond a periphery of the inner garment 202 by a range of 1-10 inches.

Further, in some embodiments, the free periphery 216 proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel 208 in the resting state.

Further, in some embodiments, the inner garment 202 may include an absorbent layer disposed on an inner side of the inner garment 202. Further, the absorbent layer may be configured to absorb a liquid.

Further, in some embodiments, the nursing garment 200 may include a pressure sensor 502, a controller 504, and an actuator 506 as shown in FIG. 5.

Further, the pressure sensor 502 disposed on the inner garment 202. Further, the pressure sensor 502 may be configured for generating pressure sensor 502 data representing a pressure imparted to the inner garment 202.

Further, the controller 504 communicatively coupled to the pressure sensor 502. Further, the controller 504 may be configured for generating a control signal based on the pressure sensor 502 data.

Further, the actuator 506 operationally coupled with a fastener of the at least one fastener. Further, the actuator 506 may be configured to transition the fastener between the fastened state and the unfastened state based on the control signal.

Further, in some embodiments, the outer garment 204 may be detachably attached to the inner garment 202 using at least one garment fastener along the fixed periphery 214. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer garment 204 may include a first part 602 of the at least one garment fastener disposed. Further, the inner garment 202 may include a second part of the at least one garment fastener. Further, the first part 602 and the second part may be detachably attached.

Further, in some embodiments, the nursing garment 200 may include at least one position fastener. Further, the outer garment 204 may include a first part 602 of the at least one position fastener disposed along the free periphery 216. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the inner garment 202 may include a plurality of second parts 604-606 of the at least one position fastener corresponding to a plurality of positions. Further, the first part 602 and each second part of the plurality of second parts 604-606 may be configured to be detachably attached. Further, the at least one position fastener may be configured to fix the position of the free periphery 216 in at least one position of the plurality of positions.

Further, in some embodiments, the nursing garment 200 may include at least one biological sensor 702, a processing device 704, and a vibrator 706 as shown in FIG. 7.

Further, the at least one biological sensor 702 disposed on the inner garment 202. Further, the at least one biological sensor 702 may be configured to generate at least one biological sensor 702 data associated with at least one biological activity of the user.

Further, the processing device 704 communicatively coupled with the at least one biological sensor 702. Further, the processing device 704 may be configured for analyzing the at least one biological sensor data. Further, the processing device 704 may be configured for generating biological data based on the analyzing.

Further, the vibrator 706 communicatively coupled with the processing device 704. Further, the vibrator 706 configured to perform at least one vibrating action based on the biological data.

Further, in some embodiments, the nursing garment 200 may include at least one temperature sensor 802, a processing device 804, and a heating device 806-808 as shown in FIG. 8.

Further, the at least one temperature sensor 802 disposed on at least one of the inner garment 202 and the outer garment 204. Further, the at least one temperature sensor 802 may be configured to generate at least one temperature sensor data associated with the user.

Further, the processing device 804 may be communicatively coupled with the at least one temperature sensor 802. Further, the processing device 804 may be configured for analyzing the at least one temperature sensor data. Further, the processing device 804 may be configured for generating at least one control command based on the analyzing.

Further, the heating device 806-808 disposed on the inner garment 202. Further, the heating device 806-808 may be configured for heating of at least one of the inner garment 202 and the outer garment 204 based on the at least one control command.

Further, in some embodiments, the inner garment 202 may include a shoulder panel, a neck panel, the frontal torsal panel 208, and the rear torsal panel 210 arranged in at least one configuration. Further, the at least one configuration provides the appearance of at least one upper-body clothing.

Further, the inner garment 1302 may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment 1302 may include a frontal torsal panel 1308 and a rear torsal panel 1310 attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the frontal torsal panel 1308 may include a chest panel 1312 configured to cover a chest of the torso. Further, the frontal torsal panel 1308 further may include at least one slit 1306. Further, each slit of the at least one slit 1306 may include a first end and a second end. Further, each of the first end and the second end may be discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment 1302. Further, the at least one slit 1306 may be disposed at least one of the chest panel 1312 and a region proximal to chest panel 1312, disposed on at least one of the chest panel 1312 and the frontal torsal panel 1308. Further, a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit 1306 may be less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel 1308.

Further, the at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one slit 1306. Further, the at least one fastener may be attached to the inner garment 1302. Further, the outer garment 1304 may be attached to the inner garment 1302. Further, an outer periphery of the outer garment 1304 may include a fixed periphery 1314 and a free periphery 1316. Further, the outer garment 1304 may be attached to the inner garment 1302 along the fixed periphery 1314. Further, the free periphery 1316 proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel 1308 in the resting state. Further, the outer garment 1304 may be configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment 1304 juxtaposed with the inner garment 1302 and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment 1304 displaced away from the inner garment 1302. Further, in the resting state, the outer garment 1304 may be configured to cover the at least one slit 1306.

Further, in some embodiments, the outer garment 1304 may be detachably attached to the inner garment 1302 using at least one garment fastener along the fixed periphery 1314. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the outer garment 1304 may include a first part 1402 of the at least one garment fastener disposed. Further, the inner garment 1302 may include a second part of the at least one garment fastener. Further, the first part 1402 and the second part may be detachably attached.

Further, in some embodiments, the inner garment 1302 may include an absorbent layer disposed on an inner side of the inner garment 1302. Further, the absorbent layer may be configured to absorb a liquid.

Further, in some embodiments, the nursing garment 1300 may include at least one position fastener. Further, the outer garment 1304 may include a first part 1402 of the at least one position fastener disposed along the free periphery 1316. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the inner garment 1302 may include a plurality of second parts 1404-1406 of the at least one position fastener corresponding to a plurality of positions. Further, the first part 1402 and each second part of the plurality of second parts 1404-1406 may be configured to be detachably attached. Further, the at least one position fastener may be configured to fix the position of the free periphery 1316 in at least one position of the plurality of positions.

FIG. 15 is a front view of the nursing garment 1500 with at least one fastener 1506 in partially unfastened state, in accordance with another embodiment. Accordingly, the nursing garment 1500 may include an inner garment 1502, at least one fastener 1506, and an outer garment 1504.

Further, the inner garment 1502 may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment 1502 may include a frontal torsal panel 1508 and a rear torsal panel (not shown) attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the frontal torsal panel 1508 may include a chest panel (not shown) configured to cover a chest of the torso. Further, the frontal torsal panel 1508 further may include at least one slit (not shown). Further, the at least one slit may be disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel 1508. With reference to FIG. 26, a system consistent with an embodiment of the disclosure may include a computing device or cloud service, such as computing device 2600. In a basic configuration, computing device 2600 may include at least one processing unit 2602 and a system memory 2604. Depending on the configuration and type of computing device, system memory 2604 may comprise, but is not limited to, volatile (e.g. random-access memory (RAM)), non-volatile (e.g. read-only memory (ROM)), flash memory, or any combination. System memory 2604 may include operating system 2605, one or more programming modules 2606, and may include a program data 2607. Operating system 2605, for example, may be suitable for controlling computing device 2600's operation. In one embodiment, programming modules 2606 may include image-processing module, machine learning module. Furthermore, embodiments of the disclosure may be practiced in conjunction with a graphics library, other operating systems, or any other application program and is not limited to any particular application or system. This basic configuration is illustrated in FIG. 26 by those components within a dashed line 2608.

Computing device 2600 may have additional features or functionality. For example, computing device 2600 may also include additional data storage devices (removable and/or non-removable) such as, for example, magnetic disks, optical disks, or tape. Such additional storage is illustrated in FIG. 26 by a removable storage 2609 and a non-removable storage 2610. Computer storage media may include volatile and non-volatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information, such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data. System memory 2604, removable storage 2609, and non-removable storage 2610 are all computer storage media examples (i.e., memory storage.) Computer storage media may include, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, electrically erasable read-only memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, digital versatile disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store information and which can be accessed by computing device 2600. Any such computer storage media may be part of device 2600. Computing device 2600 may also have input device(s) 2612 such as a keyboard, a mouse, a pen, a sound input device, a touch input device, a location sensor, a camera, a biometric sensor, etc. Output device(s) 2614 such as a display, speakers, a printer, etc. may also be included. The aforementioned devices are examples and others may be used.

Computing device 2600 may also contain a communication connection 2616 that may allow device 2600 to communicate with other computing devices 2618, such as over a network in a distributed computing environment, for example, an intranet or the Internet. Communication connection 2616 is one example of communication media. Communication media may typically be embodied by computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data in a modulated data signal, such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism, and includes any information delivery media. The term “modulated data signal” may describe a signal that has one or more characteristics set or changed in such a manner as to encode information in the signal. By way of example, and not limitation, communication media may include wired media such as a wired network or direct-wired connection, and wireless media such as acoustic, radio frequency (RF), infrared, and other wireless media. The term computer readable media as used herein may include both storage media and communication media.

As stated above, a number of program modules and data files may be stored in system memory 2604, including operating system 2605. While executing on processing unit 2602, programming modules 2606 (e.g., application 2620 such as a media player) may perform processes including, for example, one or more stages of methods, algorithms, systems, applications, servers, databases as described above. The aforementioned process is an example, and processing unit 2602 may perform other processes. Other programming modules that may be used in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure may include machine learning applications.

Generally, consistent with embodiments of the disclosure, program modules may include routines, programs, components, data structures, and other types of structures that may perform particular tasks or that may implement particular abstract data types. Moreover, embodiments of the disclosure may be practiced with other computer system configurations, including hand-held devices, general purpose graphics processor-based systems, multiprocessor systems, microprocessor-based or programmable consumer electronics, application specific integrated circuit-based electronics, minicomputers, mainframe computers, and the like. Embodiments of the disclosure may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote memory storage devices.

Furthermore, embodiments of the disclosure may be practiced in an electrical circuit comprising discrete electronic elements, packaged or integrated electronic chips containing logic gates, a circuit utilizing a microprocessor, or on a single chip containing electronic elements or microprocessors. Embodiments of the disclosure may also be practiced using other technologies capable of performing logical operations such as, for example, AND, OR, and NOT, including but not limited to mechanical, optical, fluidic, and quantum technologies. In addition, embodiments of the disclosure may be practiced within a general-purpose computer or in any other circuits or systems.

Embodiments of the disclosure, for example, may be implemented as a computer process (method), a computing system, or as an article of manufacture, such as a computer program product or computer readable media. The computer program product may be a computer storage media readable by a computer system and encoding a computer program of instructions for executing a computer process. The computer program product may also be a propagated signal on a carrier readable by a computing system and encoding a computer program of instructions for executing a computer process. Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in hardware and/or in software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.). In other words, embodiments of the present disclosure may take the form of a computer program product on a computer-usable or computer-readable storage medium having computer-usable or computer-readable program code embodied in the medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system. A computer-usable or computer-readable medium may be any medium that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.

The computer-usable or computer-readable medium may be, for example but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, device, or propagation medium. More specific computer-readable medium examples (a non-exhaustive list), the computer-readable medium may include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a random-access memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or Flash memory), an optical fiber, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM). Note that the computer-usable or computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via, for instance, optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted, or otherwise processed in a suitable manner, if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.

Embodiments of the present disclosure, for example, are described above with reference to block diagrams and/or operational illustrations of methods, systems, and computer program products according to embodiments of the disclosure. The functions/acts noted in the blocks may occur out of the order as shown in any flowchart. For example, two blocks shown in succession may in fact be executed substantially concurrently or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality/acts involved.

While certain embodiments of the disclosure have been described, other embodiments may exist. Furthermore, although embodiments of the present disclosure have been described as being associated with data stored in memory and other storage mediums, data can also be stored on or read from other types of computer-readable media, such as secondary storage devices, like hard disks, solid state storage (e.g., USB drive), or a CD-ROM, a carrier wave from the Internet, or other forms of RAM or ROM. Further, the disclosed methods' stages may be modified in any manner, including by reordering stages and/or inserting or deleting stages, without departing from the disclosure.

Although the present disclosure has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure.

Claims

1. A nursing garment comprising:

an inner garment configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment comprising a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel, wherein the frontal torsal panel comprises a chest panel configured to cover a chest of the torso, wherein the frontal torsal panel further comprises at least one slit, wherein the at least one slit is disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel, wherein a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit is less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel;
at least one fastener corresponding to the at least one slit, wherein the at least one fastener is attached to the inner garment, wherein the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state, wherein the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit, wherein the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit; and
an outer garment attached to the inner garment, wherein an outer periphery of the outer garment comprises a fixed periphery and a free periphery, wherein the outer garment is attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery, wherein the outer garment is configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment juxtaposed with the inner garment and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment displaced away from the inner garment, wherein in the resting state, the outer garment is configured to cover the at least one slit.

2. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the proximity of the region from the chest panel is in a range of 1-4 inches.

3. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the length corresponding to the each slit is less than 25% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel;

4. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the length corresponding to the each slit is less than 50% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel;

5. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the length corresponding to the each slit is less than 75% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel;

6. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein each slit of the at least one slit comprises a first end and a second end, wherein each of the first end and the second end is discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment.

7. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the outer garment further comprises a first part of at least one outer garment fastener disposed proximal to the free periphery and the inner garment comprises a second part of the at least one outer garment fastener, wherein the first part and the second part corporates to fastened the outer garment to the inner garment.

8. The nursing garment of claim 7, wherein the free periphery of the outer garment extends beyond a periphery of the inner garment by a range of 1-10 inches.

9. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the free periphery proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel in the resting state.

10. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the inner garment comprises an absorbent layer disposed on an inner side of the inner garment, wherein the absorbent layer is configured to absorb a liquid.

11. The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprising:

a pressure sensor disposed on the inner garment, wherein the pressure sensor is configured for generating pressure sensor data representing a pressure imparted to the inner garment;
a controller communicatively coupled to the pressure sensor, wherein the controller is configured for generating a control signal based on the pressure sensor data; and
an actuator operationally coupled with a fastener of the at least one fastener, wherein the actuator is configured to transition the fastener between the fastened state and the unfastened state based on the control signal.

12. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the outer garment is detachably attached to the inner garment using at least one garment fastener along the fixed periphery, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one garment fastener disposed, wherein the inner garment comprises a second part of the at least one garment fastener, wherein the first part and the second part is detachably attached.

13. The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprises at least one position fastener, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one position fastener disposed along the free periphery, wherein the inner garment comprises a plurality of second parts of the at least one position fastener corresponding to a plurality of positions, wherein the first part and each second part of the plurality of second parts is configured to be detachably attached, wherein the at least one position fastener is configured to fix the position of the free periphery in at least one position of the plurality of positions.

14. The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprising:

at least one biological sensor disposed on the inner garment, wherein the at least one biological sensor is configured to generate at least one biological sensor data associated with at least one biological activity of the user;
a processing device communicatively coupled with the at least one biological sensor, wherein the processing device is configured for: analyzing the at least one biological sensor data; generating biological data based on the analyzing; and
a vibrator communicatively coupled with the processing device, wherein the vibrator configured to perform at least one vibrating action based on the biological data.

15. The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprising:

at least one temperature sensor disposed on at least one of the inner garment and the outer garment, wherein the at least one temperature sensor is configured to generate at least one temperature sensor data associated with the user;
a processing device communicatively coupled with the at least one temperature sensor, wherein the processing device is configured for: analyzing the at least one temperature sensor data; generating at least one control command based on the analyzing; and
a heating device disposed on the inner garment, wherein the heating device is configured for heating of at least one of the inner garment and the outer garment based on the at least one control command

16. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the inner garment comprises a shoulder panel, a neck panel, the frontal torsal panel, and the rear torsal panel arranged in at least one configuration, wherein the at least one configuration provides the appearance of at least one upper-body clothing.

17. A nursing garment comprising:

an inner garment configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment comprising a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel, wherein the frontal torsal panel comprises a chest panel configured to cover a chest of the torso, wherein the frontal torsal panel further comprises at least one slit, wherein each slit of the at least one slit comprises a first end and a second end, wherein each of the first end and the second end is discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment, wherein the at least one slit is disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel, wherein a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit is less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel;
at least one fastener corresponding to the at least one slit, wherein the at least one fastener is attached to the inner garment, wherein the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state, wherein the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit, wherein the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit; and
an outer garment attached to the inner garment, wherein an outer periphery of the outer garment comprises a fixed periphery and a free periphery, wherein the outer garment is attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery, wherein the free periphery proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel in the resting state, wherein the outer garment is configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment juxtaposed with the inner garment and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment displaced away from the inner garment, wherein in the resting state, the outer garment is configured to cover the at least one slit.

18. The nursing garment of claim 17, wherein the outer garment is detachably attached to the inner garment using at least one garment fastener along the fixed periphery, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one garment fastener disposed, wherein the inner garment comprises a second part of the at least one garment fastener, wherein the first part and the second part is detachably attached.

19. The nursing garment of claim 17, wherein the inner garment comprises an absorbent layer disposed on an inner side of the inner garment, wherein the absorbent layer is configured to absorb a liquid.

20. The nursing garment of claim 17 further comprises at least one position fastener, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one position fastener disposed along the free periphery, wherein the inner garment comprises a plurality of second parts of the at least one position fastener corresponding to a plurality of positions, wherein the first part and each second part of the plurality of second parts is configured to be detachably attached, wherein the at least one position fastener is configured to fix the position of the free periphery in at least one position of the plurality of positions.
