The described implementations are merely some rather than all implementations of the present disclosure. All other implementations obtained without creative efforts by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the implementations of the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of an automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling according to an implementation of the present disclosure.

The automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling is provided according an implementation of the present application. The automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling includes a first handle 1, a second handle 8, and a heating plate. The first handle 1 is in a strip shape as a whole. A first end of the first handle 1 is hinged with a first end of the second handle 8. A hair curling device is disposed at a side of a second end of the first handle 1 facing the second handle 8. The hair curling device includes a hair curling column 16 facing the second handle 8 and vertically disposed on the first handle 1, and a hair hooking portion 34 capable of rotating around the hair curling column 16 and connected with an electric actuator. A protective wall 40 is provided around an outer periphery of the hair hooking portion 34. The protective wall 40 has a first groove 41, and a bottom of the first groove 41 is lower than a top of the hair hooking portion 34. The heating plate includes a first heating plate 2 disposed at an outer periphery of a bottom of the hair curling column 16, and a second heating plate 3 disposed at a second end of the second handle 8 and opposite to the first heating plate 2.

In an implementation, in order to facilitate the hair hooking portion 34 to buckle the hair, the hair hooking portion has a groove formed at an upstream side in a rotational direction of the hair hooking portion 34. The hair held in the groove of the hair hooking portion 34 does not easily fall out, which is beneficial to wind the hair on the hair curling column 16.

In an implementation, when designing the protective wall 40, the height of the protective wall 40 can be set not lower than the height of the hair hooking portion 34. Of course, a slightly shorter height than the height of the hair hooking portion 34 will have little effect. The protective wall 40 may have a second groove, and a bottom of the second groove is above a top of the hair hooking portion 34. The second groove and the first groove 41 of the protective wall 40 cooperate with each other, which is more convenient for the user. During the placing of hair in the curler, the user only needs to pick a strand of hair and place the strand of hair in the first groove 41 and the second groove.

The automatic curler provided according to the present application can curl the hair on the hair curling column 16, and then the first handle 1 and the second handle 8 cooperate to drive the first heating plate 2 and the second heating plate 3 to clamp and heat the hair on the hair curling column 16, such that the automatic curler provided according to the present application can curl an S-shaped three-dimensional hair shape that is different from a conventional curler, and thus, curling can be conveniently completed, and a curling styling different from that in the prior art can be realized.

FIG. 2 is an exploded structural view of the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling according to an implementation of the present disclosure.

Based on the foregoing specific implementations, this specific implementation will more specifically describe connections and positional relationships of various components of the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling. As shown in FIG. 2, it is clearly illustrated that a first end of the second handle 8 is provided with a power cord 12 that can be coupled to an external power supply. In order to facilitate the installation of the power cord, a tail cover 11 is provided. The tail cover 11 is snap-fitted with the second handle 8. A PCB board 10 is disposed at a middle of the second handle 8, and a second cover 9 encases the PCB board in the second handle 8. The hair curling device and the second heating plate 3 are disposed at the second end of the second handle 8. In an implementation, a positioning plate 7 is provided at a bottom of the second end of the second handle 8. The positioning plate 7 has a positioning slot. An inner cylinder 6 is rotatably connected to the positioning plate 7. The inner cylinder 6 is provided with a gear 5 at an inner side of the inner cylinder 6. The gear 5 is rotatable. The gear 5 is snap-fitted with and fixed to a ring body 4. The hair hooking portion 34 is a protrusion extending axially from an edge of a ring body. In order to decrease the thickness of the second handle 8, a motor 14 is arranged on a side of the positioning plate 7 and is connected to the ring body 4 via the gear 5 to drive the hair hooking portion 34 to rotate around the hair curling column 16.

In an implementation, in order to facilitate switching a power supply of the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling, a power switch of the automatic hair curler is disposed at an inner side of one of the first handle 1 and the second handle 8 and opposite to the other. When the first handle 1 and the second handle 2 cooperate with each other, the power switch is turned on. In this way, when using the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling, there is no need to turn on the power switch specially, as long as the first handle 1 and second handle 8 are combined to be in a closed state.

It is noted that in order to decrease the damage to the hair caused by the heating plate of the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling, a steam sprayer can also be disposed at the second handle 8. Of course, the steam sprayer can also be disposed at the first handle 1. In order to make the hair styling more rounded, the hair curling column 16 can be formed into a cylinder shape or an ellipse shape. Of course, the hair curling column 16 can also be formed into other shapes, such as a square column with rounded edges. In the specific manufacturing process, the hair curling column 16 and the second heating plate 3 can be integrated formed. Alternatively, the hair curling column 16 and the second heating plate 3 can be manufactured separately, and the hair curling column 16 and the second heating plate 3 are detachably installed, such that various hair curling columns 16 with different cross sections can be used.

Based on the foregoing specific implementations, in this specific implementation, in order to enable the hairstyles curled by the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling to be more variable, a surface of the first heating plate 2 can also be formed into a smooth wavy shape, and a surface of the second heating plate 3 corresponding to the surface of the first heating plate 2 is in a shape matched with the surface of the first heating plate 2. Of course, the surface of the first heating plate 2 and the surface of the second heating plate 3 can also be formed in other shapes. For example, the surface of the first heating plate 2 is in a convex arc-shape, the surface of the second heating plate 3 corresponding to the surface of the first heating plate 2 is in a shape matched with the surface of the first heating plate 2.

Based on the foregoing specific implementations, in this specific implementation, the hair curling column 16 is provided with an elastic device extending in an axial direction of the hair curling column 16. The elastic device can provide elastic buffering when the first handle 1 and the second handle 8 are cooperated to combine, such that the damage to the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling is prevented, and at the same time, the first heating plate 2 and the second heating plate 3 can hold the hair more tightly, and can adapt to the holding and styling of different hair volumes.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of holding hair using the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling according to an implementation of the present disclosure. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional schematic view of holding hair using the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling according to an implementation of the present disclosure. FIG. 5 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of a hair curling using the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling according to an implementation of the present application. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of hair curling completed by using the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling according to an implementation of the present disclosure.

When using the automatic curler for stereoscopic S-shaped curling provided according to the above specific implementations, the hair is first placed in the first groove 41 and the second groove, the electric actuator is activated to drive the hair hooking portion 34 to rotate around the hair curling column 16, so as to wind the hair around the hair curling column 16 to form a spindle, and then the first handle 1 and the second handle 8 cooperate to combine, and the first heating plate 2 and the second heating plate 3 are controlled to heat the spindle.
