The eyes are the window of the soul, and the bright eyes are the expectation of all women. In view of the relatively small eyes and shorter eyelashes of women, the use of false eyelashes will make the makeup more vivid and attractive after using of the mascara and the eyelash curler. In stage or fashion makeup, false eyelashes are important makeup tools to make the face vivid and attractive. Wearing false eyelashes, just like wearing haute couture, makes women look more artistic, mysterious and luxurious in a revolutionary and imaginative way.

At present, most of the false eyelash stem are fixed by single line node or double line. As shown in FIG. 1, the fixation method of the single line node is to manually tie eyelash 1 to bus 2 one by one. There are knots 3 protruding on bus 2 at the root of eyelash 1. The thicker eyelash 1 is, the larger knots 3 are. The overall thickness of eyelash stem is about 0.45 mm. The hand feel is uneven, which can not be pasted and pasted on the eyes smoothly, and the output is low due to the artificial restriction. As shown in FIG. 2, the fixation method of the double line is to fix the root of eyelash 1 by using the machine to add lines, so as to stagger the two lines 41 and 42, a gap 40 is provided between the two lines 41 and 42, and then fill and compact with other materials 43, and the overall thickness of the eyelash stem is about 0.5 mm, and the eyelash stem 5 is wide, thick, hard, thick, which influences the beauty of the appearance. The fixation of existing false eyelashes may fall off due to poor adhesion, which will affect the yield of production and the aesthetic feeling of use. To manufacture false eyelashes in the ways mentioned above, not only has to go through quite complicated processing procedures and high processing equipment, but also needs a lot of labor cost investment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely in combination with the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is apparent that the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative labor belong to the scope of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a pair of false eyelashes for self use (A PAIR), including: an eyelash stem 6 and eyelash filaments 1; the roots of the eyelash filaments 1 are lapped and fixed to the eyelash stem. It will be further described in detail to illustrate the false eyelashes provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure below.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, in order to further reduce the thickness of the eyelash stem of false eyelashes, the root portions of the eyelash filaments 1 are lapped on the eyelash stem 2. As an improvement, the eyelash stem provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is a single eyelash stem.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, the eyelash stem 6 is coated with a fixing glue layer 8 at the cut positions of the roots of the eyelash filaments 1 in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fixing glue layer 8 is applied to the cut positions where the eyelash filaments 1 are cut, and the fixing glue layer 8 reinforces and covers the cut portions of the eyelash filaments 1 to make the eyelash stem 2 smoother.

In order to facilitate the processing of false eyelashes, so that the false eyelashes are not easy to fall off, the fixing glue layer 8 is an light-curing adhesive layer. For example, a thin layer of medical light-curing adhesive glue is applied along the eyelash stem at the cut positions of the roots of the eyelash filaments 1 and is placed into an ultraviolet sterilization box for curing, which will reinforce and cover the cut positions.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 5, in order to further reduce the width of the eyelash stem, the eyelash stem is cylindrical. Furthermore, in order to ensure quick fixation in the pre-fixing step, the eyelash stem is made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) material or PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material. The eyelash stem is made of transparent material or black material in order to keep the wearable beauty as much as possible. Certainly, it can be understood that the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to this, and other materials with the same performance can still realize the present disclosure, which will not be discussed in detail for brevity.

In order to further provide the advantages of the false eyelashes provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned false eyelashes, as shown in FIG. 6. The method includes: S1 of preparing the eyelash stem and eyelash filament; S2 of lapping the eyelash stem on the eyelash filaments with roots aligned and tiled; S3 of pre-fixing the roots of eyelash filaments with the eyelash stem; S4 of cutting off the redundant portions; S5 of secondary fixing to strengthen the fixation between the roots of the eyelash filaments and the eyelash stem. The manufacturing method of false eyelashes provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the pre-fixing of the root of the eyelash filament 1 and the eyelash stem 2 includes: melting the root of the eyelash filament and/or the surfaces of the eyelash stem by using the ultrasonic fusion method or the laser fusion method, so as to pre-fix the portions where the eyelash stem and the roots of the eyelash filaments are in contact with each other. Of course, it can be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to this, and other methods of melting and fixing the surfaces of eyelash filament and eyelash stem can still realize the present disclosure, which will not be repeated here. The following is an example of ultrasonic fusion method to illustrate the specific pre-fixation process: the eyelash stem is fixed according to the position, and the ultrasonic generator is used to convert the 50/60 Hz current into 15, 20, 30 or 40 KHz electric energy. The converted high-frequency electric energy is converted into the mechanical movement with the same frequency again through the transducer, and then the mechanical movement is transmitted to the welding head through the horn device which can change the amplitude. The welding head transfers the vibration energy received by the welding head to the root of the eyelash filament and/or the surface joint portion of the eyelash stem. In this area, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction, which melts the root of the eyelash filament and/or the surface of the eyelash stem to achieve the welding purpose.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 5, in order to further reduce the width of the eyelash stem, the eyelash stem is cylindrical. Furthermore, in order to ensure quick fixation in the pre-fixation step, the eyelash stem is made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material. The eyelash stem is made of transparent material or black material in order to maintain the beauty of wearing as much as possible. Of course, it can be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the color of eyelash stem can be selected according to the actual situation. The thickness of the eyelash stem is about 0.25-0.3 mm, and the length of eyelash bottom line is between 20 mm and 35 mm, so as to make the false eyelash stem more close to the natural growing eyelashes, which is light and beautiful. Certainly, it can be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to this, and other materials with the same performance can still realize the present disclosure, which will not be discussed in detail here for brevity.

As shown in FIG. 6, after the root of the eyelash filament 1 is pre-fixed on the eyelash stem 2, the redundant portions can be cut off along the edge of the eyelash stem according to the preset shape and size to form a semi-finished false eyelashes. Certainly, if a high-precision laying method is adopted, the prepared eyelash filaments can be uniformly laid on the eyelash stem at one time, so as to save the steps of cutting the redundant portions.

As shown in FIG. 6, the step of secondary fixing to strengthen the fixation between the roots of the eyelash filaments and the eyelash stem includes: applying the fixing glue on the cut positions where the roots of the eyelash filaments are cut on the eyelash stem, the cut positions of the eyelash stem and the eyelash filaments are processed and fixed after the glue is cured. As shown in FIG. 5, the root of the eyelash filament of the semi-finished false eyelashes after cutting has uneven stubble head, forming many burrs. In order to avoid this kind of unevenness and bring bad sensory experience to users, the fixing glue is further applied to the eyelash stem where the eyelash root is cut off. On the one hand, it can fill in the unevenness of cutting, on the other hand, the fixing glue and the burr are mutually embedded to make the root of eyelash filament firmly fixed on the eyelash stem. In order to facilitate the processing of false eyelashes and prevent false eyelashes from falling off, the fixing glue is an light-curing adhesive glue. For example, a thin layer of medical light-curing adhesive glue is applied along the eyelash stem at the root of eyelash filament 1 and is placed into an ultraviolet sterilization box for curing. The light-curing adhesive layer is irradiated by the ultraviolet light to form a fixed adhesive layer, which plays the role of reinforcing and covering the incision.

Generally, the eyelash stem is linear type. In order to lay the eyelash filament on the eyelash stem conveniently when processing the false eyelashes, and the fixing glue can be linear coated, the eyelash stem is usually set in a straight line. The processed false eyelashes are in a straight line, and they do not fit the skin well when wearing the false eyelashes. In order to avoid such a problem, the method further includes a step of shaping and fixing the eyelash stem after the false eyelashes are processed, for example, the false eyelashes are placed on the workpiece with the shape of human eyelid, which is heat-treated and shaped to make it more ergonomic. It can fit the eyes naturally and tightly, which is transparent and invisible, and does not show traces and prick the skin, so it is convenient to wear.

As shown above, the false eyelashes and the the method for manufacturing the false eyelashes provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can improve the defects of thick, heavy and uneven of the false eyelash stem, reduce the proportion of stem, weaken the sense of visual presence, so as to make the false eyelash stem closer to the naturally growing eyelashes, and make the eyelash stem smooth, light and beautiful. The false eyelashes provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can fit the eyes closely, which are transparent and invisible, and the false eyelashes do not prick the skin and is hard to rise and fall off, which are comfortable to wear, and have natural makeup effect.
