BACKGROUND ARTA bed is generally used in a bedroom, a dormitory, an inpatient ward, a hotel and other places and usually used to satisfy the requirement for people's daily sleep and weight recording and monitoring. The design tends to be smart. In the past, the bed is usually made of wood, as well as stainless steel and metal as main materials. It has generally dozens of parts. A standard bed has components such as a headboard, a bedstead, bed legs, a bed board, a mattress, an electronic push rod, left and right safety guards, insulating silent castors, an integral dining table, and, a facility storage tray, and is made by techniques such as punching, assembly, welding, pressing rivet, rust removal, spraying plastics and the like. It has characteristics such as inflaming retarding, rat prevention, moth proofing, durability, practicability, simplicity, aesthetics, easy cleaning, convenient moving, safe use and the like. People spend a third of their lives in bed. With continuous evolution and improvement design through thousands of years, besides satisfying daily sleep, the bed may further be equipped with a matching mattress, a weight monitor, an air cushion, medical rehabilitation equipment, and an invisible urine bag hook, and may also have other functions of taking meals, electrically back lifting. timely turning over, moving, standing, negative pressure urine collecting, sitting and lying, heating and cooling and the like. The bed can satisfy various requirements for daily sleep, as well as children, severe patients, disabled, aged, hospital patients, medical rehabilitation at home, school life, office emergency usage and the like. The bed has the following types: flat bed, single bed, bunk bed, dynamic bed, double bed, joint rehabilitation nursing bed, electric back lifting bed, intelligent turning-over nursing bed, disabled bed, four-post bed, child bed, patient bed, treatment couch, folding bed, weight monitoring nursing bed, massage couch, electric standing bed, air cushion bed, common bed and the like.
The bed used by modern people actually includes two parts, i.e., a bedstead and a mattress. The bedstead is selected first depending on stability without any shaking. A stable and comfortable bed can greatly improve comfort experience for people. However, the current bed tends to have convenient assembly and disassembly during daily use, and the current bed with, convenient assembly and disassembly does not have a stable connection structure so that the comfort experience of the bed is inferior.
SUMMARYFor the purpose of solving the problems proposed in the aforementioned background art. The present invention provides a bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort, and solves the problem that the current bed with convenient assembly and disassembly does not have a stable connection structure so that the bed has poor comfort experience.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort includes a first connecting plate, one end of the first connecting plate is provided with a second connecting plate; a first support leg is disposed between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate; the first support leg is, provided with a first connection mount on the top thereof; the first connection mount is uniformly provided with first mounting holes at one side thereof and uniformly provided with second mounting holes on the bottom thereof; a top fixing screw is disposed above the first connection mount; one end of the top fixing screw passes through the second mounting hole to connect with the first connecting plate; a mounting nut is disposed inside the first mounting, hole; a limiting screw is disposed inside the mounting nut; a support cross bar is mounted on the first connection mount through the limiting screw; the support cross bar is provided with a conical limiting slot at one end thereof; the second connecting plate is provided with a first support leg at one end thereof; the first support leg is provided with a protective pad on the bottom thereof and a first limiting clamp at one, side thereof; the first support leg is connected with the second connecting plate through the first limiting clamp; the first support leg is provided with a second limiting clamp on a surface thereof; a first partition is mounted on the first support leg through the second limiting clamp; the first connecting plate is provided with a second support leg at the other end thereof; and a second partition is mounted on, the top of the second support leg.
Preferably, the first connecting plate is uniformly provided with limiting slots on a surface thereof; the respective limiting slot is provided with a limiting boss on an inner wall thereof; the first connecting plate is provided with a third limiting hole at one end thereof; and the third limiting hole is provided with a fourth limiting hole at one side thereof.
Preferably, the first connecting plate has completely the same structure as the second connecting plate; and the first connection mount has a structure size and a location completely correspondingly matching the first connecting plate.
Preferably, the second mounting hole has a hole size and a location completely correspondingly matching the third limiting hole.
Preferably, one end of the limiting screw passes through the first mounting hole and extends to a fourth limiting hole.
Preferably, the support cross bar is provided with a support main post on the bottom thereof; the support main post is provided with a third support leg on the bottom thereof; the third support leg is provided with a second connection mount at the top thereof; and the third support leg is connected with the support main post through the second connection mount.
Preferably, the limiting sleeve is provided with a limiting slot on a surface thereof; the conical limiting sleeve is provided with a connecting bar on the bottom thereof; and the conical limiting sleeve is connected with a limiting clamping block through the connecting bar.
Preferably, structure sizes and locations of the conical limiting sleeve, the support cross bar and the limiting slot completely correspondingly match each other.
Preferably, a limiting recess is formed in a surface at one end of the support cross bar; and the support cross bar fits the limiting boss through the limiting recess.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects over the existing technology that:
1. A conical limiting sleeve is capable of being mounted at one end of a support cross bar, and the support cross bar is capable of being connectively mounted in a limiting slot on a surface of the first connecting plate through the conical limiting sleeve. Mounting the support cross bar and the limiting slot, on the surface of the first connecting plate through the conical limiting sleeve is capable of realizing more tight splicing, and meanwhile effectively improving stability of connection between window structures and solving the problem of insufficient stability of a bed body while satisfying easy assembly and disassembly of a bed body structure.
2. Through the provided first connection mount, the third limiting hole and the fourth limiting hole formed on the surface of the first connecting plate fit each other to realize connection between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate; meanwhile, the first connection mount is uniformly provided with first mounting holes on a surface thereof; the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate can be limited and fixed through the first mounting holes in a lateral direction for further clamping and fixing, thereby improving the entire strength and stability of the bed body structure, and at the same time the bed body, structure can be spliced more conveniently.

A bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort, including a first connecting plate (1), wherein one end of the first connecting plate (1) is provided with a second connecting plate (2): a first support leg (3) is disposed between the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2); the first support leg (3) is provided with a first connection mount (4) on the top thereof; the first connection mount (4) is uniformly provided with first mounting holes (5) at one side thereof and uniformly provided with second mounting holes (6) on the bottom thereof; a top fixing screw (7) is disposed above the first connection mount (4); one end of the top fixing screw (7) passes through the second mounting, hole (6) to connect with the first connecting plate (1); a mounting nut (8) is disposed inside the first mounting hole (5); a limiting screw (9) is disposed inside the mounting nut (8); a support cross bar (16) is mounted on the first connection mount (4) through the limiting screw (9); the support cross bar (16) is provided with a conical limiting sleeve (12) at one end thereof; the second connecting plate (2) is provided with a first support leg (19) at one end thereof; the first support leg (19) is provided with a protective pad (10) on the bottom thereof and a first limiting clamp (20) at one side thereof; the first support leg (19) is connected with the second connecting plate (2) through the first limiting clamp (20); the first support leg (19) is provided with a second limiting clamp (29) on a surface thereof; a first partition (24) is mounted on the first support leg (19) through the second limiting clamp (29); the first connecting plate (1) is provided with a second support leg (26) at the other end thereof; and a second partition (25) is mounted on the top of the second support leg (26).

The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency. stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting plate (1) is uniformly provided with limiting slots (11) on a surface thereof; the respective limiting slot (11) is provided with a limiting boss (28) on an inner wall, thereof; the first connecting plate (1) is provided with a third limiting hole (17) at one end thereof; and the third limiting hole (17) is provided with a fourth limiting hole (18) at one side thereof.

The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting plate (1) has completely the same structure as the second connecting plate (2); and the first connection mount (4) has a structure size and a location completely correspondingly matching the first connecting plate (1).
4. The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein the second mounting hole (6) has a hole size and a location completely correspondingly matching the third limiting hole (17).
5. The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein one end of the limiting screw (9) passes through the first mounting hole (5) and extends to the fourth limiting hole (18).

The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency. stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein the support cross bar (16) is provided with a support main post (21) on the bottom thereof; the support main post (21) is provided with a third support leg (22) on the bottom thereof; the third support leg (22) is provided with a second connection mount (23) at the top thereof; and the third support leg (22) is connected with the support main post (21) through the second connection mount (23).

The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein the limiting sleeve (12) is provided with a limiting slot (13) on a surface thereof; the conical limiting sleeve (12) is provided with a connecting bar (14) on the bottom thereof; and the conical limiting sleeve (12) is connected with a limiting clamping block (15) through the connecting bar (14).
8. The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort according to claim 2, wherein structure sizes and locations of the conical limiting sleeve (12). the support cross bar (16) and the limiting slot (11) completely correspondingly match each other.

The bedstead with both easy disassembly and assembly and high efficiency, stability and comfort according to claim 1, wherein a limiting recess (27) is formed in a surface at one end of the support cross bar (16); and the support cross bar (16) fits the limiting boss (28) through the limiting recess (27).
