An exercise straps to help beginners and players to improve the push up exercise practice without being frustrated by let a player get a help of a second person who can hold the strap from the above.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to exercise straps, more particularly, to a strap for push up exercise.

Description of the Related Art

It is very difficult to do push up exercise for beginners, and it is very difficult to do push up exercise many times for pushup players, to overcome this problem, I developed the present push up strap, by using this push up strap, a push up player can play push up by help of someone who can hold the strap from the above.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This invention concerns a new strap for push up exercise to improve the push up exercise practice.

The invention is designed for push up beginners and players.

The invention provides an opportunity for beginners to begin push up exercise without being frustrated, also the strap provide an opportunity for push up players to improve their practice.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following detailed description is of the best currently contemplated modes of carrying out exemplary embodiments of the invention. The description is not to be taken in a limiting sense, but is made merely for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, this is a perspective view of the strap 100, the strap 100 in the shape of cross where there is four liners 103 wrapped around the main body of the strap 101 for more comfortable to the player chest as shown in FIG. 11, and there are two handles 102 to let a person 107 hold the strap 100 to help the player 106 do the push up exercise as shown in FIG. 11.

Referring to FIG. 6 this is the liner 103 of the push up exercise strap 100 where we can see how does it work by putting the Velcro™ loop 105 on the hook 104.

Referring to FIG. 7 this is the bottom view of the push up exercise strap 100 showing how to wrap the liners 103 around the main body of the strap 101 by make the liners 103 opened then put them under the main body of the strap 101 then wrap them around the man body of the strap 101 then close them by putting the Velcro™ loop 105 on the hook 104.

Referring to FIG. 11 this is the player 106 wears the push up exercise strap 100 and in the set of push up exercise where he puts his hands 110 on the ground 108, and a person help the player 107 by holding the handles 102 of the strap 100 to help him doing the push up exercise by push up the strap when the player 106 find a difficulty to push up his body himself then when the player push up his body by the help of the person 107, the person release the strap 100 to let the player chest 109 touch the ground 108 then push up his body again by the help of the person 107, the liners 103 make the exercise comfortable because they are more comfortable to the player chest 109.

Claims

1. A push up exercise strap in the shape of cross to help beginners and players get good push up exercise practice.

2. The push up exercise strap of claim 1 consists of:

a main body of the strap;
two handles to let a person hold the strap to help a player do a push up exercise; and
four liners for more comfortable to the chest of the player.

3. The liners of claim 2 has a velcro loop and hook where we wrap the liners around the main body of the strap by make the liners opened then put them under the main body of the strap then wrap the liners around the man body of the strap then close the liners by putting the velcro loop on the hook.

4. The liners of claim 2 make the exercise comfortable as the liners are more comfortable to the player chest.

5. An exercise method to play push up exercise using the push up exercise strap of claim 1 comprising the steps of:

a player wears the push up exercise strap, where the liners will be on the chest of player and the handles will be on the back of player; and
in the set of push up exercise where a player puts his hands on the ground, a player can ask a person help the player by holding the handles of the strap from the above to help him doing the push up exercise by push up the strap when the player find a difficulty to push up his body by himself then when the player push up his body by the help of the person, the person release the strap to let the player chest touch the ground then push up his body again by the help of the person.
