BAR-SHAPED IRON FRAME BED WITH FIXING STRUCTURE OF FILLET TUBE
The present invention belongs to the technical field of furniture, and in particular relates to a bar-shaped iron frame bed with a fixing structure of a fillet tube, comprising a bed body, wherein the bed body comprises two headboards, as well as a long beam rod and a keel supporting rod that are mounted between the two headboards. The long beam rod is fixedly connected to the two headboards at both ends thereof, respectively. The long beam rod and the headboards form a rectangular frame. There is a plurality of the keel supporting rods which are distributed in parallel. The top of the long beam rod is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves that cooperate with the keel supporting rod. The keel supporting rod is provided with a flattened clamping engagement base at the end thereof.
The present invention belongs to the technical field of furniture, and in particular relates to a bar-shaped iron frame bed with a fixing structure of a fillet tube.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUNDAn iron frame bed, also known as a bunk bed or an apartment bed, is derived from a wooden frame bunk bed. The iron frame bed is characterized by: being easily disassembled, assembled and installed, strong stability, effective use of vertical space, and greatly increasing space capacity. The iron frame bed is widely used in various collective dormitories, such as a student dormitory, a factory/unit dormitory, a construction site dormitory, etc. The process of the iron frame bed is relatively simple and divided into: a material, welding, painting, etc. The production requirements of the iron frame bed are as follows: an excellent welding process, no desoldering, blowholes, pinching, weld beading, spattering, undercutting, a ripple height of a welding scar being not more than 1 mm. A corner of the iron frame bed and welding are rigorously inspected, otherwise it is prone to scratch clothes and a quilt and other phenomena. The iron frame bed of the bunk bed is very important in the selection of materials. The thick steel iron frame bed is safer and more stable in use. A cross rod and a vertical column of the iron frame bed in the prior art are mostly connected by welding. After welding, a bed body is relatively strong. However, after welding, a bed structure cannot be disassembled, which is inconvenient to move. After the welded portion of the bed body has break, the bed is not easy to repair.
SUMMARYIn order to solve the problems proposed in the technical background, the present invention provides a bar-shaped iron frame bed with a fixed structure of a fillet pipe, which is easy to disassemble and assemble. To realize the above objectives, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a bar-type iron frame bed with a fixing structure of a fillet tube comprises a bed body, wherein the bed body comprises two headboards, as well as a long beam rod and a keel supporting rod that are mounted between the headboards. The long beam rod is fixedly connected to the two headboards at both ends thereof. The long beam rod and the headboards form a rectangular frame. There is a plurality of the keel supporting rods which are distributed in parallel. The top of the long beam rod is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves that cooperate with the keel supporting rod. A buffer clamping engagement member is snap-fitted and mounted in the mounting groove. The keel supporting rod is provided with a clamping engagement base at both ends thereof. The clamping engagement base and the keel supporting rod are integrally formed. The buffer clamping engagement member is opened and provided with a clamping groove thereon. The clamping engagement base is snap-fitted and mounted in the clamping groove. The buffer clamping engagement member is provided with a protruding clamping block at both sides thereof. The buffer clamping engagement member is snap-fitted and fixed on the long beam rod via the clamping block, so that the keel supporting rod is snap-fitted on the top of the long beam rod.
Preferably, there is a plurality of the long beam rods. A connecting member is arranged between the two long beam rods located on the same side, and two adjacent long beam rods are snap-fitted and fixed via the connecting member.
Preferably, the connecting member is “” shaped, and the connecting member is snap-fitted and sleeved on the outer side of the long beam rod. A supporting vertical rod is arranged below the connecting member. A supporting cross rod is arranged at the inner side of the long beam rod near the connecting member. And the supporting cross rod and the supporting vertical rod are screwed and fixed with the connecting member.
Preferably, the connecting member is provided with a longitudinal connecting rod thereon. The long beam rod, the supporting vertical rod and the connecting member are screwed and fixed via the longitudinal connecting rod. The connecting member is also provided with a lateral connecting rod thereon. The supporting cross rod and the connecting member are screwed and fixed via the lateral connecting rod.
Preferably, a supporting plate is arranged at the connection place of the supporting cross rod and the connecting member. The supporting plate is welded and fixed to the supporting cross rod, and the supporting plate is screwed and fixed to the lateral connecting rod.
Preferably, the clamping engagement base is opened and provided with a limiting groove at the bottom thereof. The inner portion of the clamping groove is correspondingly provided with a protruding block, and the limiting groove is snap-fitted on the protruding block.
Preferably, a rubber foot pad is provided at the bottom of the supporting vertical rod, and the rubber foot pad is snap-fitted and fixed with the supporting vertical rod.
Preferably, the headboard comprises a vertical column and a guardrail. The vertical column is distributed at both ends of the guardrail. The second screw is arranged at the connection place of the vertical column and the guardrail. And the vertical column and the guardrail are screwed and fixed via the second screw. Preferably, the first screw is arranged at the connection place of the vertical column and the long beam rod. The long beam rod is provided with an inserting key at the end thereof, and the first screw passes through the vertical column and is screwed and fixed to the inserting key.
Preferably, a gasket is provided at the connection place of the second screw and the vertical column.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:
In the present invention, the bed body comprises a headboard, a long beam rod and a keel supporting rod. The headboard and the long beam rod are fixed via a screw connection. The keel supporting rod and the long beam rod are snap-fitted, so the existing welding and fixing methods are eliminated, making the entire bed body to be easily disassembled, assembled and installed. The top of the long beam rod is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves that cooperate with the keel supporting rod. The keel supporting rod is provided with a flattened clamping engagement base at the end thereof. A plastic buffer clamping engagement member is mounted in a mounting groove, so that the clamping engagement base can be directly snap-fitted in the buffer clamping engagement member, which can avoid the noise caused by direct collision between metals, and can protect the paint of a surface. The clamping engagement base can be in interference fit with the buffer clamping engagement member. The clamping engagement base and the clamping engagement member have more stable installation and are not easy to shake, so that a bed frame is more solid after the installation thereof.

In this embodiment, the bed body 100 comprises two headboards 1, as well as a long beam rod 2 and a keel supporting rod 3 that are mounted between the two headboards 1. Since the bed body 100 comprises the headboard 1, the long beam rod 2 and the keel supporting rod 3, the headboard 1 and the long beam rod 2 are fixed via a screw connection. The keel supporting rod 3 and the long beam rod 2 are snap-fitted. Therefore, the existing welding and fixing methods are eliminated, making the entire bed 100 to be easily disassembled, assembled and installed. The top of the long beam rod 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 201 that cooperate with the keel supporting rod 3. The keel supporting rod 3 is provided with a flattened clamping engagement base 31 at the end thereof. A plastic buffer clamping engagement member 6 is mounted in the mounting groove 201, so that the clamping engagement base 31 can be directly snap-fitted in the buffer clamping engagement member 6, which can avoid the noise caused by direct collision between metals and can protect the paint of a surface. The clamping engagement base 31 can be in interference fit with the buffer clamping engagement member 6. The clamping engagement base and the clamping engagement member have more stable installation and are not easy to shake, so that a bed frame is more solid after the installation thereof.
Specifically, there is a plurality of the long beam rods 2. A connecting member 7 is provided between the two long beam rods 2 at the same side. The adjacent two long beam rods 2 are snap-fitted and fixed via the connecting member 7. By setting a plurality of the long beam rods 2, the number of the long beam rods 2 can be selected according to the length of the bed frame. A supporting vertical rod 5 is provided under the long beam rod 2 to increase the support strength of the bed frame.
Specifically, the connecting member 7 has a shape of “”. The connecting member 7 is snap-fitted and sleeved on the outer side of the long beam rod 2. The supporting vertical rod 5 is provided below the connecting member 7. A supporting cross rod 4 is provided at the inner side of the long beam rod 2 near the connecting member 7. The supporting cross rod 4 and the supporting vertical rod 5 are both screwed and fixed to the connecting member 7. The connecting member 7 is provided with a longitudinal connecting rod 71 thereon. The long beam rod 2, the supporting vertical rod 5 and the connecting member 7 are screwed and fixed via the longitudinal connecting rod 71. The connecting member 7 is further provided with a lateral connecting rod 72 thereon. The supporting cross rod 4 and the connecting member 7 are screwed and fixed via the lateral connecting rod 72. A supporting plate 41 is provided at the connection place of the supporting cross rod 4 and the connecting member 7. The supporting plate 41 is welded and fixed to the supporting cross rod 4. The supporting plate 41 is screwed and fixed to the lateral connection rod 72. Arranging the supporting cross rod 4 and the supporting vertical rod 5 at the connection place of the connecting member 7, and connecting the longitudinal connecting rod 71 and the lateral connecting rod 72 can enhance the strength of the connection place, strengthen the stability and support strength of the bed frame.
Specifically, the clamping engagement base 31 is opened and provided with a limiting groove 311 at the bottom thereof. A protruding block is correspondingly provided inside the clamping groove 601. The limiting groove 311 is snap-fitted on the protruding block. By providing the limiting groove 311 on the clamping engagement base 31, the clamping engagement base 31 can have a limiting function after installation, which avoids the phenomenon of sliding and deviation of the keel supporting rod 3.
Specifically, a rubber foot pad 51 is provided at the bottom of the supporting vertical rod 5. The rubber foot pad 51 is snap-fitted and fixed to the supporting vertical rod 5. By providing the rubber foot pad 51 at the bottom of the supporting vertical rod 5, the friction between the ground and the supporting vertical rod 5 can be reduced, which avoids noise.
Specifically, the headboard 1 comprises a vertical column 11 and a guardrail 12. The vertical column 11 is distributed at both ends of the guardrail 12. The second screw 14 is provided at the connection place of the vertical column 11 and the guardrail 12. The vertical column 11 and the guardrail 12 are screwed and fixed via the second screw 14. The first screw 13 is provided at the connection place of the vertical column 11 and the long beam rod 2. An inserting key 21 is provided at the end of the long beam rod 2. The first screw 13 passes through the vertical column 11 and is screwed and fixed to the inserting key 21. A gasket 141 is provided at the connection place of the second screw 14 and the vertical column 11. Since the headboard 1 comprises the vertical column 11 and the guardrail 12, the vertical column 11 and the guardrail 12 are screwed via the second screw 14 to facilitate disassembly, assembly and installation. A gasket 141 is provided to be able to avoid frictional noise between metals. The first screw 13 is provided between the vertical column 11 and the long beam rod 2, which can increase the strength of connection.
The working principle and use process of the present invention are as follows: After the present invention is installed, the bed body 100 comprises the headboard 1, the long beam rod 2, and the keel supporting rod 3. The headboard 1 and the long beam rod 2 are fixed via a screw connection. The keel supporting rod 3 and the long beam rod 2 are connected by a clamping engagement method. Therefore, the existing welding and fixing methods are eliminated, making the entire bed 100 to be easily disassembled, assembled and installed. The top of the long beam rod 2 is provided with a plurality of the mounting grooves 201 that cooperate with the keel supporting rod 3. The keel supporting rod 3 is provided with the flattened clamping engagement base 31. A plastic buffer clamping engagement member 6 is mounted in the mounting groove 201, so that the clamping engagement base 31 can be directly snap-fitted in the buffer clamping engagement member 6, which can avoid the noise caused by the direct collision between the metals and can protect the paint of a surface. The clamping engagement base 31 can be in interference fit with the buffer clamping engagement member 6. The clamping engagement base and the clamping engagement member have more stable installation and are not easy to shake, so that a bed frame is more solid after the installation thereof.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, a person skilled in the art can still modify the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, or can equivalently replace some of the technical characteristics. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be comprised in the protection scope of the present invention.

A bar-shaped iron frame bed with a fixing structure of a fillet tube, comprising a bed body (100), wherein the bed body (100) comprises two headboards (1), as well as a long beam rod (2) and a keel supporting rod (3) that are mounted between the headboards (1), the long beam rod (2) is fixedly connected to the two headboards (1) at both ends thereof, the long beam rod (2) and the headboards (1) form a rectangular frame, there is a plurality of the keel supporting rods (3) which are distributed in parallel, the top of the long beam rod (2) is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves (201) that cooperate with the keel supporting rod (3), a buffer clamping engagement member (6) is snap-fitted and mounted in the mounting groove (201), the keel supporting rod (3) is provided with clamping engagement bases (31) at both ends thereof, the clamping engagement base (31) and the keel supporting rod (3) are integrally formed, the buffer clamping engagement member (6) is opened and provided with a clamping groove (601) thereon, the clamping engagement base (31) is snap-fitted and mounted in the clamping groove (601), the buffer clamping engagement member (6) is provided with a protruding clamping block (61) at both sides thereof, the buffer clamping engagement member (6) is snap-fitted and fixed on the long beam rod (2) via the clamping block (61), so that the keel supporting rod (3) is snap-fitted on the top of the long beam rod (2).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 1, wherein there is a plurality of the long beam rods (2), a connecting member (7) is arranged between the two long beam rods (2) located on the same side, and two adjacent long beam rods (2) are snap-fitted and fixed via the connecting member (7).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 2, wherein the connecting member (7) is “” shaped, and the connecting member (7) is snap-fitted and sleeved on the outer side of the long beam rod (2), a supporting vertical rod (5) is arranged below the connecting member (7), a supporting cross rod (4) is arranged at the inner side of the long beam rod (2) near the connecting member (7), and the supporting cross rod (4) and the supporting vertical rod (5) are screwed and fixed with the connecting member (7).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 3, wherein the connecting member (7) is provided with a longitudinal connecting rod (71) thereon, the long beam rod (2), the supporting vertical rod (5) and the connecting member (7) are screwed and fixed via the longitudinal connecting rod (71), the connecting member (7) is also provided with a lateral connecting rod (72) thereon, the supporting cross rod (4) and the connecting member (7) are screwed and fixed via the lateral connecting rod (72).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 4, wherein a supporting plate (41) is arranged at the connection place of the supporting cross rod (4) and the connecting member (7), the supporting plate (41) is welded and fixed to the supporting cross rod (4), and the supporting plate (41) is screwed and fixed to the lateral connecting rod (72).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 1, wherein the clamping engagement base (31) is opened and provided with a limiting groove (311) at the bottom thereof, the inner portion of the clamping groove (601) is correspondingly provided with a protruding block, and the limiting groove (311) is snap-fitted on the protruding block.
7. The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 3, wherein a rubber foot pad (51) is provided at the bottom of the supporting vertical rod (5), and the rubber foot pad (51) is snap-fitted and fixed with the supporting vertical rod (5).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 1, wherein the headboard (1) comprises a vertical column (11) and a guardrail (12), and the vertical column (11) is distributed at both ends of the guardrail (12), the second screw (14) is arranged at the connection place of the vertical column (11) and the guardrail (12), and the vertical column (11) and the guardrail (12) are screwed and fixed via the second screw (14).

The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 8, wherein the first screw (13) is arranged at the connection place of the vertical column (11) and the long beam rod (2), the long beam rod (2) is provided with an inserting key (21) at the end thereof, and the first screw (13) passes through the vertical column (11) and is screwed and fixed to the inserting key (21).
10. The bar-shaped iron frame bed with the fixing structure of the fillet tube according to claim 8, wherein a gasket (141) is provided at the connection place of the second screw (14) and the vertical column (11).
