FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to the method and system of safety in health, wellness, and fitness. Particularly the invention relates to the design and style of the placement mat or exercise pad. More particularly this invention relates to the, comfort, self-safety non-rectangular design. Method and system for the yoga mat spatial relationship to similar placement mat apparatus design and style. Specifically, the invention relates to the custom design for the evolution of equipment and industry in spatial relationship to the exercise placement mat and similar platforms and structures that are fixed under the practitioner such as the yoga mat. Specifically, the invention is also further applicable to eliminate mental stimuli that may hinder psychophysiology data production, allowing a deeper personal, more identifiable place promoting greater health, wellness, and fitness.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the world of health, wellness, and fitness there are many different types of recreational placement equipment. Unfortunately, this field is divided. Rectangular and square designed equipment maybe convenient for disciplines that use them, safe and comfortable, maybe not considered. Scientifically these designs with sides invoke an unsafe mind set needed by many practitioners to rapidly develop the focus and attention being drawn away when this is considered. Having personal history with recreation placement equipment and various methods of exercises from yoga, step aerobics and martial arts. The non-rectangular design creates rehabilitation from past usage of the other designs. The minor mental and physical complication may remain and continue becoming major. Whilst promoting also, evolving equipment and industry with the motivation that sparked ideal and creation of the non-rectangular design. Scientifically magnifying intent and purpose.

Conventional placement methods and systems used in most health, wellness, and fitness usually involve the use of a placement mat or pad present to stand; sit, lay, and exercise. To provide safety and comfort. And, absorb shock from weight and to which the mat is subjected as a result of jumping, kneeling, or running for the protection of weight from other health and fitness tools and equipment. Yoga mats offer a rectangle design that serve this purpose.

While these placement mat or pad designs maybe adequate for those methods. They promote an unsafety mindset. A part due to the rectangle design has sides. Which evokes the falling theory which may be functional for other methods and systems. Sides may offer the question of safety. Otherwise the rectangle placement mat runs the risk of causing accidents due to industry evolution. This slight lapse in focus and concentration issues that may hinder physical and mental progress.

It is apparent that a need for a design whereby design is to eliminate the visual effects caused by seeing the sides of the placement pad. The present invention is directed toward providing such a technology. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and a system for the proper and safe materials to be present to provide for this safety and focus. Another object to this invention is to provide a commercially practicable method for the evolution beyond the unsafe walk the plank illusion. A further object of the present invention is to also provide a technique that will show the importance of the elimination of negative visual data, for its purpose.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The method and the invention center around the innovative concept of providing a design alteration or modification that will be converted into positive experience and usage by rectangular design practitioners. Natural, safe materials, comfortable, with an option of portability. This design method is maintained such that it provides clarity and focus to the foundation being constructed atop. [0007] The size or diameter is choice to complete portability and assess. The present invention allows for advance in the arts of health, wellness and fitness alongside in spatial relationship to yoga placement mats in design and process and in addition provides an improved method and system for the safe display of arts.
