A herbal cigarette includes a cylindrical hard paper tube, two isolation partitions with through holes and herbal cut cigarettes; one of the two isolation partitions with the through holes is provided inside the cylindrical hard paper tube; an internal cavity of the cylindrical hard paper tube is divided into a filling cavity and a smoke collecting cavity by one of the isolation partitions with through holes; the herbal cut cigarettes are filled in the filling cavity; another isolation partition with the through holes is provided at an end of the cylindrical hard paper tube; the smoke collecting cavity is formed between the two isolation partitions with through holes. The hard tube and the silica gel isolation partition are made of a food grade material. The hard pipe further has a flame-retardant function, and can avoid being ignited by fire.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is the national phase entry of International Application No. PCT/CN 2018/117187, filed on Nov. 23, 2018, which is based upon and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201820967644.1, filed on Jun. 22, 2018, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a main body portion of an alternative to the cigarette. The main body portion is supplied with an electronic heater to be the alternative to the cigarette.

BACKGROUND

It is generally known that smoking is harmful to your health. There are various alternatives to the cigarette available on the market. With the development from the conventional cigarettes to the various alternatives to the cigarette, the manufacturing process and the manufacturing equipment of the conventional cigarette is retained to use.

As is known to all, when a cigarette is burned, tar that harms the human body is generated. In contrast, the available currently various alternatives to the cigarette operates by heating and atomizing instead of burning. Therefore, for various heating-type alternative to the cigarette, there is no need and feasibility to ignite the cigarette with fire, which is one of the basic characteristics of such heating-type alternative to the cigarette. Focusing on this basic characteristic, the structure of the heating-type alternative to the cigarette is redesigned to improve and enhance the user experience of the heating-type alternative to the cigarette.

SUMMARY

The objective of the present invention is to provide a main body portion of an alternative to the cigarette. The distinct structural design thereof simplifies the manufacturing equipment of the product and reduces the manufacturing cost of the product.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the technical solution of the present invention is to provide a herbal cigarette. The herbal cigarette includes a cylindrical hard paper tube, two isolation partitions with through holes and herbal cut cigarettes; one of the two isolation partitions with through holes is provided inside the cylindrical hard paper tube; an internal cavity of the cylindrical hard paper tube is divided into a filling cavity and a smoke collecting cavity by the isolation partition with through holes; the herbal cut cigarettes are filled in the filling cavity; another isolation partition with through holes is provided at an end of the cylindrical hard paper pipe; the smoke collecting cavity is formed between the two isolation partitions with through holes.

In the above-mentioned technical solution, the cylindrical hard paper tube is made of a food-grade and flame-retardant material.

In the above-mentioned technical solution, the isolation partition with through holes is made of a heat-resistance and food-grade silica gel material; a shape of the through hole of the isolation partition is Y-shaped, stamen-shaped, cantilever-shaped, star-shaped, multiple circle-shaped, or heart-shaped.

The advantage of the present invention is as follows.

1. A cylindrical hard paper tube replaces the conventional cigarette paper to make a breakthrough in which the cut cigarette is wrapped and rolled by the cigarette paper to manufacture the conventional cigarette on the professional equipment. Such structure and method greatly simplify the manufacturing equipment and reduce the manufacturing cost.

2. The hard tube and the silica gel isolation partition are made of a food grade material, which are safe and hygienic.

3. The hard tube further has a flame-retardant function, and cannot be ignited by fire.

4. The isolation partition is made of a food-grade silica gel, which is safe and hygienic.

5. The isolation partition with different shapes of the through holes is applied to the herbal cigarette, which can enrich the artistic beauty of the herbal cigarette. In addition, the isolation partition with different sectional areas of the through holes can be used to play a role in adjusting the magnitude of the smoke flow in the herbal cigarette in the smoking process, which improves the smoker's experience.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Embodiment: The structure of the present embodiment is as shown in FIG. 1, and the appearance thereof is as shown in FIG. 2.

In the present embodiment, the cylindrical hard paper tube is made of a flame-retardant and food-grade material. The internal space of the cylindrical hard paper tube is divided into two parts, namely left part and the right part by the second isolation partition 4. A filling cavity is provided in the right side of the second isolation partition 4. The herbal cut cigarettes are filled in the filling cavity. The first isolation partition 1 is provided at the left end of the cylindrical hard paper pipe 2. A smoke collecting cavity is formed between the first isolation partition 1 and the second isolation partition 4. The first isolation partition 1 and the second isolation partition 4 are made of food-grade silica gel material. A shape of respective center through holes of the first isolation partition 1 and the second isolation partition 4 is Y-shaped, as shown in FIG. 3.

In use, the filling cavity at the right end of the herbal cigarette of the present embodiment and a part of the herbal cut cigarette 5 are inserted into an electric heater to be heated. When the user smokes using the left end of the herbal cigarette, the smoke generated by heating the herbal cut cigarette passes through the second isolation partition 4 and enters into the smoke collecting cavity 3. The smoke cooled by the smoke collecting cavity 3 passes through the first isolation partition 1 and enters the mouth of the smoker.

In the embodiment, the cylindrical hard paper tube 2 replaces the conventional cigarette paper to make a breakthrough in which the cut cigarette is wrapped and rolled by the cigarette paper to manufacture the conventional cigarette on the professional equipment. Such structure and method greatly simplify the manufacturing equipment and reduce the manufacturing cost.

In the embodiment, the cylindrical hard paper tube 2 has flame-retardant function, and cannot be ignited by fire, which can effectively prevent people from igniting by mistake.

In this embodiment, the first isolation partition 1 and the second isolation partition 4 can be selected from the group of a silica gel isolation partition with a Y-shaped through hole, a silica gel isolation partition with a stamen-shaped through hole (as shown in FIG. 4), a silica gel isolation partition with a cantilever-shaped through hole (as shown in FIG. 5), a silica gel isolation partition with a star-shaped through hole (as shown in FIG. 6), a silica gel isolation partition with multiple circle-shaped through holes (as shown in FIG. 7), or a silica gel isolation partition with a heart-shaped through hole (as shown in FIG. 8). In one herbal cigarette, the isolation partitions with the same or different through holes can be selected to adjust the effective area of the through holes in the isolation partition, thereby achieving the best smoking experience.

Claims

1. A herbal cigarette, comprising a cylindrical hard paper tube, a first isolation partition with through holes, a second isolation partition with through holes and herbal cut cigarettes; the second isolation partition with the through holes is provided inside the cylindrical hard paper pipe; an internal cavity of the cylindrical paper hard tube is divided into a filling cavity and a smoke collecting cavity by the second isolation partition with through holes; the herbal cut cigarettes are filled in the filling cavity; the first isolation partition with the through hole is provided at an end of the hard-material cylindrical paper pipe; the smoke collecting cavity is formed between the first isolation partition with through holes and the second isolation partition with through holes.

2. The herbal cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the cylindrical hard paper tube is made of a food-grade material.

3. The herbal cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the cylindrical hard paper tube is made of a flame-retardant material.

4. The herbal cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the first isolation partition with through holes and the second isolation partition with through holes are made of a heat-resistance and food-grade silica gel material; a shape of the through holes of the isolation partition is Y-shaped, stamen-shaped, cantilever-shaped, star-shaped, multiple circle-shaped, or heart-shaped.
