This non-provisional application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. § 119(a) to Patent Application No. 108203616 filed in Taiwan, R.O.C. on Mar. 25, 2019, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
BACKGROUND Technical FieldThe application relates to a packaging structure.
Related ArtCurrently, when fragile or expensive objects are packaged, the objects are wrapped in buffer materials first, and then are boxed for transportation. For an object having a specific shape such as a mainboard or a display panel of an electronic device, a buffer material packaging structure having a separation trough, such as an extruded polyethylene (EPE) material packaging structure, may be further used. A current packaging mode is to prepare two packaging structures with a separation trough. Firstly, objects such as a mainboard, a display panel and the like are placed into a separation trough of one of the packaging structures one by one, and the packaging structure only wraps one end of each object. Then, the other packaging structure is sleeved on the other end of the object. The objects are inserted into the separation trough one by one to completely protect the objects, and then the objects are boxed for transportation.
Because a size of the separation trough space is approximately the same as a size of the objects, the objects can be prevented from moving in the separation trough, thereby protecting the objects. However, such a design makes it difficult to insert the objects one by one into the separation trough when another packaging structure is sleeved on the other end of the objects, resulting in difficulty in assembly.
SUMMARYIn view of the foregoing problems, a main objective of the application is to provide a packaging structure which resolves a problem that a conventional packaging structure is difficult to assemble by means of two packaging parts and folding parts.
To achieve the foregoing objective, the application provides a packaging structure, used for accommodating a plurality of objects, where each of the objects has a first end and a second end. The packaging structure includes an upper cover and a lower cover. The upper cover includes a first base plate, a first packaging part, and a second packaging part. The first base plate has a first folding part. The first base plate is divided into a first portion and a second portion by the first folding part, and the first portion is connected to the second portion in a foldable manner by the first folding part. The first packaging part is disposed on the first portion, and has a plurality of first separation troughs. The second packaging part is disposed on the second portion, and has a plurality of second separation troughs. Positions of the second separation troughs respectively correspond to the first separation troughs, so that the first separation troughs are respectively in communication with the second separation troughs to form a plurality of first accommodating slots. The first ends of the objects are respectively accommodated in the first accommodating slots. The lower cover includes a plurality of second accommodating slots, where the second ends of the objects are respectively accommodated in the second accommodating slots.
According to an embodiment of the application, after the first separation troughs of the first packaging part are sleeved on one side of the first ends of the objects, the second portion drives the second packaging part to be turned over by using the first folding part as an axis, so that the second separation troughs are sleeved on the other side of the first ends of the objects.
According to an embodiment of the application, the first packaging part and the second packaging part are disposed on the first portion and the second portion respectively in an adhesive manner.
According to an embodiment of the application, the first folding part is a notch in the first base plate.
According to an embodiment of the application, a ratio of a depth of the notch to a thickness of the first base plate is between 0.25 and 0.75.
According to an embodiment of the application, a ratio of the depth of the notch to the thickness of the first base plate is 0.5.
According to an embodiment of the application, an area of the first portion is substantially equal to an area of the second portion.
According to an embodiment of the application, the lower cover further includes a third packaging part and a fourth packaging part. The third packaging part has a plurality of third separation troughs, and the fourth packaging part has a plurality of fourth separation troughs. Positions of the fourth separation troughs respectively correspond to the third separation troughs, so that the third separation troughs are respectively in communication with the fourth separation troughs to form the second accommodating slots.
According to an embodiment of the application, the lower cover further includes a second base plate, and the lower cover has a second folding part. The second base plate is divided into a third portion and a fourth portion by the second folding part, and the third portion is connected to the fourth portion in a foldable manner by the second folding part. The third packaging part is disposed on the third portion, and the fourth packaging part is disposed on the fourth portion.
As described above, the packaging structure according to the application includes an upper cover and a lower cover. The upper cover includes a first base plate, a first packaging part, and a second packaging part. The first base plate has a first folding part, so that the first base plate is divided into a first portion and a second portion. The first packaging part has a plurality of first separation troughs, and is disposed on the first portion; the second packaging part has a plurality of second separation troughs, and is disposed on the second portion. The second portion can drive the second packaging part to be turned over by using the first folding part as an axis to separate the first separation troughs from the second separation troughs, and after that, the first separation troughs of the first packaging part are sleeved on objects. Because the first separation troughs and the second separation troughs are separated, the first separation troughs can be aligned with and sleeved on first ends of the objects more conveniently. Then, only the second portion and the second packaging part need to be turned over by using the first folding part as an axis, so that the second separation troughs are also sleeved on second ends of the objects to complete packaging of the objects. Thus, the effect of convenient assembly is achieved.
To enable the examiner to understand technical content of the application better, descriptions of specific preferred embodiments are provided below.
Preferably, the first base plate 11 may be made of the extruded polyethylene material so that the first base plate 11 has a thickness T. The first folding part 111 may be a notch in the first base plate 11, and the first portion 112 and the second portion 113 of the first base plate 11 are still connected to each other. As shown in
Preferably, in this embodiment, an area of the first portion 112 is substantially equal to an area of the second portion 113. In other words, a ratio of the area of the first portion 112 to the area of the second portion 113 of this embodiment is, for example, 1. In other embodiments, the area of the first portion 112 may be greater or less than the area of the second portion 113, and a manufacturer or a user may adjust the ratio of the area of the first portion 112 to the second portion 113 according to needs, which is not limited in the application.
Furthermore, the first packaging part 12 is disposed on the first portion 112, and the second packaging part 13 is disposed on the second portion 113. Herein, a surface of the first packaging part 12 that is connected to the first portion 112 is referred to as a bottom surface, and similarly, a surface of the second packaging part 13 that is connected to the second portion 113 is also referred to as a bottom surface. Preferably, an area of the bottom surface of the first packaging part 12 is substantially the same as the area of the first portion 112, and an area of the bottom surface of the second packaging part 13 is substantially the same as the area of the second portion 113. In other embodiments, the area of the bottom surface of the first packaging part 12 may be greater or less than the area of the first portion 112, and similarly, the area of the bottom surface of the second packaging part 13 may be greater or less than the area of the second portion 113, in other words, the area of the bottom surface of the first packaging part 12 (the second packaging part 13) does not necessarily have a corresponding relationship with the area of the first portion 112 (the second portion 113), and a manufacturer or a user can adjust the ratio of the area of the bottom surface of the first packaging part 12 (the second packaging part 13) to the area of the first portion 112 (the second portion 113) according to needs, which is not limited in the application.
In this embodiment, the first base plate 11, the first packaging part 12, and the second packaging part 13 are all made of the extruded polyethylene material. In addition, the first packaging part 12 and the second packaging part 13 of this embodiment are respectively disposed on the first portion 112 and the second portion 113 in an adhesive manner. As for the manufacturing process, the first packaging part 12 and the second packaging part 13 can be separately manufactured, and the first folding part 111 is formed in the first base plate 11 by a cutter. Next, the first packaging part 12 and the second packaging part 13, which are manufactured separately, are respectively adhered to the first portion 112 and the second portion 113 of the first base plate 11 to complete the upper cover 10 of this embodiment. In other embodiments, the first base plate 11, the first packaging part 12, and the second packaging part 13 may also be an integral structure. For example, after the overall structure of the upper cover 10 is integrally formed with the extruded polyethylene material, the upper cover 10 is cut by a cutter to form the first packaging part 12, the second packaging part 13, and the first base plate 11 having the first folding part 111 (the notch).
Furthermore, the first packaging part 12 has a plurality of first separation troughs 121, and the second packaging part 13 has a plurality of second separation troughs 131, and positions of the second separation troughs 131 respectively correspond to the first separation troughs 121, so that the first separation troughs 121 are respectively in communication with the second separation troughs 131 to form a plurality of first accommodating slots 14, as shown in
Referring to
Similarly, the third packaging part 22 has a plurality of third separation troughs 221, and the fourth packaging part 23 has a plurality of fourth separation troughs 231. Furthermore, positions of the fourth separation troughs 231 respectively correspond to the third separation troughs 221, so that the third separation troughs 221 are respectively in communication with the fourth separation troughs 231, to form the second accommodating slots 24. Furthermore, the third separation troughs 221 and the fourth separation troughs 231 are also strip-shaped to form the strip-shaped second accommodating slots 24, so that the other ends (second ends 92) of the objects 9 can be accommodated in the second accommodating slots 24. In other embodiments, the lower cover 20 may also be a component that has only a plurality of second accommodating slots 24 (that is, the lower cover 20 does not have the second folding part 211, and does not need to be divided into the third packaging part 22 and fourth packaging part 23), as long as the second ends 92 of the objects 9 can be accommodated in the second accommodating slots 24, which is not limited in the application. The structure configuration of the third packaging part 22 and the fourth packaging part 23 may also be the same as that of the first packaging part 12 and the second packaging part 13.
In summary, the packaging structure according to the application includes an upper cover and a lower cover. The upper cover includes a first base plate, a first packaging part, and a second packaging part. The first base plate has a first folding part, so that the first base plate can be divided into a first portion and a second portion. The first packaging part has a plurality of first separation troughs and is disposed on the first portion; the second packaging part has a plurality of second separation troughs and is disposed on the second portion. The second portion can drive the second packaging part to turn over by using the first folding part as an axis to separate the first separation troughs from the second separation troughs, and then the first separation troughs of the first packaging part are sleeved on first ends of objects. Because the first separation troughs are separated from the second separation troughs, the first separation troughs can be aligned with and sleeved on the objects more conveniently. Then, the second portion and the second packaging part use the first folding part as an axis to drive the second packaging part to turn over, so that the second separation troughs are also sleeved on second ends of the objects, and packaging of the objects is completed, so that the effect of convenient assembly is achieved.
It should be noted that the application is not limited to the foregoing embodiments. For example, any modification that does not depart from the basic structure of the application shall fall within the protection scope of the application, and the protection scope shall be subject to the appended claims.
