DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The aforementioned and further advantages and features of the present invention will be understood by reference to the description of the preferred embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings where the components are illustrated based on a proportion for explanation but not subject to the actual component proportion.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a knitting structure and a knitting method thereof are provided. In an embodiment of a shoe 100 and a shoe vamp 200 thereof, the shoe vamp 200 comprises a pattern layer 10, a pattern layer 20, a pattern layer 30, and two pattern layers 40.

The pattern layer 10, which forms the bottom layer of the shoe vamp 200, is formed of a main thread 11 being knitted along a predetermined route. In the embodiment, the pattern layer 10 is formed of the main thread 11 along a predetermined flat knitting route, such as by a flat knitting machine, wherein the pattern layer 10 is formed in a loop structure. When the main thread 11 forms the pattern layer 10, the fixing thread 50 is applied for tying up certain sections of the main thread 11 that are adjacent to each other (at the loop forming sections, as shown by FIG. 3), so as to fix the structure of the pattern layer 10. In an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing thread 50 is tied on the main thread 11 in an electric embroidery manner, will achieves an efficient combination between the fixing thread 50 and the main thread 11.

The pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 are applied for forming the toe box, the shoe top, and the two shoe sides, respectively. Therein, the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two patter layers 40 are formed by the main thread 21, the main thread 31, and the main thread 41 that are being winded along the predetermined compact winding route, respectively. In the embodiment, the compactly winding manner indicates that the sections of a thread are folded up to closely contact each other. The two pattern layers 40 are symmetrically disposed to form two identical shapes on two corresponding sides of the shoe. When the main thread 21, the main thread 31, and the main thread 41 form the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two patter layers 40, respectively, the fixing thread 60 is tied on the adjacent folded sections of the main thread 21, the main thread 31, and the main thread 41 along the predetermined routes, respectively, so as to fix the structure of the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two patter layers 40.

Regarding the shoe vamp 200, the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 are stacked up on the pattern layer 10, respectively. Therein, when the fixing thread 60 is tied on the adjacent sections of the main thread 21, the main thread 31, and the main thread 41 along the predetermined routes, respectively, the fixing thread 60 is also tied to the main thread 11 on where the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 are stacked up, whereby the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 are combined with the pattern layer 10. In an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing thread 60 is tied on adjacent folded sections of the main threads 21, 31, 41 together with the main thread 11 in an electric embroidery manner, so as to efficiently stack the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 on the pattern layer 10.

The main threads 11, 21, 31, 41 are formed of a material from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, synthetic fiber, natural fiber, paper fiber, starchy bioplastic, polyurethane, and any combination thereof. In an embodiment of the present invention, the main threads 11, 21, 31, 41 are formed of paper fiber material. Nevertheless, the materials above are environmentally friendly, thus preventing environmental pollution. Further, the main threads 11, 21, 31, 41 are formed of two ropes braided together. In another embodiment, the main threads 11, 21, 31, 41 are also allowed to be formed of two ropes twisted together, not limited to the braiding manner above.

To sum up, the pattern layer 10, the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 are formed of the main thread 11, main thread 21, main thread 31, and main thread 41 that are knitted along predetermined routes, respectively, with the fixing thread 50 tied on the adjacent folded sections of the main thread 11 and the fixing thread 60 tied on the adjacent folded sections of the main thread 21, the main thread 31, and the main thread 41 along the predetermined routes, respectively. Therefore, structures of the pattern layer 10, the pattern layer 20, the pattern layer 30, and the two pattern layers 40 are efficiently formed by the knitting structure of the present invention. Compared with the conventionally manual knitting method, the knitting process of the present invention is relatively efficient, thus improving the overall manufacturing efficiency and lowering the cost of manual manufacturing operation, achieving an improvement of the manufacturing efficiency and a reduction of the manufacturing cost.

In the knitting structure of the present invention, the shoe vamp 200 of a shoe 100 is provided only for illustration of the technical features of the present invention. However, the knitting structure provided by the present invention is applicable to any proper daily commodities. As for a bag, such knitting structure is able to be applied to the bag face of the bag (not shown). Therefore, the knitting structure is not limited to the shoe vamp 200 of a shoe 100. In addition, the knitting structure is also not limited to the embodiment above, which comprises a plurality of pattern layers. In other words, the knitting structure is also applicable to any singular layer structure (such as only comprising one pattern layer 10 in the aforementioned embodiment).

Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
